Battery loading
1. Slide open the cover of the battery compartment on
the back of the remote controller.
2. Load two 7# (AAA) alkaline batteries in the
compartment, (plus and minus poles to respective mark)
3. Replace the cover of the battery compartment.
Precautions
As strong light may interfere the signals, change your
position to operate the remote controller if the television
cannot be turned on or o as you expect.
Keep the remote controller away from heat source or
humid area to ensure eective performance of the
remote controller.
Make sure that two AAA alkaline batteries are loaded.
The batteries must be of the same type. The batteries
must be located properly. The batteries are not
rechargeable.
Make sure that there is no obstacle between the remote
controller and television set.

Antenna Connection
- Antenna or Cable Service without a Cable Box Connections.
- For optimum picture quality, adjust antenna direction if needed.
Note:
* It is recommended that you'd better use 75Ω coaxial cable to remove
the disturbance caused by airwave.
* Don't bind antenna cable and electric wire together.
To improve picture quality in a poor signal area,
purchase and install a signal amplifier.
If the antenna needs to be split for two Tv’s, install a
"2-WaySignal Splitter" in the connections.
If the antenna is not installed properly, contact your
dealer for assistance.

Choose Your Connection
There are several ways to connect your television,
depending on the components you want to connect and
the quality of the signal you want to achieve.
The following are examples of someways to connect
your TV. Choose the connection which is best for you.

Connection Option 1
Set VCR output switch to channel 3 or 4 and then tune
the TV to the same channel number.
Connection Option 2
Connect the audio and video cables from the VCR’s A
output jacks to the TV input jacks, as shown in the
figure. When connecting the TV to VCR, match the
jack colors (Video = yellow, Audio Left = white, and
Audio Right = red).
Insert a video tape into the VCR and press

Turn on the PC and the TV.A

on the TV’s remote control.

Check the image on your TV. There may be noise D
associated with the resolution, vertical pattern,
contrast or brightness in PC mode. If noise is
present, change the PC mode to another resolution,
change the refresh rate to another rate or adjust the
brightness and contrast on the menu until the picture
is clear. If the refresh rate of the PC graphic card
can not be changed, change the PC graphic card or
consult the manufacturer of the PC graphic card.

Monitor Out Setup
The TV has a special signal output capability which
allows you to hook up a second TV or monitor.
Connect the second TV or monitor to the TV’s AV OUT.
See the Operating Manual of the second TV or monitor
for further details regarding that device’s input settings.

Power source
TO USE AC POWER SOURCE
Use the AC polarized line cord provided for operation on
AC. Insert the AC cord plug into a standard polarized AC
outlet.
Note
Never connect the AC line cord plug to other than R
the specified voltage. Use the attached power cord
only.
If the polarized AC cord does not fit into a non R
polarized AC outlet, do not attempt to file or cut
the blade. It is the user’s responsibility to have an
electrician replace the obsolete outlet.
If you cause a static discharge when touching the R
unit and the unit fails to function, simply unplug
the unit from the AC outlet and plug it back in. The
unit should return to normal operation. Polarized

Switching ON/OFF the TV set
In the manual, the OSD (on screen display) may be
dierent from your TV’s because it is just an example to
help you with the TV operation.
Switching ON/OFF the TV set
First, connect power cord correctly and the power A
indicator will light.

B POWER on the remote control again.

Disconnect the power supply or unplug the

television if it is intended to completely cease the
television performance.
Choose the Menu Language
When you satisfied with your set for the first time,
you must select the language which will be used for
displaying menus and indications.

B OK/VOL+ to enter, Press CH+ /CH- button to
select language.
Select a particular language by pressing C

repeatedly, and then press OK to conrm.
When you satisfied with your choice, press

Choose the Input source
If the TV is not in TV mode, press INPUT on the remote
control unit, and signal source menu will be displayed
on the TV screen (as shown in the below figure). Press
CH+ /CH- to select the TV option, and press VOL+or

OK to confirm the switching to TV input terminal. After
switching, the signal source menu disappears, and at the
upper right corner of screen displays the information of
current signal source.
Pressing this key repeatedly can exit from the signal
source menu.
In case of no other operation, the signal source menu
will automatically disappear upon reaching the OSD
disappearance time preset in the main menu.
Searching Channel
In this section, how to use the remote control to set
channel is explained. You can also use buttons on the TV
set to set channel.

picture effect. The fine tuning function is for the
purpose of improving picture effect through fine
tuning when that of a certain program is not good
enough. Normally, the optimal picture effect can
be obtained without fine tuning when watching TV
programs, and fine tuning is to meet the need of
adjusting a certain program.

The TV is designed with four systems for your
choice, i.e. Auto, NTSC ,PAL-M, PAL-N, the system
is set as Auto and it is not necessary to make an
adjustment. The system is normally set as Auto
during auto search.

When the skip is set ON, the channel will be
skipped when pressing CH+
or CH- and only can be
selected by pressing 0-9 numerical keys.

bar is continually increasing, indicating the auto
search is in progress. After finishing the auto search,

Watching TV Program
You can watch TV program in a presetting channel.
How to select the desired program
Using Program number buttons A
Directly enter the channel number with the numeric
keypad on the remote control. If to select channel
numbers of double-digital or three-figure, press
continuously the numeric buttons in three second.
Using
B CH+ /CH- buttons
Press CH+ to select a channel number in number
increasing direction. Press CH- to select a channel
number in number decreasing direction.
How to select the desired sound
Press VOL-/+ buttons on the remote or the front of
the TV set to adjust the volume level. The range is
0~100. When the volume buttons are pressed the
volume level is displayed automatically on the TV
screen.
Mute Setting
Press A MUTE button on the remote control and a icon
will display on the screen. At this time, the sound of
the TV set is turned o.
If you want to recover the sound, press
B MUTE
button again or directly press VOL+ button.
Quick program view
Suppose that you previously watched a TV program A
on Channel 8, but now you are watching a TV
program on Channel 18 (as shown in the below
figure).

If you want to return to Channel 8, just press B
"RECALL (Flashback)" once.
If you want to return to Channel 18 again, just press
C
"RECALL (Flashback)" once again.

This function is only available in TV mode. R
Picture Control Functions
This means the adjustment of specific contents in the
picture, if already in normal condition, it is not necessary
to make any adjustment.
Due to dierent TV signal inputs, some items may need
to be adjusted. The following makes a description by
only taking TV signal as an example.
How to select the picture mode
Press A MENU to display main menu on the screen,
and then press CH+ /CH- to select the Picture menu,
afterwards press OK/

to enter the option to be
adjusted.

B CH+ /CH- to move the Picture mode option
to be adjusted, and then press CH+ /CH- to select
Standard/Soft/User/Vivid.
You can also press P.MODE on the remote control to
select Standard/Vivid/Soft/ User mode.

The picture brightness and hue are moderate.
Soft ▲
The picture is soft and in light color.
User ▲
The picture eect is set by yourself to your preference.
Vivid ▲
The picture is vivid, bright and dynamic.
How to customize your own picture status
Press A MENU button to display main menu on the screen,
and then press
CH+ /CH- to select the Picture menu,
press OK/VOL+ to enter .

Contrast ▲
This will adjust the intensity of bright parts in the
picture but keep the dark parts unchanged.
Brightness ▲
This will adjust the light output of the complete
picture, which will mainly aect the darker areas of
the picture.
Color ▲
This will adjust the saturation level of the colors to suit
your personal preference.
Sharpness ▲
This will adjust the sharpness of fine details in the picture.
Tint ▲
Allows you to select the color mix (Tine) of the picture.
Picture Mode ▲
Select the mode of picture(Standard/Vivid/Soft/User).

Aspect Ratio ▲
Select the mode of Aspect Ratio(Full screen/4:3/
Zoom/Cinema/Panorama/Dot By Dot).
Palette: ▲
Press CH+ /CH- to select the Palette option, and then
press OK or VOL+to enter its submenu, and finally
press CH+ /CH-
to select a toner pattern from six
patterns (Cool2/Cool1/Standard/Warm1/Warm2/User)
to your color preference. Normally, the Standard mode
is selected.
If the User mode is selected, press VOL-

in the below figure), and then press VOL-

VOL+ to select a benchmark in the range of
2500K~15000K from warm color to cold color,
afterwards press CH+ /CH- to adjust; if a dierent
benchmark is selected for adjustment, the original
adjustment data will be automatically cleared

How to choose Digital tone mode
Press A MENU to display main menu on the screen,
and then press CH+ /CH- to select the Sound menu,
afterwards press OK/VOL+ to enter the option to be
adjusted.

tone, Press OK/VOL+ to enter and then press CH+ /
CH- to select Standard/Music/Theater/User mode.

Normal sound with moderate bass and treble setting.

Designed the sound to best suit music programs.

Enables extra bass and treble to enhance the movie
experience.
User ▲
A spare setting that can be adjusted to personal tastes
You can also press S.MODE button on the remote control
to select Standard / Music / Theater/User mode.
How to customize your own Sound

Press A MENU to display main menu on the screen,
and then press CH+ /CH- to select the Sound menu,
afterwards press OK/VOL+ to enter the option to
be adjusted.

The intermediate value is 0. When indication value
of Balance increases toward +10, sound of the right
and left speakers becomes stronger and weaker,
respectively. When indication value of Balance
decreases toward -10, sound of the right and left
speakers becomes weaker and stronger.
Digital tone ▲
This select the modes for sound reproduction dependent
on the broadcast signals or signals from external inputs
received.
Select the mode of sound (Standard/Music/Theater/User).
If the

mode is selected, press OK to enter the
digital tone menu,(as shown in the below figure),

Lock Setup
The television has the function of security default lock.
Password needs to be entered when the program lock
mode is to be set.
How to use the password function
Press H. LOCK, the TV screen will display Enter Password
to prompt the user to enter a correct password by
pressing corresponding numerical keys; if the password
is correct, the user enters the Lock Set menu; if incorrect,
the user is required to enter a password again.
If there is no operation for a few seconds, the display will
automatically disappear.

This function is used to prohibit watching a program
from various external inputs, e.g. AV and PC, etc. Press
CH+ /CH- to select a certain option, and then press

If an external input lock is set ON, after entering this
mode, the screen will display blue background with
muting and a prompt Source Lock; during Source
Lock prompt, Source Lock will remain if there is no
other display on the screen. To watch a program
from a locked external input, just enter Source Lock
submenu to set corresponding status as OFF or
execute the Unlock option in the Lock Set menu.
Child Lock ❖
Press CH+ /CH- to select the Child Lock option, and
then press VOL-

VOL+ to set ON or OFF. If set ON,
this control key will not respond, and the screen will
display Child Lock when the key is pressed; if no other
operation is made, the display will automatically
disappear later. To resume Child Lock function, just
enter the Lock Set menu to set Child Lock OFF or
execute the Unlock option.
Max Volume ❖
Press CH+ /CH- to select the Max Volume option,
and then press VOL-

VOL+ to freely adjust the max
volume within the range of 0~100. After finishing the
setting, the max volume in the Volume menu will not
exceed the preset max volume; for example, if the
preset max volume is 30, the volume in the Volume
menu can not be increased any longer upon reaching
30; if the preset max volume is less than the value in
the Volume menu, the latter will decrease along with
the decrease of preset max volume.

Carga de Batería(Pilas)
1. Deslice la cubierta del compartimiento de batería
ubicado en la parte posterior del control remoto.
2. Coloque dos pilas alcalinas 7#(AAA)en el

Si el TV no está en modo TV,presione INPUT en el
control remoto y un menú de fuentes se visualizará en

CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción y presioneVOL+o
OK para conrmar la selección al terminal de TV,luego
el menú de fuentes desaparecen y la información de
la fuente de señal vigente aparece en la parte superior
derecha de la pantalla.
Si se presiona esta llave repetidanmene,se puede salir
del menú de fuentes.
En caso no se hiciera ninguna otra operación,el menú
de fuente desaparecerá automáticamente al acanzar el

lograrse sin sintonía fina al verse programas de
TV.La sintonía fina es aplicable cuando se requiere
ajustar un programa.

Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción de
sistema de color y luego presione VOL+/VOL- para
seleccionar el sistema de color correcto.
El TV está diseñado con cuatro sistemas de
color a su elección por ejemplo en Auto,NTSC-

Auto y no es necesario hacer reajustes.El sistema
está normalmente fijado en Auto durante la

Cuando se coloca el skip en On,el canal salteará
al presionar CH+ /CH- y sólo se detendrá al
seleccionar las llaves numéricas 0-9.
Si se desea recuperar el canal salteado:
1. Utilice el botón de selección de Dígito-Directo
para seleccionar el canal a ser recuperado.
2. Realice nuevamente los pasos arriba
mencionados.
3. Presione VOL-/VOL+ para colocar el SKIP en

Establecimiento de Bloqueo
E televisor cuenta con la función de alta seguridad.Es
necesario ingresar una contraseña si se quiere jar dicha
seguridad.
Cómo utilizar la contraseña
Presione H.LOCk,en la pantalla aparecerán las palabras.
Entrar Contraseña para que el usuario presione su
contraseña correcta usando claves numéricas;si la
contraseña está correcta,el usuario debe entrar al menú
Lock Set;si es incorrecta,se solicitará al usuario que
ingrese nuevamente la contraseña.
Si no hay operación durante unos segundos,desaparecerá
la visualización automáticamente.
El menú de Establecimiento de Bloqueo es como
siguiente:
Cambiar contraseña ▲
Luego de entrar al menú de Establecimiento de
Bloqueo,presione para seleccionar la opción
de Cambiar Contraseña,y luego presione para
visualizar el menú de Cambiar Contraseña,después
ingrese una nueva contraseña de 4 dígitos
presionando las claves numéricas y repita una
vez más la contraseña,nalmente seleccione
la opción a conrmar presionado MENU para
conrmar,indicando que le cambio de contraseña se
realizó exitosamente.
Si el usuario no desea cambiar la contraseña a medio
camino,puede presionar MENU para salir del proceso.
Nota
La contraseña inicial es 0000 y no será cambiada si se
ejecuta la opción Unlock(Cierre).
Bloqueo de Sintonía ▲
Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción de
Bloqueo de Sintonía,y luego presione VOL-/VOL+
para establecer ON u OFF.(Si establece On,el Menú
de Sintonía no se puede utilizar en el modo de
TV.En cuanto a las operaciones relativas al Menú de

Preestablecer Fuente ▲
Esta se puede realizar como
O,TV,AV,Component,HDMI,PC y USB.Si se
ja en TV,luego de entrar la menú de canales
preestablecido,presione VOL-/VOL+ para seleccionar
el canal preestablecido.Este canal aparecerá
en pantalla al encender el TV;cuando la fuente
preestablecida es jada como otras fuentes de
señal,el TV cambiará forzosamente a la fuente
preestablecida al encender la TV.Por ejemplo,cuando
la fuente preestablecida es jada comoYPbPr/YCbCr,la
TV cambiará a YPbPr/YCbCr al encenderse.Si es
establecida en O,la función prejada se cerrará.
Preestablecer Canal ▲
Sólo se puede utilizar la opción de Preestablecer Canal
cuando Preestablecer Fuente está en TV.Presione
VOL-/VOL+ para seleccionar a preestablecer canales
de 1-125, OFF.
Bloqueo de Fuente ▲
Esta función se puede utilizar para prohibir que se
vea un programa desde otros puntos externos,por
ejemplo AV,PC etc.Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar
cierta opción y luego presione VOL-/VOL+ para jar
la seguridad en On u O.Si alguna seguridad externa
está en ON,luego de entrara este modo,la pantalla
mostrará un fondo azul con silenciador(MUTE) y
una seguridad de fuente inmediatamente.Esto
permanecerá si no hay ninguna otra visuaización
en la pantalla.Para ver un programa desde un punto
externo asegurado,sólo entre al submenú de Fuente

Si se ja en ON(encendido) esta clave de control no

Note: * It is recommended that you'd better use 75Ω coaxial cable to remove the disturbance caused by airwave. * Don't bind antenna cable and electric wire together. To improve picture quality in a poor signal area, purchase and install a signal amplifier. ANT. If the antenna needs to be split for two Tv’s, install a "2-WaySignal Splitter" in the connections. There are several ways to connect your television, depending on the components you want to connect and the quality of the signal you want to achieve. The following are examples of someways to connect your TV. Choose the connection which is best for you. VCR Connection DVD Setup How to connect A Connect the DVD video outputs (Y, Pb/Cb, Pr/Cr) To avoid picture noise (interference), leave an adequate distance between the VCR and TV. to the COMPONENT (Y, Pb/Cb, Pr/Cr) input jacks on the TV and connect the DVD audio outputs to the AUDIO jacks on the TV’ as shown in the figure. When connecting the TV to VCR, match the jack colors (Video = yellow, Audio Left = white, and Audio Right = red). HDMI or DVI Setup To watch digitally broadcast programs, purchase and connect a digital set-top box. the VCR. (Refer to the VCR owner’s manual.) C Select the input source with using the INPUT button on the remote control, and then press CH+ /CH10 LCD television Owner’s Manual How to connect •• When using an HDMI/DVI cable connection, you External Equipment Connections must use the HDMI IN(DVI) jack for video. A DVD, Blu-ray player, HD cable box,or HD STB satellite receiver may require a DVI-HDMI(DVI to HDMI) cable or DVI-HDMI(DVI to HDMI) adapter. The PC/DVI AUDIO IN jack is required for audio. change the refresh rate to another rate or adjust the brightness and contrast on the menu until the picture is clear. If the refresh rate of the PC graphic card can not be changed, change the PC graphic card or consult the manufacturer of the PC graphic card. AUDIO PC Note R VIDEO L AUDIO R Device USB AV OUT L PC/DVI AUDIO HDMI OUT HDMI Cable / Device RR Avoid keeping a fixed image on the TV’s screen for along period of Time. The fixed image may become permanently imprinted on the screen. RR The synchronization input form for Horizontal and Vertical frequencies is separate. RR To obtain the best picture, do not play the USB, YPbPr, HDMI or PC source at the same time. PC Setup How to connect A Use the TV’s PC IN port for video connections. B Then, make the corresponding audio connection. If using a sound card, adjust the PC sound as required. Monitor Out Setup The TV has a special signal output capability which allows you to hook up a second TV or monitor. Connect the second TV or monitor to the TV’s AV OUT. See the Operating Manual of the second TV or monitor for further details regarding that device’s input settings. How to use A Turn on the PC and the TV. B Turn on the display by pressing the POWER button on the TV’s remote control. C Use INPUT on the remote control to select PC source. D Check the image on your TV. There may be noise associated with the resolution, vertical pattern, contrast or brightness in PC mode. If noise is present, change the PC mode to another resolution, LCD television Owner’s Manual 11 External Equipment Connections / Basic Receiving and Playing Operations Note RR Component, PC, HDMI input sources cannot be used for Monitor out. RR When connecting with external audio equipments, such as amplifiers or speakers, please turn the TV speakers off. Power source TO USE AC POWER SOURCE Use the AC polarized line cord provided for operation on AC. Insert the AC cord plug into a standard polarized AC outlet. In the manual, the OSD (on screen display) may be different from your TV’s because it is just an example to help you with the TV operation. Switching ON/OFF the TV set A First, connect power cord correctly and the power indicator will light. B Press POWER on the remote control again. C If you want to exchange to standing by status, please press down POWER on the remote control D Disconnect the power supply or unplug the television if it is intended to completely cease the television performance. Choose the Menu Language When you satisfied with your set for the first time, you must select the language which will be used for displaying menus and indications. A Press MENU and CH+ /CH- to select Function menu. B Press OK/VOL+ to enter, Press CH+ /CH- button to select language. Note RR Never connect the AC line cord plug to other than the specified voltage. Use the attached power cord only. C Select a particular language by pressing CH+ /CHrepeatedly, and then press OK to confirm. D When you satisfied with your choice, press MENU to return to normal viewing. RR If the polarized AC cord does not fit into a non polarized AC outlet, do not attempt to file or cut the blade. It is the user’s responsibility to have an electrician replace the obsolete outlet. RR If you cause a static discharge when touching the unit and the unit fails to function, simply unplug the unit from the AC outlet and plug it back in. The unit should return to normal operation. Basic Receiving and Playing Operations Switching ON/OFF the TV set 12 LCD television Owner’s Manual Choose the Input source If the TV is not in TV mode, press INPUT on the remote control unit, and signal source menu will be displayed on the TV screen (as shown in the below figure). Press CH+ /CH- to select the TV option, and press VOL+or Basic Receiving and Playing Operations OK to confirm the switching to TV input terminal. After switching, the signal source menu disappears, and at the upper right corner of screen displays the information of current signal source. Pressing this key repeatedly can exit from the signal source menu. In case of no other operation, the signal source menu will automatically disappear upon reaching the OSD disappearance time preset in the main menu. Channel Edit Note: Only available in the source of TV and Tuning lock in the H.Lock menu is off. A Press MENU on the remote control unit or MENU on the TV’s front panel to display main menu, and then press CH+ /CH- to select Tuning menu.Press OK/ VOL+to enter. B Press CH+ /CH- to select the Channel Edit option, and then press OK to enter submenu. Channel Edit Fine Tune 112.25MHz Color system NTSC Skip OFF Menu Return Move OK OK ❖❖ Fine Tune Searching Channel In this section, how to use the remote control to set channel is explained. You can also use buttons on the TV set to set channel. Channel Type A Press MENU on the remote control unit or MENU on the TV’s front panel to display main menu, and then press CH+ /CH- to select Tuning menu,Press OK/ VOL+ to enter. B Press CH+ /CH- to select the Channel Type option, Press OK/VOL+ to enter, and then press VOL-/ VOL+ to select Air or Cable. Press CH+ /CH- to select the Fine Tune option, and then press VOL-/ VOL+ to start UP or DOWN fine tuning until obtaining a relatively good picture effect. The fine tuning function is for the purpose of improving picture effect through fine tuning when that of a certain program is not good enough. Normally, the optimal picture effect can be obtained without fine tuning when watching TV programs, and fine tuning is to meet the need of adjusting a certain program. ❖❖ Color system Press CH+ /CH- to select the Color Systems option, and then press VOL-/ VOL+ to select correct color system. The TV is designed with four systems for your choice, i.e. Auto, NTSC ,PAL-M, PAL-N, the system is set as Auto and it is not necessary to make an adjustment. The system is normally set as Auto during auto search. ❖❖ Skip When the skip is set ON, the channel will be skipped when pressing CH+ or CH- and only can be selected by pressing 0-9 numerical keys. Use Direct-digit Choosing button to select the number of the channel to be recovered. 2. Do the above steps again. 3. Press VOL-/ VOL+ to set Skip as Off. VOL+to enter. B Press CH+ /CH- to select the close caption option. C Press VOL-/ VOL+ to select CC1,CC2,CC3,CC4,Text1,T ext2,Text3,Text4 or OFF. Auto search A Press MENU on the remote control to display main menu, and then press CH+ /CH- to select Tuning menu. Watching TV Program You can watch TV program in a presetting channel. How to select the desired program A Using Program number buttons Directly enter the channel number with the numeric keypad on the remote control. If to select channel numbers of double-digital or three-figure, press continuously the numeric buttons in three second. B Using CH+ /CH- buttons B press CH+ /CH- to select the Auto Search option, press OK or VOL+to enter the auto search menu, afterwards press VOL-/ VOL+ to select the Confirm option, and finally press OK to confirm the starting of auto search. Channel Type Air Auto Search Auto Seaching... Channel 8 Close Caption Frequency: 152.25MHz 40% Menu Return Move OK How to select the desired sound Channel Edit Tuning Press CH+ to select a channel number in number increasing direction. Press CH- to select a channel number in number decreasing direction. OK C During auto search, the scale value on the progress bar is continually increasing, indicating the auto search is in progress. After finishing the auto search, the TV will play the channel starting the auto search. To stop the search in halfway, just press MENU/OK, and the TV will play the first searched channel. Press VOL-/+ buttons on the remote or the front of the TV set to adjust the volume level. The range is 0~100. When the volume buttons are pressed the volume level is displayed automatically on the TV screen. Mute Setting A Press MUTE button on the remote control and a icon will display on the screen. At this time, the sound of the TV set is turned off. B If you want to recover the sound, press MUTE button again or directly press VOL+ button. Quick program view Close Caption A Press MENU on the remote control unit or MENU on the TV’s front panel to display main menu, and then press CH+ /CH- to select Tuning menu, press OK or 14 LCD television Owner’s Manual A Suppose that you previously watched a TV program on Channel 8, but now you are watching a TV program on Channel 18 (as shown in the below figure). Basic Receiving and Playing Operations ❖❖ Standard The picture brightness and hue are moderate. ❖❖ Soft The picture is soft and in light color. ❖❖ User The picture effect is set by yourself to your preference. ❖❖ Vivid The picture is vivid, bright and dynamic. B If you want to return to Channel 8, just press "RECALL (Flashback)" once. C If you want to return to Channel 18 again, just press "RECALL (Flashback)" once again. Note RR This function is only available in TV mode. Picture Control Functions How to customize your own picture status A Press MENU button to display main menu on the screen, and then press CH+ /CH- to select the Picture menu, press OK/VOL+ to enter . B Press CH+ /CH- button to select the item requires adjusting, press VOL-/ VOL+ button. This means the adjustment of specific contents in the picture, if already in normal condition, it is not necessary to make any adjustment. Due to different TV signal inputs, some items may need to be adjusted. The following makes a description by only taking TV signal as an example. How to select the picture mode A Press MENU to display main menu on the screen, and then press CH+ /CH- to select the Picture menu, afterwards press OK/VOL+ to enter the option to be adjusted. B Press CH+ /CH- to move the Picture mode option to be adjusted, and then press CH+ /CH- to select Standard/Soft/User/Vivid. Encender(ON) /Apagar(OFF) el Televisor A Primero,enchufe correctamente el TV y el indicador de power mostrará una luz. B Presione POWER(Encendido/Apagado) en el control remoto nuevamente. Tomacorriente AC C Si desea pasar al estado en espera,presione POWER del control remotol. D Desconecte el suministro de energía o desenchufe el televisor si desea interrumpir por completo el funcionamiento del televisor. Elegir el Idioma en el Menú Enchufe polarizado de cable AC Nota RR Nunca conecte el enchufe AC a otro voltaje que no sea el especificado.Use únicamente el cable de energía suministrado. RR Si el cable AC polarizado no coincide con el tomacorriente de AC,no polarizado,no intente limar ni cortar la clavija.Es responsabilidad del usuario que un electricista reemplace el tomacorriente dañado u obsoleto. RR Si usted causa una descarga estática al tocar la unidad y ésta deja de funcionar,desconecte la unidad de la toma de corriente AC y conéctela nuevamente.La unidad debe operar normalmente. C Seleccione el idioma que prefiere presionando CH+/CH- repetidamente,y luego presione OK para confirmar. Búsqueda de Canal En esta sección se explica cómo utilizar el control remoto para establecer el canal.También se puede utilizar los botones en el aparato de TV para establecer el canal. Tipo de Canal A Presione MENU en el conjunto del control remoto o MENU en el panel frente de TV para visualizar el menú principal,y luego presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar el sintonizador(Tunning) del menú,y OK/ VOL+ para entrar. B Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción de Tipo de Canal, OK/VOL+ para entrar,y VOL+/VOLpara seleccionar Aire o Cable. ❖❖ Sintonía Fina Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción sintonía fina y luego presione VOL - / VOL+ para empezar la sintonía fina hacia arriba o hacia abajo hasta lograr un efecto de imagen relativamente bueno.La función de la sintonía fina es mejorar el efecto de la imagen cuando la sintonía de algún programa no es lo suficientemente buena. Normalmente el efecto óptimo de la imagen puede lograrse sin sintonía fina al verse programas de TV.La sintonía fina es aplicable cuando se requiere ajustar un programa. ❖❖ Sistema de Color Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción de sistema de color y luego presione VOL+/VOL- para seleccionar el sistema de color correcto. El TV está diseñado con cuatro sistemas de color a su elección por ejemplo en Auto,NTSC LCD television Owner’s Manual 13 Operación Básica de Funcionamiento aumentando continuamente lo que indica que la autobúsqueda progrese.Luego de concluir la autobúsqueda,el TV presentará en pantalla el primer canal buscado.Para detener la búsqueda a la mitad sólo presione MENU/OK del menú y el TV pondrá el M,PAL_M, PAL_N,el sistema está establecido en Auto y no es necesario hacer reajustes.El sistema está normalmente fijado en Auto durante la autobúsqueda. ❖❖ Salteo Cuando se coloca el skip en On,el canal salteará al presionar CH+ /CH- y sólo se detendrá al seleccionar las llaves numéricas 0-9. Si se desea recuperar el canal salteado: 1. Utilice el botón de selección de Dígito-Directo para seleccionar el canal a ser recuperado. 2. Realice nuevamente los pasos arriba mencionados. 3. Presione VOL-/VOL+ para colocar el SKIP en primer canal buscado. Cerrar Título A Presione MENU en el conjunto del control remoto o MENU en el panel frente de TV para visualizar el menú principal,y luego presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar el sintonizador(Tunning) del menú. B Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción de cerrar títulos,y luego presione OK o VOL para entrar su submenú. OFF(apagado). C Presione VOL-/VOL+ para seleccionar CC1,CC2,CC3,C Búsqueda automática C4,Texto1,Texto2,Texto3,Texto4 o Apagado. A Presione MENU en el control remoto para visualizar el menú principal y luego presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar el menú de sintonía(Tunning). Para Ver un Programa de TV Puede ver los programas de TV escogiendo de antemano un canal. Cómo seleccionar el programa deseado A Utilizar los botones con número de programa Introduzca directamente el número del canal con el teclado numérico del control remoto.Para seleccionar un canal con números de doble-digital o de tres dígitos presione cintinuamente los botones numéricos en tres segundos. B Presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar la opción de búsqueda automáticamente,presione OK o VOL+ para entrar en el menú de búsqueda automáticamente,después presione VOL-/VOL+ para seleccionar la opción de confirmar,y al fin presione OK para confirmar el empienzo de búsqueda auto. Búsqueda Auto Quieres empezar a buscar automáticamente? Cancelar C Durante la autobúsqueda la escala numérica avanza 14 LCD television Owner’s Manual B Utilizando el botón VOL+ Presione VOL+ para seleccionar un número de canal,yendo en aumento.Presione VOL- para seleccionar un número de canal yendo en decrecimiento. Cómo seleccionar el sonido deseado Presione los botones VOL+/VOL- del control remoto o en la parte frontal del TV para ajustar el nivel de volumen.El rango va de 0~100.Cuando se presionan los botones de volumen,e nivel de éste se visualiza automáticamente en la pantala del TV. Operación Básica de Funcionamiento Silenciamiento A Presione e botón MUTE en el control remoto y aparecerá un letrero en la pantalla.En este momento se apaga el sonido del televisor. B Para recuperar el sonido,presione MUTE nuevamente o presione derectamente el botón VOL+. Para ver los programas rápido A Presionar MENU para visualizar el menú principal en la pantalla y luego presione CH+/CH- para seleccionar el menú de imagen.Luego presione OK /VOL+ para entrar a la opción que debe reajustarse.
