Puede utilizar el dispositivo Dell Photo AIO Printer 944 para llevar a cabo una amplia variedad de tareas. Es importante que tenga en cuenta los siguientes
aspectos:
l Silaimpresoraestáconectadaaunordenador,puedeutilizarelpaneldeloperadoroelsoftwaredelaimpresoraparacrearlosproyectos.
l Para escanear, imprimir y enviar y recibir faxes, debe conectarla a un ordenador.
l No es necesario conectar la impresora a un ordenador para copiar o imprimir un documento desde tarjetas de memoria, llaves de memoria USB o

Establecimiento del idioma de la impresora
Para establecer inicialmente el idioma de la impresora:
1. Al encender por primera vez la impresora, pulse los botones de flecha para buscar su idioma.
2. PulseelbotónSeleccionar para seleccionar su idioma.
Restablecimiento del idioma de la impresora
Si necesita cambiar el idioma predeterminado utilizado en el panel del operador, siga estos pasos:
1. Pulseelbotóndeencendido para encender la impresora.
2. Pulse los botones de flecha hasta que aparezca Configuración.
3. PulseelbotónSeleccionar .
4. Pulse los botones de flecha hasta que aparezca Idioma.
5. Pulse los botones de flecha para buscar su idioma.
6. PulseelbotónSeleccionar para seleccionar su idioma.

4. Extraigaloscartuchosdeimpresiónusados.
5. Guardeloscartuchosenunenvasehermético,comoporejemplolaunidaddealmacenamientodelcartuchofotográficoodeséchelodeformaadecuada.

6. Siestáinstalandouncartuchodeimpresiónnuevo,retireeladhesivoyelprecintotransparentedelaparteposterioreinferiordelcartucho.
7. Inserteloscartuchosdetintanuevos.Asegúresedequeelcartuchodeimpresiónnegroofotográficoseencuentracorrectamentecolocadoenelcarro
izquierdo y el de color en el derecho.
8. Cierre las tapas.
9. Levantelaunidaddelaimpresoraydesplaceelsoportedelescánermientrasbajalaunidaddelaimpresorahastaquequedecompletamentecerrada.
Alineacióndeloscartuchosdetinta
Laimpresorapuedealinearloscartuchosdetintacuandoseinstalanosustituyen.Paracomprobarlaalineacióndeloscartuchos,imprimaunapáginade
alineación.
1. Pulse los botones de flecha hasta que aparezca Mantenimiento.
2. PulseelbotónSeleccionar .
NOTA: enlaimagensiguientesemuestrauncartuchodetintanegrayotrodecolor(paraimpresiónnormal).Paraimprimirfotografías,utiliceun

Preferenciasdeimpresión permite modificar los diversos valores de la impresora. Puede modificar los valores de la impresora en Preferenciasdeimpresión

Para acceder a Preferenciasdeimpresión cuando se encuentra abierto un documento:
1. Haga clic en Archivo®Imprimir.

El Administrador de tarjetas de memoria permite visualizar, gestionar, editar, imprimir y guardar fotos en el ordenador desde una tarjeta de memoria o llave
de memoria USB.
Para iniciar el Administrador de tarjetas de memoria:
1. Introduzca una tarjeta de memoria en la ranura para tarjetas o una llave de memoria USB en el puerto PictBridge que se encuentra en la parte frontal

Cuandolosnivelesdetintaseanbajos,apareceráenlapantallaunmensajeAviso de nivel bajo de tinta cuando intenteimprimir.Esteavisosemostrará
cadavezqueimprimahastaqueinstaleuncartuchodetintanuevo.Paraobtenermásinformaciónacercadelasustitucióndecartuchosdetinta,consulte
Sustitucióndeloscartuchosdetinta.
Cuandounooamboscartuchosdetintaesténvacíos,apareceráenlapantallalaventanaDepósitodereservacuandointenteimprimir.Sicontinúa
imprimiendo, puede que no obtenga los resultados esperados para el trabajo.

Desinstalaciónyreinstalacióndelsoftware
Silaimpresoranofuncionacorrectamenteoaparecenmensajesdeerrordecomunicacióncuandolautiliza,puededesinstalareinstalarnuevamenteel
