INTRODUCCIÓN
Estimado cliente:
Haber elegido un equipo de audio como este, es sólo el inicio del placer musical. Ahora le mostraremos
cómo maximizar la diversión y satisfacción que este equipo ofrece.
Deseamos que aproveche al máximo su equipo y que el uso del mismo sea seguro. El sonido será
potente y claro, sin distorsión o saturaciones y, lo más importante, no dañará su oído.
El volumen puede ser dañino. Con el pasar del tiempo, su oído puede acostumbrarse a mucho
volumen, sin embargo, este volumen que le puede parecer normal dañará su oído.
Para evitar este posible riesgo, ajuste el nivel de volumen óptimo y seguro antes de que su oído se
adapte a un volumen inadecuado.
PARA ESTABLECER UN NIVEL DE VOLUMEN SEGURO
• Empiece escuchando con poco volumen.
• Incremente gradualmente el volumen hasta que pueda escuchar clara y confortablemente, sin
distorsión.
UNA VEZ ESTABLECIDO EL NIVEL DE VOLUMEN SEGURO
• Mantenga el control de volumen a ese nivel.
• Tomarse un minuto para realizar este ajuste puede ayudarle a prevenir daños en su oído o incluso la
pérdida total de la audición en el futuro. Una vez realizado el ajuste, podrá disfrutar de la música de
manera segura por toda la vida.
ACERCA DE ESTE MANUAL
Este producto cuenta con una serie de sofisticadas características y funciones que le aseguran un
funcionamiento y recepción superior. Todos los controles han sido diseñados para ser usados de la
manera más sencilla posible, sin embargo, no todos pueden ser comprendidos sin explicación.
Este manual de instrucciones está destinado a ayudarlo a obtener el mayor beneficio del potencial del
equipo y a que disfrute al máximo del placer musical.
Le recomendamos que se familiarice con las funciones y el uso de las mismas, leyendo todo el manual
antes de usar el equipo. Es muy importante que lea y tenga en cuenta las precauciones citadas en la
siguiente página y en las distintas secciones del manual.
Los métodos básicos de operación para cada fuente de sonido están sinteizados al principio, para darle
a conocer los procedimientos básicos de operación.

UBICACIÓN Y FUNCIÓN DE LOS BOTONES
1. ABRIR
Presione este botón para soltar el panel frontal.
Para colocar el CD, introdúzcalo en la ranura y para sacarlo, presione el botón EJ.
Una vez que el pane frontal se haya abatido, tire el panel hacia delante para separarlo del cuerpo de la
unidad.
2 y 3 BOTÓN SEL y PERILLA VOL
• Presione el botón SEL para cambiar el modo de ajuste de sonido en el siguiente orden:
VOLUMEN BAJOS AGUDOS BALANCE FUNDIDO
Si no presiona ningún botón tras 5 segundos, volverá al modo anterior, ya sea RADIO o CD.
VOLUMEN
• Puede ajustar el volumen en cualquier momento girando la perilla VOL. El modo inicial de ajuste de
audio es Volumen.
• Para elegir el modo de ajuste de volumen, puede presionar varias veces el botón SEL hasta que la
palabra “VOL” aparezca en la pantalla LCD.

AJUSTAR LOS BAJOS
a) Presione el botón SEL varias veces hasta que la indicación “BAS” aparezca en la pantalla LCD.
b) Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para ajustar el nivel de bajos.
AJUSTAR LOS AGUDOS (Sin aplicar ecualización)
a) Presione el botón SEL varias veces hasta que la indicación “TRE” aparezca en la pantalla LCD.
b) Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para ajustar el nivel de agudos.
AJUSTAR EL BALANCE
a) Presione el botón SEL varias veces hasta que la indicación “BAL” aparezca en la pantalla LCD.
b) Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para ajustar el balanceo entre las bocinas izquierdas y derechas.
AJUSTAR EL FUNDIDO
a) Presione el botón SEL varias veces hasta que la indicación “FAD” aparezca en la pantalla LCD.
b) Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para ajustar el balanceo entre las bocinas frontales y traseras.
• Al presionar este botón por más de 2 segundos, se activará el modo cíclico de las siguientes
funciones para el usuario:
BEEP (2nd/ALL/OFF) SEEK1/2 DSP (OFF/POP/ROCK/CLASSIC/FLAT)
VOL LAST/VOL ADJ ESP 40/10
Luego de seleccionar el modo deseado, gire la perilla del volumen para elegir un ítem de configuración
del modo deseado.
- BEEP 2ND, BEEP ALL, BEEP OFF
BEEP 2ND
Escuchará un pitido cuando active un botón de doble función tras haberlo presionado por más de 1
segundo.
BEEP ALL
Escuchará un pitido cada vez que presione un botón.
BEEP OFF
Los pitidos quedarán desactivados.
SEEK 1/ SEEK 2 (Sólo en el modo Radio)
SEEK 1
Mantenga presionado el botón o para buscar la anterior o siguiente radioemisora. Una vez que
una señal sea detectada, la búsqueda se detendrá.
SEEK 2
Mantenga presionado el botón o para buscar la anterior o siguiente radioemisora.
La búsqueda sólo se detendrá cuando suelte el botón de búsqueda.

VOL LAST / VOL ADJ
VOL LAST
El equipo ajusta el nivel de volumen usado por última vez.
VOL ADJ
Gire la perilla de volumen para ajustar un nivel de volumen predeterminado.
ESP 40/10 segundos
Puede elegir el tiempo de protección electrónica anti-vibración entre 40 y 10 segundos, usando la perilla
de volumen.
El valor predeterminado para el ESP es de 40 segundos.
Elija la opción de 10 segundos para mejorar la calidad de sonido. Con 40 segundos el sistema anti-
vibración será efectivo mientras esté conduciendo el vehículo.
4. ENCENDER/APAGAR
El equipo se encenderá al presionar cualqueir botón del panel frontal, execepto los botones OPEN y EJ.
Así mismo, el equipo se encenderá cuando introduzca un disco a la ranura.
Para apagar el equipo, mantenga presionado el botón POWER durante 0.5 segundos.
5. PANTALLA LCD
6 y 7 TUNE, SEE, TRACK, SIGUIENTE, ANTERIOR
EN EL MODO RADIO
• Presione el botón o para sintonizar manualmente una radioemisora.
• Mantenga presionado el botón
o por más de 0.5 segundos para iniciar la búsqueda automática
de la siguiente o anterior radioemisora.
EN EL MODO CD/MP3
• Presione el botón para saltar a la siguiente pista o el botón para saltar al inicio de la pista
actual.
• Presione dos veces el botón para saltar a la pista anterior.
• Mantenga presionado el botón
o (por más de 1 segundo) para retroceder o avanzar
rápidamente.
8. BOTÓN BND
Presione el botón BND para elegir la banda de radio que desee, ya sea AM o FM, en el orden
siguiente:
FM 1 FM 2 FM 3 AM 1 AM 2
EN EL MODO MP3
Presione el botón BND varias veces para ver en la pantalla LCD el nombre del archivo, del directorio, el
nombre del tema, del artista o del album. Si el archivo tiene una etiqueta ID3 versión 1.0/2.0, los tres
últimos items aparecerán desplazándose por la pantalla LCD, caso contrario, esta información no
aparecerá.

DISCOS MEZCLADOS CD Y MP3
Si está reproduciendo discos con archivos de audio CD y MP3 al mismo tiempo, mantenga presionado
el botón BND por más de 2 segundos para cambiar a la reproducción de archivos CD o MP3
alternativamente.
De manera predeterminada, primero se reproducirán los archivos CD y posteriormente los archivos
MP3 del disco.
9. BOTÓN MODE
Presione el botón MODE para cambiar al modo RADIO o CD/MP3 (si ha cargado un disco).
10. BOTÓN MUTE
Este botón le permite activar o desactivar el silenciamiento.
Presione el botón MUTE para suspender la salida de sonido temporalmente y vuelva a presionarlo para
reactivarla. Así mismo, puede cancelar la función de silenciamiento al presionar los botónes MODE,
BAND, SEL o la perilla de VOLUMEN del panel frontal.
11. RECEPTOR DEL CONTROL REMOTO
12. BOTÓN ASP (Almacenamiento automático / Estaciones predefinidas)
EN EL MODO RADIO
• Mantenga presionado este botón por más de 1 segundo para iniciar la búsqueda automática de
radioemisoras. Las 6 radioemisoras con la señal más fuerte quedarán almacenadas en la memoria
de estaciones predefinidas. Puede realizar esta operación en cada una de las bandas de radio. Una
vez terminada la búsqueda automática, entrará al modo de memorias de radio.
• Cada vez que presione este botón en el modo radio, se iniciará la búsqueda de la siguiente
radioemisora. Cuando una señal lo suficientemente fuerte sea detectada, la búsqueda se detendrá y
escuchará la estación durante 5 segundos, después de los cuales, se iniciará la búsqueda de la
siguiente señal.
EN EL MODO MP3
Presione el botón ASP para cambiar el modo de búsuqeda de archivos en el orden siguiente:
BÚSUQEDA DE PISTA BÚSQUEDA POR PRIMERA LETRA BÚSQUEDA DE DIRECTORIO
• Al activar el modo de BÚSQUEDA DE PISTA, la indicación “MP3 T 000” aparecerá en la pantalla
LCD y el número 0 de las centenas empezará a parpadear.
Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para elegir un número del 1 al 9 en la posición que está parpadeando.
Seguidamente presione el botón SEL para confirmar y pasar la número de las decenas. Gire la perilla
de VOLUMEN para elegir un número del 1 al 9 en la posición que está parpadeando. Vuelva a
presionar el botón SEL para seleccionar las unidades. Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para elegir un
número del 1 al 9 en la posición que está parpadeando. Finalmente presione el botón SEL para
iniciar la reproducción de la pista seleccionada.

• Al activar el modo BÚSQUEDA POR PRIMERA LETRA, la letra “A-“ aparecerá en la pantalla LCD.
Si hay archivos cuyo nombre comience por la letra A, estos serán visibles, (y consecutivamente los
que empiecen con las letras A a la Z y 0 al 9, caso contrario aparecerá la palabra “NONE”.
Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para elegir la primera letra del archivo que esté buscando y
seguidamente use los botones o para elegir una de las pistas bajo esa letra. Finalmente
presione el botón SEL para iniciar la reproducción de la pista elegida.
• Al activar el modo de BÚSQUEDA DE DIRECTORIO, podrá ver el directorio principal en la pantalla
LCD (Si no hay un directorio principal en el disco MP3, aparecerá un solo directorio con el nombre
“ROOT”.
Gire la perilla de VOLUMEN para elegir el directorio que desee.
Use los botones
o para elegir la pista que desee dentro del directorio. Finalmente presione el
botón SEL para iniciar la reproducción de la pista elegida.
13 al 18. MEMORIAS DE RADIO y BOTONES TOP/ , INT, RTP y RDM
EN EL MODO RADIO
Presione cualqueira de estos botones para saltar al a radioemisora predefinida que corresponda con el
número que presione.
Al presionar por más de 2 segundos uno de estos seis botones, la radioemisora que esté escuchando
quedará almacenada bajo ese número de memoria.
EN EL MODO CD/MP3
• Presione el botón TOP/
para interrumpir la reproducción. Vuelva a presionarlo para reanudar la
reproducción.
• Mantenga presionado el botón TOP/ durante 0.5 segundos para iniciar la reproducción de la
primera pista del disco.
• Presione el botón INT para reproducir los primeros 10 segundos de cada pista del disco. Vuelva a
presionar este botón para interrumpir la búsqueda y reproducir la pista actual.
• Durante la reproducción MP3, mantenga presionado el botón INT durante 0.5 segundos para
reproducir los primeros 10 segundos de cada pista del directorio.
• Presione el botón RPT para repetir la pista actual.
• Mantenga presionado el botón RPT durante la reproducción MP3 para repetir el directorio actual y
vuelva a presionarlo para cancelar las repeticiones.
• Presione el botón RDM para reproducir todas las pistas del disco en orden aleatorio. Vuelva a
presionarlo para cancelar la reproducción aleatoria.
• Durante la reproducción MP3, presione los botones 6 o 5 para saltar diez pistas hacia arriba o abajo
respectivamente.
19. BOTÓN ST/MO
Presione el botón ST/MO en el modo RADIO para elegir entre sonido Mono o estéreo.
20. BOTÓN LOUD
Presione el botón LOUD para activar el reforzamiento de bajos. Los sonidos bajos serán reforzados
aún cuando el volumen sea bajo. Vuelva a presionar este botón para desactivar el reforzamiento de
bajos.

21. BOTÓN LOC
Use este botón durante la búsqueda de radioemisoras para reducir el nivel de señal mínimo para la
búsqueda automática. De esta manera, quedarán almacenadas en la memoria las estaciones con
señales poco potentes.
Cuando esté oyendo la radio, use este botón para cambiar el modo de recepción Local o Distante (Sólo
para la banda FM).
22. BOTÓN CLK
Al presionar este botón verá la hora durante 5 segundos en la pantalla LCD antes de volver al estado
anterior, a menos que vuelva a presionar el botón.
Mantenga presionado este botón por más de 1 segundo hasta que la hora parpadee en la pantalla.
Seguidamente podrá ajustar la hora y los minutos girando la perilla de VOLUMEN.
23. BOTÓN EJ
Para cargar o expulsar el disco cuando el equipo esté encendido, presione el botón EJ.
24. RANURA DEL CD
25. LED GUIÑADOR
Este LED empieza a parpadear cuando el panel frontal ha sido quitado de la unidad.
26. BOTÓN RESET
Antes de usar el equipo por primera vez, después de haber remplazado la batería del automóvil o
cambiado las conexiones, deberá reiniciar la unidad.
Use un objeto puntiagudo para presionar el botón RESET. Al realizar esta operación se borrará la
configuración de la hora y otros ajustes.

escuchar esa radio, caso contrario, la búsqueda continuará hacia la siguiente radioemisora.

MANTENIMIENTO DEL CONTROL REMOTO
Antes de usar el control remoto, retire la película aislante, la cual previene que la batería se gaste antes
de ser usado.
ACERCA DE LAS BATERÍAS
Batería de Litio: CR2025 3V
Duración de la batería: aproximadamente 6 meses.
REMPLAZAR LA BATERÍA DEL CONTROL REMOTO
• Retire la tapa del compartimiento de la batería presionando el seguro con el dedo y tirando hacia
fuera.
• Coloque una batería del mismo tipo, teniendo en cuenta la marca de polaridad positiva “+” quede
hacia arriba.
• Coloque con suavidad la tapa del compartimiento hasta que quede fija en su lugar.
CUIDADO
• No recargue, desarme o arroje al fuego las baterías.
• Si la batería se derrama podría dañarse la unidad.
• Para evitar accidentes, mantenga las baterías lejos del alcance de los niños.

Retire la etiqueta del control remoto antes de usar:
Usa película protectora ha sido instalada en el control por el
fabricante para evitar que la bateria se derrame.
1) Abra el compartimiento de la batería
2) Retire la película protectora junto con la batería de litio
3) Inserte la batería siguiendo la polaridad indicada
4) Vuelva a colocar la tapa del compartimiento.
Reemplazo de la batería de litio:
Use una batería de litio CR2032 (3V) solamente
Nunca use otros tipos de baterías con este control
• Abra el compartimiento de la batería
• Reemplace la batería usando un objeto no metálico.
Precaución
• La instalación de esta unidad, requiere habilidades especiales
y experiencia. Por tanto debe ser realizada por personal
calificado.
• Instale esta unidad usando solo las partes provistas con la
unidad. Si usa otras partes, podrá dañar la unidad o podrá
soltarse sola. Lo cual puede llevar a un accidente.
• Siga paso a paso las instrucciones de instalación señaladas en
este manual.
• No instale la unidad cerca de las puertas donde es posible que
entre agua. Lo cual dañaría la unidad.
Advertencia
• Evite instalar esta unidad en ubicación donde interfiera con los
dispositivos de seguridad como airbag.
• Evite instalar la unidad en ubicaciones donde obstruya el libre
movimiento del conductor.
Notas:
• No instale esta unidad en lugares donde se obstruya la
visibilidad
• Ya que el cada vehiculo es diferente, las condiciones de
instalación ideales pueden variar. Cuando instale la unidad
ubique una selección que asegure la transmisión optima de
señales entre el control y la unidad.

ADVERTENCIA
• Asegure la unidad firmemente al
timo, con la correa adjunta la
unidad. De lo contrario si ésta se
suelta, puede causar un accidente
de tráfico.
• No acople la unidad a la
circunferencia exterior del timón
(Fig.a) ya que esto interfiere con la
conducción. Siempre hágalo en la
circunferencia interior del timón
como se muestra en la fig b.

ADVERTENCIA
• No recarga, desensamble o caliente la batería.
• No maneje la batería con objetos metálicos
• No almacene la batería junto a objetos metálicos
• Cuando deseche las baterías, por favor siga las normas gubernamentales establecidas
en su país para tal efecto.
• Siempre verifique que instala la batería con la polaridad correspondiente.
Es decir con el polo positivo hacia arriba.
• Mantenga la batería alejada del alcance de los niños. Si estos llegase a tragarla,
consulte un medico inmediatamente.
Instale el control remoto hacia la mano derecho del conductor.
Nota:
cuando se instala en un automóvil de conducción en el lado izquierdo, las posiciones horizontales
son invertidas
1). Asegure el sujetador a la circunferencia interna del timón. (c) con la correa (b) Fig1 .
Ajuste el sujetador interno al timon de tal manera que las fechas queden hacia el conductor
como se muestra
2). Corte la porción sobrante de la correa en el centro del sujetador interno. Fig2
3). Instale el sujetador externo (d) en el sujetador interno y asegure con tornillos (e) Fig 3
4). Instale el control remoto en el sujetador (fig 4 y 5)
Retirando el control remoto del sujetador
• Al retirar el control remoto del sujetador, mueva la sección corrugada (f) hacia el timon
y deslice el control remoto hacia ud. (fig6)

CONEXIÓN DE LAS BOCINAS
NOTAS:
1. Asegúrese de usar bocinas con 4 ohms de impedancia.
2. Asegúrese que el cable de la antena no haga contacto con el chasis del vehículo.

INSTALACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD
MÉTODO DE INSTALACIÓN ANTIRROBO
La unidad principal está protegida por una caja metálica de instalación.
Conecte el cableado de la fuente de alimentación, los altavoces y la antena de acuerdo con
las instrucciones de este manual. Después, coloque en el salpicadero de su vehículo la caja
de instalación, tal y como se indica en la siguiente imagen:

MANIPULACION DE DISCOS
LIMPIEZA DE LOS DISCOS
Antes de reproducir un disco límpielo con un paño suave libre de motas en la
dirección de la flecha (del centro al borde).
NOTAS:
No use solventes, limpiadores químicos, benzina etc… ya que esto puede dañar la
unidad.
No inserte el disco con la superficie impresa hacia abajo, ya que esto puede dañar la
unidad
Siempre inserte con la superficie impresa hacia arriba.
No inserte un disco mientras haya otro presente en la unidad.
Siempre sujete el disco por los bordes, y nunca toque la superficie para evitar ensuciarlo.
No pegue papeles ni adhesivos sobre la superficie del disco
No exponga a la luz directa del sol, coloque alejado de fuentes de calor, y evite

INTRODUCTION
DEAR CUSTOMER
Selecting fine audio equipment such as the unit you have just purchased is only the start of your musical
enjoyment. Now it is time to consider how you can maximize the fun and excitement your equipment offers.
We want you to get the most out of your equipment by playing it at a safe
level. One that lets the sound come through loud and clear without annoying blaring or distortion - and, most
importantly, without affecting your sensitive hearing.
Sound can be deceiving. Over time your hearing " comfort level " adapts to higher volumes of sound. So what
sounds " normal " can actually be loud and harmful to your hearing.
Guard against this by setting your equipment at a safe level BEFORE your hearing adapts.
To establish a safe level:
. Start your volume control at a low setting
. Slowly increase the sound until you can hear it comfortably and clearly, and without distortion we want you
listening for a lifetime.
Once you have established a comfortable sound level:
. Set the dial and leave it there.
Taking a minute to do this now will help to prevent hearing damage or loss in the
future. After all, we want you listening for a lifetime.

This product features a number of sophisticated functions ensuring superior reception and operation. All are
designed for the easiest possible use, but many are not self-expanatory.
This operation manual is intended to help you benefit fully from their potential and to maximize your listening
enjoyment.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the functions and their operation by reading through the manual
before you begin using this product. It is especially important that you
read and observe the " precaution " on the next page and in other sections.
In this operation manual, the Basic Operation for each sound source is outlined at the beginning of its explanation,
covering simple operation for that source, such as merely playing music.

1. OPEN BUTTON
Press the OPEN button to fold down the front control panel.
Then a CD can be inserted into the CD slot or ejected by pressing the EJ button.
After flipping down the front panel, push it leftwards firstly, then draw the right of
the panel outwards.
2.3. SEL BUTTON (Select) AND VOL KNOB
a) Press the SEL button briefly, it is activated as selecting each mode of E. VOL.
-> VOLUME ->BASS ->TREBLE -> BALANCE -> FADER ->
In each mode, the waiting time is about 5 seconds, and the time waiting time is over, it returns to
the last display mode of tuner or CDP mode.
VOLUME CONTROL
1) The volume can be adjusted at any time by rotating the VOL knob as select mode has been
initially defaulted at volume mode.
2)The volume can be also obtained by continuously pressing the SEL button until the character
VOL appear on the LCD display, then rotate the VOL knob to adjust the volume.
BASS CONTROL
1) Press SEL button to select the bass mode until BAS appears on the display.
2) Rotate the VOL knob to adjust the bass.
TREBLE CONTROL
1) Press SEL button to select the treble mode until TRE appears on the display.
2) Rotate the VOL knob to adjust the treble.
BALANCE CONTROL
1) Press SEL button to select the balance mode until BAL appears on the display.
2) Rotate the VOL knob to adjust the left/right speaker balance.
FADER CONTROL
1) Press SEL button to select the balance mode until FAD appears on the display.
2) Rotate the VOL knob to adjust the front/rear speaker balance.
b) When pressed longer 2 seconds, it is activated as cyclical mode of following functions for
user’s selection.
-> BEEP (2nd/ALL/OFF) ->SEEK1/ 2 -> DSP(OFF/POP/ROCK/CLASSIC/FLAT)
->VOL LAST/VOL ADJ ->ESP 40/10 mode.
After selecting the desired mode, rotate the VOL knob to select one setup item of the
desired mode.
BEEP 2ND, BEEP ALL, BEEP OFF MODE
The situation of beep sound is selected. The 3 mode is selected as also rotating the VOL knob.

- Beep 2nd mode:
The beep is only generated when an allotted double key is pressed long (1second).
- Beep all mode:
The beep is generated when every key is pressed.
- Beep off mode:
The beep sound is disabled when a key is pressed.
SEEK 1/SEEK 2 mode:( Only available during radio operation)
SEEK 1: Press and hold the >>| or |<< button to seek up or down for the strong signal stations.
And the seek stops when received a strong signal station.
SEEK 2: Press and hold the >>| or |<< button to seek up or down for the strong signal stations.
But the seek does not stop when received a strong signal stations excepting release
the >>| or |<< button.
VOL LAST/VOL ADJ
VOL LAST: The radio switches on at the actual volume it had when it was last switched off.
VOL ADJ: Rotating the VOL knob you can pre-select a constant switch-on volume.
ESP 40 seconds/10 seconds:
In ESP mode, you can select 40 seconds or 10 seconds electronic shock
protection mode by rotating the VOL knob.
The default setting is at 40 seconds of anti-shock protection.
Using 10 seconds ESP will slightly improve the audio performance, while 40
seconds ESP will be effective when the vehicle is driven on a rough road.
4. POWER ON/OFF
When the unit is power off, the unit comes to ON by pressing any button on the front panel
(except the OPEN key or the EJ key). It also can turn on the unit to insert a disc into CD slot.
When the unit is power on, press and hold the power button for more than 0.5 seconds, the
unit goes into power off mode.

6.7. TUNE, SEEK, TRACK, SKIP UP / DOWN BUTTONS
a) During RADIO mode:
Press the >>| or |<< button shortly to manual tune up/down for the desired radio station
frequency with step by step.
Press and hold the >>| or |<< button for longer 0.5 seconds, to automatically tune up/down
for the radio station frequency of strong signal.
b) During CD/MP3 playback mode:
Press the >>| button briefly to play next track. Press the |<< button once to play the current
track from the beginning of the current track.
Press the |<< button twice continuously to play the previous track.
When the >>| or |<< button is pressed long (more than 1 seconds) for skip forwards or backwards.
8. BAND BUTTON
Press the BND button briefly to select the radio broadcasting band you would like to hear.
The AM/FM band is toggled cyclically through the tuning bands
->FM 1-> FM 2 -> FM 3 -> AM 1->AM 2 ->.
In MP3 disc mode, if you press BND button repeatedly, the file name, folder name, song’s title, artist
and album information will be scrolling on the LCD display. As long as the current playing MP3 music
contains relevant ID3 tag information in version 1.0/2.0 format, the 3 items underlined above will be
scrolling on the LCD display; otherwise, they will not.
In CD & MP3 mixed-formatted disc playback mode, pressing the BND button for more than 2 seconds
will change from playing the CD formatted songs to MP3 formatted songs and vice versa.
In a default mode, the unit will first play all the CD formatted songs and than play the MP3 formatted
songs.

9. MODE BUTTON
Press the MODE button to change among tuner (radio), MP3/CD (if disc is loaded)mode.
10. MUTE BUTTON
This button serves to switch the MUTED state on/off.
Press the MUTE button to suppress the loudspeaker temporarily, and press again to resume listening.
The muted state will be also released when the MODE, BAND, SEL button is pressed and VOL knob
on the front panel is used.
11. INFRARED REMOTE CONTROL SENSOR
12. APS BUTTON (Auto-storage /Preset scan)
During radio mode:
1) when long pressing for more than 1 seconds, the radio searches from the current frequency and
checks the signal strength level until 1 cycle search is finished. And then 6 strongest stations
frequency are preset to the corresponding preset memory numbered bank. The auto-storage
operation is implemented in the each selected band. When the auto-storage operation is
finished, the radio execute the Preset Scan.
2) when short pressing, the radio searches for each preset station in the current band.
When the field strength level is more than the threshold level to stop level, the radio is holding
at that preset number for 5 seconds with releasing mute, and than search again.
During MP3 mode:
Press the APS button short, it is activated as cyclical selecting song mode as following:
-> TRACK SEARCH ->THE FIRST CHARACTER SEARCH -> DIRECTORY SEARCH ->
1) In TRACK SEARCH selecting song mode, the MP3 T 000 will be visible on the LCD diplay
and the hundreds digit 0 that the MP3 disc contain will flash.
Rotate the VOL knob to select and enter the number on the flashing digit place from 1 to 9.
Then press the SEL button to confirm the entered number and the 0 on the tens digit will be
flashing.
Rotate the VOL knob to select and enter the number on the flashing digit from 1 to 9.
Then press the SEL button to confirm the entered number and the 0 on the units place digit
will be flashing.
Rotate the VOL knob to select and enter the number on the flashing digit from 1 to 9.
After finishing enter all the number of the song serial number on the flashing digit,
press the SEL button to play the corresponding track.
2) In the FIRST CHARACTER SEARCH selecting song mode, the A--......, will be visible on the
LCD display. (If there are files names its first character are A, the......is the first file name its
first character is A by the order of A~Z and 0~9; otherwise, the ......is NONE.)
Rotate the VOL knob to select files that the first character by the order of A~Z and 0~9.
Then press the >>| or |<< button to select one file its first character is the selected one.
Finally press the SEL button to play the selected file.
3) In DIRECTORY SEARCH selecting song mode, the root folder will be visible on the LCD
on the LCD display. (If there is not a root folder in the current MP3 disc, you will find a root
named ROOT.)
Then rotate the VOL knob to select a desired folder.
And then press the >>| or |<< button to select a desired track in the folder.
Finally press the SEL button to play the selected track.
13-18. PRESET STATION MEMORY AND PAU , INT, RPT, RDM BUTTONS
a) During radio mode:
When pressed short, these buttons select a preset station directly.
If the six buttons are pressed for more than 2 seconds, the station currently being listened
to is memorized into the selected preset button.

b) During CD/MP3 mode:
• Press the PAU button briefly to interrupt the playback of the disc.
Press again to resume normal playback of the CD/MP3.
• Press the PAU button and hold for approximately 0.5 seconds to play the first track of
the current disc.
• Press the INT button to play the first 10 seconds part of each track.
Press again to stop scan, while the currently selected track will be played.
• During MP3 mode, press the INT button and hold for more than 0.5 seconds to play the first
10 seconds part of each track in current folder.
• Press the RPT button to play the current track repeatedly.
Press again to cancel this function.
• During MP3 mode, press the RPT button and hold for more than 0.5 seconds to play the
current folder repeatedly. Press again to cancel this function.
• Press the RDM button to play all tracks on disc in random order.
Press again to cancel this function.
• During MP3 mode, Press the RDM button and hold for more than 0.5 seconds to play the
track in random order in the current folder.
Press again to cancel this function.
c) During the normal playback of CDs in MP3 format:
• Press the radio preset button 6 and 5 to move up and down10 tracks at a time.
19. ST/MO BUTTON
In radio mode, press the ST briefly to select stereo or mono sound mode.
20. LOUDNESS BUTTON
When press shortly, the LOUD mode is turned on, its to enhance the bass sound
effect when the volume level is low. Press again to cancel the loudness effect.
21. LOC BUTTON
Radio station search mode is divided by this LO/DX switch, this button can be used to control
an attenuator in the tuner during search. The detecting level of seek, scan, auto-memory will
be reduced as much as the attenuated level of the tuner. In radio mode, press the LOC button
to change local reception or distance reception. Note: This button is only for FM reception.
In AM mode, LOC is void.
22. CLOCK BUTTON
Press the CLK button briefly to display time for 5 seconds on the display, and then returns
to its previous display unless the button is pressed again.
Then press the CLK button and hold for more than 1 seconds until the real time flashes on
the display. Then you can adjust HOUR or MINUTE by rotating the VOL knob.
23. EJECT KEY
In the power on state, the loaded disc can be ejected by pressing the EJ key.
24. CD SLOT

When the front control panel is removed this indicator flashes.
26. RESET BUTTON
Before operating the unit for the first time, or after replacing the car battery or changing
the connections. You must reset the unit.
Press this button with a cuspidal object. This operation will erase the clock setting and
some stored contents.

MAINTENANCE OF REMOTE CONTROLLER
An insulation tag was installed in your remote by the manufacturer to prevent the
battery from draining. Removing the tag from the remote before using.
BATTERY INFORMATION:
Lithium Battery: CR2025 3V
Battery Life: Approximately 6 months.
Replacing the Battery from the Remote Controller:
1) Remove the battery holder by pressing the locking tab with your thumb and pulling it out.
2) Replace the battery with the same type and the “ + ”side facing up.
3) Gently push in the holder until securely locked into place.
WARNING:
• Do not recharge, disassemble or dispose of in fire.
• Battery leakage may cause damage to the unit.
• To avoid the risk of accident, keep batteries out of reach of children.

Remove the tag from the remote before the first using:
An insulation thin tag was installed in your remote by the

1) Open the cover on the back of the steering remote control.
2) Remove the insulation thin tag together with the lithium
battery.
3) Insert the lithium battery (I) back with the positive poles (+)
side facing up.
4) Put the cover back to the steering wheel remote control.
Replacing the lithium battery:
Use a CR2032 (3V) lithium battery only.
Never use other types of battery with this remote
• Open the cover on the back of the remote control
• Replace the lithium battery in the unit using a non-
metallic with a cuspidal object.

Installing Remote Control on a Right-Hand Drive Car
Note:
When the remote control is installed on a left-hand drive car,the horizontal positions are inverted.
1). Secure inner holder (A) to the inner circumference of the steering wheel (C) with belt (B). (Fig. 1)
Fit the inner holder to the steering wheel so that the arrow-marked side faces the driver as shown.
2). Cut the extra portion of the belt at the center of the inner holder. (Fig. 2)
3). Install outer holder (D) on the inner holder and secure with screws (E). (Fig. 3)
4). Install the remote control unit in the holder. (Fig. 4 & Fig. 5)
Removing Remote Control from the holder
• When removing the remote control unit from the holder, move the corrugated release section (F)
toward the steering wheel and slide the remote control unit toward you. (Fig. 6)

INSTALLATION METHOD
This is an anti-theft installation method.
The main unit wears a METAL MOUNTING SLEEVE.
Please connect the wiring, eg, the Power Supply, the Speakers and the Antenna
according to the requirements of this Instruction Manual, then install the metal
mounting sleeve into the car as per the diagram illustrated below.

sleeve against the DASHBOARD with
a screwdriver.
NOTE
To remove the unit out of the metal mounting sleeve,
insert the two supplied KEYS into the left and right side
slots of the chassis at the same time. Then pull the chassis
out of the metal mounting sleeve as shown in the right
illustration.

Do not use so solvents such as benzine, thinners. Commercially available cleaners
or anti static spray damage the unit
Do not insert a disc with the label surface down. Doing so may damage the unit
Do not try to insert another disc when one has been already inserted. Doing so may
damage the unit.
Handle the disc by its edge. And to keep the disc clean, do not touch the surface.
Do not stick paper or tape on the disc.
Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight or heat sources such as hot air ducts. Or
leave it in a car parked in direct sunlight where there can be a considerable rise in
temperature
TROUBLE SHOOTING
To solve the common problem, read the trouble shooting list. If you still can not solve the problem, consult your
nearest service dealer.
Symptom Cause Solution
The car ignition is not on
