INSTALL WITH CONFIDENCE INSTALELA CON CONFIANZA Fig. 1 FAUCET INLET CONEXIÓN DE GRIFO SHUTOFF VALVE CONEXIÓN DE VÁLVULA DE CORTE Fig. 2 1. Turn off water supply at shutoff valve (Fig. 1). 2. Remove old supply connector. 3. Determine which adapter (gold, bronze or silver colored) fits the shutoff valve. Carefully thread this adapter into the nut of the connector (Fig. 2). 4. After adapter is secure, thread the connector nut onto the shutoff valve. Thread the other end of the connector onto the faucet inlet. Tighten 1/2 turn beyond hand-tight with pliers. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. DO NOT CLEAN WITH OR EXPOSE TO HOUSEHOLD CHEMICAL PRODUCTS. Exposure to such products can damage connector, causing flooding. 5. Slowly turn on water at the shutoff valve. 6. Carefully check for leaks at shutoff valve and faucet inlet. If leak appears, tighten nut just enough to provide a leak-free joint. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. 1. Cierre el suministro de agua en la válvula de corte. 2. Destornille la conexión de la manguera usada. 3. Determine cual medida de adaptador se necesita para la válvula de corte (dorado, bronceado o plateado). Con cuidado enrosque el adaptador en la tuerca de la mangera. 4. Cuando el adaptador esté firme, enrosque la tuerca del conector a la llave de paso. Enrosque el otro extremo del conector a la entrada del grifo. Luego de que esté firme al tacto, ajuste media vuelta más con una pinza. PERO SIN APRETAR DEMASIADO. NO LIMPIE CON, NI EXPONGA A PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS PARA EL HOGAR. La exposición a dichos productos puede dañar el conector, causando desbordamiento. 5. Abra la válvula de corte. 6. Cuidadosamente busque fugas en la válvula de corte y el tubo del lavabo (grifo). Si fugas existen, apriete la tuerca un poco más para proveer un sello adecuado. NO SOBREAPRIETE.
