Setting the RF output channel
If channel 3 is already occupied for
broadcasting,

Set your TV to channel 4.

Insert a pre-recorded tape into
this unit.

Press the OUTPUT button on
the DVD+VCR so that the VCR
OUTPUT light is lit.
• If noise appears on the TV screen, press the
VCR/TV button on the remote control.

Press the PLAY button once.

After a few seconds, press the PLAY button on the
DVD+VCR for 3 seconds.
• The RF output channel will change to channel 4
from channel 3 and you will see a playback pic-
ture.
• When a picture does not appear on the TV screen,
repeat step [4].

Press the STOP button to stop playback.
Initial Programming

Press the POWER button and the
language menu will appear.

Press the ▲/▼ button to select
language for VCR on-screen
display. Then press the B but-
ton.

Press the B button again to
begin channel programming.
“AUTO SET UP” will flash.

Please wait for a few minutes.
After scanning, the tuner stops on
the lowest memorized channel.

1 Connecting
DEW CAUTION
Condensation can form inside the DVD+VCR when it is suddenly moved from a cold place to a warm
or humid environment. In any such circumstance do not use this DVD+VCR approximately 2 hours
allowing complete elimination of any condensation.

To use a VCR, first press the VCR button.
To use a DVD, first press the DVD button.

• If the clock is not set, the CLOCK
SET screen appears when you
press the MENU button. In this
case, go to step [3].

Inserting the Batteries
Your REMOTE CONTROL HANDSET
is powered by two AA type batteries.

To insert them, push the tab back-
wards and lift off the cover of the
handset.

Put the two batteries into the compartment mak-
ing sure the + and – are correctly positioned.

Replace the cover.

Ajuste del canal de salida RF

un canal de TV,

Sintonice su TV al canal 4.

Coloque una cinta pre-grabada
en esta unidad.

Presione el botón OUTPUT en el DVD + VCR para
que se encienda la luz VCR OUTPUT.
• Si aparece ruido en la pantalla de TV, presione el
botón
VCR/TV en el mando a distancia.

Presione una vez el botón PLAY.

Después de unos segundos, presione el botón
PLAY en el DVD + VCR durante unos 3 segundos.
• El canal de salida RF cambiará al canal 4 desde
el canal 3 y podrá ver una imagen reproducida.
• Cuando no aparezca ninguna imagen en la pan-
talla de TV, repita el paso [4].

Presione el botón STOP para parar la reproducción.
Programación inicial

Presione el botón POWER y
aparecerá el menú del idioma.

Presione el botón ▲/▼ para
seleccionar el idioma para el
VCR en las indicaciones en la
pantalla. Presione el botón
B.

Presione nuevamente el botón B
para empezar la programación
del canal. Destellará "AJUSTE
AUTO".

Espere unos minutos. Después de la
búsqueda, el sintonizador se detiene
en el canal memorizado más bajo.

PRECAUCION CONTRA HUMEDAD
Puede condensarse humedad dentro del DVD + VCR cuando se mueve repentinamente de un lugar
frío a uno caliente o ambiente húmedo. En ese caso, no utilice este DVD + VCR durante unas 2 horas
aproximadamente para secar completamente toda condensación de humedad.
