REMOVING THE FILTERS FOR THE CAP-1000 AIR PURIFIER

1. Always turn off and unplug your Cuisinart® Purxium™ Air Purier before replacing or removing lters.

2. Remove the back panel by squeezing the latch at the top of the door panel and tilting the door panel down.

3. Once the back panel is removed, slide out the entire 4-sided combination H13 HEPA/Active Carbon lter system.

4. From the main lter housing, slide out each of the 4 removable, reusable metal pre-lters.

5. Hand-wash the metal pre-lters in warm, soapy water and drythoroughly before using them with your new replacement lter.

INSTALLING YOUR REPLACEMENT FILTER SYSTEM

Your air purier will automatically tell you when it’s time to change your lter.An icon on the control panel will illuminate

after 2,500 hours of purication havebeen reached.

Our H13 High-Grade HEPA lter captures up to 99.9% of airborne particles 0.1 micron or larger, including

bacteria and various contaminants as well as dust, pollen, odors from cooking, smoke, pet dander,

and VOCs. The CAP-1000 quiet DC motor has a 4-stage ltration system that puries air in an area

up to 1,000 sq. ft. two times every hour or a 500-sq.-ft. area four times every hour.
