1) Turn off power.
2) Assemble mounting screws into threaded holes in mounting strap.
3). Attach mounting strap to outlet box. (Screws not provided).
4) Grounding instructions: (See Illus. A or B).
A) On fixtures where mounting strap is provided with a hole and two raised
dimples. Wrap ground wire from outlet box around green ground screw,
and thread into hole.
B) On fixtures where a cupped washer is provided. Attach ground wire from
outlet box under cupped washer and green ground screw, and thread into
mounting strap.
If fixture is provided with ground wire. Connect fixture ground wire to outlet box
ground wire with wire connector. (Not provided.) After following the above steps.
Never connect ground wire to black or white power supply wires.
5) Make wire connections (connectors not provided.) Reference chart below for correct
connections and wire accordingly.
6) Push fixture to ceiling, carefully passing mounting screw through holes.
7) Secure fixture to ceiling with threaded balls.
8) Insert recommended bulb.
9) Slip hole in top of arm over threaded pipe protruding from edge of canopy. Secure
in place with threaded cap.
10) Repeat for remaining arms.
11) Lay glass inside trim ring.
12) Raise glass and trim ring up to fixture.
13) Slip threaded studs on trim ring through holes in bottom or arms.
14) Secure in place with threaded caps.
1) Apague la alimentación eléctrica.
2) Monte los tornillos de montaje en los agugerjos roscados, en la abrazadera de
montaje.
3) Una la abrazadera de montaje a la caja de salida. (No se provee tornillos).
4) Instrucciones de conexión a tierra solamente para los Estados Unidos.
(Vea la ilustracion A o B).
A) En las lámparas que tienen el fleje, de montaje con un agujero y dos
hoyuelos realzados. Enrollar el alambre a tierra de la caja tomacorriente
alrededor del tornillo verde y pasarlo por el aquiero.
B) En las lámparas con una arandela acopada. Fijar el alambre a tierra de la
caja tomacorriente del ajo de la arandela acoada y tornillo verde, y paser
por el fleje de montaje.
Si la lámpara viene con alambre a tierra. Conecter el alambre a tierra de la lámpara
al alambre a tierra de la caja tomacorriente con un conector de alambres. (No
incluido) Espués de seguir los pasos anteriores. Nunca conectar el alambra a
tierra a los alambres eléctros negro o blanco.
5) Haga les conexiones de los alambres (no se proveen los connectores.) La tabla
de referencia de abajo indica las conexiones correctas y los alambres correspondientes.
6) Empuje el artefacto contra el cielorraso, pasando cuidadosamente los tornillos de
montaje a través de los agujeros.
7) Sujete el artefacto contra el cielorraso con las bolas roscadas.
8) Inserte la bombilla recomendada.
9) Resbale el agujero en la parte superior del brazo sobre el tubo roscado que sobre
sale del borde del escudete. Sujete en su lugar con la tapa roscada.
10) Repita para los brazos restantes.
11) Ponga el vidrio dentro del anillo de la guarnición.
12) Levante el vidrio y el anillo de la guarnición arriba al artefacto.
13) Resbale los espárragos roscados en el anillo de la guarnición a través de los
agujeros en la parte inferior de los brazos.
14) Sujete en su lugar con las tapas roscadas.
