fastened.
6. Carefully tighten the fuel cap. Change
locations to start the engine (at least
3 meters (10 ft) away from the place of
refuelling).
3 m
(10 ft)
7. Never refuel in closed rooms. Fuel
vapors accumulate at ground level (risk
of explosions).
8. Only transport and store fuel in
approved containers. Make sure stored
fuel is not accessible to children.
9. Do not attempt to refuel a hot or a run-
ning engine.
10. Do not refuel more than the amount
dened in “SPECIFICATIONS”.
Method of operation
1. Use the blower only in good light and
visibility. Beware of slippery or wet
areas, ice and snow (risk of slipping),
and narrow space. Always ensure a safe
footing.
2. Never work on unstable surfaces or
steep terrain.
3. Do not work from ladders or high places.
Otherwise it may result in personal
injury.
4. To reduce the risk of personal injury, do
not direct air blast towards bystanders,
since the high pressure of the air ow
could injure eyes and could blow small
objects at great speed.
5. Never insert any foreign object into the
air intake of the machine or into the noz-
zle of the blower. It will damage the fan
wheel and may cause serious injury to
the operator or bystanders as a result of
the object or broken parts being thrown
out at high speed.
6. Pay attention to the direction of the wind,
i.e., do not work against the wind.
7. To reduce the risk of stumbling and loss
of control, do not walk backward while
operating the machine.
8. Always stop the engine before cleaning
or servicing the unit or replacing parts.
9. Take a rest to prevent loss of control
caused by fatigue. We recommend to
taking a 10 to 20-minute rest every hour.
10. Keep all parts of your body away from
hot surfaces.
11. Avoid blowing debris towards people,
pets, open windows, or cars when using
unit.
12. To reduce physical inuence from vibra-
tion and/or damage to the ears, operate
the machine at low speed if possible and
limit the time of operation.
13. Operate the machine only at reasonable
hours. Do not operate the blower in the
morning or late at night when people
might be disturbed.
Comply with times listed in local
ordinances.
14. It is recommended for using rakes and
brooms to loosen debris before blowing.
15. Before blowing, slightly dampen sur-
faces in dusty conditions or use water
mist sprayer if necessary.
16. Conserve water by using blowers
instead of hoses for many lawn and
garden applications, including areas
such as gutters, screens, patios, grills,
porches, and gardens.
17. Adjust the length of the blower nozzle
so that the stream can work close to the
ground.
18. To reduce sound levels, limit the number
of pieces of equipment used at any one
time.
19. After using blowers and other equip-
ment, CLEAN UP! Dispose of debris in
trash receptacles.
20. Do not accelerate the engine more than
necessary. Blown object may result in
personal injury.
21. The exhaust mufer becomes hot during
the operation. Do not touch hot exhaust
mufer, skin burn may result.
22. Do not operate the machine in explosive
atmospheres, such as in the presence
of ammable liquids, gases or dust.
The machine creates sparks which may
ignite the dust or fumes.
