NTRODUCCION

● Lea el Manual de Instrucciones de forma completa para conocer todas las funciones

que ofrece el producto. Es importante tener en cuenta que algunas de las funciones

pueden explicarse en relación con la información de los capítulos anteriores. Al leer solo

una parte, puede arriesgarse a no entender la explicación completa de la función.

● Es importante que entienda correctamente las indicaciones del Manual.

● Guarde el Manual para futuras consultas.

MANTENIMIENTO Y PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

● Apague y no utilice el transceptor, ni cargue o cambie la batería en áreas con riesgo de

incendio o explosión.

● No abra ni intente modificar o ajustar el transceptor.

● No utilice el transceptor si la antena está dañada.

● No utilice el transceptor en recintos donde su uso esté prohibido.

● No coloque el transceptor en el área de despliegue del airbag de un vehículo.

● No exponga el equipo, batería o cargador de baterías a los rayos directos del sol de

manera prolongada, al polvo, a altas temperaturas y niveles elevados de humedad.

● Mantenga una distancia mínima de 5 cm entre el transceptor y su boca durante la

transmisión.

● Si el transceptor o cargador de baterías emite humo u olores extraños apáguelo

inmediatamente y contacte con el Servicio Técnico para su comprobación.

● No coja el transceptor directamente por la antena.

● Coloque la tapa protectora en el conector MIC/SP cuando no utilice un micro-auricular.

● Después de un uso prolongado, las teclas, mandos y la carcasa exterior se pueden

ensuciar fácilmente. Utilice un paño ligeramente humedecido con un producto neutro para

su limpieza; no utilice productos que contengan alcohol o disolventes.

● Respete las normas de su localidad en referencia al uso de este tipo de aparatos.

● El uso inadecuado de este equipo es responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario del mismo.

DESEMBALADO Y COMPROBACION DE LOS ARTICULOS

Antes de su uso:

1. Compruebe que el embalaje no esté dañado.

2. Desembalar cuidadosamente y comprobar que están incluidos todos los artículos.

Si faltara algún artículo o estuviese dañado, contacte inmediatamente con su

vendedor.

INFORMACION SOBRE LA BATERIA

Cargue la batería antes de su uso. Realice dos ciclos de carga y descarga completos para

que la batería alcance su máximo rendimiento. Cuando la batería está baja, proceda a su

carga o reemplácela por otra totalmente cargada.

Utilice siempre baterías recomendadas por el fabricante, utilizar otras baterías puede

causar explosión y daños a las personas.

Notas

- Utilice siempre el tipo de batería y cargador recomendado por el fabricante.

- No deje caer la batería al suelo.

- No cortocircuite los terminales.

- No arrojar la batería al fuego.

- No desarmar.

- Cargue la batería en ambientes con una temperatura entre 5ºC y 40ºC. Si realiza

la carga a una temperatura fuera de este rango, puede afectar al proceso normal

de carga.

- No cargue la batería durante un tiempo prolongado; este procedimiento acortará

su vida útil. Retire la batería del cargador cuando la carga haya finalizado.

- No utilice el transceptor mientras carga la batería. Le recomendamos apagar el

transceptor durante el proceso de carga.

- Durante la carga, le recomendamos no retirar la batería del cargador ni

desconectar la alimentación del cargador para no interferir en el proceso de carga.

- Es normal que la batería se caliente ligeramente durante el proceso de carga.

- No recargue la batería si está completamente cargada, este procedimiento

acortará su vida útil o provocará daños en la batería.

- No cargue la batería si la batería o el transceptor están mojados. Séquelos

primeramente con un paño limpio y suave.

- Cuando la duración de la batería disminuye considerablemente, después de

cargarse de forma completa, sustitúyala por otra nueva de las mismas

características que la suministrada con el transceptor.

- Evite el contacto de los terminales de la batería con objetos metálicos para evitar

cortocircuitos que pueden provocar daños en la batería, daños personales o

daños en los objetos. Tenga especial cuidado si guarda la batería en cualquier

lugar con objetos metálicos.

- Guarde la batería completamente cargada, en un lugar fresco, seco y lejos de los

rayos directos del sol.

CARGA DE LA BATERIA

Cuando el transceptor indique que la batería está baja, proceda a su carga.

 Procedimiento de carga:

Cargador de batería con alimentador AC/DC externo:

1. Conecte el alimentador AC/DC a un enchufe de pared que suministre la tensión

indicada en su etiqueta de características y conéctelo al cargador de baterías.

2. Coloque la batería o la batería con el transceptor en el compartimento del cargador.

Asegúrese de que los contactos de la batería hacen buen contacto con los

terminales de carga del cargador.

3. Una vez finalizada la carga completa; retire la batería o el transceptor con su

batería del cargador.

alimentador AC/DC.

Cargador de batería con fuente de alimentación interna:

1. Conecte el cargador de baterías a un enchufe que suministre la tensión indicada en

su etiqueta de características y siga el procedimiento descrito en los puntos 2 y 3

anteriores.

 Almacenamiento de la batería:

1. La batería debe guardarse con una carga del 50 % – 100 %.

2. Debe guardarse en un ambiente fresco y seco y retirada del transceptor.

3. Manténgala alejada de cualquier fuente de calor y de los rayos directos del sol.

- No instale ni retire la batería en ambientes con riesgo de incendio o explosión,

una chispa puede causar una explosión.

- No exponga la batería a temperaturas elevadas y manténgala alejada del fuego,

puede causar una explosión.

- La batería se descarga más rápidamente cuando está instalada en el

transceptor. Siempre retírela del transceptor cuando no vaya a utilizarlo durante

un tiempo.

INSTALAR / RETIRAR LA BATERIA

Coloque la batería en el transceptor sin forzar y respetando su posición, y retírela con

precaución de no dañarla.

INSTALAR / RETIRAR LA PINZA PARA EL CINTURON

En caso de que el transceptor incluya pinza para el cinturón, colóquela en la parte trasera

del transceptor y asegúrese de que queda fijada correctamente. Retire la pinza del

cinturón con precaución de no dañarla.

INSTALACION DE MICROAURICULARES (OPCIONAL)

Conecte un micro-auricular externo en el conector del transceptor destinado a tal fin.

- Para mantener el transceptor resistente al polvo y las salpicaduras, la tapa

protectora suministrada debe colocarse correctamente.

- El transceptor no es resistente al polvo y salpicaduras mientras utiliza un

accesorio opcional arriesgándose a que el agua penetre a través del conector.

- Para evitar la pérdida auditiva y/o posibles daños auditivos, cuando utilice

cascos o auriculares, no escuche a niveles de volumen elevados durante periodos

prolongados.

FAMILIARIZARSE CON EL TRANSCEPTOR

[MENU] Tecla para acceder a los menús de ajustes.

[VFO/MR] Mantenga pulsada esta tecla durante unos segundos para activar el escaneado de

canales y púlsela brevemente para salir de los menús.

[ENT] Pulse esta tecla para entrar en los menús y memorizar el ajuste o parámetro.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

MANDO [PWR/VOL]:

Gire el mando [PWR/VOL] para encender/apagar el transceptor y ajustar el volumen.

Gire el mando selector de canales para seleccionar el canal deseado.

FUNCION MONITOR:

Mantenga pulsada la tecla [SQL] y ajuste el volumen con el mando [PWR/VOL]. Suelte la

tecla [SQL] para cerrar el squelch.

TRANSMITIR/RECIBIR:

Manteniendo pulsado el [PTT], hable dirigiéndose al frontal del transceptor en un tono de

voz normal y clara.

Al pulsar el [PTT] el led indicador del transceptor se iluminará en rojo.

Suelte el [PTT] para recibir.

RADIO FM:

Este transceptor incorpora recepción de radio FM comercial, pulse la tecla [FUNC] y a

continuación la tecla [CALL] para activar o desactivar la radio FM comercial. Utilice el

mando selector de canales para seleccionar manualmente la emisora de radio deseada o

pulse la tecla [CALL] para sintonizar automáticamente las emisoras.

LLAMADA DE EMERGENCIA:

Pulse la tecla [SOS], el transceptor emitirá un sonido de alarma, al mismo tiempo se

transmitirá automáticamente una señal de alarma en el canal seleccionado. Pulse el [PTT]

para desactivar esta función.

ESCANEADO DE CANALES:

Pulse la tecla [VFO/MR] durante más de 3 segundos para activar el escaneado de

canales. Cuando se recibe una señal coincidente, el escaneado se detendrá en función

del tipo de escaneado previamente programado. Pulse cualquier tecla para desactivar la

función de escaneado.

TECLA [FUNC]:

1.- Pulse la tecla [FUNC] y seguidamente la tecla [ENT] para bloquear y desbloquear el

teclado del transceptor.

2.- Con la función de bloqueo del teclado activada, manteniendo pulsada la tecla [FUNC]

gire el mando selector de canales para acceder al menú de ajustes.

3.- Pulse la tecla [FUNC] y la tecla lateral [CALL] para activar la radio FM comercial.

TECLA [MENU]:

Los menús de ajuste disponibles pueden variar en función de la programación del

transceptor. Para más información, consulte con su distribuidor o vendedor.

Funcionamiento de la tecla [MENU]:

1.- Pulse la tecla [MENU], en la pantalla se visualizará “MENU”.

2.- Pulse la tecla [ENT] para acceder a los menús de ajuste.

3.- Gire el mando selector de canales para seleccionar el menú deseado.

4.- Pulse la tecla [ENT] para acceder al menú, utilice el mando selector de canales para

seleccionar el parámetro deseado y pulse la tecla [ENT] para memorizar.

5.- Pulse la tecla [VFO/MR] para salir.

 Escaneado del canal prioritario:

Para disponer de esta función su distribuidor o vendedor deberá haber programado un

canal cómo “canal prioritario”.

Si tiene programado el canal 1 cómo canal prioritario, la secuencia de escaneado será: 1-

2; 1-3; 1-4; y así sucesivamente.

Pulse la tecla [MENU], y seguidamente pulse la tecla [ENT]. Gire el mando selector de

canales hasta visualizar “PRI?” y pulse la tecla [ENT] para iniciar el escaneado desde el

canal prioritario. Cuando se recibe una señal coincidente, el escaneado e detendrá

durante 5 segundos. Pulse cualquier tecla para desactivar la función de escaneado del

canal prioritario.

 Función VOX:

La función VOX (Transmisión activada por voz) está desactivada por defecto.

Seleccione el menú “VOX?”.

Opciones: 9 niveles de ajuste.

 Seleccionar la potencia de transmisión:

Seleccione el menú “POW?”.

Opciones: H (alta) y L (baja).

 Seleccionar el umbral del Squelch:

Seleccione el menú “SQL?”.

Opciones: 9 niveles de ajuste.

 Función Scrambler:

El transceptor que tenga seleccionado el mismo canal pero con esta función desactivada

escuchará la comunicación distorsionada.

Seleccione el menú “SCRM?”.

Opciones: ON y OFF.

Nota:

- Para más información, consulte con su vendedor o distribuidor.

 Iluminación de la pantalla:

Seleccione el menú “LED?”.

Opciones: AUTO, ON y OFF.

 Beep del teclado:

Seleccione el menú “BEEP?”.

Opciones: ON y OFF.

 Bloqueo del teclado:

Seleccione el menú “KEYBO?”.

Opciones: AUTO y MANUAL. Cuando selecciona AUTO, el teclado se bloqueará

automáticamente transcurrido unos segundos sin que se opere el transceptor.

 Función TOT:

Seleccione el menú “TOT?”.

Opciones: OFF, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270 segundos. Un tono de

advertencia le avisará antes de que finalice el tiempo de transmisión programado.

 Seleccionar el tipo de escaneado:

Seleccione el menú “SCANS?”.

Opciones: TO/CO/SE.

TO: El escaneado se detendrá cuando se recibe una canal coincidente, reanudándose

automáticamente transcurridos 5 segundos.

CO: El escaneado se detendrá cuando se recibe una señal coincidente hasta que la señal

desaparezca.

SE: El escaneado se detendrá y desactivará cuando se recibe una señal coincidente.

 Indicación de comandos por voz:

Seleccione el menú “VOICE?”.

Opciones: ON y OFF.

 Seleccionar códigos CTCSS y DCS:

Opciones: Rx y Tx, sólo Rx y sólo Tx. Puede seleccionar para cada canal un tipo de

señalización. Seleccione el menú “C-CDC?” (Para Rx y Tx), “R-CDC?” (Sólo para Rx), “T-

CDC?” (Sólo para Tx). Dentro de uno de los menús anteriores, seleccione el código

CTCSS, o pulse la tecla [SQL] para seleccionar el código DCS. Mientras selecciona el

código DCS, pulse la tecla [CALL] para seleccionar el código normal (N) o invertido (I).

 Nombre del canal:

Seleccione el menú “NAME?”.

Opciones: ON y OFF. Si selecciona ON, se visualizará el nombre del canal si previamente

su vendedor o distribuidor ha programado el nombre del canal.

 Banda ancha (W)/Estrecha (N):

Seleccione el menú “N/W?”.

Opciones: W y N.

 Código de identificación del transceptor:

Seleccione el menú “ANI?”.

Opciones: ON y OFF.

CONDICIONES DE GARANTIA

Las condiciones de garantía reúnen todos los derechos que tiene el consumidor o usuario

de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y

Usuarios. Estas condiciones de garantía son independientes de los derechos que tiene el

consumidor o usuario frente al vendedor derivado del contrato de compra-venta del

aparato.

El aparato está garantizado por un periodo de 2 años a reparar sin cargo cualquier avería

o defecto siempre que el mismo sea debido a un fallo de fabricación o a un componente

defectuoso que suponga la falta de conformidad del producto.

La garantía es única e intransferible, no pudiendo ser emitida de nuevo ni en original ni en

copia. La sustitución por avería del aparato, cualquier accesorio o pieza del mismo no

implicará prórroga de la garantía. En caso de que el aparato sea reemplazado por otro

nuevo, el plazo dispondrá siempre como mínimo de un periodo de 6 meses de garantía

desde la entrega, pero en ningún caso empieza un periodo nuevo de 2 años.

La garantía cubre la sustitución y reposición gratuita de todas las piezas que presenten

defectos en los materiales y componentes empleados en la fabricación y/o montaje del

aparato.

La comprobación de los accesorios es responsabilidad del adquiriente en el momento de

la compra del aparato.

La garantía no cubre las posibles averías causadas por accidentes, instalación y uso

inadecuado, uso de accesorios no originales o incompatibles, conexión a una tensión

distinta a la especificada, ni reclamaciones debidas a deterioro en el aspecto externo por

el uso normal o reparaciones realizadas por personal ajeno al Servicio Técnico Oficial.

La garantía quedará anulada en aparatos y accesorios en los que el número de serie haya

sido modificado, borrado o se presente ilegible.

La garantía no cubre las baterías recargables ni aunque éstas formen parte del equipo

adquirido ya que se consideran material fungible. Su posible deterioro debe de ser

comunicado en un plazo máximo de QUINCE DIAS contados a partir de la fecha de

compra del aparato.

Para hacer uso de la garantía es imprescindible entregar en el establecimiento vendedor o

en el Servicio Técnico Oficial el aparato averiado junto con sus accesorios y la siguiente

documentación:

1. Factura de compra o ticket original.

2. Descripción de la avería o defectos encontrados.

Guarde por tanto la factura o ticket de compra del aparato durante el periodo de garantía.

● Keep the Manual for future reference.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY CAUTIONS

● Turn OFF and do not use the radio, or charge or replace the battery pack in explosive

areas.

● Do not attempt to open, modify or adjust the radio.

● Do not use the radio if the antenna is damaged.

● Do not use the transceiver in areas where its use is prohibited.

● Do not put the transceiver within of the car airbag deployment.

● Do not expose the radio, battery pack or desktop charger to direct sunlight, dust, high

temperatures and high humidity areas.

● Keep a minimum distance of 5 cm between the radio and your mouth during

transmission.

● If smoke or other smell appears on the radio or desktop battery charger shut OFF

immediately and contact the Technical Service for verification.

● Do not hold the radio directly by the antenna.

● After long time use, the keys, controls and the case shell can easily get dirty. Use a

humidity cloth with a neutral product for cleaning; do not use alcohol or solvents cleaning

products.

● Follow local regulations to the use of this equipment type.

● The use of this equipment is the sole responsibility of the user´s.

UNPACKING AND CHECKING ARTICLES

Before use:

1. Check that the packaging is not damaged.

2. Unpack carefully and check that all articles are included. If any article is missing or

damaged, contact immediately whit your salesperson.

BATTERY

PACK

INFORMATION:

Charge the battery pack before use. Perform two full charge-discharge cycles so that the

battery reaches the maximum performance. When the battery is low, charge it or replace

by other a fully charged one.

Always use battery pack recommended by the manufacturer, other battery packs can

cause explosion and damage to user.

Notes:

- Use the battery pack and desktop charger recommended by manufacturer.

- Don´t drops the battery pack.

- Don´t short-circuits the battery terminals.

- Don´t exposes the battery pack to the fire.

- Do not disassemble.

- Charge the battery pack in an environment with a temperature range between 5ºC

and 40ºC. Charging outside this range may not fully charge the battery.

- Don´t charges the battery pack for a long time; the battery life will be shortened.

Remove the battery from the desktop charger when the charging is finished.

- Do not use the radio while charging the battery pack. We suggest turn OFF the

radio while charging process.

- While charging, we recommend that you not remove the battery pack from the

desktop charger or shut OFF the power supply from the charger so as not to

interfere with the charging process.

- It is normal for the battery pack to warm up slightly during the charging process.

- Do not charge the battery if it is fully charged, otherwise the battery life will

shorten or damaged.

- Do not charge if the battery or the radio is wet. First clean with dry cloth before

charging.

- When the battery operating time decreases considerably, after being fully

charged, replace it with a new one of the same characteristics as the one supplied

with the radio.

- Avoid contact of the battery terminals with metallic objects to avoid short-circuit

that can cause battery damages, personal injury or to the objects damages. Take

special cautions if you store the battery anywhere with metallic objects.

- Store the fully charged battery in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

When the radio indicates that the battery is low, proceed to charge it.

 Charging procedure:

Battery charger with external AC/DC adapter:

1. Connect the AC/DC adapter to a wall socket that supplies the same voltage

indicated on its characteristics label and connect it to the desktop battery

charger.

2. Place the battery pack or the battery pack with the radio in to charger slot. Make

sure the battery contacts have appropriate connection with the charger's

charging terminals.

3. After the full charge is complete; remove the battery pack or the radio with its

battery from the desktop charger slot.

Note:

- The switch-off device of the desktop battery charger is the AC/DC adapter.

Battery charger with incorporated power supply:

1. Connect the battery desktop charger to a socket that supplies the same voltage

indicated on its characteristics label and follow the procedure described in above

2 and 3 points.

 Battery pack storage:

1. The battery pack should be stored with a 50% - 100% charge.

2. It should be stored in a cool, dry environment and removed from the radio.

3. Keep it away from any heat source and direct sunlight.

Note

- Do not install or remove the battery pack in environments with risk of fire or

explosion, a spark can cause an explosion.

- Do not expose the battery pack to high temperatures and keep it away from fire,

it may cause an explosion.

- The battery discharges faster when it is installed in the radio. Always remove it

from the radio when you are not using it for a while.

Install the battery pack in the radio without forcing and into correct position, and remove it

carefully so as not to damage it.

INSTALL / REMOVE THE BELT CLIP

If the radio supplied with belt clip, attach it to the back of the radio and make sure it is

properly attached. Remove the belt clip carefully for not damage it.

INSTALL THE MICRO

HEADSET (OPTIONAL)

Connect a micro-headset to the jack on the radio intended for this purpose.

Notes:

- To radio dust and splashes resistant, the supplied protective cover must be

attached correctly.

- The radio is not resistant to dust and splashes while using an optional accessory

risking water seep through the connector.

- To avoid hearing loss and/or possible hearing damage, when using headphones

or earphones, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods of time.

OPERATION

[PWR/VOL] CONTROL:

Rotate the [PWR/VOL] knob to turn the transceiver ON/OFF and adjust the volume.

Rotate the channel selector knob to select the desired channel.

MONITOR FUNCTION:

Press and hold [SQL] key and adjust the volume with the [PWR/VOL] control. Release the

[SQL] key to turn off the squelch.

TRANSMIT/RECEIVE:

Press and hold the [PTT] and speak into the front of the radio in a normal, clear tone of

voice.

When pressing [PTT] the status LED indicators turn in red colour.

If you speak too softly or too loudly into the radio's microphone, communication distortion

may occur and the clarity of the received signal will be reduced on the other radios in their

group.

Release [PTT] to receive.

FM RADIO:

This transceiver incorporates FM radio receiver, press [FUNC] key and then press [CALL]

key to turn ON/OFF the FM radio. Use the channel selector knob to manually select the

desired radio station or press [CALL] key to automatically tune the radio stations.

EMERGENCY CALL:

Press [SOS] key, the radio will sound an alarm tone, at the same time an alarm signal will

be automatically transmitted on the selected channel. Press [PTT] to turn off this function.

CHANNEL SCAN:

Press [VFO/MR] key for more than 3 seconds to turn on the channel scan. When a

matching signal is received, the scan will stop if it previously programmed scan type. Press

any key to turn off the scan function.

[FUNC] KEY:

1.- Press [FUNC] key and then [ENT] key to lock and unlock the radio's keypad.

2.- With the keypad lock function is on, while press and hold the [FUNC] key, rotate the

channel selector knob to enter the settings menu.

3.- Press [FUNC] key and [CALL] key to tur on the FM radio.

[MENU] KEY:

The available setting menus may differ by the transceiver programming, please consult

your distributor or salesperson for more information.

[MENU] key operation:

1.- While pressing [MENU] key, “MENU” will be display.

2.- Press [ENT] key to enter the setting menus.

3.- Rotate the channel selector knob to select the desired menu.

4.- Press [ENT] key to enter to menu, use the channel selector knob to select the desired

parameter and press [ENT] key to save.

5.- Press [VFO/MR] key to exit.

 Priority channel scan:

To available this function, your distributor or salesperson will previously programme a

priority channel. If the channel 1 as programmed a priority channel, the scanning

sequence will be: 1-2; 1-3; 1-4; and so on.

Press [MENU] key, then press [ENT] key. Rotate the channel selector knob until “PRI?” is

displayed, then press [ENT] key to start scanning from the priority channel. When a

matching signal is received, the scan will stop for 5 seconds. Press any key to turn off the

priority channel scan function.

 VOX function:

The VOX function (Voice operated transmission) is disabled by default.

Select the “VOX?” menu.

Options: 9 levels of settings.

 Transmitting power selection:

Select the “POW?” menu.

Options: H (high) and L (low).

 Setting the squelch level:

Select the “SQL?” menu.

Options: 9 levels of settings.

 Scrambler function:

The radio with the same channel selected but with this function disabled will hear the

communication distorted.

Select the “SCRM?” menu.

CO: Scanning will stop when receive a matching signal until the signal disappears.

SE: Scanning will stop and turn off when receive a matching signal.

 Voice prompt:

Select the "VOICE?" menu.

Options: ON and OFF.

 Select CTCSS and DCS codes:

Options: RX and TX, RX only and TX only. You can select one code for each channel.

Select the “C-CDC?” menu (For RX/TX), “R-CDC?” (For RX only), “T-CDC?” (For TX only).

Into above menus, select the CTCSS code, or press [SQL] key to select the DCS code.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

The guarantee conditions comply with all the rights that the consumer or user has in

accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and

Users. These guarantee conditions are independent of the rights that the consumer or

user has against the salesperson derived from the purchase-sale agreement of the

equipment.

The equipment is guaranteed for a period of 2 years to repair any fault or defect free of

charge whenever it is due to a manufacturing fault or a defective component that implies

the not product conformity.

The guarantee is unique and non-transferable, and cannot be reissued in original or copy.

Replacement due to failure of the equipment, any accessory or part of it will not imply an

extension of the warranty. In case that the equipment is replaced by a new one, the term

will always have at least a guarantee period of 6 months from delivery, but in no case does

a new period of 2 years begin.

The warranty covers the free replacement of all parts that have defects in the materials

and components used in the manufacture and/or assembly of the equipment.

The verification of the accessories is the responsibility of the user at the time of purchase

of the equipment.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, installation and improper use,

use of non-original or incompatible accessories, connection to a different voltage than

specified in the instruction manual, or deterioration in the external appearance by normal

use or repairs carried out by personnel other than the Authorized Technical Service.

The warranty doesn't cover the equipment and accessories in those that the serial number

has been modified, erased or show up illegible.

The warranty doesn't cover the rechargeable batteries neither although these are part of

the acquired equipment since they are considered fungible material. Its possible defects

should be communicated in a maximum term of 15 counted DAYS starting from the date of

purchase of the equipment.

To make use of the guarantee it is necessary to deliver the damaged equipment together

with its accessories and the following documentation to the salesperson or the Authorized

Technical Service:

1. Purchase invoice or original ticket.

2. Damage descriptions or defects.

Therefore, keep the ticket or purchase invoice of the equipment throughout the warranty.
