Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may

used if care

a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used, (1) the marked electrical rating of
the cord set extension cord should
be
at
least as the electrical rating of the appliance, and (2) the
longer cord should
be
arranged
so
that it not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can

pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
OPERATlNG INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR
BUFFET
RANGE
1.
Place your stove on a solid, safe surface.
Do
not set it on a glass surface or a finely finished wood
surface.
2.
Place a heat resistant pad or mat under the unit befo
re
using to prevent possible heat damage to
counter or tabletop.
3.
Plug the cord into the electrical wall outlet and turn the thermostat to the desired heat setting (Iow,
medium or high).
4.
Turn thermostat to OFF setting when finished. Then unplug the cord from electrical outlet.
5.
NOTICE-OOUBLE range has one element that
is
LOW-WATT and the other is HIGH-WATT. THE
Low-Watt elementwill not getas hot, and will not
glow
as "cherry red"
in
color as the High watt side.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Unplug the cord.
Wipe surface with damp

or sponge, Do not use steel wool or abrasives.
Lift.up tubular heating elementto

drip pans beneath the element.
No
maintenance otherthan c1eaning is required on this appliance.
