important information about safety, use and disposal. Before using
the product, familiarize yourself with all operating and safety

This section contains important safety instructions for using the ap-
pliance. This appliance complies with statutory safety regulations.
Improper use may result in personal injury and property damage.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:
1. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
2. Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary
when used by or near children.
3. Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s
recommended attachments.
4. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not
working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left out-
doors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
5. Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
6. Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any
opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything
that may reduce air flow.
7. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away
from openings and moving parts.
8. Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
9. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such
as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
10. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as
cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.

ADDITIONAL SAFEGUARDS
► Do not charge the appliance outdoors.
► To avoid risks, arrange to have damaged power cords and/or
plugs replaced as soon as possible by a qualified specialist.
► Unplug the adapter from outlet before any routine cleaning or
maintenance.
► Do not use the adapter with an extension cord; connect the
adapter directly to a power outlet.
► Do not change any accessories while the appliance is turned on.
► Do not use the handheld vacuum cleaner for vacuuming up
sharp objects or glass shards.
► Always store the appliance indoors. To prevent accidents, keep
the appliance in a dry location when not in use.
► Under extreme conditions, leaks in the battery cells may occur.
In the event that battery fluid comes into contact with skin or
eyes, the affected area must be rinsed off with water immediate-
ly. Contact a physician.
► Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be carried out by
children unless they are supervised.
► Do not look into the air vents when the unit is switched on. Some-
times there is a possibility of small debris being discharged from
the air vents, especially after cleaning / replacement of the filters
as debris inside the unit can be disturbed.

► The adapter may not be used for other purposes. Never carry the
wall mount or the adapter by the cord. Do not pull on the cord
when you want to move the appliance.
► Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position
before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appli-
ance.
► Make sure that the ventilation slits are never obstructed.
A blocked ventilation circuit can result in overheating and damage
to the appliance.
► This product contains rechargeable batteries. Do not throw the
batteries into a fire and do not subject them to high temperatures.
There is a risk of explosion!
► Always grip the power plug to disconnect the appliance from the
power supply.
► Always be sure to keep the handheld vacuum cleaner away from
heating elements, ovens or other heated appliances and surfaces.
► Never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
► Do not use the handheld vacuum cleaner without the dust filter
inserted.
► Do not use the adapter for a different product and do not attempt
to charge this appliance with a different adapter. Use only the
adapter supplied with this appliance.
► The batteries in this appliance cannot be replaced.

Intended use
This handheld vacuum cleaner may only be used to vacuum dry
surfaces or dry materials. Do not vacuum people or animals with
this appliance. Any other usage of, or modification to the appli-
ance is deemed to be improper and carries a significant risk of
accidents. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages that
result from improper use of the appliance or are caused by the
incorrect operation of it. The appliance is not intended for com-
mercial use.

Prior to first use
■ Remove all packaging materials from the appliance.
■ Press the dust filter bag 9 and the dust filter 0 gently into
the dirt container q. They might have become loose during
transport and may thus not be positioned correctly inside the
dirt container q.
■ Attach the dirt container q to the motor unit w:
–Push the plastic tab on the underside of the handheld
vacuum cleaner into the recess on the dirt container q.
–Press the release button 8 and push the dirt container q
onto the motor unit w at the same time.
–Let go of the release button 8 so that the locking mechanism
engages in the recess. The dirt container q is now firmly
attached to the motor unit w.
Information about the batteries
■ This handheld vacuum cleaner is powered by rechargeable
lithium-ion batteries.
■ For best maintenance of the batteries, we recommend the
following: Once the batteries have been charged, disconnect
the adapter 4 from the power outlet. Do not reconnect the
adapter 4 with the power outlet until the handheld vacuum
cleaner’s suction power has noticeably decreased.

Wall mounting
Ensure that there are no power cords or other
conduits or pipes in the wall at the location where you intend to
drill the holes for the wall mount 3. Drilling into a current-carrying
electric cord can be potentially fatal!
1) Select a suitable installation location for the wall mount 3:
It must be possible to remove the handheld vacuum cleaner
easily and there must be an accessible power outlet for the
adapter 4.
2) Drill two holes about 35 mm apart. Use the wall mount 3
to mark the holes and to ensure the correct spacing. The drill
holes must be suitable for 6 mm wall anchors r.
3) Push the wall anchors r into the holes and then screw the
wall mount 3 firmly into place using the screws e.
4) Place the barrel plug 5 of the adapter 4 into the wall
mount 3 as shown in the following diagram:
–Open up the small cover.
–Feed the cable through the cable routing and then push
the barrel plug 5 into the opening in the wall mount 3
so that it is firmly in place.
–Then close the small cover again.
5) Connect the adapter 4 to a power outlet.

Charging
Check to ensure that the switch 6 has been pushed back
before starting the charging process.
■ Place the handheld vacuum cleaner from above into the wall
mount 3 so that the barrel plug 5 slips into the outlet on
the handheld vacuum cleaner. The charging process begins,
and the charge indicator light 7 flashes red.
■Important: The charge indicator lamp 7 lights up green
once the handheld vacuum cleaner is charged enough to
vacuum again. This does not mean that the batteries are
completely charged. When the charge indicator lamp 7
lights up green, the batteries are charged to around 80%.
■ When charging is complete, which can take around 5 hours
with fully discharged batteries, the appliance automatically
switches to a trickle charge (maintenance function). Never-
theless, in order to avoid possible damage to the batteries,
do not leave the appliance permanently connected to the
adapter 4.
■ Do not recharge the batteries again until the handheld vacu-
um cleaner’s suction power becomes noticeably weaker and
the charge indicator lamp 7 flashes green.
►If the handheld vacuum cleaner is completely discharged, the
charge indicator light 7 flashes alternately red and green
(approx. 1 minute). In this case, turn off the appliance and
start charging it.
►The handheld vacuum cleaner can also be charged directly
via the adapter 4. To do this, remove the barrel plug 5 from
the wall mount 3 and insert it into the outlet on the handheld
vacuum cleaner.

Operating
The suction opening must always be open and
may not be blocked. Blockages lead to overheating and damage
to the motor.
Make sure that the dust filter 0 is always inserted before using
the appliance.
1) Remove the handheld vacuum cleaner from the wall mount 3
or, if you are not using the wall mount 3, remove the barrel
plug 5 from the outlet.
2) If required, place the appropriate nozzle in the suction opening.
The suction nozzle 1 and the crevice nozzle 2 are kept in
the space-saving accessory storage in the handle.
3) To turn the appliance on, slide the switch 6 forward. The
charge indicator lamp 7 lights up green.
4) After you finished using the appliance, slide the switch 6
back to the off position.
Place the handheld vacuum cleaner in the wall mount 3 and
start the charging process once the vacuum power has become
noticeably weaker and the charge indicator lamp 7 flashes green.

Cleaning
To achieve the best results, empty the dirt container q and clean
the dust filter 0 after every use.
Do not use aggressive, chemical or abrasive
cleaning agents. These could damage the outer surfaces of the
appliance.
1) To open the dirt container q, press the release button 8 and
remove the dirt container q.
2) Remove the dust filter 0 from the dirt container q.
3) Empty the dirt container q.
4) Pull the dust filter bag 9 with its holder out of the dust filter 0.
5) Rinse the dust filter bag 9 under cold water and wait until it is
completely dry before reinserting it into the dust filter 0.
Do not dry it with hot air.
6) Reinsert the dust filter 0 into the dirt container q. Make sure
that the dust filter 0 is inserted completely and that the rubber
lip seals the dirt container q.
7) Reattach the dirt container q to the motor unit w again:
–Push the plastic tab on the underside of the handheld
vacuum cleaner into the recess on the dirt container q.
–Press the release button 8 and push the dirt container q
onto the motor unit w at the same time.
–Let go of the release button 8 so that the locking mechanism
engages in the recess. The dirt container q is now firmly
attached to the motor unit w.
8) Clean the housing and both nozzles with a lightly damp cloth.
For stubborn dirt, add a mild detergent to the cloth.
9) Dry all parts thoroughly before using the appliance again or
storing it.

Disposal
The integrated rechargeable battery in this appliance cannot be
removed for disposal.
Electrical devices may not be thrown away as part of normal
household trash. If you can no longer use your electrical device,
dispose of it in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in
your state. This will allow you to ensure that old electrical devices
are recycled and environmental pollution is kept to a minimum.
Further information about disposal is available on the Internet at
www.epa.gov.
The packaging is made of environmentally friendly
materials which you can dispose of at your local
recycling centre.

3 year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
▯ Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
▯ Damage not caused by normal wear and tear or failure to follow
the safety and maintenance instructions provided in the user
manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
▯ Normal wear and tear of the product, including fragile parts
(such as switches, glass, etc.);
▯ Improper use or transport;
▯ Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;
▯ Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire, water, etc.);
▯ Tampering with the product (such as removing cover, unscrewing
screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also not covered under
this warranty. However, some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, product will either be refunded or replaced.
What will we not do?

Antes del primer uso
■ Retire todos los materiales de empaque del electrodoméstico.
■ Presione la bolsa del filtro de polvo 9 y el filtro de polvo 0
suavemente dentro del contenedor de polvo q. Estos podrían
haberse aflojado durante el transporte y pueden no estar colo-
cados correctamente dentro del contenedor de polvo q.
■ Sujete el contenedor de polvo q a la unidad del motor w:
–Presione la pestaña de plástico en la parte inferior de la
aspiradora portátil dentro de la cavidad en el contenedor
de polvo q.
–Presione el botón de liberación 8 y empuje el contene-
dor de polvo q sobre la unidad del motor w al mismo
tiempo.
–Suelte el botón de liberación 8 de manera que el me-
canismo de seguro encaje en la cavidad. El contenedor
de polvo q está ahora sujeto firmemente a la unidad del
motor w.

Información acerca de las baterías
■ Esta aspiradora portátil funciona con baterías recargables de
iones de litio.
■ Para el mejor mantenimiento de las baterías, recomendamos
lo siguiente: Una vez que las baterías estén cargadas, desco-
necte el adaptador 4 de la toma de corriente de la pared.
No vuelva a conectar el adaptador 4 en la toma de co-
rriente hasta que la fuerza de succión de la aspiradora haya
disminuido notablemente.
Soporte de pared
Asegúrese de que no haya cables de alimenta-
ción u otros conductos u otras tuberías en la pared, en el lugar don-
de va a perforar los orificios para el soporte de pared 3. ¡Taladrar
un cable con corriente eléctrica puede ser fatal!
1) Seleccione una ubicación de instalación adecuada para el
soporte de pared 3:
Debe ser posible retirar la aspiradora fácilmente, y debe haber
una toma de corriente accesible para el adaptador 4.
2) Taladre dos orificios con alrededor de 35 mm de separación.
Use el soporte de pared 3 para marcar los orificios y asegu-
rar la separación correcta. Los orificios taladrados deben ser
adecuados para anclajes de pared de 6 mm r.
3) Empuje los anclajes de pared r en los orificios y después
atornille el soporte de pared 3 con firmeza en su lugar con
los tornillos e.
4) Coloque el conector de barril 5 del adaptador 4 en el
soporte de pared 3 como se muestra en el diagrama:
–Abra la cubierta pequeña.
–Introduzca el cable por el trazado correspondiente y luego
empuje el conector de barril 5 en la abertura del soporte
de pared 3 para que quede fijado firmemente en su lugar.

–Luego vuelva a cerrar la cubierta pequeña.
5) Conecte el adaptador 4 a una toma de corriente.
Carga
Asegúrese de que el interruptor 6 se haya regresado antes
de empezar el proceso de carga.
■ Coloque la aspiradora por la parte superior en el soporte
de pared 3 de manera que el conector de barril 5 se des-
lice en el conector de la aspiradora. La lámpara indicadora
de carga 7 se ilumina en color rojo y comienza el proceso
de carga.
■Importante: La lámpara indicadora de carga 7 se
ilumina en color verde una vez que la aspiradora portátil
está lo suficientemente cargada para volver a aspirar. Esto
no significa que las baterías estén completamente cargadas.
Cuando la lámpara indicadora de carga 7 se ilumina en
color verde, las baterías están cargadas alrededor del 80%.

■ Cuando la carga está completa, lo cual puede tardar alrede-
dor de 5 horas en baterías completamente descargadas, el
electrodoméstico cambia automáticamente a una carga lenta
(función de mantenimiento). No obstante, para evitar un posi-
ble daño a las baterías, no deje el electrodoméstico conecta-
do permanentemente al adaptador 4.
■ No recargue las baterías hasta que la fuerza de succión de la
aspiradora portátil sea notablemente más débil y la lámpara
indicadora de carga 7 parpadee en color verde.
►Si la aspiradora se ha descargado totalmente, la lámpara
indicadora de carga 7 parpadea de forma alternada en
rojo y verde (aprox. 1 minuto). En este caso, apague el electro-
doméstico y comience a cargarlo.
►La aspiradora portátil también puede cargarse directamente a
través del adaptador 4. Para hacer esto, retire el conector de
barril 5 del soporte de pared 3 e insértelo en el conector en
la aspiradora portátil.
Operación
La abertura de succión siempre debe estar abierta
y no puede obstruirse. Las obstrucciones provocan sobrecalenta-
miento y daño al motor.
Asegúrese de que el filtro de polvo 0 esté siempre insertado antes
de usar el electrodoméstico.
1) Retire la aspiradora portátil del soporte de pared 3 o, si no
usa el soporte de pared 3, retire el conector de barril 5 de
la toma de corriente.
2) Si es necesario, coloque la boquilla correspondiente en la
abertura de succión. La boquilla de succión 1 y la boquilla
para hendiduras 2 se guardan en el depósito ahorrador de
espacio del mango.

3) Para encender el electrodoméstico, deslice el interruptor de
encendido y apagado 6 hacia adelante. La lámpara indica-
dora de carga 7 se ilumina en color verde.
4) Cuando termine de usar el electrodoméstico, deslice de nuevo
el interruptor de encendido y apagado 6 a la posición de
apagado.
Coloque la aspiradora portátil en el soporte de pared 3 y
empiece el proceso de carga una vez que la fuerza de succión
sea notablemente débil y la lámpara indicadora de carga 7
parpadee en color verde.
Limpieza
Para lograr los mejores resultados, vacíe el contenedor de polvo q
y limpie el filtro de polvo 0 después de cada uso.
No use limpiadores agresivos, químicos o abrasivos.
Estos pueden dañar las superficies externas del electrodoméstico.
1) Para abrir el contenedor de polvo q, presione el botón de
liberación 8 y retire el contenedor de polvo q.
2) Retire el filtro de polvo 0 del contenedor de polvo q.
3) Vacíe el contenedor de polvo q.
4) Saque la bolsa del filtro de polvo 9 junto con su soporte del
filtro de polvo 0.
5) Enjuague la bolsa del filtro de polvo 9 en agua fría y espere
hasta que se seque completamente antes de volver a colocarla
en el filtro de polvo 0. No la seque con aire caliente.
6) Vuelva a insertar el filtro de polvo 0 en el contenedor de
polvo q. Asegúrese de que el filtro de polvo 0 esté insertado
completamente y que el borde de caucho selle el contenedor
de polvo q.

7) Vuelva a sujetar el contenedor de polvo q a la unidad del
motor w:
–Presione la pestaña de plástico en la parte inferior de la
aspiradora portátil dentro de la cavidad en el contenedor
de polvo q.
–Presione el botón de liberación 8 y empuje el contenedor
de polvo q sobre la unidad del motor w al mismo tiempo.
–Suelte el botón de liberación 8 de manera que el me-
canismo de seguro encaje en la cavidad. El contenedor
de polvo q está ahora sujeto firmemente a la unidad del
motor w.
8) Limpie la carcasa y las dos boquillas con una tela ligeramente
humedecida. Para suciedad difícil, agregue un detergente
suave a la tela.
9) Seque todas las partes completamente antes de volver a usar
el electrodoméstico o de guardarlo.
Eliminación
La batería recargable integrada en este electrodoméstico no puede
retirarse para eliminarse.
Los electrodomésticos no deben ser desechados como parte de la
basura doméstica normal. Si ya no puede usar su electrodoméstico,
elimínelo de conformidad con las disposiciones legales aplicables
en su localidad. Esto le permitirá asegurar que los electrodomés-
ticos usados sean reciclados y la contaminación ambiental se
mantenga a un nivel mínimo. Puede encontrar más información
sobre la eliminación de desechos en Internet en www.epa.gov.
El empaque está hecho de materiales que no dañan
el medio ambiente, los cuales puede eliminar en su
centro de reciclaje local.

Garantía limitada de 3 años
Lo que cubre la presente garantía
La garantía incluye:
▯ Daños, quebraduras o incapacidad para funcionar debido a
defectos.
▯ Daños que no hayan sido causados por el desgaste propio del
uso o por no seguir las instrucciones de seguridad y mantención
incluidas en el manual para el usuario.
Lo que no cubre esta garantía
La garantía no cubre daños causados por:
▯ El desgaste propio del uso del producto, incluidas las partes
frágiles (como interruptores, piezas de vidrio, etc.).
▯ Uso o transporte no indicado del producto.
▯ Desatención a las instrucciones de seguridad y mantención.
▯ Accidentes o causas de fuerza mayor (e.g. relámpagos, incendio,
inundación, etc.).
▯ Manipulación mal intencionada del producto (retirar la cubierta,
tornillos, etc.).
La presente garantía tampoco cubre daños indirectos o emergentes.
Sin embargo algunos estados no permiten la exclusión o limitación
de daños indirectos o emergentes, por lo que dicha exclusión o
limitación pudiera no aplicarse en su caso.
Período de cobertura y resolución de la garantía
La garantía es válida por 3 años a partir de la fecha de compra.
La empresa, según lo estime conveniente, devolverá el dinero o
repondrá el producto.
La empresa no:
▯ Dará inicio a un nuevo período de garantía al hacerse el cambio
del producto.
▯ Reparará el producto.
