Congratulations on your purchase of the Memorex Bluetooth® Wireless Clock Radio!
The MC3533 with its dual alarms and sleep function allow you the customized sleep you
deserve and the effective rousing from your slumber to your favorite tunes.Wirelessly
stream your music from your smartphone or tablet, and recharge from the USB port
to power your device while you sleep. Bring it on! Please follow these operational
instructions carefully. Save them for future reference.
POWER CONNECTION
1. Plug the AC-DC adapter into an AC Outlet by connecting the adapter’s DC output plug
to the DC In Jack of the clock radio.
2. This unit is equipped with a battery backup system; it requires a 3V flat lithium
“CR2032” battery (not included). Insert the battery into the battery compartment,
making certain that the positive and negative (+ and –) markings correspond on the
plate of the battery compartment.
3. If an AC power failure occurs, the clock automatically switches to the battery power
supply and the clock and timer memory continue running. When the AC power
resumes, the clock switches back to AC again.
SETTING THE TIME
1. With the radio OFF, press and hold the SET/MEMORY button W; “24 Hr” will blink.
Press the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x button to set the unit to the 12-hour
(12 Hr) mode or 24-Hour (24 Hr) mode. Press the SET/MEMORY button W to confirm
and the hours will blink.
2. Press the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x button to set the current hour, then
press the SET/MEMORY W button again to confirm the hour; the minute digits will
blink. Press the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x button to set the current
minutes.
3. When done, press SET/MEMORY W button once again; the current time will
then be set.
SETTING THE ALARM
1. Press the ALARM 1 button U OR ALARM 2 button V once.
2. While the display is showing the alarm time, press and hold the ALARM button (AL.1 /
AL.2) for 3 seconds and the hours will blink.
3. Press the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x button to set the Alarm Hour.
4. Press the ALARM button (AL.1 / AL.2) again; the minute digits will blink. Press the
SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x button to set the Alarm Minutes.
5. When finished, press the ALARM button “AL.1” U / “AL. 2” V to change the sound
mode (Buzzer or Radio) for each alarm.
ENABLING/DISABLING THE ALARM
1. Press and hold the ALARM button “AL.1” U / “AL. 2” V to enable (or disable) the
alarm. Once the alarm is activated, the LED next to the Bell Symbol for AL1 and/or
AL2 will be illuminated.
2. To disable the alarm setting, hold the ALARM button “AL.1” U / “AL. 2” V to turn off.
The alarm icon will disappear to indicate the alarm is deactivated.
3. To turn the active alarm off, press the ALARM OFF X button.
SNOOZE FUNCTION
1. When Alarm rings, press Snooze button u to suspend the alarm for 9-minute intervals.
You may repeat the Snooze cycle several times.
2. To disable the Snooze function and stop alarm completely, press the ALARM OFF
button X.
WAKE UP AND MOOD LIGHTS
1. Select the source (buzzer or radio station) to wake to using the Source button v.
2. Select optional Mood Lights ak to correspond with your Alarm settings. Press and hold
the MOOD LIGHT ON-OFF button X for 3 seconds to turn the Mood Lig
hts on or off.
SLEEP FEATURE
1. When listening to the radio, press Sleep button u to enter sleep mode.
2. Adjust the sleep timer from 10 to 120 minutes by pressing the Sleep button u. The
unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.
DIMMER CONTROL
In Standby mode, press the Dimmer button u to set the brightness of the LED display to
high or low levels.
LISTENING TO THE RADIO
1. Turn the unit on by pressing the POWER button X. The LED will indicate Red.
2. Manually search for stations by tapping the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x
button or auto search by pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds; the next
strong FM station will tune in.
3. Press the POWER button X to turn the radio OFF.
TO SET/RECALL THE RADIO PRESETS
1. Turn the unit on by pressing the POWER button X. The LED will indicate Red.
2. Tune a station using the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x button.
3. Press the Set/Memory. button W; “P01” will blink in the display.

4. Press the Set/Memory. button W again to set the preset.
5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to set more presets. The unit can preset 10 FM stations.
6. When “P01-P10” is blinking, press the SKIP NEXT : y or SKIP BACK 9 x to
select the preset number.
7. When recalling preset stations, press the Memory Up/Play/Pause Button/Pair button
w to select the preset number in cycle.
Nota: Unravel the FM Antenna for best FM reception.
Pair a Bluetooth-Enabled Mobile Device:
1. Ensure that your Bluetooth-enabled device is turned on. Refer to the device user
manual for details.
2. Place the clock radio and the external device no more than 30 feet apart.
3. Turn the unit on by pressing the POWER button X.
4. Press the Source button v to switch to Bluetooth mode. Bluetooth mode is indicated
by “BT” on the display. The pair indicator will flash quickly.
5. Using the controls on your Bluetooth device, select the “MRX-MC3533” in your
Bluetooth settings to pair. If your device requests a password, enter the default
password “0000”. Refer to the user’s manual for your specific device for instructions
on pairing and connecting Bluetooth devices.
6. Select and confirm the pairing on your device; the connection will be completed in
a few seconds and the radio will produce a confirmation tone. When successfully
paired and connected, the pair indicator will flash slowly on the clock radio. After initial
pairing, the unit will stay paired unless unpaired manually by the user or erased due to
a reset of your device. You can now start streaming music wirelessly from your device.
Listen to Music:
1. When the Bluetooth-enabled device is paired, use the device to Play and Pause
music. The sound will be heard through the speaker.
2. Adjust the speaker volume level either by pressing the “+” V or “–” U Volume
buttons along the bottom of the speaker, or by using the volume controls on your
mobile device.
Listen to Music Using the Line-In Source
1. Turn the unit on by pressing the POWER button X. The LED will indicate Red.
2. Insert one end of the audio cable (included) into the Line Out Jack (or Headphone
Jack) on your external audio device and the other end into the Line-In Jack on this
clock radio.
3. Press the Source button v to select the Aux mode.
4. Use the connected external audio device to play and pause music. Sound will be
heard through the speaker.
5. Adjust the speaker volume level either by pressing the “+” V or “–” U Volume
buttons along the bottom of the speaker, or by using the volume controls on the
mobile device.
Notes:
• The Bluetooth connection will not terminate when switching between Bluetooth and
Line-in Sources.
• There will be no audible tone effects when connected to a Line-In source.
• The MC3533 will revert to the last volume level setting.
• To maximize audio quality and minimize sound distortion, set your personal digital
music device volume to high and use the volume buttons on the MC3533 speaker to
adjust the listening level when connected to a Line-In source.
MAINTAINING YOUR SYSTEM FOR CONTINUED ENJOYMENT
• When not in use, turn the clock radio off. To extend the battery life of your external
audio/mobile device, turn off the Bluetooth signal when not in use.
• Keep the unit away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Clean durable rubberized exterior with a damp soft cloth.
• Protect your furniture when placing the unit on wood and lacquered finishes.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Sound not clear or no sound
• Sound not clear or no sound
• Check volume levels on both MC3533 speaker and connected device.
• Check distance between speaker and connected device. Music does not transfer
from external device to MC3533
• Make sure you are using a Bluetooth-enabled device.
• Select the MC3533 as your speaker device, disconnect speaker and device from
pairing with all other devices.
• Check if both devices are connected.
• Restart the MC3533 and auto connect with the Bluetooth-enabled device. LED will
not illuminate
• Check power is on.

Bluetooth inalámbrico
Felicitaciones por adquirir el Radio reloj inalámbrico con Bluetooth® de Memorex. El
MC3533, con doble alarma y función de apagado automático, le permitirá personalizar
su sueño y la manera estimulante en que desea despertar de su siesta, con sus
melodías favoritas.Transmita de forma inalámbrica su música desde su teléfono
inteligente o tableta y recargue su dispositivo desde el puerto USB, mientras duerme.
¡Adelante! Siga cuidadosamente estas instrucciones de funcionamiento Guárdelas

ALIMENTACIÓN
1. Enchufe el adaptador con CA-CC en un tomacorriente con CA, conectando el
enchufe de salida del adaptador con CC al conector de entrada de CC, del radio reloj.
2. Esta unidad se encuentra equipada con un sistema de respaldo de la pila. Requiere
de una pila “CR2032” plana de litio de 3V. Coloque la pila en el compartimiento de
pilas, asegurándose de que las marcas positivo y negativo (+ and –) se corresponden
con las marcas del compartimiento.
3. Si ocurriera una falla eléctrica de CA, el reloj cambiará automáticamente a la
alimentación a través de pilas y las memorias del reloj y del temporizador continuarán
funcionando. Cuando se reanude la alimentación eléctrica de CA, el reloj cambiará a
CA nuevamente.
CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA HORA
1. Con la radio apagada (OFF), mantenga oprimido el botón AJUSTE/ MEMORIA (SET/
MEMORY) W. “24 Hr” parpadeará en la pantalla. Oprima SALTAR PRÓXIMO (SKIP
NEXT) : y o SALTAR ANTERIOR (SKIP BACK) 9 x para configurar la unidad en
el modo 12 horas (12 Hr) o 24 horas (24 Hr). Presione AJUSTAR/ MEMORIA (SET/
MEMORY) W para confirmar. La hora ajustada parpadeará.
2. Oprima SALTAR PRÓXIMO (SKIP NEXT) : y o SALTAR ANTERIOR (SKIP
BACK) 9 x para configurar la hora actual; luego presione AJUSTAR/ MEMORIA
(SET/MEMORY) W Wnuevamente para confirmar la hora; los dígitos de minutos
parpadearán. Oprima SALTAR PRÓXIMO (SKIP NEXT) : y o SALTAR ANTERIOR
(SKIP BACK) 9 x para configurar los minutos actuales.
3. Cuando haya finalizado, oprima AJUSTAR/ MEMORIA (SET/MEMORY) W
nuevamente; la hora actual quedará configurada.
CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA ALARMA
1. Presione el botón ALARMA 1 (ALARM 1) U o ALARMA 2 (ALARM 2) V una vez.
2. Mientras la pantalla está mostrando la hora de la alarma, presione y mantenga el
botón ALARMA (ALARM) (AL.1 / AL.2) durante 3 segundos. Las horas parpadearán.
3. Presione SALTAR SIGUIENTE (SKIP NEXT) : y o SALTAR ATRÁS (SKIP BACK) 9
x para configurar la hora de la Alarma.
4. Presione ALARMA (ALARM) nuevamente; los dígitos del minuto parpadearán.
Presione SALTAR SIGUIENTE (SKIP NEXT) : y o SALTAR ATRÁS (SKIP BACK) 9
x para configurar los minutos de la Alarma.
5. Al finalizar, oprima ALARMA (ALARM) “AL.1” U / “AL. 2” V para cambiar el modo de
sonido (Timbre o Radio) para cada alarma.
ACTIVAR/DESACTIVAR LA ALARMA
1. Al finalizar, mantenga presionado ALARMA (ALARM) “AL.1” U / “AL. 2” V para
activar (o desactivar) la alarma. Una vez que la alarma está activada, el LED junto al
símbolo de la campana para AL1 o AL2 se iluminará.
2. Para desactivar la configuración de la alarma, mantenga presionado el el botón
ALARMA (ALARM) “AL.1” U / “AL. 2” V para apagar. El ícono de la alarma
desaparecerá para indicar que la alarma está desactivada.
3. Para apagar la alarma activa, presione ALARMA APAGADA (ALARM, OFF) X.
FUNCIÓN DE REPETICIÓN DE LA ALARMA
1. Cuando suena la alarma, presione Repetición de alarma (Snooze) u para suspender
la alarma durante intervalos de 9 minutos. Puede repetir el ciclo Repetición de alarma
(Snooze) varias veces.
2. Para desactivar la función Repetición de alarma (Snooze) y detener la alarma por
completo, presione ALARMA APAGADA (ALARM, OFF) X.
DESPERTAR Y LUCES DE MODO
1. Seleccione la fuente (timbre o estación de radio) con la cual despertar utilizando el
botón Fuente (Source) v.
2. Seleccionar Luces de modo opcional ak para corresponder con sus configuraciones
de Alarma. Mantenga presionado el botón de ENCENDIDO- APAGADO DE LUZ DE
MODO (MOOD-LIGHT ON-OFF) X durante 3 segundos para encender y apagar las
Luces de modo.
FUNCIÓN DE APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO
1. Al escuchar la radio, presione el botón Apagado automático (Sleep) u para activar
dicho modo.
2. Para ajustar el temporizador de Apagado automático de 10 a 120 minutos presione el
botón de dicho modo (Sleep) u. La unidad se apagará automáticamente después del
tiempo seleccionado.
CONTROL DEL ATENUADOR DE INTENSIDAD DE LUZ
IEn modo de Espera, presione el botón del atenuador de intensidad de luz (Dimmer) u
para configurar el brillo de la pantalla LED en niveles alto o bajo.
PARA ESCUCHAR LA RADIO
1. Encienda la unidad presionando el botón de ENCENDIDO/ APAGADO X (POWER). El
LED se iluminará en rojo.
2. Para realizar una búsqueda manual de estaciones de radio oprima SALTEAR
PRÓXIMO (SKIP NEXT) : y o RETROCEDER 9 x (SKIP BACK) o para realizar la
búsqueda automática mantenga presionado el botón por 2 segundos. Se sintonizará
la siguiente estación FM con buena recepción.
3. Oprima el botón de ENCENDIDO/ APAGADO X (POWER) para apagar la unidad.
PARA FIJAR/RECUPERAR LAS MEMORIAS DE LA RADIO

4. Presione el botón Fijar/ Memoria W (Set/Memory) nuevamente para fijar la estación.
5. Repita los pasos 2 a 4 para programar más memorias. La unidad puede guardar
hasta 10 estaciones FM.
6. Cuando “P01-P10” parpadee, oprima SALTEAR PRÓXIMO : y o RETROCEDER 9
x (SKIP BACK) para seleccionar el número de estación.
7. Para recuperar memorias de estaciones de radio, presione Memoria hacia arriba/
Reproducir/Pausar/ Emparejar w (Memory Up/Play/Pause/Pair) para seleccionar el
número de memoria guardado.
Nota: Desenrolle el cable antena FM para obtener una mejor recepción FM.
Emparejar un dispositivo móvil con Bluetooth:
1. Asegúrese de que su dispositivo con Bluetooth esté encendido. Consulte el manual
del usuario del dispositivo para obtener más información.
2. Coloque el radio reloj y el dispositivo externo a una distancia de no más de 30 pies.
3. Para encender la unidad, presione el botón de Encendido/Apagado (Power) X.
4. Presione el botón fuente (Source) v para cambiar al modo Bluetooth. El modo
Bluetooth se indica con “BT” en la pantalla. El indicador de emparejar titilará
rápidamente.
5. Con los controles en su dispositivo con Bluetooth, seleccione “MRX-MC3533” en su
configuración de Bluetooth para emparejar. Si su dispositivo requiere una contraseña,
ingrese la contraseña predeterminada “0000”. Consulte el manual del usuario de su
dispositivo específico para obtener más instrucciones sobre emparejar y conectar
dispositivos con Bluetooth.
6. Seleccione y confirme el emparejamiento en su dispositivo; se completará la
conexión en unos pocos segundos y la radio producirá un tono de confirmación.
Cuando se haya emparejado y conectado con éxito, el indicador de emparejar titilará
lentamente en el radio reloj. Luego del emparejamiento inicial la unidad permanecerá
conectada hasta que el usuario la desconecte manualmente o se elimine al reiniciar
su dispositivo. Ahora puede comenzar a transmitir música en forma inalámbrica
desde su dispositivo.
Escuchar música:
1. Cuando el dispositivo con Bluetooth se encuentre emparejado, utilice el dispositivo
para reproducir y pausar música. El sonido se escuchará desde el altavoz.
2. Para ajustar el nivel de volumen del altavoz presione los botones de volumen “+”
V o “–” U junto con el botón del altavoz, o use los controles de volumen en su
dispositivo móvil.
Escuchar música con la fuente de línea de entrada
1. Para encender la unidad, presione el botón de Encendido/Apagado (Power) X. El
LED se iluminará en rojo.
2. Introduzca uno de los extremos del cable de audio (incluido) en el conector de la
línea de salida (o conector de auriculares) en su dispositivo de audio externo y el otro
extremo en el conector de la línea de salida (line in) en este radio reloj.
3. Presione el botón fuente (Source) v para seleccionar el modo Auxiliar (Aux).
4. Utilice el dispositivo de audio externo conectado para reproducir y pausar música. El
sonido se escuchará desde el altavoz.
5. Para ajustar el nivel de volumen del altavoz presione los botones de volumen “+”
“+” V o “–” U junto con el botón del altavoz, o use los controles de volumen en el
dispositivo móvil.
Notas:
• La conexión Bluetooth no finalizará al cambiar entre Bluetooth y otra fuente de línea
de entrada.
• No habrá efectos de tonos audibles al conectarse a una fuente de entrada de la
línea.
• El MC3533 volverá al último ajuste de nivel de volumen.
• Para maximizar la calidad de audio y minimizar la distorsión del sonido, ajuste el
volumen del dispositivo personal de música digital en alto y use los botones de
volumen en el altavoz MC3533 para ajustar el nivel de audición al conectarse a una
fuente de entrada de la línea.
MANTENER SU SISTEMA PARA DISFRUTARLO SIEMPRE
• Cuando no esté en uso, apague el radio reloj. Para extender la vida de la pila de
su dispositivo de audio/móvil externo, apague la señal de Bluetooth cuando no esté
en uso.
• Mantenga la unidad alejada de la luz solar directa y el calor excesivo.
• Limpie el exterior durable cubierto de caucho con un paño suave y húmedo.
• Proteja sus muebles cuando coloque la unidad sobre madera y acabados laqueados.
