Precautions for using the device

Please read all the safety and health information carefully before using your device to

ensure its safe and proper operation.

General Safety Information

Failure to follow these guidelines may cause harm to your device, property, yourself,

or others.

• Do not switch on the device where prohibited or when it may cause interference

or danger.

• Do not use device at gas stations, service stations, or near fuel or chemicals.

• Please do not store or carry your mobile phone or accessories near liquid or

ﬂammable gas.

• Do not place the phone near magnetic cards or other magnetic objects, since

information stored on floppy discs, memory cards and credit cards could be

damaged by magnetic radiation.

• Do not place the battery, phone or charger in a microwave oven or other high

voltage equipment. Otherwise, it may cause circuit damage, fires, or other

damage.

• All wireless devices, including mobile phones, might be susceptible to

interference, and it can also cause interference. Please check all laws and

regulations when using your mobile phone, especially in airplanes, hospitals or

medical institutions.

• Only use branded accessories and batteries that are approved by OnePlus.

Accessories which are not approved by OnePlus may damage the phone or

violate local regulations for radio devices. OnePlus will not take any responsibility

for accidents or problems caused by using accessories that are not approved by

OnePlus.

• The device is designed for water resistance under certain conditions, but

OnePlus does not recommend excessive submersion. Liquid damage will void

the warranty.

• When connecting with other devices, please follow the safety guidelines

presented in this manual. Do not attempt to connect your device with

incompatible products.

• Please do not use the phone if antenna is damaged. Otherwise, it could cause

injury.

• Please keep metallic objects away from phone receiver. Small metallic objects

may be attracted to the device and personal injury or device damage could

occur.

• Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm between a wireless device and an electronic

implant (pacemaker, insulin pumps, neurostimulators, etc.). If wearing an

electronic implant, hold the device on the side opposite the implants.

• Keep the device away from the belly of pregnant women.

• Keep the device away from the lower abdomen of adolescents.

• Children and adolescents should make reasonable use of the phone. Avoid night

communications and limit the frequency and duration of calls.

• Only connect to power sources with USB 2.0 or above.

• To reduce the level of exposure to radiation, you should use the mobile telephone

proximity to the network tower or use of accessories (hands-free kit etc) or use

loudspeaker if suitable; use the device under good reception conditions (when

the signal indicator displays a full signal on the signal reception bar) can reduce

the amount of radiation received; giving priority to the use of data, SMS and MMS

messages rather than calls.

Battery Safety

• Please do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the battery. Replacing

battery by an incorrect type could lead to explosion. Your phone can only use

OnePlus authorized batteries. Using third-party products may cause battery

leakage, overheating or ﬁres.

• Do not place or use battery near fires, heaters, direct sunlight, or other heat

sources. Prolonged exposure to heat may cause battery leakage, explosions, or

ﬁres.

• Please do not place pressure on or pierce the battery with hard objects.

Damaging the battery could cause battery leakage, overheating, or ﬁres.

• If you experience any battery abnormalities, such as high temperature,

discoloration, distortion, or leakage, immediately discontinue usage of the device

and contact customer support.

• All batteries have a limited lifespan and will begin to lose capacity after several

hundred charges/discharges.

• Do not dispose of the battery as household waste. Refer to local regulations.

Charging Safety

• The charger is intended for indoor use only.

• Do not charge the battery under the following conditions: in direct sunlight, in

temperatures below 5°C; in areas with humidity, dust or strong vibrations; in areas

near a TV, radio or other electrical appliances.

• The charger shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

• The maximum ambient charging temperature of the equipment declared by

manufacturer is 35°C.

• Sockets that are dirty may cause poor contact with the charger and your phone

may fail to charge properly.

• Please only use the ocial OnePlus charger. Using unauthorized chargers can

be dangerous and can void your warranty.

• Make sure to only use outlets with the correct voltages (as label led on the

charging brick). Using an incorrect voltage can damage your phone and/or

battery and lead to injury.

• Do not use unsafe plugs or outlets.

• Do not use a short-circuit charger.

• Do not connect your device to a high-voltage power supply or the battery could

become damaged.

• Do not disassemble or modify charger, as this may lead to personal injury, electric

shock or ﬁre.

• Do not touch the charger, cable or power socket with wet hands, as this may

cause electric shock.

• Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or attempt to modify any cables.

• Make sure to grasp the charger ﬁrmly while unplugging it.

• Do not pull the power cord as this may lead to damage and cause electric shock

or ﬁre.

• Before cleaning the device, unplug the power plug from the socket.

• Unplug the charger from electrical outlets and the device when not in use.

Driving Safety

• Safety should take priority when you are operating a vehicle. Be sure to obey

related regulations in the area or country in which you drive.

• Do not place your phone or accessories near safety air bags.

• Compass and GPS information are only used for reference purposes.

• If you do not wish to disclose your location, be sure not to use applications that

can record your location.

Health Information

• To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume

levels for long periods.

• Damage to the display or battery could lead to leakage of the

liquid. If this liquid comes in contact with your eyes, skin or clothes,

immediately rinse your eyes (do not rub) or wash skin with water

thoroughly and seek medical attention.

• Some people may get dizzy or experience medical problems in response to

flashing lights. If you are at risk, please consult your doctor before using this

device. If you have the following symptoms: headache, dizziness, convulsion,

eyes or muscle cramps, loss of consciousness, or involuntary body movements,

please stop using the device immediately and seek medical attention. Avoid

using the device for extended periods and keep proper distance from your eyes.

Laser Safety Statement

If this product supports the laser auto-focus feature. To ensure proper use of this

product, please read this owner’s manual carefully and retain for future reference.

Should the unit require maintenance, contact an authorized service center. Use of

controls, adjustments, or the performance of procedures other than those speciﬁed

herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure. To prevent direct exposure to

laser beam, do not try to open the enclosure or make direct contact with the laser.

• The SAR limit of Europe is 2.0W/kg. The highest SAR value of this device

• This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for

Commission of the U.S. Government.

• The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/kg. The highest SAR value of this device

type complies with this limit.

• Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by

the FCC with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all

tested frequency bands.

• Although the SAR is determined at the highest certiﬁed power level, the actual

SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value.

Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) regulations for Mobile phones

• Your phone is compliant with the FCC Hearing Aid Compatibility requirements.

• The FCC has adopted HAC rules for digital wireless phones. These rules require

certain phone to be tested and rated under the American National Standard

Institute (ANSI) C63.19-2011 hearing aid compatibility standards.

• The ANSI standard for hearing aid compatibility contains two types of ratings.

• MRatings: Rating for less radio frequency interference to enable acoustic

coupling with hearing aids.

• TRatings: Rating for inductive coupling with hearing aids in tele-coil mode.

• Not all phones have been rated, a phone is considered hearing aid compatible

under FCC rules if it is rated M3 or M4 for acoustic coupling and T3 or T4 for

inductive coupling. These ratings are given on a scale from one to four, where

four is the most compatible. Your phone meets the M3/T3 level rating.

• However, hearing aid compatibility ratings don't guarantee that interference

to your hearing aids won't happen. Results will vary, depending on the level of

immunity of your hearing device and the degree of your hearing loss. If your

hearing device happens to be vulnerable to interference, you may not be able to

use a rated phone successfully. Trying out the phone with your hearing device is

the best way to evaluate it for your personal needs.

• This phone has been tested and rated for use with hearing aids for some of

the wireless technologies that it uses. However, there may be some newer

wireless technologies used in this phone that have not been tested yet for

use with hearing aids. It is important to try the different features of this phone

thoroughly and in dierent locations, using your hearing aid or cochlear implant,

to determine if you hear any interfering noise. Consult your service provider or

the manufacturer of this phone for information on hearing aid compatibility. If you

Care and Maintenance

The following suggestions will help you maintain and prolong the life of your device.

• Only qualiﬁed and authorized personnel should make repairs to this product.

• Disabling features such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use and dimming the

screen can help you save energy and extend battery life.

• Clean your phone and charger with a soft, clean, dry cloth. If the screen comes

into contact with liquid or dust, please clean it immediately. Do not use alcohol or

irritating chemicals to clean the device.

• Touching the screen with a sharp object may cause the screen to be scratched.

• Please do not touch the connection port of the phone, as static electricity may

harm components in the device.

• Ideal operating temperatures are 0°C to 35°C, Ideal storage temperatures are

-20°C to +45 °C.

• Only operate your phone between 35% to 85% humidity.

• Do not place the phone on uneven or stable surfaces.

• Do not hit, press, shake or drop the phone to avoid damage and injury.

• Charger are not waterproof. Please do not use these devices in the bathroom,

areas of high temperature, humidity or dust; please avoid rain.

• When the phone is transmitting data or saving information, do not remove the

SIM card.

• Please keep the phone out of reach of children in order to prevent injuries or

property damage.

OnePlus Device Warranty Information

OnePlus devices purchased on oneplus.com or authorized sales channels come

with a limited warranty. The duration of this warranty is dependent on the original

country or region of purchase and is only redeemable within the original country or

region. Unless otherwise speciﬁed, this warranty covers the hardware components

of the product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software,

consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the

product. The limited warranty only covers functional defects of product caused by

workmanship or build materials. For more details, please contact OnePlus Customer

The limited warranty does not cover

1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal

use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture,

dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.

3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on

the touch screen.

4. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced,

damaged, altered or made illegible.

5. Ordinary wear and tear.

6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or

connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not

furnished or approved by OnePlus.

7. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing,

operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or

approved by OnePlus.

8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an

object, ﬁre, ﬂooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather

conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

9. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or

viruses and 3rd party software problems introduced into the product.

10. Free warranty replacements and repairs are only valid in the country or region of

purchase. Please contact OnePlus Customer Support for more details.

The limited warranty does not cover (Limited to Mexico)

1. When the product has been used under conditions other than normal.

2. When the product has not been operated in accordance with the accompanying

instructions for use.

3. When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by the

respective responsible national manufacturer, importer or marketer.

Return Policy (Limited to North America & Europe)

This policy is only applicable to the products purchased from OnePlus official

website www.oneplus.com or OnePlus Exclusive Store (if any). For any product not

purchased from OnePlus ocial website or OnePlus Exclusive Store, you may refer

to the Return Policy of your original purchase channel.

OnePlus phones and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo

rigorous testing. If you are not satisﬁed with your OnePlus product for any reason,

you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Once we approve your return request and receive the product, we will perform

standard inspection. And if the product passes the inspection, we will give you a full

refund. Any shipping and handling fees incurred in the return process are not covered

by the refund.

Return requests made outside of the 15-day period will not be accepted. We may

also choose not to accept returns within these circumstances:

1. Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering,

incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear or incorrect installation after

purchase.

2. Price ﬂuctuations being the sole reason for return.

3. Customized customer contracts. In accordance with the U.K. Consumer Rights

Act 2015, any goods that are not (1) of satisfactory quality; (2) ﬁt for their given

purpose; or (3) as described, may be returned free of charge within 30 days of

delivery. Please submit a ticket describing the problem with your device. In order

to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days and describe in

details how the goods were defective, damaged, or materially dierent. We may

choose not to accept returns for any of the above mentioned circumstances.

In all cases, we will inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a

replacement or refund, device must be in "as new" condition and include all

original contents of the package. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or

exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been damaged.

Seguridad de la batería

• No intente reparar, desensamblar ni modificar la batería. El reemplazo de la

batería por una de tipo incorrecto puede provocar una explosión. El teléfono solo

puede utilizar baterías aprobadas por OnePlus. El uso de productos de terceros

puede provocar pérdidas en la batería, sobrecalentamiento o incendios.

• No coloque ni use la batería cerca del fuego, calentadores, luz solar directa u

otras fuentes de calor. La exposición prolongada al calor puede causar pérdidas

en la batería, explosiones o incendios.

• No ejerza presión sobre la batería ni la perfore con objetos duros. Si se daña la

batería, puede provocar pérdidas, sobrecalentamiento o incendios.

• Si detecta alguna anomalía en la batería, como temperatura alta, decoloración,

distorsión o pérdidas, suspenda el uso del dispositivo de inmediato y

comuníquese con atención al cliente.

• Todas las baterías tienen una vida útil limitada y comenzarán a perder capacidad

Seguridad para la carga

• El cargador está diseñado para utilizarse únicamente en interiores.

• Utilice únicamente el cargador oficial de OnePlus. El uso de cargadores no

Información de salud

• Para prevenir posibles daños auditivos, no escuche a niveles altos

de volumen por períodos prolongados.

• Si la pantalla o la batería están dañadas, puede haber pérdida

de líquido. Si este líquido entra en contacto con los ojos, la piel o

la ropa, enjuáguese inmediatamente los ojos (sin frotar) o lávese

minuciosamente la piel con agua y solicite atención médica.

• Algunas personas pueden marearse o padecer problemas médicos en

respuesta a las luces intermitentes. Si usted corre este tipo de riesgo, consulte a

su médico antes de usar este dispositivo. Si tiene los siguientes síntomas: dolor

de cabeza, mareos, convulsiones, calambres oculares o musculares, pérdida del

Cumplimiento normativo de la FCC

Declaración de la FCC

Este dispositivo cumple con la sección 15 de las reglas de la FCC. El funcionamiento

está sujeto a las siguientes dos condiciones:

(1) este dispositivo no puede causar interferencias dañinas; y

• Si bien el valor de SAR se determina en el nivel de potencia más alto certiﬁcado,

debajo del valor máximo. Esto se debe a que el dispositivo está diseñado

para operar en múltiples niveles de potencia, de modo que utilice únicamente

la potencia requerida para alcanzar la red. En general, cuanto más cerca se

producción de potencia.

• Si bien puede haber diferencias entre los niveles de SAR de diferentes

dispositivos y en diferentes posiciones, todos cumplen con el nivel requerido por

el gobierno.

• Este dispositivo también se ha sometido a pruebas y cumple con las pautas

de exposición a la RF de la FCC para el uso con un accesorio que no contenga

metales y con el equipo a un mínimo de 15 mm del cuerpo. El uso de otros

accesorios no puede garantizar el cumplimiento con las pautas de exposición a

Reglamentos de compatibilidad con audífonos (HAC) para teléfonos móviles

• El teléfono cumple con los requisitos de compatibilidad con audífonos de la FCC.

• La FCC ha adoptado reglas de compatibilidad con audífonos para los teléfonos

inalámbricos digitales. Estas reglas requieren que determinados teléfonos se

prueben y clasiﬁquen según los estándares de compatibilidad con audífonos

C63.19-2011 del Instituto Nacional Estadounidense de Estándares (ANSI).

• El estándar ANSI para la compatibilidad con audífonos contiene dos tipos de

clasiﬁcaciones.

• Clasiﬁcación M: clasiﬁcación para menor interferencia de radiofrecuencia para

permitir el acoplamiento acústico con audífonos.

• Clasiﬁcación T: clasiﬁcación para el acoplamiento inductivo con audífonos en

modo telebobina.

• No se han clasiﬁcado todos los teléfonos; un teléfono se considera compatible

con audífonos según las reglas de la FCC si está clasificado como M3 o M4

para el acoplamiento acústico y T3 o T4 para el acoplamiento inductivo. Estas

clasiﬁcaciones se dan en una escala de uno a cuatro, donde cuatro es el más

• No obstante, las clasiﬁcaciones de compatibilidad con audífonos no garantizan

• Este teléfono se ha probado y clasificado para usarse con audífonos para

algunas de las tecnologías inalámbricas que utiliza. No obstante, es posible que

se empleen algunas tecnologías inalámbricas más nuevas en este teléfono que

aún no se hayan probado para el uso con audífonos. Es importante probar las

distintas funciones de este teléfono en profundidad y en distintas ubicaciones,

• No toque el puerto de conexión del teléfono, ya que la electricidad estática

• Las temperaturas operativas ideales son de 0 °C a 35 °C. Las temperaturas de

almacenamiento ideales son de -20 °C a +45 °C.

• Solo utilice el teléfono a una humedad de 35 % a 85 %.

• No coloque el teléfono en superﬁcies irregulares o inestables.

• Para prevenir daños y lesiones, no golpee, presione, sacuda ni deje caer el

teléfono.

• El cargador no es resistente al agua. No use estos dispositivos en el baño ni otras

zonas de alta temperatura, mucha humedad o polvo; evite la lluvia.

• No retire la tarjeta SIM mientras el teléfono está transmitiendo datos o guardando

información.

Información de garantía del dispositivo OnePlus

Los dispositivos OnePlus adquiridos en oneplus.com o en canales de venta

autorizados incluyen una garantía limitada. La duración de esta garantía depende

del país y la región de compra original, y solo puede reclamarse dentro de ese

país o región. A menos que se especifique lo contrario, esta garantía cubre los

componentes de hardware del producto según fueron suministrados originalmente,

y no cubre, o cubre parcialmente, software, artículos consumibles o accesorios,

Política de devoluciones (solo para América del Norte y

Europa)

Esta política solo se aplica a los productos adquiridos en el sitio web oficial de

OnePlus, www.oneplus.com, o en una tienda exclusiva de OnePlus (si la hubiere).

En el caso de cualquier producto no adquirido en el sitio oficial de OnePlus o en

una tienda exclusiva de OnePlus, puede consultar la política de devoluciones del

vendedor original.

Los teléfonos y los accesorios de OnePlus están hechos de acuerdo con los más

altos estándares y se someten a pruebas rigurosas. Si no está satisfecho con su

producto OnePlus por cualquier motivo, puede solicitar una devolución en los 15 días

calendario posteriores a la entrega.

Una vez aprobada la solicitud de devolución y recibido el producto, realizaremos

una inspección estándar. Si el producto supera la inspección, le enviaremos un

reembolso. El reembolso no incluirá ninguno de los gastos de envío y tramitación del

proceso de devolución.

No se aceptará ninguna solicitud de devolución realizada fuera de este periodo

de 15 días. También podemos optar por no aceptar devoluciones en las siguientes

circunstancias:

1. Defectos o daños provocados por uso indebido, negligencia, daño físico,

alteraciones, ajustes incorrectos, desgaste normal o instalación incorrecta luego

de la compra.

2. Fluctuaciones de precio como único motivo para la devolución.

3. Contratos personalizados con el cliente. De acuerdo con la Ley de Derechos

del Consumidor de 2015 del Reino Unido, todos los bienes que no (1) tengan una

calidad satisfactoria; (2) sean aptos para el ﬁn previsto; o (3) no coincidan con su

descripción, pueden devolverse sin cargo en los 30 días posteriores a la entrega.

Junto con su dispositivo, envíe un ticket donde se describa el problema. Para

poder acceder a un reembolso, debe contactar con nosotros en un lapso de

30 días y describir en detalle el motivo por el cual los bienes eran defectuosos,

I: Términos de servicio

Gracias por usar el teléfono celular ONEPLUS. Suministraremos nuestro producto

con servicios de garantía completos de acuerdo con las leyes y reglamentaciones

nacionales vigentes. En caso de conﬂicto entre las políticas siguientes y las políticas

o comisiones nacionales prevalecerán las políticas nacionales.

1. Dentro de los 12 meses a partir de la fecha de compra, en caso de que se

produzca una falla de funcionamiento durante el uso normal, el cliente puede

efectuar un reclamo de mantenimiento. Los accesorios tales como el cargador,

el cable de datos y el audífono tienen 12 meses de garantía. La batería (incluida la

batería interna) tiene 12 meses de garantía.

Điện thoại và phụ kiện của OnePlus được sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn cao
