INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE SEGURIDAD

• Por favor, lea antes el manual de instrucciones antes de usar por

primera vez el dispositivo y guárdelo para futuras consultas.

• Antes de enchufarlo, compruebe que la tensión indicada en la

etiqueta de características corresponde a la tensión principal de

su hogar. Conectar el aparato a una base de toma de corriente

provista de toma de tierra y que soporte como mínimo 16

amperios.

• Este aparato cumple los requisitos de compatibilidad

electromagnética especificados en la norma EN 55104/95 con

respecto a las interferencias con aparatos de radio y televisión.

• El aparato debe colocarse sobre una superficie estable y

nivelada.

• No salga de su casa mientras el aparato esté en funcionamiento:

asegúrese de que el interruptor está en posición OFF (0) y el

termostato en posición mínima. Desenchufe siempre el aparato.

• Mantenga los materiales combustibles como muebles, cojines,

ropa de cama, papel, ropa, cortinas, etc. A una distancia mínima

de 100 cm del termoventilador.

• El usuario no debe dejar el dispositivo sin supervisión mientras

esté conectado a la alimentación

• Mantenga la entrada y la salida de aire libres de objetos: al

menos 1 m por delante y 50 cm por detrás del termoventilador.

• No coloque el termoventilador justo debajo de un enchufe.

• No deje que los animales o los niños toquen o jueguen con el

dispositivo.

• ¡Preste atención! La salida de aire se calienta durante el

funcionamiento (más de 80°C).

• ADVERTENCIA: No cubra el termoventilador. Si se cubre, existe

el riesgo de sobrecalentamiento.

• No usar el aparato para secar prendas textiles de ningún tipo.

• No utilice este dispositivo en las inmediaciones de un baño, una

ducha o una piscina.

• No utilice el dispositivo en habitaciones con gases explosivos o

mientras se utilicen disolventes inflamables, barnices o

pegamentos.

• Si el cable de este aparato está dañado, contacte con el Servicio

Técnico Oficial. Con el fin de evitar un peligro, no intente

desmontarlo o repararlo por sí mismo

• Mantenga limpio el dispositivo.

• No permita que ningún objeto entre en cualquier abertura de

ventilación o de escape, ya que esto puede causar una descarga

eléctrica, o un incendio o daños en el calefactor.

• Este aparato no debe ser utilizado por niños menores de 8 años.

Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a partir de los 8 años

y por personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales

reducidas, o que no tengan experiencia ni conocimientos, sin

son supervisados o instruidos en el uso del aparato de forma

segura y entienden los riesgos implicados. Los niños no pueden

jugar con el aparato. Mantenga el aparato y el cable fuera del

alcance de los niños menores de 8 años. Los niños no podrán

realizar la limpieza ni el mantenimiento reservado al usuario a

menos que tengan más de 8 años y cuenten con supervisión.

• Para protegerse contra una descarga eléctrica, no sumerja el

cable, el enchufe ni el aparato en el agua o cualquier otro

líquido.

• Este aparato se debe utilizar únicamente para el uso doméstico

y sólo para las funciones paralas que se ha diseñado.

• ATENCIÓN: Algunas piezas de este producto pueden calentarse

mucho durante el uso y causar quemaduras. Preste especial

atención si hay niños o personas vulnerables en las

inmediaciones.

• Los niños mayores de 3 años y menores de 8 solamente deben

encender/apagar el aparato si se ha colocado o instalado en su

posición operativa habitual y reciben supervisión o instrucciones

sobre el uso del aparato de forma segura y comprenden los

riesgos que implica.

• Los niños mayores de 3 años y menores de 8 no deben

enchufar, configurar ni limpiar el aparato o realizar el

mantenimiento del usuario.

• Los niños menores de 3 años deben mantenerse alejados a

menos que reciban supervisión continua.

• No utilice el aparato con un programador, temporizador,

sistema de control remoto independiente ni ningún otro

dispositivo que encienda el calefactor automáticamente, puesto

que existe riesgo de incendio en caso de que el calefactor esté

cubierto o no esté correctamente posicionado.

No utilice el aparato en habitaciones con una superficie inferior

a 4 m2.

Nota: La estufa está dotada de un dispositivo de seguridad que

desconecta la estufa en caso de sobrecalentamiento accidental (por

ejemplo, obstrucción de las rejillas de entrada y salida de aire, el motor

gira lentamente o no gira). Para restablecerlo, desconecte el enchufe de

la corriente durante unos minutos, elimine la causa del

sobrecalentamiento y vuelva a enchufar el aparato.

INSTALACIÓN

El aparato no requiere instalación, debe ser utilizado únicamente como

aparato portátil. Los aparatos portátiles no son adecuados para su uso

en un cuarto de baño.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

• Gire el mando del termostato (derecha) en el sentido de las

agujas del reloj hasta alcanzar el ajuste máximo.

• Función ventilación: Gire el mando hasta el ajuste .

• Calefacción a potencia reducida: Gire el mando (derecha) hasta

el ajuste Ⅰ(1000W).

• Calefacción a plena potencia: gire el (derecha) hasta el ajuste Ⅱ

(2000W).

• Apagado: gire el mando (izquierda) hasta el ajuste ○.

REGULACIÓN DEL TERMOSTATO

Cuando la habitación haya alcanzado la temperatura deseada, gire el

mando derecho del termostato (si está incluido) en sentido contrario a

las agujas del reloj hasta el punto en que el aparato se apague y no más

allá. La temperatura así fijada será regulada automáticamente y

mantenida a un nivel constante por el termostato.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

• Antes de la limpieza, retire siempre el enchufe de la toma de

corriente y deje que se enfríe completamente.

• Limpie con frecuencia las rejillas de entrada y salida de aire.

• Limpiar el aparato con un paño húmedo impregnado con unas

gotas de detergente y secarlo después.

• No utilice nunca productos abrasivos ni disolventes.

• No deje entrar agua u otro líquido por las aberturas de

ventilación para evitar daños en las partes operativas interiores

del aparato.

• No sumergir el aparato en agua u otro líquido, ni ponerlo bajo el

grifo.

• Mantener y guardar el aparato en un lugar seco, sin polvo y

alejado de la luz del sol.

Nota: Cuando se ponga el aparato en marcha en función calefactor,

después de estar una larga temporada parado o funcionado solo con la

función ventilador, es posible que desprenda al principio un ligero humo,

sin ninguna consecuencia, debido a que se está quemando el polvo y

otras partículas acumuladas en el elemento calefactor. Puede evitar esto

limpiando previamente y a través de las rendijas del aparato, su interior

con la ayuda de un aspirador o con un chorro de aire a presión.

CONDICIONES DE GARANTÍA

• Este aparato está cubierto contra cualquier defecto de fábrica.

• El aparato se cambiará siempre y cuando esté dentro del plazo.

• De cambio y se devuelva con todos sus accesorios y embalaje.

• La garantía será válida siempre y cuando el aparato vaya

acompañado de su factura o ticket de compra donde salga

reflejado el aparato,

• O también su tarjeta de garantía debidamente cumplimentada y

sellada.

• El aparato estará exento de garantía (no cubierto) cuando:

▪ El aparato tenga señales de golpes y/o caídas.

▪ El aparato presente signos de mal uso.

▪ El aparato presente signos de uso excesivo.

▪ El aparato esté manipulado inadecuadamente.

▪ No tenga documento acreditativo (tarjeta, ticket o

factura compra).

▪ El aparato no se ha usado según las instrucciones

de uso.

NOTA:

Bajo ningún concepto se hará cambio directo o abono directo sin antes

revisar el aparato y las causas por las que se ha averiado.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• Please read the instruction manual before and save it for future

reference.

• Before switching on check that voltage indicated on the rating

label corresponds to the main voltage in your home. Connect

the appliance to a base with an earth socket withstanding a

minimum of 16 amperes.

• This appliance meets the electromagnetic compatibility

requirements specified in EN 55104/95 with regard to

interference with radio and TV sets.

• The appliance should be used and placed on a flat and stable

surface.

• Do not leave your home while the appliance is in function:

ensure that the switch is in OFF (0) position and the thermostat

is in minimum position. Always unplug the appliance.

• Keep combustible material such as furniture, cushions, bedding,

paper, clothes, curtains etc. At least 100 cm away from the fan

heater.

• The user must not leave the device unattended while it is

connected to the supply.

• Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in

front and 50 cm behind the heater.

• Do not locate the heater right below a socket.

• Do not let animals or children touch or play with the fan heater.

• Pay attention! The air outlet gets hot during operation (more

than 80°C).

• WARNING: Do not cover. If covered, there is the risk of

overheating.

• Do not use the appliance to dry textiles of any kind.

• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath,

a shower or a swimming pool.

• Do not use the fan heater in the rooms with explosive gas or

while using inflammable solvents, varnish or glue.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in

order to avoid a hazard.Keep the fan heater clean.

• Do not allow any objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust

opening as this may cause electric shock, or fire or damage to

the heater.

• This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8

years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years

and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they

have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance

and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children

unless older than 8 and supervised.

• To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse

the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.

• This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and

only for the purpose it is made for.

• CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and

cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children

and vulnerable people are present.

• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only

switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or

installed in its intended normal operating position and they have

been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children aged from 3 years and les than 8 years shall not plug in,

regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless

continuously supervised.

• Do not use the appliance with a programmer, timer, separate

remote-control system or any other device that switches the

heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is

covered or positioned incorrectly.

• Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m2 area.

Note: The heater is fitted with a safety device which will switch off the

heater in case of accidental overheating (eg. obstruction of air intake

and outlet grilles, motor turning slowly or not at all). To reset,

disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the

cause of overheating then plug the appliance in again.

INSTALLATION

The appliance requires no installation, it should be used solely as a

portable appliance. Portable appliances are not suitable for use in a

bathroom.

OPERATION

• Turn the thermostat knob (right) in a clockwise direction until it

reaches the maximum setting.

• Ventilation function: turn the knob to setting .

• Heating at reduced power: turn the knob (right) to setting Ⅰ

(1000W).

• Heating at full power: turn the (right) to setting Ⅱ(2000W).

• Switching off: turn the knob (left) to setting ○.

REGULATING THE THERMOSTAT

When the room has reached the required temperature turn the right

thermostat knob (where included) in an anti-clockwise direction up to

the point where the appliance switches off and not beyond. The

temperature fixed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at

a constant level by the thermostat.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before

undertaking any cleaning task.

• Clean the air inlet / outlet grilles frequently.

• Clean the equipment using a damp cloth with a few drops of

washing-up liquid and then dry.

• Never use abrasive powders or solvents.

• Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to

avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance.

• Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or

place it under a running tap.

• Keep and store the device in a dry, dust-free place away from

sunlight.

Note: When the appliance is used as a heater after long periods in

storage or after having been used solely as a fan a small amount of

smoke may be produced. This is not important and is due to the heater

burning dust deposits which have accumulated on the heating element.

This phenomenon may be avoided by cleaning the inside of the

appliance beforehand through the grill with a vacuum cleaner or

pressurised air.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• This appliance is covered against any factory defects.

• The device is changed for a new one as long as it is within the

change period and is returned with all accessories and

packaging in good condition.

• The guarantee will be valid as long as the appliance is

accompanied by your invoice or purchase ticket where the exact

device and model, or your warranty card duly completed and

sealed, is reflected.

• The appliance will be exempt from warranty when:

• The appliance has signs of knocks and / or falls.

• The appliance shows signs of misuse.

• The appliance has signs of overuse.

• The appliance is improperly handled.

• No supporting document. (Card, ticket or invoice).

• The appliance has not been used in accordance with the

instructions for use.

NOTE:

Under no circumstances will direct change or direct payment be made

without first reviewing the device and the causes for which it has failed

ENVIRONMENT

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at

the end of its durability, but must be offered at a central point

for the recycling of electric and electronic domestic appliances.
