• These nuts are centerlock nuts. They are designed to be tight; therefore, they will be harder to tighten. Tighten until fl ush with the metal or plastic.

the use of a drill with a low torque setting. A #2 Phillips screwdriver may also be used.

1.1 • Remove the header bar and the screws attached to the rear gable of the shed.

1.3 • Remove the wall channels and their hardware from all the walls in the shed. If the window wall panel has the wall
channels on the outer edges of the window wall panel, they will not have to be removed—only if the wall channel is
in the middle of the panel, under the window.

• Attach a lower bracket (BQZ) to the bottom of each long support channel (HMD) and secure with two (2) hex bolts (BRP) and two
(2) cap nuts (ADJ). Do not overtighten the nuts. You will need one long support channel assembly for each wall of your shed
excluding the back corner wall panels. Build enough assemblies needed in this step.

• Attach a long support channel (HMD) to the end of a truss gutter channel using two (2) self-tapping screws (BRK) as shown.
Connect the support channel to the wall panel using ten (10) screws (ADZ) through the holes along both sides of the
length of the support channel. Repeat this step for the fi ve (5) support channels on the side walls of the shed. Extra e ort will be required when
inserting screws (BRK) through the metal.
• Attacher un canal de support long (BRF) à l’extrémité d’un canal de gouttière à l’aide de deux (2) vis autotaraudeuses (BRK)
comme indiqué. Attacher le canal de support au panneau mural à l’aide de dix (10) vis (ADZ) à travers les trous le

self-tapping screws (BRK). Connect the support channel to the window wall panel using eight (8) screws (adz). Repeat this step for
any other window wall panels. If you have no window wall panel, you can still use this part on a standard wall panel.

• Line up a long support channel (HMD) under the notch at the top of the wall under the header bar. Attach the long support
channel to the back wall of the shed using ten (10) screws (ADZ) as shown.

1.10 • Place an upper brace (HMC) inside the top of the support channel. Slide the upper brace into the wall channel until
the top of the brace is aligned with the top of the header bar. Attach the upper brace to the header bar with a
self-drilling screw (BRK). You will be drilling through metal so extra e ort is required.
• Insérer un support supérieur (HMC) dans la partie supérieure du canal de support. Faire glisser le support supérieur

1.11 • Pull back on the bottom of the upper brace to align the holes with those in the wall channel. Attach the two
using two (2) self-drilling screws (BRK). You will be drilling through metal so extra e ort is required.

1.13 • Align a bracket assembly next to the fi rst groove on the front, right corner wall panel and secure with ten (10)
screws (ADZ). Repeat this step for the front, left corner wall panel.

• Attach a short upper bracket (HME) on the front, right corner wall panel. Align the holes in the short upper bracket
with the holes in the wall support channel and secure with two (2) screws (BRK). Attach the top of the short upper
bracket with two (2) screws (ADZ). You will be screwing into the gable. Repeat this step for the front, left corner wall panel.

—For a concrete foundation, attach the wall-to-fl oor support brackets to the fl oor using the hex bolts (HNN). Repeat this step to connect the
truss/wall/window support channel fl oor brackets to the fl oor using the lag bolts. Use a hammer drill to insert concrete screws.
—For a wood foundation, visit your local hardware store to acquire the bolts that would accommodate the platform. The

3.1 • Remove the two cap nuts and washers from the carriage bolts and bracket from the left door.

3.2 • Place a vertical door brace (HMH) against the left door and align the two center holes in the door with those in the
brace. The brace is L-shaped. Place the long side of the brace against the door. Replace the bolt removed
in the last step with the new carriage bolt (HMJ) provided in the hardware bag. Be sure the bracket is aligned with
the two center holes before adding the carriage bolts. Replace the washers and the new nylock nuts. Finally,
ensure the support is parallel to the edge of the door before tightening the hardware. Discard the old hardware.
• Mettre une entretoise verticale de la porte (HMH) contre la porte gauche et aligner les deux trous centraux dans la porte
avec ceux dans l’entretoise. L’entretoise est en forme de « L ». Mettre le côté long de l’entretoise contre
la porte. Remplacer le boulon retiré à l’étape précédente avec le
nouveau boulon de carrosserie (HMJ) fourni dans le sac de quincaillerie. Veiller

• Secure the vertical door brace to the door with fi ve (5)
self-drilling screws (BRK). Be sure to secure the screws in the
locations noted at the right.

• Place a second vertical door support (HMH) on the back of the left door so the top of the support is at the same height
as the fi rst vertical door support. Align the vertical door support with the bottom of the gap fl aps. Align the holes
in the support over the hinge tube. Finally, make a mark on the door through the top hole in the vertical door
support.
• Mettre un deuxième support vertical de la porte (HMH) sur la surface arrière de la porte gauche pour que l’extrémité
supérieure du support soit à la même hauteur que le premier support. Aligner le support vertical de la porte avec

• Using an 1/8" (3 mm) drill bit (ARA), drill a hole straight into the hinge tube at the mark you just made. Do not drill all the way
through the door. Insert a screw (BRK) through the hole in the support and into the hinge tube.

• If the spring locks on the door look like the spring locks on the left, they will need to be replaced. If they look like
the spring locks on the right, they don’t need to be replaced.

3.17 • Place a second vertical door support (HMH) on the back of the right door so the top of the support is at the same height as
the fi rst vertical door support. Align the vertical door support with the bottom of the gap fl aps. Align the holes in
the support over the hinge tube. Drill holes into the hinge tube at the six locations shown.

• To secure the doors, simply turn the t-knob to insert the locking lever into the notch in the vertical door support.
Repeat this step for both locking levers.

The polyethylene panels are stain and solvent resistant. Most stains can be removed using a mild soap and a soft-bristled
brush. Abrasive cleaning materials may scratch the plastic and are not recommended. Repair scratches or rust spots on the
metal by sanding the a ected area lightly; using a rust preventative spray primer; and fi nally, spraying with a high-gloss spray
enamel paint. Avoid placing a direct heat source on or near surfaces unless using a heat barrier.
