OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). As a safety
feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
MAINTENANCE
Your hot brush is designed for household use,
and is virtually maintenance free. No lubrication
is needed. Keep all vents and openings clear of
dirt and dust. If cleaning becomes necessary,
disconnect the hot brush from the power
source, allow to cool, and wipe exterior with a
damp cloth. If any abnormal condition occurs,
unplug the hot brush, allow it to cool and return
it to place of purchase or an authorized service
representative only for repair. No repairs should
be attempted by the consumer.
CAUTION
NEVER allow the power supply cord to be
pulled or twisted. Never wrap the cord around
the hot brush. Damage will occur at the high
flex point of entry into the hot brush, causing
it to rupture and short. Inspect the cord
frequently for damage. Stop use immediately
if unit stops or operates intermittently.
STORAGE
When not in use, your hot brush is easy to
store. Allow hot brush to cool and store out of
reach of children in safe, dry location. Do not
jerk or strain cord at plug connections.

SUPER STYLING GUIDE
Your best looks begin with a good haircut
that’s well maintained. Always treat hair right
with superior quality shampoos, conditioners,
and finishing products.
CURLING BASICS
1. Plug the hot brush cord into a standard
household electrical outlet (120V). When the
red ready dot has turned white, the proper
styling temperature has been reached. The
supreme hot brush has 10 heat settings –
HIGH settings are for use on thick, wavy hair,
MEDIUM settings are for use on normal hair,
LOW for dry or chemically treated hair.
2. Use of the hot brush is very easy to master.
Roll one section of hair at a time around the hot
brush from the bottom up. To avoid tangling,
never roll the hair around the hot brush
more than two times. When hair is warm (not
hot) to the touch, the curl is set. For hair that
is harder to curl, leave the hot brush in place
a little longer. A hot brush generally gives a
lighter curl than a curling iron – for very hard to
curl hair, try switching to your curling iron.
3. The hot brush can be used for quick touch-ups
without shampooing. After heating the hot brush,
simply brush the hair back to its original style.
To change the style, mist the hair lightly with
water before using the hot brush. No combing
is necessary!
TO STRAIGHTEN
To straighten hair,
pull small section
taut, then pass brush
over hair from roots
to ends. Repeat
procedure until
natural waves are
relaxed.
TO WAVE
For flowing waves,
separate a wider
section of hair than
you normally do for
curling, and roll it
as you usually do.
For best results, hair
should be at least
6–8 inches long.
ON BLUNT CUTS
Use hot brush on
blunt cuts to eliminate
kinks or unwanted
flips by just turning
the hair under.
FOR TOUSLED HAIR
Create soft, tousled waves by curling each
hair section in a random direction. Then, turn
head upside down, shake, and gently scrunch
hair with fingers. Bring head back to position
and repeat for fullest volume.
WIDE WAVES
Pick up a section of hair and place the hot
brush under it close to the scalp, making
half a turn downward. Remove the hot
brush. Working with the same hair section,
start where you left off and place the hot
brush on top of the hair, curling it up half a
turn. Proceed down the same hair section,
alternating the curl upward and downward.
Repeat procedure with remaining sections
of hair. For best results, hair should be about
6–8 inches long.

DE OPERACIÓN
El cable de este aparato está dotado de una
clavija polarizada (una pata es más ancha
que otra). Como medida de seguridad, se
podrá enchufar de una sola manera en la
toma de corriente polarizada. Si no entrara
en la toma de corriente, inviértela. Si aún no
entrara completamente, comuníquese con
un electricista. No intente ir en contra de esta
función de seguridad.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO
Este producto ha sido diseñado para uso
doméstico y requiere poco mantenimiento.
No necesita lubricación. Mantenga todas las
aberturas libres de polvos y pelusas. Cuando
sea necesario limpiarlo, desenchúfelo, permita
que enfríe y limpie la superficie exterior con
un paño. En caso de mal funcionamiento,
desconecte el aparato, permita que enfríe y
regréselo a un centro de servicio autorizado.

La mejor apariencia empieza por un recorte
de cabello bien mantenido. Siempre cuide su
cabello con champúes, acondicionadores y
productos de peinado de calidad superior.
FUNDAMENTOS DEL RIZADO
1. Enchufe el aparato en una toma de
corriente de 120V. Permita que caliente
hasta que el indicador de temperatura rojo
se vuelva blanco. El cepillo de aire Supreme®
cuenta con 10 ajustes de temperatura:
ajustes altos (HIGH) para el cabello grueso u
ondulado; ajustes medios (MEDIUM) para el
cabello normal; y ajustes bajos (LOW) para el
cabello seco o maltratado.
2. El cepillo de aire es muy fácil de usar.
Trabajando desde abajo hasta arriba de la
cabeza, separe una sección de cabello y
enróllela alrededor del cepillo, sin dar más
de dos vueltas, porque esto podría enredar
el cabello. Cuando el aire está tibio (ya no
caliente), el rizo está fijado. Si su cabello
es resistente, espere un poco más antes de
retirar el cepillo. Por lo general, los cepillos
crean rizos más suaves que las tenacillas.
Si su cabello es muy resistente, pueda que
tenga que usar tenacillas para rizarlo.
3. Su cepillo de aire puede usarse para
hacer retoques rápidos, sin necesidad de
lavar el cabello. Permita que el aparato
caliente, y luego vuelva a peinar el cabello
como lo peinó al principio. Para cambiar de
estilo, humedezca ligeramente el cabello
antes de peinarlo. ¡No hay necesidad
de usar un peine!

ONDAS NATURALES
Para crear ondas suaves y de apariencia
natural, rice cada sección en direcciones
elegidas al azar. Después, voltee la cabeza
hacia abajo, agítela y estruje el cabello con
los dedos. Repita para obtener más cuerpo.
ONDAS AMPLIAS
Coloque el cepillo debajo de la sección de
cabello, cerca del cuero cabelludo, y déle
media vuelta hacia abajo. Quite el cepillo.
Ahora, coloque el cepillo un poco más abajo,
encima de la sección de cabello, y déle
media vuelta hacia arriba. Siga alternando
los rizos hasta llegar a las puntas. Repita la
misma técnica todo alrededor de la cabeza.
Obtendrá resultados óptimos con cabello de
6–8 pulgadas (15–20 cm) de largo.
