N’effectuez aucune réparation vous-même sur cet appareil. Cet appareil comporte un thermostat. Les positions sont les suivantes : 0 NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN Arrêt - Ventilation air ambiant Vous pouvez utiliser le ventilateur seul à n’importe quel moment de l’année. Placez le sélecteur de chauffe sur la position . I Air chaud (1 000 W) II Air très chaud (2 000 W) La puissance consommée dépend de la position sélectionnée (I ou II). Afin de réaliser des économies d’énergie, chauffez d’abord en position II (2 000 W), puis passez en position I (1 000 W) lorsque la chaleur désirée est atteinte. L’appareil de chauffage exige un entretien régulier pour s’assurer de son bon fonctionnement : • Débranchez l’appareil de la prise de courant avant le nettoyage. • Utilisez un chiffon légèrement humide pour essuyer l’extérieur du chauffage. • N’utilisez jamais de produits de nettoyage abrasifs sur cet appareil (alcool, dissolvant, etc.) • Utilisez un aspirateur pour enlever la poussière des trous d’aération. • Assurez-vous que l’appareil de chauffage est sec avant de le brancher à nouveau. • Veillez à ne jamais faire pénétrer d’eau à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Mise en marche 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Posez l’appareil sur une surface plane et stable. Placez le thermostat sur la position , I ou II. Le témoin lumineux de fonctionnement s’allume. En position , réglez le sélecteur de puissance sur la position souhaitée. En position I ou II, réglez le sélecteur de puissance au maximum en le tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Dès que la température ambiante souhaitée est atteinte, tournez le sélecteur de puissance jusqu’à ce que le témoin lumineux s’éteigne. Le thermostat permet de conserver de manière constante la température désirée. Le radiateur soufflant alterne automatiquement périodes de chauffe et périodes de pause afin de maintenir la température fixée par le thermostat. Le témoin lumineux rouge indique que le radiateur soufflant est allumé. En fin d’utilisation, placez le sélecteur de chauffe sur la position 0 pour arrêter le radiateur, placez le thermostat sur une position minimale et débranchez l’appareil. Système de sécurité L’appareil dispose d’un système de sécurité qui arrête automatiquement le radiateur soufflant en cas de surchauffe. En cas de surchauffe, éteignez l’appareil, débranchez-le de la prise de courant et laissez-le refroidir pendant au moins 10 minutes. Rebranchez ensuite l’appareil sur la prise de courant et remettez-le en marche. Identifiez les causes de cette surchauffe pour éviter tout incident ultérieur. Do not use this heater in small rooms, when they are occupied by persons unable to leave the room alone, unless constant supervision is provided. • Before plugging in the heater, make sure that the voltage in your home is the same as the voltage indicated on the appliance's rating plate and that the power cord plug is suitable for the power socket. • Keep a distance of 1 metre between the appliance and any objects (walls, curtains, etc.) when in use. • Never use the appliance in areas where flammable liquids are stored. • Do not use the appliance to dry clothing. • Never insert objects into the appliance and do not block the air vents. • Never operate the appliance if the cord or plug are damaged. The positions are as follows: 0 Off - Ambient air ventilation You can use the fan alone throughout the year. Set the heat selector switch to position . I Hot air (1000 W) II Very hot air (2000 W) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE The heater must be maintained regularly to ensure proper operation: • Always unplug the appliance from the power socket before cleaning. • Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the outside of the heater. • Never use abrasive cleaning products (alcohol, solvent) on this appliance. • Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from ventilation holes. • Make sure the heater is dry before plugging it back in. • Make sure no water ever enters the appliance. The power consumption depends on the selected position (I or II). To save energy, heat in position II first (2000 W), then switch to position I (1000 W) when the desired heat has been reached. In position , set the power selector knob to the desired position. In position I or II, set the power selector knob to maximum by turning it clockwise. As soon as the desired room temperature has been reached, turn the power selector knob until the indicator light goes out. The desired temperature will be kept constant by the thermostat function. The fan heater automatically turns itself on and off to maintain the temperature set by the thermostat. The red light indicates that the fan heater is on. When you have finished, set the heat selector switch to position 0 to stop the heating, set the thermostat to a minimum position and unplug the appliance. Safety system The appliance is equipped with a safety system which automatically stops the fan heater in the event of overheating. In the event of overheating, unplug the appliance from the mains socket, switch off the appliance and allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes. Connect the plug back to the mains socket and switch the appliance back on. Identify the causes of this overheating to avoid further incidents. If your appliance does not restart, take it to your retailer’s customer service department to be inspected and repaired. Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Zet de thermostaat op , I of II. Het signaallampje van de werking gaat aan. In stand , zet de keuzeknop voor het vermogen op de gewenste stand. In stand I of II, zet de keuzeknop voor het vermogen zo hoog mogelijk door de knop te draaien in de richting van de wijzers van de klok. Zodra de gewenste kamertemperatuur bereikt is, draait u de keuzeknop voor het vermogen terug totdat het signaallampje uitgaat. De gewenste temperatuur zal door de thermostaat constant blijven. De blaasverwarming wisselt periodes van verwarming en pauze af om de door de thermostaat ingestelde temperatuur constant te houden. Het rood knipperende signaallampje geeft aan dat de blaasverwarming aanstaat. Zet na gebruik de keuzeknop van de verwarming op 0 om de verwarming uit te zetten, zet de thermostaat op de laagste stand en haal de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact. Veiligheidssysteem Het apparaat is voorzien van een veiligheidssysteem dat de blaasverwarming uitschakelt in geval van oververhitting. Schakel het apparaat bij oververhitting uit, haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat apparaat het minstens 10 minuten afkoelen. Doe de stekker vervolgens weer in het stopcontact en zet het apparaat weer aan. 55 V.8.0 Identificeer de oorzaken van de oververhitting om toekomstige incidenten te voorkomen.
