FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
1) Green warning light not
illuminating.
■ Master switch off.
■ Master switch or relative fuses burnt
out.
■ Warning light damaged.
■ ON/OFF switch damaged.
□ Switch on master switch.

2) Tub not filling.
■ Water inlet interceptor shutter down.
■ Overflow badly fitted or not seated.
■ Inlet electrovalve filter clogged.
■ Inlet electrovalve coil disconnected.
■ Inlet pipe filter clogged.
■ Faulty PCB.
■ Faulty boiler thermostat
□ Open the shutter.
□ Fit the overflow properly into the drain.
□ Clean the electrovalve filter.
□ Call technical assistance.
□ Clean the inlet hose filter.
□ Call technical assistance.
□ Call technical assistance.
3) Tub-filling continues after water
level is reached.
■ Elecrovalve membranes damaged or
dirty inside (this is evident because the
machine continues to load water even
when the master switch goes off).
■ Not-adjusted/faulty pressure switch

4) Wash ineffective.
■ Detergent ineffectual.
■ Detergent badly dosed.
■ Detergent unsuitable.
■ Suction filter dirty.
■ Washing pump seized up (for three-
phase machines with backward revs).
■ Too much foam in the tub.
■ Wash arms do not turn freely.
□ Change detergent.
□ Increase the dose.
□ Change detergent.
□ Clean the filter.
□ Call technical assistance.
□ Reduce dose of detergent / additive.
□ Clean the wash arms and the
bushings – Call technical assistance.
5) Rinsing inadequate (First make
sure that the washing cycle is not at
fault, as this may affect rinsing).
■ Water pressure below that required for
rinsing (see instructions). - Pressure
reading to be taken at electrovalve inlet.
■ Nozzles caked with lime deposit.
■ Electrovalve filter clogged.
■ Rinse electrovalve coil disconnected.
■ Inlet hose filter dirty.
■ Lime deposit in the boiler.
■ Rinse arms do not turn freely.
□ Call technical assistance.
□ Carry out a de-scaling cycle.
□ Clean the filter .
