S1:Lubricating the tooltep
BEFORE USING YOUR NAILER FOR
THE FIRST TIME
Remove the dust cap from the air inlet and place 3-5
drops of the pre-packaged oil or non-detergent
pneumatic air tool oil in the inlet.
NOTE:
Lubricate with 4 drops of oil every 600-800 nail strikes.
To change the foot plate: Unbolt screws (A) and change
the foot plate (B).

To adjust the front foot:
Loosen these two Bolts (G) and two Small Plates (H) to
ensure move the Front Foot (F) in the range of the Adjust
Groove (I).
Adjust the proper position of the Front Foot (F) according
to the actual thickness of wood floors and then lock
tightly these two Bolts (G) and two Small Plates (H) back.
This tool can work most 18 gauge L cleat
ranging from 1-1/4 ” to 1-3/4”.
NOTE: Make sure the fasteners slide in the magazine
easily If the fasteners show any form of resistance, then
they may not be compatible.

Connect the tool to the air source.
Insert a strip of fasteners from the rear of the
magazine (A). Be sure the fasteners are pointed
downward. (See figure 1 & figure 2)
This tool uses a spring loaded bypass lever in order to
load and upload the nails. Once the nails are properly
inserted, pull the pusher (B) completely back, pressing
against the bypass lever (C) of the pusher. (See figure
3)
Once the pusher hits the back of magazine, allow the
pusher to slide forward and engage the nails, pushing
them to the nose of the tool. (See figure 4)

NOTE:
If you strike on the groove rather than the tongue the
fastener will leave approximately a 1/4” up from the work
surface. Adjust the pressure accordingly to get the right depth.

Correct Placement
SUBFLOOR
The flooring nailer is designed for tongue and groove
flooring only. Place the nailer flush onto the work surface
and ensure that you are striking at the tongue of the
hardwood floor.

Wear the ANSI approved safety goggles.
Test the tool onto some sample flooring.
Grab the pre-packed mallet with your dominated
hand.
Grab the hand grip (J) with your free hand.
Use the mallet to strike the hammer cap (K)onto the
piece of test wood.

Start the regular pressure at 80 psi.

The nailer is ready for 9/16 in. to 5/8 in. solid hardwood
flooring; however, if you are installing 3/8 in. (1/2 in.) or
3/4 in. solid hardwood flooring, the foot plate must be
switched with the pre-packaged foot plate and the front
foot shall be adjusted to keep tool balance if needed.
ONLY load the fastener meets the following specification:

doing your flooring installations.
Step 1: Take off the front foot
2.Remo ve the front foot, small plates, bolts from the tool and put them
aside for later replacement.
Step 2: Remove the white nose bolts.

Step 4: Clearing the jammed nails.
Caution: Do not bend or damage the drive blade.
Step 5: Replace the drive guide.
1. Put the drive guide back to nose.
Step 6: Replace the front foot.

Paso 3: Comprobar sujetador
Conecte la herramienta a la fuente de aire.
Inserte una tira de sujetadores a partir de la parte
posterior del cargador (A). Verifique que los
sujetadores apunten hacia abajo. (Consulte la figura 1
&2)
Esta herramienta utiliza una palanca de derivación
activada por resorte para cargar y descargar los
clavos. Después de colocar los clavos de forma
correcta, jale el disparador (B) completamente hacia
atrás, presionando hacia la palanca de derivación (C)
del disparador. (Consulte la figura 3)
Cuando el disparador llegue a la parte posterior del
cargador, deje que este se deslice hacia adelante y
enganche los clavos presionándolos hacia el extremo
de la herramienta. (Consulte la figura 4)

asegure los pernos (G) y las dos placas pequeñas (H)
firmemente.
