• Removethe CD fromthe case by holdingit at the edges whilepressing the center holelightly.
• Do not touch the shiny surface ofthe CD or bendthe CD.
• Place the CD into the tray withthe label facing up.
• A dirty CD may not playcorrectly. If a CDbecomes dirty, wipeit with a soft cloth in a straightline from
center to edge.
• A dirty lens will cause sound skipping and, if the lens isvery dirty, the CD may not work. Open the CD
door and clean using a camera lens brush/blower. Blow on the lens a couple of times and wipe the
lens with the brush to remove dust. Blowon the lens once more.
• If the lens is still dirty, use a cotton swab. Start in the middle ofthe lens and workto the outside edge.
• Avoidexposure to directsun light, temperature extremes, andmoisture.
CAUTION: Do not use any solvent (eg: record sprays, thinner, benzene, etc.) to clean a CD.
