INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
• Para evitar el riesgo de choque eléctrico no sumerja la unidad en agua u otros líquidos.
• La unidad no debe ser utilizada por personas con capacidades físicas o mentales reducidas, o falta
de experiencia y conocimiento, a menos que sean supervisadas por una persona responsable.
• Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.
• No deje la unidad desatendida durante la operación.
• Desconecte el cable de poder del tomacorriente cuando no esté utilizando la unidad, o antes de
llevar a cabo la limpieza.
• Evite el contacto con las partes móviles. Mantenga las manos, el cabello y la ropa lejos de los
batidores, cuchillas, discos y/o cualquier parte móvil durante la operación para reducir el riesgo de
lesiones personales.
• No opere la unidad si el cable de poder está dañado o si la unidad presenta algún síntoma de falla.
• No utilice accesorios que no sean recomendados o vendidos por el fabricante.
• La unidad no está diseñada para ser utilizada en exteriores o en áreas húmedas.
• No permita que el cable de poder cuelgue por el mostrador ni que esté en contacto con superficies
calientes.
• Utilice siempre la unidad con la tapa puesta.
• Retire los batidores del tazón de mezcla antes de lavar.
• La unidad sólo está diseñada para uso en interiores.
• Verifique que el voltaje de la unidad corresponde con el del área donde la va a conectar.
• No conecte la unidad a un temporizador para evitar daños.
• Permita que las partes móviles se detengan antes de retirar el tazón o la jarra.
• La unidad solo está diseñada para procesar alimentos.
• Limpie completamente las partes antes de utilizar la unidad por vez primera.
• No intente reparar la unidad usted mismo. Remita toda revisión, mantenimiento y reparación a
personal de servicio técnico calificado.

Unidades Dobles
La máquina viene con dos unidades.
1. Una unidad de alta velocidad directamente acoplada al motor se utiliza para mover la licuadora o el
molino seco, según se necesite.
2. Una unidad de alto torque se utiliza para movilizar los batidores.
Tapa de la unidad de motor (Figura 1)
Se utiliza para cubrir la unidad cuando no está en uso.
Almacenamiento de cable (Figura 2)
El almacenamiento de cable está ubicado en la parte posterior de la unidad.
Patas de caucho (Figura 2)
La unidad cuenta con 4 patas que brindan total estabilidad y aíslan la unidad de la superficie para
minimizar el ruido y la vibración.
Almacenamiento de cuchillas (Figura 3)
Un espacio práctico y útil ubicado en la parte izquierda de la unidad de potencia.
OPERACIÓN
1. Coloque la unidad de potencia sobre una superficie adecuada para
trabajar.
2. Conecte el cable de poder.
3. La tapa, cuando se utilice la unidad de alto torque, debe quedar
bien asegurada girándola en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj.
Al utilizar la alta velocidad, retire la tapa y colóquela en la unidad de
alto torque para evitar que los líquidos salpiquen el motor.
4. Cuando tenga las partes que necesita, gire el botón de velocidad.
Ajuste la velocidad según necesite.
5. También puede utilizar el botón “pulso” con el que puede controlar
la velocidad.

BATIDORES Y GANCHOS
Los ganchos de pasta y el tazón de mezcla se utilizan
para amasar la pasta y mezclar galletas y masa de
hojaldre, y para agregar nueces, chips de chocolate,
frutas secas, mantequilla, o para suavizar o endurecer
azúcar morena, etc. Los ganchos de pasta se utilizan
para todas las sustancias pesadas tales como masa
de galletas, masa de levadura, entre otras.
Los batidores se utilizan para mezclar sustancias muy
suaves como crema, claras de huevo, salsas, entre
otros.
Antes de comenzar a utilizar cualquiera de estos
accesorios, asegúrese de que la unidad está sobre
una superficie suave, limpia y adecuada para trabajar.
1. Antes de utilizar el tazón y los accesorios por vez
primera recuerde lavarlos por completo.
2. Asegúrese de que la tapa del motor esté bloqueada
en la unidad de alta velocidad.
3. Si aún no lo ha hecho, coloque el eje, el tazón de
mezcla y los batidores en la unidad de potencia.
(Figura 4).
4. Agregue los ingredientes al tazón y coloque la tapa.
5. Gire el botón a una velocidad baja al comienzo, e
incremente la velocidad según necesite por el tipo
de ingredientes.
Nota
• Asegúrese de que el tazón esté bien puesto para
evitar daños al recipiente o al empalme.
• Para asegurar la vida útil de la máquina, no la utilice por más de 15 minutos seguidos, y permita que
se enfríe al menos 30 minutos antes del siguiente ciclo.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Apague y desconecte la unidad antes de limpiarla.
• Algunos alimentos pueden decolorar el plástico. Esto es perfectamente normal y no afectará el
plástico ni el sabor de los alimentos. Restriegue con una prenda suave bañada en un poco de aceite
vegetal para limpiar las superficies.
• Lave el tazón y los accesorios en el lavaplatos. Se recomienda retirar el pin de la unidad del tazón.
Después de limpiar, puede colocar un poco de aceite vegetal en el pin para ayudar a la lubricación.
• Limpie la base con una prenda seca.
• Limpie las partes del procesador de alimentos (a excepción de la base) con agua, y luego seque
con un trapo.
• No utilice productos abrasivos para limpiar la unidad.

IMPROTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
• Read all instructions before using the kitchen machine.
• To protect against risk of electric shock, do not put the drive unit in or under water or other liquid.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
• Do not leave appliances unattended during operation.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
• To disconnect: switch appliance off then remove plug from power supply.
• Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils
away from whisks, beaters, blades, disc, dough hook and/or other moving parts during operation to
reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the appliance or its attachments.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock or injury and is therefore prohibited.
• Do not use outdoors or when standing in a damp area.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
• Always operate appliance with covers in place.
• Remove beaters from mixing bowl before washing.

Before Using for the First Time
Before using any of the attachments for the first time it is recommended they be washed, rinsed well and
dried. Of the attachments supplied with the systems in this manual, all parts, except the whisk holder for
the twin beating whisks and the blender’s blade/base assembly, are dishwasher safe:
> The whisk holder should be hand washed in warm soapy water, rinsed and dried.

> The blender’s blade/base assembly should be washed under running water and dried.
Note: It is recommended that the blender’s blade/base assembly never be left to stand in water or soap
solution, to prevent the bearing lubricant from being washed out.

Dual drives
The Multifunctional dough maker comes with two drives:
1. A high-speed drive directly coupled to the motor, used to drive the blender, dry mill if ordered.
2. A high-torque drive used to drive the stirring/beating whisks, dough hook.
Motor drive cover (fig.1)
Used to cover drive that is not in use (If not ordered blender or grinder, the cover would fixed)
Convenient cord storage (fig.2)
Convenient cord storage is located on the back of the power unit
Four rubber feet (fig.2)
Four rubber feet provide the ultimate in stability, while also serving to isolate the power unit from the
hard surface to minimize noise and vibration.

Usage

Place power unit on suitable work surface.
Plug power unit into power supply.
▲The cover, when using the high-torque drive, should be locked in the high-speed drive by
turning clockwise. When using the high-speed drive, should be took out by turning
counterclockwise and placed on the high-torque drive to avoid some liquid splashing into the
motor.
When you settled down the parts you need, turn on the stepless speed regulating.
If you want the food processor move slowly, turn the adjustment for a little.

If you need the food processor move fast, turn the adjustment for more.
There is another adjustment: pulse switch. (Below picture for reference)
Keep touching the pulse switch, the machine will move in high speed.
Stop touching the pulse switch, the machine will stop moving.
• Mixing bowl with Dough hook / Twin beating whisks
The dough hook and mixing bowl are intended to be
used to knead yeast dough and to mix cookie and pastry Fig.4
dough, and also when adding nuts, chocolate chips,
dried fruit, hard butter or shortening, hardened brown
sugar, etc. to batters
The dough hook should be used for all heavier substances
such as cookie dough, yeast dough, pastry dough and
other heavy dough. The dough hook should always be
used when adding nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruits,
hard butter or other fats, hardened brown sugar, etc.
to a mixture.
The twin beating whisks and mixing bowl are intended
to be used for very light substances, such as cream,
egg whites, sauces, batters and light pastry dough
that are thin enough to pour.
Use of mixing bowl with dough hook / Twin beating whisks
Before beginning to attach this or any other attachment,
make sure that the power unit is on a smooth, clean,
suitable work surface.
1. Before using the mixing bowl and dough hook & Twin
beating whisks for the first time, it is recommended that
the bowl, cover, splash ring and dough hook be washed.
All components of the mixing bowl and the dough hook
are dishwasher-safe. Or they may be washed in warm
soapy water. After washing, rinse well and dry before using.
2. Make sure the motor driver cover is locked in the
high-speed drive.
3. If you have already done so, place the drive shaft, mixing
bowl, dough hook/twin beating whisk on the power unit
in turn(fig.4).
4. Add the ingredients into the bowl and place the cover.
5. Turn the rotary switch to a lower speed at the beginning,
then adjust the speed and add the ingredients according
to the recipe.
CAUTION!

▲Failure to make sure that the bowl is properly seated on the drive coupling before the power
unit is turned On can result in damage to the bowl and/or coupling.
▲To ensure the long life of your machine, not allow to continuously use more than 15 minutes.
Should cool down the motor at least 30 minutes before next operation.
【Clean】

● Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
● Some foods may discolour the plastic. This is perfectly normal and won’t harm the plastic or affect the
flavour of your food. Rub with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil to remove the discolouration and clean
the surfaces which in contact with food.
● Clean the stainless steel bowl and its components are dishwasher safe. It is recommended that the
drive pin be removed from the bowl for cleaning. After cleaning, a little vegetable oil placed on the
drive pin will help to lubricate the surface.
● Clean the base: wipe the base with a dry rag.
● Clean the parts of the food processor (except the base): put half basin of water into the basin, put the
parts you want to clean into the water, and then wipe the parts by a rag. After then, wipe the parts with
a dry rag.
● Never use coarse or caustic cleaning products to clean this appliance.
