Bolster
Introduction
Congratulations on your new product.
You have selected a high quality prod-
uct. Please familiarize yourself with the
bolster before preparing it for use and using it for
the first time. Please carefully read the following in-
structions for use and the important safety notes.
Only use the bolster as described and for the indi-
cated uses. Keep these instructions in a safe place.
When passing the bolster on to others, be sure to
also include all documentation.
Intended use
This bolster is designed to massage the human
body. You can use it to massage body parts in the
neck area, back area and calf area in a targeted
manner. The bolster is for private use only and is
not intended for medical or commercial use and
cannot replace medical treatment. In particular, ba-
bies, infants, vulnerable persons and animals must
not be massaged. The bolster is intended for use in
dry interior spaces. Use other than as previously
described or modification of the bolster is not per-
mitted and can lead to injuries and/or damage to
the bolster. The manufacturer does not accept lia-
bility for damage caused by improper use. The bol-
ster is not intended for commercial use.

knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the product

vised to ensure that they do not
play with the product.
Do not use the bolster in
damp conditions (e.g.
when taking a bath or
shower)
Do not stick any needles
or sharp objects into the
massage cushion.
Check the product for damage
before initial use. Do not operate
a damaged product.
Do not use
the bolster for massages in the
area around the heart if you
wear a pacemaker. Otherwise,
there is a danger to life. Consult

your doctor and the manufac-
turer of your pacemaker before
using the bolster. The electrical
and magnetic fields emitted by
this bolster may possibly inter-
fere with the function of your
pacemaker. However, they are
still within the limits.
The bolster
must not be used by vulnerable
people, children, people with
skin alterations due to illness or
scarred tissue in the area of ap-
plication or on animals. Do not
use the bolster during preg-
nancy, after taking pain relief
medication or drinking alcohol.
There is the risk of injure.
Make sure
that you do not fall asleep whilst
the bolster is in operation. There
is the risk of burns to skin. Do
not use the bolster in a vehicle.
Do not use
the bolster on swollen, burnt, in-
flamed, infected or injured skin,
body parts and regions of the
body. There is the risk of injury.
If in doubt, seek medical advice
before use, particularly:
- If you suffer from a severe ill-
ness or have recently had sur-
gery on your upper body
- If you have a pacemaker, im-
plants or other aids
- If you suffer from thrombosis
- If you are suffering pain, the
cause of which is unknown
The bolster
must not be used on the face
(e.g. eyes), on the larynx, feet or
other sensitive body parts. There
is the risk of injury.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
Do not expose the product to
- extreme temperatures,
- extreme mechanical stresses
- direct sunlight,
- magnetic surroundings,
- moisture.
Otherwise, there is risk of damage
to the product.
Check the product for damage
before use. Never use a dam-
aged product.
We recommend that you remove
the batteries if the bolster will
not be used for a prolonged pe-
riod of time.
For repairs, please contact the
service department or an autho-
rised retailer. Before making a
claim, please check the batteries
first and replace them if neces-
sary.

They may otherwise be swal-
lowed by children or pets. If
accidentally swallowed seek im-
mediate medical attention.
Keep batteries away from chil-
dren and pets. Batteries may be
harmful if swallowed. Should a
child or pet swallow a battery,
seek medical assistance immedi-
ately.
EXPLOSION HAZ-
ARD! Never recharge,
short-circuit and / or open batter-
ies. The battery may overheat,
ignite or explode. Never throw
batteries into fire or water. The
batteries may explode.
Failure to observe the follow-
ing warnings can result in in-
juries or property damage.
Avoid extreme environmental
conditions and temperatures, e.g.
above radiators as they may
affect batteries. Otherwise there
is an increased risk of battery
leaks.
If the battery is drained, remove
from the product immediately.
Otherwise there is an increased
risk of battery leaks.
Routinely check the battery for
leaks.
WEAR SAFETY
GLOVES! Leaking or
damaged batteries may result in
burns on contact with the skin;
always wear suitable safety gloves!
If fluid is leaking from the bat-
tery, avoid contact with the skin,
eyes and mucous membranes. In
the event of contact with battery
acid, thoroughly flush the af-
fected area with clean water
and seek immediate medical
attention.
Never heat batteries in order to
revive them.

Remove light dirt from the battery
and product contacts with a dry,
lint-free cloth before inserting the
battery.
Always replace all batteries at
the same time. Use identical or
equivalent battery types only.
Do not mix different types of bat-
teries together (e.g. Alkaline and
Carbon-zinc or rechargeable
batteries) or old batteries with
fresh ones.
Remove the battery if the product
will not be used for an extended
period.
When inserting the battery, be
sure to insert it correctly! This is
shown in the battery compartment
.
The battery could otherwise
explode.
Be careful when inserting the
battery. The product may other-
wise be damaged.
Dispose/recycle batteries in
compliance with all applicable
laws.

First use
Remove all packaging material.
Open the zip fastening 3 on the bolster.
Place the two 1.5 V AA batteries (alkaline type
LR6) in the battery compartment (the correct
way round). Pay attention to the marking in the
battery compartment.
Close the zip fastening 3

Operation
Press the ON/OFF button 4 to switch on
the bolster. The bolster starts to vibrate.
Press the ON/OFF button 4 again to
switch off the bolster.
Replacing the Batteries
Open the zip fastening 3 on the bolster as
previously described.
Remove the used batteries from the battery
compartment 5.
Place the new batteries (2 x 1.5 V AA) in the
battery compartment 5. Pay attention to the
marking in the battery compartment.
Close the zip fastening 3.

Cleaning and care
Possible material damage! Un-
der no circumstances should you hold the prod-
uct under water, as this may cause liquid to
enter and damage it.
Clean the device carefully using a slightly
damp cloth only.
Do not use any chemical or
abrasive cleaning agents to clean the bolster.
Otherwise, this could damage it.
Clean the bolster using only the methods speci-
fied. Under no circumstances may liquid enter
the bolster.
Small marks can be removed using a cloth or
damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laun-
dry detergent where necessary. Do not use any
solvent-based cleaning products.

Clean the cover 2 in accordance
with the cleaning symbols on the la-
bel. It is machine-washable. Set the
washing machine to a delicate cycle at 86°F
(30°C).
Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure
it out according to the manufacturer‘s instruc-
tions.
Note: The bolster may be damaged if the follow-
ing warning information is not observed.
Do not bleach. Do not use any de-

If you are not going to use the bolster for more
than one month, remove both batteries from
the device to prevent the batteries from poten-

dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed
down by additional items if you do not plan to
use it for a long period of time.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging through your
local recycling facilities and in compli-
ance with all federal, state and local
regulations.

3 year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
· Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
· Damage not accounted for by normal wear and
tear or following the safety and maintenance
instructions provided in the user manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
· Normal wear and tear of the product, including
fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);
· Improper use or transport;
· Disregarding safety and maintenance
instructions;
· Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire,
water, etc.).
· Tampering with the product (such as removing
cover, unscrewing screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also
not covered under this warranty. However, some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of in-
cidental or consequential damages, so this limita-
tion or exclusion may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and
warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, product will either be refunded or
replaced.
What will we not do?

Primer uso
Retire todo el material de embalaje.
Abra el cierre 3 de la almohada.
Coloque correctamente las dos baterías AA de
1.5 V (alcalinas, tipo LR6) en el comparti-
miento de baterías. Preste atención a las mar-
cas de polaridad que hay en el
compartimiento de baterías.

Uso
Presione el botón de encendido/apagado
4 para encender la almohada. La almohada
comenzará a vibrar.
Presione nuevamente el botón de encendido/
apagado 4 para apagar la almohada.
Sustitución de las baterías
Abra el cierre 3 de la almohada tal y como
se indicó anteriormente.
Retire las baterías usadas del compartimiento
de baterías 5.
Coloque las baterías nuevas (2 x 1.5 V AA) en
el compartimiento de baterías 5. Preste aten-
ción a las marcas de polaridad que hay en el
compartimiento de baterías.
Cierre la almohada 3.

Limpieza y cuidado
¡Posibilidad de daños materia-
les! Bajo ninguna circunstancia debe colocar
el producto bajo el agua, ya que podría entrar
líquido enél.
Limpie cuidadosamente el dispositivo con un
paño ligeramente humedecido.
No utilice ningún producto quí-
mico o limpiador abrasivo para limpiar la al-
mohada. De lo contrario, podría dañarla.
Limpie la almohada únicamente mediante los
métodos especificados. Bajo ninguna circuns-
tancia debe entrar líquido en la almohada.
Las manchas pequeñas se pueden quitar con
un paño o una esponja húmeda y, si es nece-
sario, se puede utilizar algún detergente para
prendas delicadas. No use productos de lim-
pieza a base de solventes.

Limpie la funda 2 de conformidad
con los símbolos de limpieza que
aparecen en la etiqueta. Se puede
lavar a máquina. Programe la lavadora con un
ciclo para prendas delicadas a 86°F (30 ºC).
Utilice un detergente para prendas delicadas y
dosifíquelo de acuerdo con las instrucciones
del fabricante.
Nota: La almohada puede resultar dañada si no
se respetan las precauciones siguientes:

Almacenamiento

un mes, quite ambas baterías del dispositivo
para evitar posibles derrames.
Si no tiene pensado usarla durante un tiempo

no colocar otros objetos sobre ella.
Desecho
Deseche el empaque a través de sus ins-
talaciones de reciclaje locales y de con-
formidad con las normas federales,
estatales y locales.

Lo que cubre la presente garantía
La garantía incluye:
· Daños, quebraduras o incapacidad para funcio-
nar debido a defectos.
· Daños que no hayan sido causados por el des-
gaste propio del uso o por no seguir las instruc-
ciones de seguridad y mantención incluidas en el
manual para el usuario.
Lo que no cubre esta garantía
La garantía no cubre daños causados por:
· El desgaste propio del uso del producto, incluidas
las partes frágiles (como interruptores, piezas de
vidrio, etc.).
· Uso o transporte no indicado del producto.
· Desatención a las instrucciones de seguridad y
mantención.
· Accidentes o causas de fuerza mayor (e.g. relám-
pagos, incendio, inundación, etc.).
· Manipulación mal intencionada del producto (re-
tirar la cubierta, tornillos, etc.).
La presente garantía tampoco cubre daños indirec-
tos o emergentes. Sin embargo algunos estados no
permiten la exclusión o limitación de daños indirec-
tos o emergentes, por lo que dicha exclusión o limi-
tación pudiera no aplicarse en su caso.
Período de cobertura y resolución de la
garantía
La garantía es válida por 3 años a partir de la fe-
cha de compra. La empresa, según lo estime con-
veniente, devolverá el dinero o repondrá el
producto.
La empresa no:
· Dará inicio a un nuevo período de garantía al ha-
cerse el cambio del producto.
· Reparará el producto.

· Guardar el recibo original.

La presente garantía le otorga derechos legales es-

las garantías implícitas se encuentran limitadas a la
duración y términos de la presente garantía. Algu-
nos estados no permiten limitaciones al período de
