3. TRANSPORT, EMBALLAGE ET STOCKAGE
3.1 Inspection à la suite du transport
La vérification d’absence de dommage et de l’intégralité de l’appareil doit être effectuée à réception du colis.
En cas d’identification de dommages dus au transport, refuser ou accepter le produit livré uniquement sous
réserve *. Une réclamation détaillant les défauts constatés devra par la suite être réalisée. La perception de
dommages n’est possible qu’en cas de réclamation formulée dans les délais prévus soit 24-48 heures au
maximum.

3.2 Emballage
L’emballage de l’appareil doit être conservé en cas de déménagement, ou pour un retour au service après-
vente. L’emballage intérieur et extérieur devra être intégralement retiré avant utilisation de l’appareil. Les
normes en vigueur dans votre pays concernant la protection de l’environnement doivent impérativement être
respectées avant destruction de l’emballage.
3.3. Stockage
ATTENTION
La conservation de l’appareil en stock peut se faire mais uniquement dans son emballage d’origine fermé.
Le stockage peut être effectué en respectant ces conditions :
• Stockage dans un local sec et non humide
• A l’abri du soleil
• Contrôle du stock supérieur à 2 mois (état général de l’appareil et tous les éléments le constituant)
• Pas de secousse du matériel
• Stockage en local fermé et non extérieur.

5. INSTALLATION ET UTILISATION
5.1 Consignes de sécurité
DANGER ELECTRIQUE
Risque lié au courant électrique !
• Aucun contact avec des sources de chaleur ne doit avoir lieu avec le cordon électrique.
• Le cordon ne doit pas pendre du bord d’une table ou d’un comptoir.
• Ne pas verser d’eau dans l’appareil en fonctionnement ou encore chaud.
• L’appareil doit être branché de façon adéquate et conforme aux réglementations en vigueur.
AVERTISSEMENT
En fonctionnant, l’appareil peut atteindre des températures élevées. Pour éviter les brûlures et les accidents,
ne pas utiliser l’appareil en dysfonctionnement, et ne pas utiliser des pièces détachées qui ne pas d’origines.

En cas de mauvaise installation, l’appareil peut être dangereux et causer des blessures. Avant toute

BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE

L’appareil peut causer des blessures en cas d’installation non conforme. Avant de procéder à son installation,
comparer les données du réseau électrique local aux indications qui figurent sur la plaque signalétique de
l’appareil.
• Ne brancher l’appareil uniquement s’il y a conformité.
• Respecter les règles de sécurité.
Avant de brancher l’appareil s’assurer que la tension nominale et la fréquence inscrites sur la plaque
signalétique sont conformes aux valeurs du réseau électrique local : l’écart maximum de tension doit être de
plus ou moins 10%.
L’appareil doit impérativement être raccordé à la terre.
Placer l’appareil de sorte que la prise soit facilement accessible afin de débrancher l’appareil en cas de
nécessité.

5.2 Utilisation
AVERTISSEMENT
La mise en place de l’installation de l’appareil et la maintenance doivent être effectuées uniquement par des
professionnels.
• Ne pas laisser l’appareil en marche sans le surveiller.
• Pendant l’utilisation, vos mains doivent être sèches.
• Ne pas bouger ou pencher l’appareil pendant le fonctionnement.
La société Casselin décline toutes responsabilités en cas de non-respect des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène
et des normes électrique en vigueurs lors de l’exploitation de l’appareil.
MODE D’EMPLOI
MISE EN SERVICE
L’appareil doit être retiré complétement de son emballage et les protections doivent être entièrement
enlevées.
Placer l’appareil sur une surface solide, stable, plate et non-inflammable.
Placer l’appareil sous une hotte aspirante.
Ne pas plaquer l’appareil contre mur. En cas de distance courte avec un mur s’assurer que ce dernier résiste
à une température minimale de 90°C.
Ne pas installer l’appareil à proximité de feux ouverts ou autres appareils de chauffage.
Il est interdit de placer sur et à proximité de l’appareil des objets inflammables.
Veillez à ce que toutes les ouvertures destinées à la ventilation ne soient pas obstruées.
Veillez à ce que l’appareil soit placé de façon à ce que l’utilisation soit optimale.
L’appareil doit être protégé électriquement en amont avec un organe de sécurité adéquat.
L’appareil doit être branché directement à une prise murale et pas à une multiprise.
Laisser chauffer l’appareil pendant 15 minutes avant la première utilisation.
UTILISATION
Avant la première utilisation l’appareil doit être nettoyé à l’aide d’un torchon humide, d’un détergent doux et
être séché complètement.
Partie inférieure :
Allumer l’appareil à l’aide de l’interrupteur principal. Le témoin lumineux vert de mise sous tension s’allume.
Tourner le bouton du thermostat à la température souhaitée. Le témoin lumineux orange s’allume lorsque
les résistances chauffent et s’éteint lorsque la température souhaitée est atteinte. Pour éteindre l'appareil
positionner le bouton de thermostat sur « 0 » et appuyer sur l’interrupteur principal.
Une fois l’utilisation terminée laisser l’appareil refroidir.
Vérifier et vider régulièrement le bac à graisse.
Partie supérieure :
Allumer l’appareil à l’aide de l’interrupteur principal qui s’allume en vert lors de la mise sous tension.
Tourner le bouton du thermostat à la température souhaitée. Le témoin lumineux orange s’allume lorsque la
résistance chauffe et s’éteint lorsque la température souhaitée est atteinte. Pour éteindre l'appareil
positionner le bouton de thermostat sur « 0 » et appuyer sur l’interrupteur principal.
Une fois l’utilisation terminée laisser l’appareil refroidir.

Instruction d'utilisation de la minuterie numérique
La minuterie ne contrôle pas l'alimentation électrique, elle permet de visualiser le temps restant et avertit
lorsque le temps de cuisson préréglé s'est écoulé.
1) Mise en marché / Arrêt
Utilisez le bouton ON/OFF
2) Pour choisir une durée préréglée
Cette minuterie dispose de 5 temps préréglés de
base. Ceux-ci peuvent être sélectionnés en
utilisant les touches 1 à 5 de la façon suivante :
1- Par exemple le temps pour les hamburgers
2- Par exemple le temps pour le poisson
3- Par exemple le temps pour un steak saignant
4- Par exemple le temps pour un steak à point
5- Par exemple le temps pour un steak bien cuit
À la fin du temps préréglé, la minuterie vous avertit en
émettant un signal sonore.
Ce signal sonore s'arrête automatiquement après 1 minute environ, mais vous pouvez aussi l'arrêter
manuellement en appuyant sur le bouton STOP.
Une petite lumière rouge clignote sur l'écran pendant tout le temps de la sonnerie.
Interruption du programme
Vous pouvez interrompre le programme préréglé à tout moment en appuyant sur la touche STOP.

6. NETTOYAGE ET MAINTENANCE
6.1 Consignes de sécurité
Tout entretien, nettoyage, réparation de l’appareil doit se faire avec un appareil débranché (isolé de toutes
sources électrique).
L’utilisation de détergents caustiques et de bicarbonate de soude pour le nettoyage est interdite. L’ eau ne
doit pas pénétrer à l’intérieur de l’appareil.
Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans de l’ eau ou autre liquide.
Utilisez les produits de marque Casselin prévus à cet effet.
AVERTISSEMENT
L'appareil ne peut pas être nettoyé par jet d'eau direct (pas de jet d’eau sous pression).
6.2 Entretien quotidien
Débranchez l’appareil
Nettoyer l’appareil à l’aide d’eau chaude et d’un chiffon propre après chaque utilisation
Après le nettoyage, utiliser un chiffon doux et sec pour polir et sécher l’appareil. Toutes les pièces doivent
être séchées.
Ranger l’appareil dans un endroit sec.
Nettoyage de la plaque :
• réchauffer la plaque
• éteindre et débrancher l’appareil
• gratter avec une spatule en plastique
• utiliser de l´eau avec un nettoyant non abrasif, non corrosif et récurer
• rincer avec de l´eau propre
• sécher et polir avec un chiffon doux
6.3 Consignes de sécurité sur la maintenance de l’appareil
Vérification quotidienne de l’absence d’endommagement au niveau du cordon secteur. Ne jamais utiliser
l’appareil lorsque le cordon est endommagé. Si le cordon présente des défauts, celui-ci doit être remplacé
par un technicien qualifié.
En cas de panne, adressez-vous à votre revendeur.
Toute intervention de maintenance ou de réparation ne doit être effectuée que par un professionnel.
REMARQUE
En cas de disjonction, débranchez l’appareil, le laissez le refroidir et contactez votre revendeur. Si l’appareil
de démarre pas, vérifier votre cordon d’alimentation. L’appareil ne doit pas être branché sur une multiprise
mais directement à une prise murale. Pour toute autre anomalie, contacter votre revendeur.
REMARQUE
Déchets des appareils usagés : tout appareil usagé doit, lors de son élimination, respecter la réglementation
en vigueur de son pays *. Il est impératif de rendre l’appareil inutilisable avant son élimination en retirant le
câble d’alimentation électrique.

5.1 Safety instructions

• No contact with heat sources should take place with the electrical cord.
• The cord should not hang over the edge of a table or counter.
• Do not pour water into the appliance when it is running or still hot.
• The device must be properly connected and comply with the regulations in force.
WARNING
While operating, the device can reach high temperatures. To avoid burns and accidents, do not use the
device if it is malfunctioning, and do not use non-original spare parts.

Before connecting the device, make sure that the nominal voltage and frequency listed on the nameplate
comply with the values of the local electrical network: the maximum voltage difference must be plus or minus
10%.
The device must be earthed.
Place the device so that the socket is easily accessible in order to unplug the device if necessary.
5.2 Use

MANUAL
COMMISSIONING
The device must be completely removed from its packaging and the protections must be completely removed.
Place the device on a solid, stable, flat and non-flammable surface.
Place the device under an extractor hood.
Do not lean the device against the wall. In the event of a short distance from a wall, ensure that the latter
resists a minimum temperature of 90°C.
Do not install the device near open fires or other heating devices.
It is forbidden to place flammable objects on or near the device.
Make sure that all ventilation openings are not blocked.
Make sure the device is positioned for optimal use.
The device must be electrically protected upstream with an appropriate safety device.
The device must be plugged directly into a wall socket and not into a power strip.
Let the appliance warm up for 15 minutes before first use.
USE
Before first use, the device must be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent and dried completely.
Lower part :
Switch on the device using the main switch. The green power-on indicator light comes on.
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The orange indicator light comes on when the
resistances heat up and goes off when the desired temperature is reached. To turn off the appliance, position
the thermostat button on "0" and press the main switch.
After use, allow the device to cool down.
Check and empty the grease trap regularly.
The top part :
Switch on the device using the main switch which lights up green when the power is turned on.
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The orange indicator light comes on when the
resistance heats up and goes off when the desired temperature is reached. To turn off the appliance, position
the thermostat button on "0" and press the main switch.
After use, allow the device to cool down.

Digital Timer Operation Instruction
The timer does not control the power supply, it allows you to view the time remaining and warns when the
preset cooking time has elapsed.

This timer has 5 basic preset times. These can be
selected using keys 1 to 5 as follows:
1- For example time for burgers
2- For example time for fish
3- Like time for a rare steak
4- For example the time for a medium steak

At the end of the preset time, the timer notifies you by
beeping.
This acoustic signal stops automatically after approximately 1 minute, but you can also stop it manually by
pressing the STOP button.
A small red light flashes on the screen for the duration of the ringtone.
Program interrupt
You can interrupt the preset program at any time by pressing the STOP button.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 Safety instructions
Any maintenance, cleaning, repair of the appliance must be done with the appliance unplugged (isolated from
all electrical sources).
The use of caustic detergents and baking soda for cleaning is prohibited. Water must not get inside the
device.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Use the Casselin brand products provided for this purpose.
WARNING
The device cannot be cleaned with a direct water jet (no pressurized water jet).
6.2 Daily maintenance
Unplug the device
Clean the device with warm water and a clean cloth after each use.
After cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to polish and dry the device. All parts must be dried.
Store the device in a dry place.
Plate cleaning:
• reheat the plate
• turn off and unplug the device
• scrape with a plastic spatula
• use water with a non-abrasive, non-corrosive cleaner and scourer
• rinse with clean water
• dry and polish with a soft cloth
6.3 Safety instructions for the maintenance of the device
Daily check that the power cord is not damaged. Never use the appliance when the cord is damaged. If the
cord has any faults, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
In the event of a fault, contact your dealer.
Any maintenance or repair work should only be carried out by a professional.
REMARK
In the event of a trip, unplug the appliance, let it cool down and contact your retailer. If the unit does not start,
check your power cord. The device must not be plugged into a power strip but directly into a wall socket. For
any other anomaly, contact your dealer.
REMARK
Waste from used appliances: all used appliances must, when disposed of, comply with the regulations in
force in their country*. It is imperative to make the device unusable before disposal by removing the power
supply cable.

3. TRANSPORT, VERPACKUNG UND LAGERUNG
3.1 Inspektion nach dem Transport
Die Überprüfung der Unbeschädigtheit und Unversehrtheit des Gerätes muss bei Erhalt der Verpackung
erfolgen. Bei Feststellung von Transportschäden verweigern oder nehmen Sie die gelieferte Ware nur unter
Vorbehalt * an. Anschließend ist eine Reklamation mit Angabe der festgestellten Mängel vorzunehmen. Die
Geltendmachung von Schäden ist nur im Falle einer Reklamation möglich, die innerhalb der vorgesehenen
Fristen, dh höchstens 24-48 Stunden, formuliert wird.

3.2 Verpackung
Bei einem Umzug oder einer Rücksendung an den Kundendienst ist die Verpackung des Gerätes
aufzubewahren. Die Innen- und Außenverpackung muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes vollständig entfernt
werden. Die in Ihrem Land geltenden Umweltschutznormen müssen eingehalten werden, bevor die
Verpackung zerstört wird.
3.3. Lagerung

Die Lagerung des Gerätes auf Lager kann jedoch nur in der verschlossenen Originalverpackung erfolgen.
Die Speicherung kann unter diesen Bedingungen erfolgen:

5. INSTALLATION UND VERWENDUNG
5.1 Sicherheitshinweise

• Das Kabel sollte nicht über die Kante eines Tisches oder Tresens hängen.

• Das Gerät muss ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen sein und den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen.
WARNUNG
Während des Betriebs kann das Gerät hohe Temperaturen erreichen. Um Verbrennungen und Unfälle zu
vermeiden, verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es nicht richtig funktioniert, und verwenden Sie keine Nicht-
Original-Ersatzteile.

Stellen Sie vor dem Anschluss des Geräts sicher, dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebene

5.2 Verwendung

Hygiene- und Elektronormen bei der Verwendung des Geräts ab.
HANDBUCH
INBETRIEBNAHME
Das Gerät muss vollständig aus der Verpackung genommen und die Schutzvorrichtungen müssen
vollständig entfernt werden.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, stabile, ebene und nicht brennbare Oberfläche.
Stellen Sie das Gerät unter eine Dunstabzugshaube.
Lehnen Sie das Gerät nicht an die Wand. Bei geringem Wandabstand darauf achten, dass diese einer
Mindesttemperatur von 90°C standhält.
Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenem Feuer oder anderen Heizgeräten.
Es ist verboten, brennbare Gegenstände auf oder in der Nähe des Geräts abzulegen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Belüftungsöffnungen nicht blockiert sind.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät für eine optimale Verwendung positioniert ist.
Das Gerät muss vorgeschaltet mit einer geeigneten Sicherheitseinrichtung elektrisch abgesichert werden.
Das Gerät muss direkt an eine Wandsteckdose und nicht an eine Steckdosenleiste angeschlossen werden.
Lassen Sie das Gerät vor dem ersten Gebrauch 15 Minuten lang aufwärmen.
VERWENDEN
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch muss das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch und mildem Reinigungsmittel gereinigt
und vollständig getrocknet werden.
Unterer Teil :
Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Hauptschalter ein. Die grüne Betriebsanzeige leuchtet auf.
Drehen Sie den Thermostatknopf auf die gewünschte Temperatur. Die orangefarbene Kontrollleuchte
leuchtet auf, wenn sich die Widerstände erwärmen, und erlischt, wenn die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht
ist. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, stellen Sie den Thermostatknopf auf „0“ und drücken Sie den
Hauptschalter.
Lassen Sie das Gerät nach Gebrauch abkühlen.
Überprüfen und entleeren Sie den Fettabscheider regelmäßig.
Der obere Teil :
Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Hauptschalter ein, der im eingeschalteten Zustand grün leuchtet.

Der Timer steuert nicht die Stromversorgung, sondern ermöglicht die Anzeige der verbleibenden Zeit und
warnt, wenn die voreingestellte Garzeit abgelaufen ist.

4- Zum Beispiel die Zeit für ein Medium Steak

Steak
Am Ende der voreingestellten Zeit benachrichtigt Sie der Timer durch einen Piepton.
Dieses akustische Signal stoppt automatisch nach ca. 1 Minute, Sie können es aber auch manuell durch
Drücken der STOP-Taste stoppen.
Für die Dauer des Klingeltons blinkt ein kleines rotes Licht auf dem Bildschirm.
Programmunterbrechung
Sie können das voreingestellte Programm jederzeit durch Drücken der STOP-Taste unterbrechen.

6. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
6.1 Sicherheitshinweise
Alle Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Reparaturarbeiten am Gerät müssen bei abgestecktem Gerät (isoliert von
allen Stromquellen) durchgeführt werden.
Die Verwendung von ätzenden Reinigungsmitteln und Natron zur Reinigung ist verboten. Es darf kein Wasser
in das Gerät eindringen.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
Verwenden Sie hierfür die bereitgestellten Produkte der Marke Casselin.
WARNUNG
Das Gerät kann nicht mit einem direkten Wasserstrahl (kein Druckwasserstrahl) gereinigt werden.
6.2 Tägliche Wartung
Trennen Sie das Gerät ab
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jedem Gebrauch mit warmem Wasser und einem sauberen Tuch.
Verwenden Sie nach der Reinigung ein weiches, trockenes Tuch, um das Gerät zu polieren und zu trocknen.
Alle Teile müssen getrocknet sein.
Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen Ort.
Plattenreinigung:
• Erhitzen Sie die Platte erneut
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und trennen Sie es vom Stromnetz
• mit einem Plastikspatel abkratzen
• Verwenden Sie Wasser mit einem nicht scheuernden, nicht ätzenden Reiniger und Scheuerschwamm
• Mit sauberem Wasser abspülen
• Trocknen und mit einem weichen Tuch polieren

5.1 Instrucciones de seguridad

MODO DE EMPLEO
PUESTA EN SERVICIO
El dispositivo debe ser completamente removido de su embalaje y las protecciones deben ser
completamente removidas.
Coloque el dispositivo sobre una superficie sólida, estable, plana y no inflamable.
Coloque el dispositivo debajo de una campana extractora.
No apoye el dispositivo contra la pared. En caso de distancia corta de una pared, asegúrese de que ésta
resista una temperatura mínima de 90°C.
No instale el dispositivo cerca de fuegos abiertos u otros dispositivos de calefacción.
Está prohibido colocar objetos inflamables sobre o cerca del dispositivo.
Asegúrese de que todas las aberturas de ventilación no estén bloqueadas.
Asegúrese de que el dispositivo esté colocado para un uso óptimo.
El dispositivo debe estar protegido eléctricamente aguas arriba con un dispositivo de seguridad adecuado.
El dispositivo debe conectarse directamente a un enchufe de pared y no a una regleta.
Deje que el aparato se caliente durante 15 minutos antes del primer uso.
USAR
Antes del primer uso, el dispositivo debe limpiarse con un paño húmedo y un detergente suave y secarse
por completo.
Parte inferior :
Encienda el dispositivo con el interruptor principal. La luz indicadora de encendido verde se enciende.
Gire la perilla del termostato a la temperatura deseada. La luz indicadora naranja se enciende cuando las
resistencias se calientan y se apaga cuando se alcanza la temperatura deseada. Para apagar el aparato,
coloque el botón del termostato en "0" y presione el interruptor general.

Instrucciones de operación del temporizador digital
El temporizador no controla el suministro de energía, le permite ver el tiempo restante y avisa cuando ha
transcurrido el tiempo de cocción preestablecido.

Al final del tiempo preestablecido, el temporizador le notifica mediante un pitido.
Esta señal acústica se detiene automáticamente después de aproximadamente 1 minuto, pero también
puede detenerla manualmente presionando el botón STOP.
Una pequeña luz roja parpadea en la pantalla mientras dura el tono de llamada.
Interrupción de programa
Puede interrumpir el programa preestablecido en cualquier momento presionando el botón STOP.

6. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
6.1 Instrucciones de seguridad
Cualquier mantenimiento, limpieza, reparación del aparato debe hacerse con el aparato desenchufado
(aislado de todas las fuentes eléctricas).
Está prohibido el uso de detergentes cáusticos y bicarbonato de sodio para la limpieza. El agua no debe
entrar en el dispositivo.

6.2 Mantenimiento diario
Desconecta el dispositivo
Limpie el dispositivo con agua tibia y un paño limpio después de cada uso.
Después de la limpieza, utilice un paño suave y seco para pulir y secar el dispositivo. Todas las partes deben
estar secas.
Guarde el dispositivo en un lugar seco.
Limpieza de platos:

• secar y pulir con un paño suave
6.3 Instrucciones de seguridad para el mantenimiento del dispositivo
Controle diariamente que el cable de alimentación no esté dañado. Nunca utilice el aparato cuando el cable
esté dañado. Si el cable tiene alguna falla, debe ser reemplazado por un técnico calificado.
En caso de avería, póngase en contacto con su distribuidor.
Cualquier trabajo de mantenimiento o reparación debe ser realizado únicamente por un profesional.

3. TRASPORTO, IMBALLAGGIO E STOCCAGGIO
3.1 Ispezione dopo il trasporto
La verifica dell'assenza di danni e dell'integrità del dispositivo deve essere effettuata al ricevimento del pacco.
In caso di accertamento di danni dovuti al trasporto, rifiutare o accettare il prodotto consegnato solo con
riserva*. Successivamente deve essere presentato un reclamo che specifichi i difetti riscontrati. La
percezione del danno è possibile solo in caso di reclamo formulato entro i termini previsti, ovvero 24-48 ore
al massimo.

3.2 Imballaggio
L'imballo del dispositivo deve essere conservato in caso di trasloco o per la restituzione al servizio post-
vendita. L'imballaggio interno ed esterno deve essere completamente rimosso prima di utilizzare il
dispositivo. Prima di distruggere l'imballo devono essere rispettate le norme vigenti nel proprio paese in
materia di protezione dell'ambiente.
3.3. Magazzinaggio
AVVERTIMENTO
Lo stoccaggio del dispositivo in magazzino può essere effettuato ma solo nella sua confezione originale
chiusa.
Lo stoccaggio può essere effettuato alle seguenti condizioni:
• Stoccaggio in luogo asciutto e non umido
• Al riparo dal sole

LA MESSA IN PRODUZIONE
Il dispositivo deve essere completamente rimosso dal suo imballo e le protezioni devono essere
completamente rimosse.
Posizionare il dispositivo su una superficie solida, stabile, piana e non infiammabile.
Posizionare il dispositivo sotto una cappa aspirante.
Non appoggiare il dispositivo al muro. In caso di breve distanza da una parete, assicurarsi che quest'ultima
resista ad una temperatura minima di 90°C.
Non installare il dispositivo vicino a fuochi aperti o altri dispositivi di riscaldamento.
È vietato posizionare oggetti infiammabili sopra o vicino al dispositivo.
Assicurarsi che tutte le aperture di ventilazione non siano ostruite.
Assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia posizionato per un uso ottimale.
Il dispositivo deve essere protetto elettricamente a monte con un opportuno dispositivo di sicurezza.
Il dispositivo deve essere collegato direttamente a una presa a muro e non a una ciabatta.
Lasciare riscaldare l'apparecchio per 15 minuti prima del primo utilizzo.
USO
Prima del primo utilizzo, il dispositivo deve essere pulito con un panno umido e un detergente delicato e
asciugato completamente.
Parte inferiore:
Accendere il dispositivo tramite l'interruttore principale. La spia verde di accensione si accende.
Ruotare la manopola del termostato sulla temperatura desiderata. La spia arancione si accende quando le
resistenze si riscaldano e si spegne quando viene raggiunta la temperatura desiderata. Per spegnere
l'apparecchio, posizionare il pulsante del termostato su "0" e premere l'interruttore generale.
Dopo l'uso, lasciare raffreddare il dispositivo.
Controllare e svuotare regolarmente la trappola del grasso.
La parte superiore:
Accendere il dispositivo tramite l'interruttore principale che si illumina di verde quando viene inserita
l'alimentazione.
Ruotare la manopola del termostato sulla temperatura desiderata. La spia arancione si accende quando la
resistenza si riscalda e si spegne quando viene raggiunta la temperatura desiderata. Per spegnere
l'apparecchio, posizionare il pulsante del termostato su "0" e premere l'interruttore generale.
Dopo l'uso, lasciare raffreddare il dispositivo.

Istruzioni per l'uso del timer digitale
Il contaminuti non controlla l'alimentazione, permette di visualizzare il tempo rimanente e avvisa quando è
trascorso il tempo di cottura preimpostato.

Questo timer ha 5 tempi preimpostati di base.
Questi possono essere selezionati utilizzando i

4- Ad esempio il tempo per una bistecca media
5- Ad esempio il tempo di una bistecca ben cotta
Al termine del tempo preimpostato, il timer avvisa l'utente
con un segnale acustico.
Questo segnale acustico si interrompe automaticamente dopo circa 1 minuto, ma è possibile interromperlo
anche manualmente premendo il pulsante STOP.
Una piccola luce rossa lampeggia sullo schermo per tutta la durata della suoneria.
Interruzione del programma
È possibile interrompere il programma preimpostato in qualsiasi momento premendo il pulsante STOP.

6. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
6.1 Istruzioni di sicurezza
Qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione, pulizia, riparazione dell'apparecchio deve essere eseguita con
l'apparecchio scollegato (isolato da tutte le fonti elettriche).
È vietato l'uso di detergenti caustici e bicarbonato di sodio per la pulizia. L'acqua non deve penetrare
all'interno del dispositivo.
Non immergere mai l'apparecchio in acqua o altri liquidi.
Utilizzare i prodotti a marchio Casselin previsti a tale scopo.
AVVERTIMENTO
Il dispositivo non può essere pulito con un getto d'acqua diretto (nessun getto d'acqua pressurizzato).
6.2 Manutenzione giornaliera
Scollegare il dispositivo
Pulire il dispositivo con acqua calda e un panno pulito dopo ogni utilizzo.
Dopo la pulizia, utilizzare un panno morbido e asciutto per lucidare e asciugare il dispositivo. Tutte le parti
devono essere asciugate.
Conservare il dispositivo in un luogo asciutto.
Pulizia della piastra:
• riscaldare nuovamente la piastra
• spegnere e scollegare il dispositivo
• raschiare con una spatola di plastica
• utilizzare acqua con detergente e paglietta non abrasivi e non corrosivi
• risciacquare con acqua pulita
• asciugare e lucidare con un panno morbido
6.3 Istruzioni di sicurezza per la manutenzione del dispositivo
Controllare giornalmente che il cavo di alimentazione non sia danneggiato. Non utilizzare mai l'apparecchio
se il cavo è danneggiato. Se il cavo presenta dei difetti, deve essere sostituito da un tecnico qualificato.

Qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione o riparazione deve essere eseguito solo da un professionista.
OSSERVAZIONE
In caso di viaggio, scollegare l'apparecchio, lasciarlo raffreddare e contattare il proprio rivenditore. Se l'unità
non si avvia, controllare il cavo di alimentazione. Il dispositivo non deve essere collegato a una ciabatta ma
direttamente a una presa a muro. Per qualsiasi altra anomalia, contattare il proprio rivenditore.
OSSERVAZIONE
Rifiuti di apparecchi usati: tutti gli apparecchi usati devono, al momento dello smaltimento, rispettare le
normative vigenti nel loro paese*. È tassativo rendere inutilizzabile il dispositivo prima dello smaltimento

3. TRANSPORT, VERPAKKING EN OPSLAG
3.1 Inspectie na transport
Verificatie van de afwezigheid van schade en de integriteit van het apparaat moet worden uitgevoerd bij
ontvangst van het pakket. Bij constatering van transportschade het geleverde product uitsluitend weigeren
of accepteren onder voorbehoud*. Vervolgens dient een klacht te worden ingediend met daarin de
geconstateerde gebreken. Erkenning van schade is alleen mogelijk in geval van een klacht geformuleerd
binnen de gestelde termijnen, dwz maximaal 24-48 uur.

3.2 Verpakking
De verpakking van het toestel moet bewaard worden in geval van een verhuizing of voor een terugzending
naar de dienst na verkoop. De binnen- en buitenverpakking moeten volledig worden verwijderd voordat het
apparaat wordt gebruikt. De normen die in uw land van kracht zijn met betrekking tot de bescherming van
het milieu moeten worden gerespecteerd alvorens de verpakking te vernietigen.
3.3. Opslag
WAARSCHUWING
De opslag van het apparaat in voorraad kan worden gedaan, maar alleen in de originele gesloten verpakking.

ELEKTRISCH GEVAAR
Gevaar door elektrische stroom!
• Er mag geen contact met warmtebronnen plaatsvinden met het elektriciteitssnoer.
• Het snoer mag niet over de rand van een tafel of aanrecht hangen.
• Giet geen water in het apparaat als het in werking is of nog heet is.
• Het apparaat moet correct zijn aangesloten en voldoen aan de geldende voorschriften.
WAARSCHUWING
Tijdens het gebruik kan het apparaat hoge temperaturen bereiken. Gebruik het apparaat niet als het defect
is en gebruik geen niet-originele reserveonderdelen om brandwonden en ongelukken te voorkomen.

Indien onjuist geïnstalleerd, kan het apparaat gevaarlijk zijn en letsel veroorzaken. Controleer voor elke
installatie de gegevens van het elektriciteitsnet. Sluit het apparaat alleen aan als er overeenstemming is. Het
apparaat moet voor aansluiting door een vakman worden uitgepakt en volledig worden gecontroleerd.

Het apparaat kan letsel veroorzaken als het niet correct is geïnstalleerd. Vergelijk voordat u met de installatie
begint de gegevens van het lokale elektriciteitsnet met de gegevens op het typeplaatje van het apparaat.
• Sluit het apparaat alleen aan als er overeenstemming is.
• Houd u aan de veiligheidsregels.
Controleer voordat u het apparaat aansluit of de nominale spanning en frequentie vermeld op het typeplaatje
overeenkomen met de waarden van het lokale elektriciteitsnet: het maximale spanningsverschil moet plus of
min 10% zijn.
Het apparaat moet geaard zijn.
Plaats het apparaat zo dat het stopcontact gemakkelijk toegankelijk is om de stekker van het apparaat
eventueel uit het stopcontact te halen.

5.2 Gebruik
WAARSCHUWING
Het instellen van de installatie en het onderhoud van het apparaat mag alleen worden uitgevoerd door
professionals.
• Laat het apparaat niet draaien zonder ernaar te kijken.
• Tijdens gebruik moeten uw handen droog zijn.
• Verplaats of kantel het apparaat niet tijdens gebruik.
Het bedrijf Casselin wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid af in geval van niet-naleving van de geldende veiligheids-
, hygiëne- en elektrische normen bij het gebruik van het apparaat.
HANDLEIDING
INBEDRIJFSTELLING
Het apparaat moet volledig uit de verpakking worden gehaald en de beveiligingen moeten volledig worden
verwijderd.
Plaats het apparaat op een stevige, stabiele, vlakke en onbrandbare ondergrond.
Plaats het apparaat onder een afzuigkap.
Leun het apparaat niet tegen de muur. Zorg er bij een korte afstand van een muur voor dat deze bestand is
tegen een minimumtemperatuur van 90°C.
Installeer het apparaat niet in de buurt van open vuur of andere verwarmingstoestellen.
Het is verboden brandbare voorwerpen op of in de buurt van het apparaat te plaatsen.
Zorg ervoor dat alle ventilatieopeningen niet geblokkeerd zijn.
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat is gepositioneerd voor optimaal gebruik.
Het apparaat moet stroomopwaarts elektrisch worden beveiligd met een geschikt veiligheidsapparaat.
Het apparaat moet rechtstreeks op een stopcontact worden aangesloten en niet op een stekkerdoos.
Laat het apparaat voor het eerste gebruik 15 minuten opwarmen.
GEBRUIKEN
Voor het eerste gebruik moet het apparaat worden gereinigd met een vochtige doek en een mild
reinigingsmiddel en volledig worden gedroogd.
Onderste deel:
Schakel het apparaat in met de hoofdschakelaar. Het groene stroom-aan-indicatielampje gaat branden.
Draai de thermostaatknop naar de gewenste temperatuur. Het oranje indicatielampje gaat branden als de
weerstanden opwarmen en gaat uit als de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt. Om het apparaat uit te schakelen,
zet u de thermostaatknop op "0" en drukt u op de hoofdschakelaar.
Laat het apparaat na gebruik afkoelen.
Controleer en leeg de vetafscheider regelmatig.
Het bovenste gedeelte:
Schakel het apparaat in met de hoofdschakelaar die groen oplicht als de stroom is ingeschakeld.
Draai de thermostaatknop naar de gewenste temperatuur. Het oranje indicatielampje gaat branden als de
weerstand opwarmt en gaat uit als de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt. Om het apparaat uit te schakelen,
zet u de thermostaatknop op "0" en drukt u op de hoofdschakelaar.
Laat het apparaat na gebruik afkoelen.

Bedieningsinstructie digitale timer
De timer regelt de stroomtoevoer niet, je kunt de resterende tijd bekijken en waarschuwt wanneer de vooraf
ingestelde kooktijd is verstreken.

2) Om een vooraf ingestelde tijd te kiezen
Deze timer heeft 5 vooraf ingestelde basistijden.
Deze kunnen als volgt worden geselecteerd met de
toetsen 1 tot 5:
1- Bijvoorbeeld tijd voor hamburgers
2- Bijvoorbeeld tijd voor vis
3- Zoals tijd voor een zeldzame biefstuk
4- Bijvoorbeeld de tijd voor een medium steak
5- Bijvoorbeeld de tijd voor een goed doorbakken
biefstuk
Aan het einde van de vooraf ingestelde tijd meldt de timer u door middel van een pieptoon.
Dit geluidssignaal stopt automatisch na ongeveer 1 minuut, maar u kunt het ook handmatig stoppen door
op de STOP-knop te drukken.
Een klein rood lampje knippert op het scherm voor de duur van de beltoon.
Programma onderbreken
U kunt het vooraf ingestelde programma op elk moment onderbreken door op de STOP-toets te
drukken.

6. REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
6.1 Veiligheidsinstructies
Onderhoud, reiniging en reparatie van het apparaat moet worden uitgevoerd terwijl de stekker uit het
stopcontact is (afgesloten van alle elektrische bronnen).
Het gebruik van bijtende reinigingsmiddelen en zuiveringszout voor het schoonmaken is verboden. Er mag
geen water in het apparaat komen.
Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof.
Gebruik hiervoor de producten van het merk Casselin.
WAARSCHUWING
Het apparaat kan niet worden gereinigd met een directe waterstraal (geen waterstraal onder druk).
6.2 Dagelijks onderhoud
Koppel het apparaat los
Reinig het apparaat na elk gebruik met warm water en een schone doek.
Gebruik na het reinigen een zachte, droge doek om het apparaat op te poetsen en te drogen. Alle onderdelen
moeten worden gedroogd.
Bewaar het apparaat op een droge plaats.
Bord schoonmaken:
• verwarm het bord opnieuw
• schakel het apparaat uit en koppel het los
• schraap met een plastic spatel
• gebruik water met een niet-schurend, niet-bijtend reinigingsmiddel en schuursponsje
• afspoelen met schoon water
• droog en polijst met een zachte doek
6.3 Veiligheidsinstructies voor het onderhoud van het apparaat
Controleer dagelijks of het netsnoer niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het apparaat nooit als het snoer beschadigd
is. Als het snoer defecten vertoont, moet het worden vervangen door een gekwalificeerde technicus.
Neem bij een storing contact op met uw dealer.
Alle onderhouds- of reparatiewerkzaamheden mogen alleen worden uitgevoerd door een vakman.
OPMERKING
Haal bij een trip de stekker uit het stopcontact, laat het afkoelen en neem contact op met uw verkoper. Als
het apparaat niet start, controleer dan het netsnoer. Het apparaat mag niet op een stekkerdoos worden
aangesloten maar rechtstreeks op een stopcontact. Neem voor elke andere storing contact op met uw dealer.
OPMERKING
Afval van gebruikte apparaten: alle gebruikte apparaten moeten, wanneer ze worden weggegooid, voldoen
aan de geldende voorschriften in hun land*. Het is absoluut noodzakelijk om het apparaat onbruikbaar te
maken voordat u het weggooit door de voedingskabel te verwijderen.

7. ONREGELMATIG GEBRUIK
OPMERKING
Bovenstaande storingen worden slechts ter indicatie genoemd en blijven virtueel. Neem bij twijfel contact op
met uw dealer.
ANOMALIE OORZAKEN UITLEG
Het apparaat werkt niet, het
verwarmingsindicatielampje
gaat niet branden.
> Het netsnoer is niet aangesloten.
> De zekering van de voeding is
doorgeslagen.
> De voedingskast werkt niet.
> De veiligheidsthermostaat is
geactiveerd.
> De veiligheidsthermostaat is
beschadigd.
> Sluit de voedingskabel correct
aan.
> Controleer al uw zekeringen.
> Controleer de locatie van de doos.
> Druk op de resetknop in de
behuizing.
> Neem contact op met uw dealer.
Het apparaat staat aan maar
verwarmt niet.
Het
verwarmingsindicatielampje
blijft uit.
> De veiligheidsthermostaat is
geactiveerd.
> De weerstand werkt niet meer.
> Contact met beschadigd
verwarmingselement.
Neem contact op met uw dealer.
De gevraagde temperatuur
wordt niet bereikt.
De thermostaat is beschadigd. Neem contact op met uw dealer.
Het verwarmingselement
schakelt na een bepaalde tijd
uit.
De veiligheidsthermostaat is gestart. Druk op de Reset-knop in de
verdeelkast.
