1. Thread the four Upper Stems (E) into the four stems of
the top assembly (D).
Note: During assembly gently pull the Power Cord through
the three stems and the shelf holes.
2. Installing the Top Shelf (F): Align the four holes in
the top shelf (F) to the four upper stems (E) and to
the four middle stems (G). Secure the top shelf (F) by
threading the four middle stems (G) into the four upper
stems (E) by turning clockwise.
3. Installing the Lower Shelf (H): Align the four holes in
the lower shelf (H) to the four middle stems (G) and to
the four lower stems (I). Secure the lower shelf (H) by
threading the four lower stems (I) into the four middle
stems (G) by turning clockwise.
4. Install light bulb (not included) into the socket of the
lamp holder (J).
5. Pinch and insert harp (C) into the saddle on the
lamp holder (J).
6. Remove the finial (A) from the harp (C). Place the shade
(B) on harp (C) and secure with finial (A) by turning
clockwise.
7. Insert the plug into an electrical outlet.
8. Use the 3-way switch to turn lamp on and off.

This lamp is approved for indoor use only.

Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply
cord to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.
Do not install non-factory wiring or any other
electrical components. Altering or modifying
the lamp in any way will render the product
unsafe.
Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all
other fabrics and objects away from the lamp,
lamp switch and light bulb. Lamps are not
designed to support additional weight.
Place the lamp on a stable, level surface in an
area where the lamp will not be tipped over or
bumped.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only.
2. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning solutions.
BULB REPLACEMENT (not included)
1. Turn off and unplug the lamp and allow bulb to
cool before replacing bulb.
2. Light bulb should never touch the lamp shade.

1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other ).
The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet reverse
the plug. If plug still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Esta lámpara tiene un enchufe polarizado (con una
pata más ancha que la otra), para reducir el riesgo de
descarga eléctrica. El enchufe sólo puede ser
insertado en una toma de corriente polarizada de una
forma. Si el enchufe no entra en la toma de corriente,
inviértalo. Si aún así no entra, comuníquese con un
electricista calificado. Nunca use un alargador en el
que el enchufe no pueda ser insertado debidamente.

PARA CAMBIAR LA BOMBILLA

1. Apague y desenchufe la lámpara y permita que la
bombilla enfríe antes de cambiar la bombilla.
La bombilla nunca debería tocar la pantalla de
la lámpara.
2.
La lámpara está clasificada para ser utilizada con una
bombilla tipo A de tres intensidades y de un máximo de
150 vatios, o una bombilla SBCFL de tres intensidades
y de un máximo de 25 vatios.
NO EXCEDA EL VATAJE MÁXIMO RECOMENDADO.

NOTA: Si el piso no está bien nivelado, gire las
almohadillas de las patas (K) para estabilizar la lámpara.
INSTRUCCIONES DE ENSAMBLAJE
1. Enrosque los cuatro vástagos superiores (E) a los cuatro
vástagos de la unidad superior (D).
Nota: Durante el ensamblaje, jale delicadamente del
cable de alimentación para pasarlo por los tres vástagos
y los orificios de los estantes.
2. Instalación del estante superior (F): Alinee los cuatro
orificios del estante superior (F) a los cuatro vástagos
superiores (E) y a los cuatro vástagos intermedios (G).
Enrosque en la dirección de las manillas del reloj los
cuatro vástagos intermedios (G) en los cuatro vástagos
superiores (E) para fijar el estante superior (F).
3. Instalación del estante inferior (H): Alinee los cuatro
orificios del estante inferior (H) a los cuatro vástagos
intermedios (G) y a los cuatro vástagos inferiores (I).
Enrosque en la dirección de las manillas del reloj los
cuatro vástagos inferiores (I) en los cuatro vástagos
intermedios (G) para fijar el estante inferior (H).
4. Instale la bombilla (no incluida) en el portalámparas (J).
5. Pinche e inserte la horquilla (C) en los accesorios de
acoplamiento en la unidad del portalámparas (J).
6. Retire el florón (A) de la horquilla (C). Ponga la pantalla
(B) en la horquilla (C) y gire el florón (A) en la dirección
de las manillas del reloj para fijarla a ella.
7. Inserte el enchufe en una toma de corriente.
8. Utilice el interruptor de tres potencias para encender y
apagar la lámpara.
