Important
Read this user manual carefully before you use the
appliance and save it for future reference.
Danger
- Make sure the adapter does not get wet.
Warning
- The adapter contains a transformer. Do not cut
off the adapter to replace it with another plug,
as this causes a hazardous situation.

Compliance with standards

instructions in this user manual, the appliance
is safe to use based on scientic evidence
available today.
Charging
1 Insert the small plug into the charger (Fig. 3).
2 Put the appliance in the charger (Fig. 4).
, Charge the appliance for 8 hours to be able
to shave and trim for up to 50 minutes.
, The charging light on the adapter goes on to
indicate that the appliance is charging (Fig. 5).
Using the appliance
, Take your time when you rst start to shave
sensitive areas. You have to acquire practice
with the appliance. Your skin also needs some
time to adjust to the procedure.
You can use the appliance wet or dry to shave hair
on all parts of the body below the neckline. So do
not use this appliance to shave facial hair or scalp
hair!
Shaving
1 If one of the trimming combs is still attached,
remove it by gently pushing the outer comb
tooth sideways (Fig. 6).
2 Press the on/off button once to switch on the
appliance.
3 Place the shaving head on the skin.
Do not apply too much pressure and stretch
the skin thoroughly when you move the shaver
across it.
4 Move the appliance against the direction of
hair growth while you press it lightly (Fig. 7).
Make sure that the shaving head is always fully in
contact with the skin.
Trimming
The trimming combs allow you to cut hair to 3
different lengths.
Start with the large trimming comb to acquire
practice with this appliance.

Laden
1 Stecken Sie den kleinen Stecker in das
Ladegerät (Abb. 3).
2 Stellen Sie das Gerät in das
Ladegerät (Abb. 4).
, Für eine Betriebsdauer von ca. 50 Minuten
muss das Gerät 8 Stunden lang geladen
werden.
, Die Ladeanzeige am Adapter leuchtet auf
und signalisiert, dass das Gerät aufgeladen
wird (Abb. 5).
Das Gerät benutzen
, Nehmen Sie sich ausreichend Zeit, wenn Sie
empndliche Hautpartien erstmals mit dem
Gerät rasieren. Die Benutzung des Geräts
bedarf einiger Übung. Zudem muss sich Ihre
Haut erst an das Gerät gewöhnen.
Sie können das Gerät nass oder trocken zum
Rasieren aller Körperpartien unterhalb der Halslinie
verwenden. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht zur Rasur
von Gesichts- oder Kopfhaar!

Importante

Cumplimiento de normas

Carga
1 Inserte la clavija pequeña en el

1 Snap one of the three trimming combs onto
the appliance with the tips pointing in either
direction. (Fig. 8)
2 Press the on/off button to switch on the
appliance.
3 To trim the hair, move the appliance against
the direction of hair growth (Fig. 9).
Always make sure that the tips of the comb point
in the direction in which you move the appliance.
Tips
, If the hairs are longer than 10mm, you can
trim them rst to make shaving easier.
, Always make sure the appliance is in full
contact with the skin to get optimal results.
, Trimming is easier when the skin and hair are
dry.
, When you use the appliance in the shower or
bath, apply some shaving foam or shower gel
to your skin.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the appliance after every use.
1 Switch off the appliance.
2 Pull the shaving foil out of the appliance. (Fig.
10)
3 Brush the hairs off the cutter block and the
shaving foil. Make sure that you also brush
away any hairs that have collected under the
trimmers (Fig. 11).
4 After cleaning, snap the shaving foil back into
the appliance (‘click’) (Fig. 12).
5 Rinse the appliance under the tap (Fig. 13).
, Lubricate the shaving foil with a drop of
sewing machine oil twice a year.
Replacement
In case of very frequent use, replace the shaving
head (type number TT2000) every year. Replace a
damaged shaving head immediately.
Environment
- Do not throw away the appliance with the
normal household waste at the end of its life,
but hand it in at an ofcial collection point for
recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve
the environment (Fig. 14).
- The built-in rechargeable battery contains
substances that may pollute the environment.
Always remove the battery before you
discard and hand in the appliance at an ofcial
collection point. Dispose of the battery at an
ofcial collection point for batteries. If you have
trouble removing the battery, you can also take
the appliance to a Philips service centre. The
staff of this centre will remove the battery for
you and will dispose of it in an environmentally
safe way. (Fig. 15)
Disposal of the battery
1 Take the appliance out of the charging stand
and let the motor run until the battery is
completely empty.
2 Remove both side panels from the appliance
with a screwdriver (Fig. 16).
3 Separate both housing parts to open the
appliance (Fig. 17).
4 Lift the power unit out of the appliance.
5 Bend the hooks on both sides of the power
unit outwards to open it (Fig. 18).
6 Lift out the battery and cut the wires
to separate the battery from the power
unit (Fig. 19).

there is no Consumer Care Centre in your country,

Rasieren
1 Ist noch ein Kammaufsatz aufgesteckt,

Haut (Abb. 7).
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Scherkopf stets vollen
Kontakt zur Haut hat.
Schneiden
Mit den Kammaufsätzen können Sie das Haar auf 3
verschiedene Längen schneiden.
Beginnen Sie mit dem großen Kammaufsatz, um
Erfahrungen beim Schneiden mit diesem Gerät zu
sammeln.

1 Drücken Sie einen der drei Kammaufsätze auf
das Gerät. Die Spitzen des Kammaufsatzes
dürfen dabei in die eine oder andere Richtung
zeigen. (Abb. 8)
2 Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter, um das
Gerät einzuschalten.
3 Schneiden Sie die Haare, indem Sie das Gerät
gegen die Haarwuchsrichtung führen (Abb. 9).
Die Spitzen des Schneidekamms müssen in die
Richtung zeigen, in der Sie das Gerät bewegen.
Tipps
, Haare, die länger als 10 mm sind, sollten
zunächst getrimmt werden. So erleichtern Sie
die anschließende Rasur.
, Für optimale Ergebnisse muss das Gerät stets
vollen Kontakt zur Haut haben.
, Das Schneiden von Körperhaar ist bei
trockener Haut und trockenem Haar am
einfachsten.
, Wenn Sie das Gerät unter der Dusche oder
in der Badewanne benutzen, können Sie
Duschgel oder Rasierschaum auf die Haut
auftragen.
Reinigung und Wartung
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jedem Gebrauch.
1 Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.
2 Ziehen Sie die Scherfolie aus dem
Gerät. (Abb. 10)
3 Bürsten Sie die Haare vom Messerblock und
von der Scherfolie. Entfernen Sie auch die
Härchen, die sich möglicherweise unter den
Messern angesammelt haben (Abb. 11).
4 Drücken Sie die Scherfolie nach dem
Reinigen wieder in das Gerät (bis sie hörbar
einrastet) (Abb. 12).
5 Spülen Sie das Gerät unter ießendem
Wasser ab (Abb. 13).
, Geben Sie zweimal jährlich einen Tropfen
Nähmaschinenöl auf die Scherfolie.
Ersatz
Bei sehr häugem Gebrauch sollten Sie den
Scherkopf (Typennummer TT2000) jedes Jahr
austauschen. Ein beschädigter Scherkopf muss
sofort ersetzt werden.
Umweltschutz
- Werfen Sie das Gerät am Ende der
Lebensdauer nicht in den normalen Hausmüll.
Bringen Sie es zum Recycling zu einer ofziellen
Sammelstelle. Auf diese Weise helfen Sie, die
Umwelt zu schonen (Abb. 14).
- Der integrierte Akku enthält Substanzen, die
die Umwelt gefährden können. Entfernen
Sie den Akku, bevor Sie das Gerät an
einer ofziellen Recyclingstelle abgeben.
Geben Sie den gebrauchten Akku bei einer
Batteriesammelstelle ab. Falls Sie beim
Entfernen des Akkus Probleme haben,
können Sie das Gerät auch an ein Philips
Service-Center geben. Dort wird der Akku
umweltgerecht entsorgt. (Abb. 15)
Den Akku entsorgen
1 Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Ladestation
und lassen Sie den Motor laufen, bis der Akku
ganz leer ist.
2 Entfernen Sie die seitlichen Blenden mit
einem Schraubendreher (Abb. 16).
3 Öffnen Sie die beiden Gehäuseteile (Abb. 17).
4 Heben Sie die Akkueinheit aus dem Gerät.
5 Biegen Sie die beiden seitlichen Haken
auseinander (Abb. 18).

de crecimiento del vello, ejerciendo una suave
presión (g. 7).
Asegúrese de que el cabezal de afeitado esté
siempre en contacto con la piel.
Cómo recortar la barba
Los peines-guía permiten recortar el vello a tres
longitudes diferentes.
Empiece con el peine-guía grande para adquirir
práctica con este aparato.

1 Coloque uno de los tres peines-guía en

Consejos
, Si la longitud del vello es superior a 10 mm,
puede recortarlo primero para facilitar el
afeitado.

, Es más fácil recortar el vello cuando éste y la
piel están secos.
, Si utiliza el aparato en la ducha o en el baño,
aplique espuma de afeitar o gel de baño.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Limpie siempre el aparato después de usarlo.
1 Apague el aparato.
2 Quite la lámina de afeitado del
aparato. (g. 10)
3 Elimine con el cepillo el pelo que haya
quedado en el bloque de corte y en la lámina
de afeitado. Asegúrese también de cepillar
los pelos que se hayan acumulado bajo los
recortadores (g. 11).
4 Después de la limpieza, vuelva a colocar
la lámina de afeitado en el aparato
(“clic”) (g. 12).
5 Enjuague el aparato bajo el grifo (g. 13).
, Lubrique la lámina de afeitado con una gota
de aceite de máquina de coser dos veces al
año.
Sustitución
Si utiliza el aparato con mucha frecuencia, sustituya
el cabezal de afeitado (modelo TT2000) todos
los años. Sustituya inmediatamente un cabezal de
afeitado que esté dañado.
Medio ambiente
- Al nal de su vida útil, no tire el aparato junto
con la basura normal del hogar. Llévelo a un
punto de recogida ocial para su reciclado.
De esta manera ayudará a conservar el medio
ambiente (g. 14).
- La batería recargable incorporada contiene
sustancias que pueden contaminar el medio
ambiente. Quite siempre la batería antes de
deshacerse del aparato o de llevarlo a un
punto de recogida ocial. Deposite la batería
en un lugar de recogida ocial. Si no puede
sacar la batería, puede llevar el aparato a un
servicio de asistencia técnica de Philips. El
personal del servicio de asistencia extraerá
las baterías y se deshará de ellas de forma no

Cómo extraer la batería
1 Saque el aparato del soporte de carga y deje
que el motor funcione hasta que la batería
esté completamente descargada.
2 Quite los dos paneles laterales del aparato
con un destornillador (g. 16).
3 Separe las dos piezas de la carcasa para abrir
el aparato (g. 17).
4 Saque la unidad de alimentación del aparato.

6 Saque la batería y corte los cables
para separar la batería de la unidad de
alimentación (g. 19).

Charging 1 Insert the small plug into the charger (Fig. 3). 2 Put the appliance in the charger (Fig. 4). ,, Charge the appliance for 8 hours to be able to shave and trim for up to 50 minutes. ,, The charging light on the adapter goes on to indicate that the appliance is charging (Fig. 5). Using the appliance ,, Take your time when you first start to shave sensitive areas.You have to acquire practice with the appliance.Your skin also needs some time to adjust to the procedure. You can use the appliance wet or dry to shave hair on all parts of the body below the neckline. So do not use this appliance to shave facial hair or scalp hair! Shaving 1 If one of the trimming combs is still attached, remove it by gently pushing the outer comb tooth sideways (Fig. 6). 2 Press the on/off button once to switch on the appliance. 3 Place the shaving head on the skin. Do not apply too much pressure and stretch the skin thoroughly when you move the shaver across it. 4 Move the appliance against the direction of hair growth while you press it lightly (Fig. 7). Make sure that the shaving head is always fully in contact with the skin. Trimming The trimming combs allow you to cut hair to 3 different lengths. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Scherkopf stets vollen Kontakt zur Haut hat. Schneiden Mit den Kammaufsätzen können Sie das Haar auf 3 verschiedene Längen schneiden. Beginnen Sie mit dem großen Kammaufsatz, um Erfahrungen beim Schneiden mit diesem Gerät zu sammeln. Kammaufsatz Haarlänge nach dem Schneiden Klein 3 mm Mittel 7 mm Groß bis zu 10 mm 1 Drücken Sie einen der drei Kammaufsätze auf das Gerät. Die Spitzen des Kammaufsatzes dürfen dabei in die eine oder andere Richtung zeigen.  (Abb. 8) 2 Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter, um das Gerät einzuschalten. 3 Schneiden Sie die Haare, indem Sie das Gerät gegen die Haarwuchsrichtung führen (Abb. 9). Die Spitzen des Schneidekamms müssen in die Richtung zeigen, in der Sie das Gerät bewegen. Tipps ,, Haare, die länger als 10 mm sind, sollten zunächst getrimmt werden. So erleichtern Sie die anschließende Rasur. ,, Für optimale Ergebnisse muss das Gerät stets vollen Kontakt zur Haut haben. ,, Das Schneiden von Körperhaar ist bei trockener Haut und trockenem Haar am einfachsten. ,, Wenn Sie das Gerät unter der Dusche oder in der Badewanne benutzen, können Sie Duschgel oder Rasierschaum auf die Haut auftragen. Reinigung und Wartung Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach jedem Gebrauch. 1 Schalten Sie das Gerät aus. 2 Ziehen Sie die Scherfolie aus dem Gerät.  (Abb. 10) 3 Bürsten Sie die Haare vom Messerblock und von der Scherfolie. Entfernen Sie auch die Härchen, die sich möglicherweise unter den Messern angesammelt haben (Abb. 11). 4 Drücken Sie die Scherfolie nach dem Reinigen wieder in das Gerät (bis sie hörbar einrastet) (Abb. 12). 5 Spülen Sie das Gerät unter fließendem Wasser ab (Abb. 13). ,, Geben Sie zweimal jährlich einen Tropfen Nähmaschinenöl auf die Scherfolie. Ersatz Bei sehr häufigem Gebrauch sollten Sie den Scherkopf (Typennummer TT2000) jedes Jahr austauschen. Ein beschädigter Scherkopf muss sofort ersetzt werden. Umweltschutz -- Werfen Sie das Gerät am Ende der Lebensdauer nicht in den normalen Hausmüll. Bringen Sie es zum Recycling zu einer offiziellen Sammelstelle. Auf diese Weise helfen Sie, die Umwelt zu schonen (Abb. 14). -- Der integrierte Akku enthält Substanzen, die die Umwelt gefährden können. Entfernen Sie den Akku, bevor Sie das Gerät an einer offiziellen Recyclingstelle abgeben. Geben Sie den gebrauchten Akku bei einer Batteriesammelstelle ab. Falls Sie beim Entfernen des Akkus Probleme haben, können Sie das Gerät auch an ein Philips Service-Center geben. Dort wird der Akku umweltgerecht entsorgt.  (Abb. 15) Den Akku entsorgen 1 Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Ladestation und lassen Sie den Motor laufen, bis der Akku ganz leer ist. 2 Entfernen Sie die seitlichen Blenden mit einem Schraubendreher (Abb. 16). 3 Öffnen Sie die beiden Gehäuseteile (Abb. 17). 4 Heben Sie die Akkueinheit aus dem Gerät. 5 Biegen Sie die beiden seitlichen Haken auseinander (Abb. 18). Asegúrese también de cepillar los pelos que se hayan acumulado bajo los recortadores (fig. 11). 4 Después de la limpieza, vuelva a colocar la lámina de afeitado en el aparato (“clic”) (fig. 12). 5 Enjuague el aparato bajo el grifo (fig. 13). ,, Lubrique la lámina de afeitado con una gota de aceite de máquina de coser dos veces al año. Sustitución Si utiliza el aparato con mucha frecuencia, sustituya el cabezal de afeitado (modelo TT2000) todos los años. Sustituya inmediatamente un cabezal de afeitado que esté dañado. Medio ambiente -- Al final de su vida útil, no tire el aparato junto con la basura normal del hogar. Llévelo a un punto de recogida oficial para su reciclado. De esta manera ayudará a conservar el medio ambiente (fig. 14). -- La batería recargable incorporada contiene sustancias que pueden contaminar el medio ambiente. Quite siempre la batería antes de deshacerse del aparato o de llevarlo a un punto de recogida oficial. Deposite la batería en un lugar de recogida oficial. Si no puede sacar la batería, puede llevar el aparato a un servicio de asistencia técnica de Philips.
