Servicing of double-

insulated appliances

A double-insulated appliance

is marked with one or more

of the following: The words

“DOUBLE INSULATION” or

“DOUBLE INSULATED” or the

double insulation symbol .

In a double-insulated

appliance, two systems of

insulation are provided instead

of grounding. No grounding

means is provided on a

double-insulated appliance,

nor should a means for

grounding be added to the

appliance. Servicing a double-

insulated appliance requires

extreme care and knowledge

of the system, and should be

done only by qualiﬁed service

personnel.

Replacement parts for a

double-insulated appliance

must be identical to the parts

they replace.

Operation

Disconnect the power plug

from the socket-outlet

–when a malfunction occurs,

–before attaching/changing

accessories,

–before cleaning the product,

–if you will not use the product

for a long time,

–during a thunderstorm and

–after each use.

Disconnect the product from

the socket-outlet by pulling the

power plug, but not by pulling

on the power cord.

Defective components must

always be replaced by original

spare parts.

Do not obstruct the ventilation

slots during operation. Risk of

overheating and damage to

the product.

Never use the product to

absorb water or other liquids,

ﬂammable substances or hot/

burning objects.

The product is equipped with a

thermal fuse that automatically

cuts oﬀ the power supply if

the product overheats. If this

safety device has turned oﬀ the

product, disconnect the power

cord from the socket-outlet and

let the product cool. Once the

product has cooled down, you

can connect the power plug

back into the socket-outlet and

use the product normally.

Remove all packaging material and lay out

all separate components in front of you. After

unpacking, check the product for visible

damage.

Mounting the wall bracket

WARNING Risk of electric shock!

Before drilling, make sure that you cannot

damage any cables or pipes in the wall.

NOTICE

Mount the wall bracket [] at

a height at which the product with mounted

telescopic tube [] and ﬂoorhead [] can be

parked (2 ft. 11.43 in / 90 cm).

Required tools:

– Power drill

– Drill bit (0.28 in / 7 mm)

– Cross slit screwdriver

Mark the 2 drill holes for the wall bracket []

(Fig. B).

Drill the 2holes.

Insert the 2 dowels [] into the drill holes.

Attach the wall bracket [] with 2 screws [].

NOTICE

Make sure the screws [] are

tightened to ensure the stability of the wall

bracket [].

NOTICE

The accessories [] [] [] can be directly

attached to the intake [9].

For quick and easy cleaning, the product can

be used without any accessories. Vacuum the

dust directly with the intake [9].

To use the brush nozzle [], it must be

attached directly on the crevice nozzle [].

The brush nozzle can only be attached in

one direction (see on the brush nozzle

and crevice nozzle).

Attach a nozzle [] [] [] to the telescopic

tube [].

Attach the telescopic tube [] to the

intake [9]. The telescopic tube should at least

reach the trapezoid mark on the intake.

NOTICE

Before use, make sure that all

accessories are tightened.

Set the telescopic tube [] to the desired

length:

– Slide the telescopic tube lock [] forward

and adjust the length of the telescopic

tube [] (Fig. D).

– Release the telescopic tube lock [].

– If necessary, slightly adjust the length until

the telescopic tube lock [] locks in place.

Switching on/oﬀ

Connect the power plug [5] to a socket-

outlet.

Switching on/oﬀ: Press the on/oﬀ switch

[3] once.

Disconnect the power plug [5] from the

socket-outlet if you do not use the product.

Emptying the dust container

NOTICE

Empty the dust container [7] outdoors if

possible, since emptying can lead to a cloud

of dust.

Empty the dust container before the ﬁlling

line marked with MAX is reached.

Press the release button [2] and lift the dust

container [7] from the motor unit [6] (Fig. E).

Hold the dust container [7] over a waste bin.

Press the lock [8] on the side of the dust

container [7] down to open the bottom and

thus discharge the dust (Fig. F).

Close the bottom. The lock [8] must audibly

lock in place (Fig. G).

Insert the dust container [7] into the motor

unit [6]. The release button [2] must audibly

lock in place (Fig. H).

Cleaning and care

CAUTION Risk of electric shock!

Disconnect the power plug [5] from the

socket-outlet before cleaning the product.

Never touch the power plug with moist or

wet hands.

Always keep the power plug and power

cord dry.

WARNING Risk of electric shock!

Never immerse the electric parts of the

product in water or other liquids. Never hold

the product under running water.

Switch oﬀ the product and disconnect the

power plug [5] from the socket-outlet.

Do not use any corrosive or abrasive

cleaning agents.

Remove coarse dirt by hand.

Clean the product with a damp cloth. For

stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth and a mild

detergent and clean the product again.

Dust container and ﬁlter

NOTICE

Check the HEPA ﬁlter []

regularly for damage and deformation. A

damaged or deformed HEPA ﬁlter cannot be

cleaned.

Remove the dust container [7]

(see “Emptying the dust container”).

Remove the dust container lid [1] by pressing

the clip for opening the dust container lid [],

which is located at the side, upwards (Fig. I).

Turn the HEPA ﬁlter [] counter-clockwise

so that points to on the ﬁlter case []

(Fig. J).

Remove the ﬁlter case [] with HEPA ﬁlter []

from the dust container [7] (Fig. K).

Pull the HEPA ﬁlter [] out of the ﬁlter

case [] (Fig. K).

The HEPA ﬁlter [] can be emptied by

tapping it. Never wash the HEPAﬁlter[]

with water.

Rinse the ﬁlter case [] with warm water and

let it dry for 24 hours.

Insert the HEPA ﬁlter [] into the ﬁlter

case [] (Fig. L).

Insert the ﬁlter case [] with the

HEPA ﬁlter [] into the dust container [7]

(Fig. L).

Turn the HEPA ﬁlter [] clockwise so that

points to on the ﬁlter case [] (Fig. M).

Place the dust container lid [1] on the dust

container [7]. The clip for opening the dust

container lid [] must audibly lock in place.

Insert the dust container [7] into the motor

unit [6]. The release button [2] must audibly

lock in place (Fig. H).

Storage

Store the product in the original packaging

when it is not in use or hang it on the wall

bracket [].

Clean the product before storage.

Store the product at a dry location out of the

reach of children.

Three year limited warranty

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

• Damage, breakage or inoperability due to

defect.

• Damage not caused by normal wear and

tear or failure to follow the safety and

maintenance instructions provided in the user

manual.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear of the product,

including fragile parts (such as switches,

glass, etc.);

• Improper use or transport;

• Disregarding safety and maintenance

instructions;

• Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning,

ﬁre, water, etc.).

• Tampering with the product (such as

removing cover, unscrewing screws etc.)

Consequential and incidental damages are also

not covered under this warranty. However, some

states do not allow the exclusion or limitation

of incidental or consequential damages, so this

limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Las piezas de repuesto de un

electrodoméstico con doble

aislación deben ser idénticas a

Fije el soporte de pared [] usando

Para una limpieza rápida y sencilla, el

producto se puede usar sin accesorios.

Aspire el polvo directamente usando la toma

de entrada [9].

Para usar la boquilla con cepillo [], ésta se

debe ﬁjar directamente a la boquilla para

grietas []. La boquilla con cepillo solo se

puede ﬁjar en una dirección (consulte en

la boquilla con cepillo y para grietas).

Fije una boquilla [] [] [] al tubo

telescópico [].

Fije el tubo telescópico [] a la toma de

entrada [9]. El tubo telescópico debiera

alcanzar, al menos, la marca telescópica de

la toma de entrada.

AVISO

Antes de usar, asegúrese

de que todos los accesorios estén bien

apretados.

Ajuste el tubo telescópico [] al largo

deseado:

– Deslice el seguro del tubo telescópico []

hacia adelante y ajuste el largo del tubo

telescópico [] (Fig. D).

– Suelte el seguro del tubo telescópico [].

– De ser necesario, ajuste levemente el largo

hasta que el seguro del tubo telescópico

[] quede bloqueado en posición.

Encendido/apagado

Conecte la clavija de alimentación [5] a una

toma de corriente.

Encendido/apagado: Presione el interruptor

de encendido/apagado [3] una vez.

Desconecte la clavija de alimentación [5] de

la toma de corriente si no usará el producto.

Vaciado del contenedor de

polvo

AVISO

Vacíe el contenedor de polvo [7], de ser

posible, en exteriores, ya que este proceso

puede generar una nube de polvo.

Vacíe el contenedor de polvo antes de

alcanzar la línea con la marca MAX.

Presione el botón de liberación [2] y levante

el contenedor de polvo [7] desde la unidad

motriz [6] (Fig.E).

Sostenga el contenedor de polvo [7] sobre

un cesto de basura.

Limpieza y cuidados

Jamás toque la clavija de alimentación con

las manos húmedas o mojadas.

Mantenga siempre la clavija de alimentación

y el cable de alimentación secos.

eléctrica! Jamás sumerja las piezas

eléctricas del producto en agua u otros

líquidos. Nunca mantenga el producto bajo

agua corriente.

Apague el producto y desconecte la clavija

de alimentación [5] de la toma de corriente.

No utilice agentes de limpieza abrasivos o

corrosivos.

Quite la suciedad más gruesa a mano.

Limpie el producto con un paño humedecido.

Para suciedad difícil de quitar, use un paño

húmedo y un detergente suave; luego,

vuelva a limpiar otra vez.

Contenedor de polvo y ﬁltro

AVISO

Compruebe el ﬁltro HEPA []

regularmente para asegurarse de que no

tiene daños ni deformaciones. Un ﬁltro HEPA

deforme o dañado no se puede limpiar.

Saque el contenedor de polvo [7] (consulte

“Vaciado del contenedor de polvo”).

Saque la tapa del contenedor de polvo [1]

presionando el sujetador de apertura de la

tapa del contenedor de polvo [], ubicado

en el costado, hacia arriba (Fig.I).

Gire el ﬁltro HEPA [] hacia la izquierda de

manera tal que apunte hacia en la

carcasa del ﬁltro [] (Fig.J).

Saque la carcasa del ﬁltro [] con el ﬁltro

HEPA [] del contenedor de polvo [7]

(Fig.K).

Saque el ﬁltro HEPA [] de la carcasa del

ﬁltro [] (Fig. K).

El ﬁltro HEPA [] se puede vaciar

golpeándolo suavemente. Jamás lave el ﬁltro

HEPA [] con agua.

Enjuague la carcasa del ﬁltro [] usando

agua tibia y déjela secar durante 24horas.

Inserte el ﬁltro HEPA [] hacia la carcasa del

ﬁltro [] (Fig. L).

Inserte la carcasa del ﬁltro [] con el ﬁltro

HEPA [] hacia el contenedor de polvo [7]

(Fig.L).

Gire el ﬁltro HEPA [] hacia la derecha de

manera tal que apunte hacia en la

carcasa del ﬁltro [] (Fig.M).

Coloque la tapa del contenedor de

polvo [1] en el contenedor de polvo [7].

El sujetador de apertura de la tapa del

contenedor de polvo [] debe bloquearse

de forma audible.

Inserte el contenedor de polvo [7] en la

unidad motriz [6]. El botón de liberación [2]

debe bloquearse de forma audible (Fig.H).

Almacenamiento

Guarde el producto en su embalaje original

cuando no esté en uso, o cuélguelo en el

soporte de pared [].

Limpie el producto antes de guardarlo.

Guarde el producto en un lugar seco fuera

del alcance de los niños.

cómo desechar su producto desgastado.

Para ayudar a proteger el medio ambiente,

elimine el producto adecuadamente al ﬁnal de

su vida útil, no lo tire en la basura normal. Puede

La garantía incluye:

funcionar debido a defectos.

• Daños que no hayan sido causados por el

Lo que no cubre esta garantía

La garantía no cubre daños causados por:

• El desgaste propio del uso del producto,

incluidas las partes frágiles (como

interruptores, piezas de vidrio, etc.).

• Uso o transporte no indicado del producto.

• Desatención a las instrucciones de seguridad

y mantención.

• Accidentes o causas de fuerza mayor

• Manipulación mal intencionada del

La presente garantía tampoco cubre daños

Período de cobertura y resolución de la
