equipment. Save these instructions.

Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in

death or serious injury.

To reduce the risks of re or explosion, electrical shock and the

injury to persons, read and understand all instructions included in

this manual. Be familiar with the controls and proper usage of the

equipment.

WARNING: EXPLOSION OR FIRE

Solvent and paint fumes can explode or ignite. Property damage and/

or severe injury can occur.

PREVENTION:

 • Donotsprayammableorcombustiblematerialsnearanopename,

pilotlightsorsourcesofignitionsuchashotobjects,cigarettes,motors,

electrical equipment and electrical appliances. Avoid creating sparks from

connecting and disconnecting power cords.

 • Forunitsintendedforusewithonlywater-basedormineralspirit-type

materialswithaminimumashpointof38ºC(100ºF)—Donotsprayor

cleanwithliquidshavingaashpointoflessthan38ºC(100ºF).Flashpoint

isthetemperatureatwhichauidcanproduceenoughvaportoignite.

 • Useextremecautionwhenusingmaterialswithaashpointbelow100ºF

(38ºC).Refer to your pump manual to determine if these materials can

be sprayed.

 • Paintorsolventowingthroughtheequipmentisabletoresultinstatic

electricity. Static electricity creates a risk of re or explosion in the presence

ofpaintorsolventfumes.Allpartsofthespraysystem,includingthe

pump,hoseassembly,spraygunandobjectsinandaroundthesprayarea

shallbeproperlygroundedtoprotectagainststaticdischargeandsparks.

Useonlyconductiveorgroundedhigh-pressureairlesspaintsprayerhoses

speciedbythemanufacturer.

 • Verifythatallcontainersandcollectionsystemsaregroundedtoprevent

static discharge.

 • Connecttoagroundedoutletandusegroundedextensioncords(electric

modelsonly).Donotusea3to2adapter.

 • Donotuseapaintorsolventcontaininghalogenatedhydrocarbons.Such

aschlorine,bleachmildewcide,methylenechlorideandtrichloroethane.

Theyarenotcompatiblewithaluminum.Contactthecoatingsupplier

aboutcompatibilityofmaterialwithaluminum.

 • Keepsprayareawellventilated.Keepagoodsupplyoffreshair

moving through the area to keep the air within the spray area free from

accumulationofammablevapors.Keeppumpassemblyinwellventilated

area.Donotspraypumpassembly.

 • Donotsmokeinthesprayarea.

 • Donotoperatelightswitches,engines,orsimilarsparkproducingproducts

in the spray area.

 • Keepareacleanandfreeofpaintorsolventcontainers,rags,andother

ammablematerials.

 • Knowthecontentsofthepaintandsolventsbeingsprayed.Readall

MaterialSafetyDataSheets(MSDS)andcontainerlabelsprovidedwiththe

paintsandsolvents.Followthepaintandsolventmanufacture’ssafety

instructions.

 • Placepumpatleast25feet(7.62meters)fromthesprayobjectinawell

ventilatedarea(addmorehoseifnecessary).Flammablevaporsareoften

heavierthanair.Floorareamustbeextremelywellventilated.Thepump

contains arcing parts that emit sparks and can ignite vapors.

 • Plasticcancausestaticsparks.Neverhangplastictoenclosesprayarea.Do

notuseplasticdropclothswhensprayingammablematerial.

 • Fireextinguisherequipmentshallbepresentandworking.

Ahighpressurepaintstreamproducedbythisequipmentcanpierce

theskinandunderlyingtissues,leadingtoseriousinjuryandpossible

amputation. See a physician immediately.

PREVENTION:

 • Donotaimthegunat,orsprayanypersonoranimal.

 • Keephandsandotherbodypartsawayfromthedischarge.Forexample,do

nottrytostopleakswithanypartofthebody.

 • NEVERputyourhandinfrontofthegun.Gloveswillnotprovideprotection

against an injection injury.

 • ALWAYSkeepthetipguardinplacewhilespraying.Thetipguardprovides

someprotectionbutismainlyawarningdevice.

 • Onlyuseanozzletipspeciedbythemanufacturer.

 • Usecautionwhencleaningandchangingnozzletips.Inthecasewherethe

nozzletipclogswhilespraying,ALWAYSlockguntrigger,shutpumpo,

andreleaseallpressurebeforeservicing,cleaningtiporguard,orchanging

tip.Pressurewillnotbereleasedbyturningothemotor.ThePRIME/

SPRAYvalveorpressurebleedvalvemustbeturnedtotheirappropriate

positionstorelievesystempressure.RefertoPRESSURERELIEFPROCEDURE

describedinthepumpmanual.

 • Donotleavetheunitenergizedorunderpressurewhileunattended.

Whentheunitisnotinuse,turnotheunitandrelievethepressurein

accordancewiththemanufacturer’sinstructions.

 • High-pressuresprayisabletoinjecttoxinsintothebodyandcauseserious

bodilyinjury.Intheeventthatinjectionoccurs,seekmedicalattention

immediately.

 • Checkhosesandpartsforsignsofdamage,aleakcaninjectmaterialinto

theskin.Inspecthosebeforeeachuse.Replaceanydamagedhosesor

parts.OnlyuseTITANoriginal-high-pressurehosesinordertoensure

functionality,safetyanddurability.

 • Thissystemiscapableofproducing3600PSI/248Bar.Onlyuse

replacementpartsoraccessoriesthatarespeciedbythemanufacturer

andthatareratedaminimumof3600PSI.Thisincludesspraytips,nozzle

guards,guns,extensions,ttings,andhose.

 • Alwaysengagethetriggerlockwhennotspraying.Verifythetriggerlockis

functioning properly.

 • Verifythatallconnectionsaresecurebeforeoperatingtheunit.

 • Knowhowtostoptheunitandbleedpressurequickly.Bethoroughly

familiarwiththecontrols.Pressurewillnotbereleasedbyturningothe

motor.ThePRIME/SPRAYvalveorpressurebleedvalvemustbeturnedto

theirappropriatepositionstorelievesystempressure.RefertoPRESSURE

RELIEFPROCEDUREdescribedinthepumpmanual.

 • Alwaysremovethespraytipbeforeushingorcleaningthesystem.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN:

Injection into the skin is a traumatic injury which can lead to possible

amputation. It is important to treat the injury as soon as possible. DO

NOT delay treatment to research toxicity. Toxicity is a concern with some

coatings injected directly into the blood stream. Consultation with a plastic

surgeon or reconstructive hand surgeon may be advisable.

 • Donotkinkorover-bendthehose.Airlesshosecandevelopleaksfrom

wear,kinkingandabuse.Aleakcaninjectmaterialintotheskin.

 • Donotexposethehosetotemperaturesorpressuresinexcessofthose

speciedbymanufacturer.

 • Donotusethehoseasastrengthmembertopullorlifttheequipment.

 • Uselowestpossiblepressuretoushequipment.

 • Followallappropriatelocal,stateandnationalcodesgoverningventilation,

re prevention and operation.

 • TheUnitedStatesGovernmentSafetyStandardshavebeenadopted

undertheOccupationalSafetyandHealthAct(OSHA).Thesestandards,

particularlypart1910oftheGeneralStandardsandpart1926ofthe

ConstructionStandardsshouldbeconsulted.

 • Beforeeachuse,checkallhosesforcuts,leaks,abrasionorbulgingofcover.

Checkfordamageormovementofcouplings.Immediatelyreplacehose

ifanyofthoseconditionsexist.Neverrepairapainthose.Replacewitha

conductivehigh-pressurehose.

 • Donotsprayoutdoorsonwindydays.

 • Alwaysunplugcordfromoutletbeforeworkingonequipment(electric

modelsonly).

Using the Gun Trigger Lock

Alwaysengagethegun’striggerlockwhenthegunisnotinuse.

 1. Tolockthetrigger,rotatethetriggerlockforwarduntilitstops.

 2. Tounlockthetrigger,rotatethetriggerlockbackwarduntilitis

vertical.

Setup

Never attempt to assemble, change, or clean the gun, tip,

or tip guard without first relieving pressure from the spray

system. Follow the “Pressure Relief Procedure” in the

sprayer’s Owner’s Manual.

Always use a tip safety guard for added protection against

injection. Beware that the guard alone will not prevent

injection. Never cut off tip guard! Always engage gun trigger

lock when the gun is not in use. Before servicing equipment,

consult Owner’s Manuals and follow all warnings.

 1. Setupthesprayer.Refertotheinstructionsinthesprayer’sOwner’s

Manual.

 2. Attachagrounded,airlesssprayhosetothematerialinletonthegun.

Usingtwowrenches(oneonthegunandoneonthehose),tighten

securely.

 3. Withthetipandtipguardothegun,startthesprayer.Flushand

preparethespraysystemaccordingtothesprayer’sOwner’sManual.

Inspect the spray system to make sure that all ttings are secure and

that there are no leaks.

sealandsealintothebackofthetip

guard. Press in for nal adjustment.

 6. Insertthetipintotheslotonthetip

 7. Threadthetipguardontothegun.

Position the tip guard in the desired

sprayingposition,thentighten

securelybyhand.

NOTE: The arrow on the tip handle should be pointing in the

forward direction for spraying.

Operation

1. Make sure the arrow on the tip handle is pointing in the forward

direction for spraying.

 2. Startthesprayer.Refertotheinstructionsinthesprayer’sOwner’s

Manual.

 3. Adjusttheuidpressureonthesprayeruntilthesprayiscompletely

atomized.Alwayssprayatthelowestpressurenecessarytogetthe

desired results.

NOTE: The spray tip determines the size of spray pattern and

coverage. When more coverage is needed, use a larger tip

instead of increasing uid pressure.

 4. Toclearacloggedtip:

 a. Rotatethetip180ºsothatthearrowonthetiphandleis

pointing opposite the spray direction.

 b. Triggerthegunoncesothatthepressurecanblowtheclogout.

IMPORTANT: Never pull the trigger more than once at time with the tip

in the reverse position.

 c. Continuethisprocedureuntilthetipisclearoftheclog.

Changing a Tip

Tipscanberemovedandreplacedeasilywithoutdisassemblingthegun.

Never attempt to change or clean the tip or tip guard without

first performing the “Pressure Relief Procedure.”

 1. Performthe“PressureReliefProcedure”describedinthesprayer’s

Owner’sManual.

 2. Removethetipfromtheslotonthetipguard.

 3. Insertthenewtipintotheslotonthetipguard.Thearrowonthetip

handleshouldbepointingintheforwarddirectionforspraying.

 2. Insertthetiphandlethroughthefrontofthetipguard.

 3. Pushthesealandtipsealoutthroughthebackofthetipguard.

NOTE: Worn spray tips will adversely aect the spray pattern

and result in reduced production, poor nish, and wasted

material. Replace worn tips immediately.

Cleanup

Maintainingacleangunisimportanttoensuretrouble-freeoperation.Flush

thegunaftereachuseandstoreinadrylocation.Donotleavethegunorany

of its parts in water or solvents.

Special cleanup instructions for use with flammable solvents:

 • Alwaysushspraygunpreferablyoutsideandatleastonehose

length from spray pump.

 • Ifcollectingushedsolventsinaonegallonmetalcontainer,

place it into an empty ve gallon container, then ush solvents.

 • Areamustbefreeofammablevapors.

 • Followallcleanupinstructions.

IMPORTANT: The sprayer, hose, and gun should be cleaned thoroughly

after daily use. Failure to do so permits material to cake, seriously

affecting the performance of the unit.

Always spray at minimum pressure with

the tip and tip guard removed when

using mineral spirits or any other solvent

to clean the sprayer, hose, or gun. Static

electricity buildup may result in a fire or

explosion in the presence of flammable

vapors. Hold the gun firmly against a

metal container while flushing.

Maintenance

Follow all safety precautions as described in the Safety

Precautions section of this manual before proceeding.

NOTE: Refer to the Parts List section in this manual for part

identication.

Replacing/Servicing the Seal Assembly

Ifyourspraygunleaksorspitsatthetipwhenyoureleasethetrigger,the

needleorseatisworn,damaged,ordirtyandmustbereplacedorcleaned.

Never attempt to perform maintenance on the spray gun

without first performing the “Pressure Relief Procedure.”

 1. Disconnecttheuidhosefromthegun.

 2. Removethetipandtipguard.

 3. Withthetriggerdepressed,removethediuserfromthefrontofthe

gun.

 4. Removethelocknut,rearhousing,andretractorpinsfromtherearof

the gun head.

 5. Removethesealassemblyfromthefrontofthegunheadbypushing

orgentlytappingatthebackofthesealassembly.

 6. Soaktheremovedpartsintheappropriatesolventandwipeclean.

 7. Inspectthepartsforwearordamageandusenewpartsduring

reassemblyofthegun,whennecessary.

NOTE: Lubricate all packings and moving parts before

reassembly with a lithium-based grease.

 8. Installthesealassemblyintothefrontofthegunhead.

9. Install the retractor pins into the rear of the gun head. Slide the rear

housing onto the retractor pins and secure in position with the lock

nut.

 10. WIththetriggerdepressed,installthediuserintothefrontofthe

gun head and tighten securely with a wrench.

 11. Performthe“AdjustingtheSealAssembly”proceduredescribed

below.

Adjusting the Seal Assembly

Proper adjustment of the seal assembly is essential to ensure

positive shut-off when the trigger is released.

 1. Tightenthelocknutuntiltherearhousingisushagainstthegun

head.

 2. Unscrewthelocknut3/4ofaturn.

NOTE: To check the adjustment of the seal assembly:

1. Move the gun trigger lock to the locked position.

2. Pull the trigger.

With the trigger lock engaged, there should be 1/32” of

movement between the lock nut and the rear housing

while pulling the trigger.

Replacing/Removing the Filter

 1. Pullthebottomofthetriggerguardforwardsothatitcomesloose

fromthehandleassembly.

 2. Loosenandremovethehandleassemblyfromthegunhead.

 3. Turningclockwise,unscrewthelterfromthegunbody.

NOTE: Left-handed threads require turning the lter clockwise to

remove.

 4. Turningcounterclockwise,screwtheneworcleanedlterintothe

gunbody.

 5. Makesurethehandlesealisinpositionandthreadthehandle

assemblyintothegunheaduntilsecure.

 6. Snapthetriggerguardbackontothehandleassembly.

Montage

Ne jamais tenter d’assembler, de changer ou de nettoyer le

pistolet, la buse ou le déflecteur sans d’abord libérer toute la

pression du système de pulvérisation. Suivre la « procédure

de décompression » dans le manuel du propriétaire du

pulvérisateur.

Toujours utiliser un déflecteur pour plus de protection contre

l’injection. Prenez garde, le déflecteur seul ne prévient pas

l’injection. Ne jamais couper le déflecteur! Toujours engager

la détente lorsque le pistolet n’est pas utilisé. Avant de

procéder à l’entretien, consulter le manuel du propriétaire et

suivre tous les avertissements.

 3. Ajustezlapressiondesuidesdupulvérisateurpourobtenirlaforme

de jet recherchée. Toujours utiliser un minimum de pression pour

obtenirlesrésultatsdésirés.

NOTA : La buse détermine les dimensions de la répartition et

la couverture de la pulvérisation. Lorsqu’il faut plus

de couverture, utilisez une plus grande buse au lieu

d’augmenter la pression des uides.

 4. Pournettoyerunebusebouchée:

 a. Tournezlabusede180ºanquelaèchesurlapoignéepointe

dans la direction contraire de la pulvérisation.

 b. Appuyezunefoissurladétenteanquelapressionpuisse

déboucherlepistolet.

IMPORTANT : Ne jamais appuyer plus d’une fois sur la détente avec la

buse dans la position renversée.

 c. Répétezcesétapesjusqu’àcequelabusesoitdébloquée.

Changement d’une buse

Onpeutfacilementretireretremplacerlesbusessansdémonterlepistolet.

Ne jamais tenter de changer ou de nettoyer la buse

ou le déflecteur sans d’abord suivre la « Procédure de

décompression ».

NOTA : Les buses usées auront une incidence négative sur la

répartition de pulvérisation et entraîneront une réduction

de la production, un mauvais ni et une perte de peinture.

Remplacez immédiatement les buses usées.

Nettoyage

Il est important de garder le pistolet propre pour assurer un fonctionnement

sansproblème.Purgerlepistoletaprèschaqueutilisationetlerangerdansun

endroitsec.Nepaslaisserlepistoletousespiècesdansl’eauoulessolvants.

Directives particulières pour le nettoyage au moyen de

solvants inflammables :

 • Purgerlepistoletàl’extérieurdepréférence,àunedistanced’au

moins une longueur de exible de la pompe.

 • Silesolvantuséestrecueillidansuncontenantmétalliquede4

litres (1 gallon), celui-ci doit être inséré dans un second contenant

d’au moins 20 litres (5 gallons).

 • L’endroitchoisidoitêtreexemptdevapeursinammables.

 • Ondoitsuivrelesdirectivesdenettoyageàlalettre.

IMPORTANT : Le vaporisateur, le flexible et le pistolet doivent être

nettoyés en profondeur après chaque journée d’utilisation et ce, afin

d’éviter les accumulations de produit susceptibles de nuire grandement

au rendement de l’appareil.

Lorsqu’on se sert d’essence minérale

ou d’autres solvants pour nettoyer le

vaporisateur, le flexible ou le pistolet,

on doit régler la pression au minimum et

retirer le buse de pistolet et déflecteur.

L’accumulation d’électricité statique

risque de provoquer des incendies en

présence de vapeurs inflammables. Il

faut tenir le pistolet fermement contre un

contenant en métal pendant le rinçage.

Remplacement/entretien de l’ensemble de joint

Sivotrepulvérisateurfuitouéclabousseàpartirdelabuselorsquevous

relâchezladétente,l’aiguilleoulesiègeestusé,endommagéousaleetdoit

être remplacé ou nettoyé.

Ne jamais tenter d’effectuer l’entretien du pistolet sans

d’abord suivre la « Procédure de décompression ».

 1. Débranchezletuyaudeliquidedupistolet.

 2. Retirezlabuseetledéecteur.

 3. Enappuyantsurladétente,retirezlediuseurdel’avantdupistolet.

 4. Retirezl’écrouhexagonal,leblocderetenueetleschevilles

coulissantesdel’arrièreducorpsdupistolet.

 5. Retirezl’ensembledejointdel’avantducorpsdupistoletenpoussant

ouenfrappantdoucementàl’arrièredel’ensembledejoint.

 6. Trempezlespiècesretiréesdansunsolvantappropriéetessuyez-les.

 7. Inspectezlespiècespourenvérierl’usureoulesdommageset

utilisezdenouvellespiècespendantleremontagedupistolet,au

besoin.

NOTA : Lubriez toutes les garnitures et les pièces mobiles avant le

remontage avec une graisse à base de lithium.

 8. Installezl’ensembledejointdansl’avantducorpsdupistolet.

Réglage de l’ensemble de joint

Un bon réglage de l’ensemble de joint est essentiel pour

garantir un arrêt positif lorsque la détente est relâchée.

 1. Serrezl’écrouhexagonaljusqu’àcequeleblocderetenuetouchele

corps du pistolet.

 2. Dévissezl’écrouhexagonalde3/4d’untour.

NOTA : Pour vérier le réglage de l’ensemble de joint :

1. Verrouillez la détente du pistolet.

2. Appuyer sur la détente.

En s’assurant que le pistolet est verrouillé, il devrait y avoir un

mouvement de 1/32 po entre l’écrou hexagonal et le bloc de retenue

lorsque la détente est en position tirée.

Remplacement/retrait du ltre

 1. Tirezlebasduprotège-doigtsversl’avantjusqu’àcequ’ilsedétache

de la poignée.

 2. Desserrezlapoignéeetretirez-laducorpsdupistolet.

 3. Entournantversladroite,dévisserleltreducorps.

NOTA : Le letage à gauche requiert qu’on tourne vers la droite

pour dévisser.

 4. Entournantverslagauche,visserleltrenettoyéouderechangesur

le corps.

 5. Assurez-vousquelejointd’étanchéitédelapoignéeestenplaceet

vissezlapoignéedanslecorpsdupistoletjusqu’àcequ’ilsoitbien

serré.

 6. Réenclenchezleprotège-doigtssurlapoignée.

Montaje

Nunca intente ensamblar, cambiar o limpiar la pistola, una

boquilla o protección de boquilla sin aliviar primero la

presión del sistema de pulverización. Siga el “Procedimiento

de liberación de presión” que se indica en el manual del

propietario del pulverizador.

Use siempre una protección de boquilla de seguridad para

aumentar la protección contra la inyección. Tenga cuidado,

la protección por sí sola no evitará la inyección. Nunca corte

la protección de la boquilla. Bloquee siempre el gatillo de la

pistola cuando ésta última no esté en uso. Antes de realizar

mantenimiento al equipo, consulte el manual del propietario

y siga todas las advertencias.

NOTA: La punta de pulverización determina el tamaño del patrón

de pulverización y la cobertura. Cuando se necesita

más cobertura, use una boquilla más grande en lugar de

 4. Paralimpiarunaboquillaobstruida:

 a. Girelapunta180ºparaquelaechadelapiezadesujeción

apunteenladirecciónopuestaaladireccióndepulverización.

 b. Aprieteunavezelgatillodelapistolaparaquelapresiónpueda

limpiarlaobstrucción.

IMPORTANTE: Nunca apriete el gatillo más de una vez cuando la boquilla

esté en la posición de retroceso.

 c. Sigaesteprocedimientohastaquelapuntaquedelibrede

obstrucciones.

Cambio de la Punta

Puederetiraryreemplazarfácilmentelaspuntassindesmontarlapistola.

Nunca intente cambiar o limpiar la boquilla o la protección de

boquilla sin realizar antes el “Procedimiento de liberación de

presión”.

NOTA: Las boquillas de pulverización desgastadas afectarán

negativamente el patrón de pulverización, generando una

reducción de la producción, un acabado deciente y un

desperdicio de material. Reemplace inmediatamente las

boquillas desgastadas.

Limpieza

Esimportantemantenerlapistolalimpia,andegarantizarunaoperaciónsin

problemas.Enjuaguelapistoladespuésdecadausoyguárdelaenunlugar

seco.Nodejelapistolanicualquieradelaspiezasenaguaosolventes.

Instrucciones de limpieza especiales para usar con solventes

inflamables:

 • Siemprelavelapistolarociadorapreferiblementeafuera

y alejada por lo menos un largo de manguera de la bomba

rociadora.

 • Sirecogelossolventeslavadosenunrecipientemetálicodeun

galón, colóquelo en un recipiente vacío de cinco galones, luego

lave los solventes.

 • Eláreadebeestarlibredevaporesinamables.

 • Sigatodaslasinstruccionesdelimpieza.

IMPORTANTE: Deben limpiarse el rociador, la manguera y la pistola

totalmente después del uso diario. De lo contrario, se permite la

acumulación de material, afectando seriamente el rendimiento de la

unidad.

Siempre rocíe con la presión mínima

y sin la punta et cubierta de la pistola

al utilizar alcoholes minerales u otros

solventes para limpiar el rociador, la

manguera o la pistola. La acumulación

de electricidad estática puede producir

un incendio o explosión en la presencia

Reemplazo/mantenimiento del conjunto de la sello

Silapistolapulverizadoragoteaosalpicaenlapuntacuandosesueltael

gatillo,laagujaoelasientoestángastados,dañadososucios,ysedeben

reemplazarolimpiar.

Nunca intente realizar mantenimiento en la pistola

pulverizadora sin antes realizar un “Procedimiento de

liberación de presión”.

 1. Desconectelamangueradelíquidodelapistola.

 2. Retirelapuntaylacubierta.

 3. Conelgatillopresionado,retireeldifusordelapartedelanteradelapistola.

 4. Retirelatuercadesujeción,lacarcasatraseraylospasadoresde

retraccióndelaparteposteriordelcabezaldelapistola.

 5. Retireelconjuntodelajuntadelapartedelanteradelcabezaldela

pistola,empujandoogolpeandosuavementeenlaparteposteriordel

conjunto de la junta.

 6. Empapelaspiezasqueretiróenelsolventecorrespondientey

límpielas.

 7. Inspeccionequelaspiezasnoesténdesgastadasodañadas,yutilice

piezasnuevasduranteelreensamblajedelapistola,cuandosea

necesario.

NOTA: Lubrique todas las empaquetaduras y piezas móviles con

grasa a base de litio antes de reensamblar.

 8. Instaleelconjuntodelajuntaenlapartedelanteradelcabezaldela

pistola.

 9. Instalelospasadoresderetracciónenlaparteposteriordelcabezalde

lapistola.Deslicelacarcasatraseraenlospasadoresderetraccióny

fíjelaensuposiciónconlatuercadesujeción.

 10. Conelgatillopresionado,instaleeldifusorenlapartedelanteradel

cabezaldelapistolayaprietermementeconunallave.

Ajuste del conjunto de la junta

El ajuste apropiado del conjunto de la junta es esencial para

garantizar un cierre positivo al soltar el gatillo.

 1. Aprietelatuercadesujeciónhastaquelacarcasatraseraestéarascon

elcabezaldelapistola.

 2. Destornillelatuercadesujeción3/4degiro.

NOTA: Para vericar el ajuste del conjunto de la junta:

1. Mueva el seguro del gatillo de la pistola a la posición

bloqueada.

2. Tire del gatillo.

Con el seguro del gatillo enganchado, debe existir 0,7 mm (1/32”) de

movimiento entre la tuerca de sujeción y la carcasa trasera al tirar del

gatillo.

Retiro/reemplazo del ltro

1. Tire de la parte inferior del guardamonte hacia delante para que se

sueltedelconjuntodelapiezadesujeción.

 2. Suelteyretireelconjuntodelapiezadesujecióndelcabezaldelapistola.

 3. Girandoenelsentidohorario,destornilleelltrodelapistola.

NOTA: Con los roscados hacia la izquierda se debe girar el ltro

en el sentido horario para retirarlo.

 4. Girandoenelsentidoantihorario,atornilleelltronuevoolimpioen

la pistola.

 5. Asegúresedequelajuntadelapiezadesujeciónestéenposición

yenrosqueelconjuntodelapiezadesujeciónenelcabezaldela

pistola hasta que esté jo.

 6. Fijeelguardamontedevueltaenelconjuntodelapiezadesujeción.
