2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Analysemodul dient zur Kältemittelanalyse an Fahrzeug-Klima-
anlagen mit Kältemittel R-1234yf bestimmt. Das Gerät ist für den
kommerziellen Einsatz ausgelegt.
Die Bedienung des Analysemoduls darf nur durch Personen erfolgen,
welche die entsprechenden Fachkenntnisse zur Wartung von Klima-
anlagen besitzen.
3 Technische Beschreibung
Das Analysemodul dient zur Bestimmung des Reinheitsgrades von
R-1234yf. Es ist geeignet, um folgende Kältemittelanteile anzuzeigen:
R-1234yf
R-134a
R-22
HC (Kohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Isobutan oder Propan)
Das Analysemodul erstellt eine Übersicht über die prozentualen Anteile
der einzelnen Gase. Ein eventueller Luftanteil wird aufgerechnet (z. B.
100 % reines Kältemittel R-1234yf + 10 % Luft). Diese Übersicht wird auf
den Drucker des AirConServiceCenters ausgegeben.
Damit das Kältemittel rein ist, sollte der Anteil mindestens 95 % betragen.
Aus technischen Gründen kann das Analysemodul keinen Reinheitsgrad
unter 75 % anzeigen. Wenn zum Beispiel reines R-134a in der Klima-
anlage enthalten ist, zeigt das Analysemodul:
R-1234yf: 75 %
R-134a: 25 %
Kältemittel mit einem Reinheitsgrad unter 95 % wird vom
AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G nicht angenommen. Dieses
Kältemittel muss entsorgt werden.

Wenn „Bitte warten“ blinkt, wird das Kältemittel analysiert. Dieser
Vorgang kann bis zu zwei Minuten dauern.
Nach erfolgreicher Analyse wird das Ergebnis über den Drucker ausge-
geben.

4.2 Analysemodul nicht erkannt
Wenn der Menüpunkt „Kältemittelanalyse“ nicht angezeigt wird, hat
das AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G das Analysemodul nicht erkannt.
Gehen Sie dann wie folgt vor:
1. STOP drücken, um in das Standby-Menü zu wechseln.
2. Taste C drücken.
✓ Wenn das Analysemodul erkannt wird, wird folgende Displaymeldung
angezeigt.
Wenn das AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G das Analysemodul immer
noch nicht erkennt, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Stecker vom Analysemodul abziehen.
2. Pin-Belegung des Steckers prüfen.
3. Stecker einstecken.

2 Proper use
The analysis module determines the refrigerant analysis for vehicle air
conditioning systems with R-1234yf refrigerant. The device is designed
for commercial use.
The analysis module may only be operated by personnel who have the
expertise required for servicing air conditioning systems.
3 Technical description
The analysis module determines the degree of purity of R-1234yf. It is
suitable for displaying the percentages of the following refrigerants:
R-1234yf
R-134a
R-22
HC (hydrocarbons, e.g. isobutane or propane)
The analysis module creates an overview of the percentage shares of the
individual gases. A possible percentage of air is calculated (e.g. 100 %
pure R-1234yf refrigerant + 10 % air). This overview is output by the
AirConServiceCenter printer.
The percentage of refrigerant should be at least 95 % to ensure that it is
pure. Due to technical reasons, the analysis module cannot display a
degree of purity below 75%. If, for example, pure R-134a is contained in
the air conditioner, the analysis module displays:
R-1234yf: 75%
R-134a: 25%
Refrigerant with a degree of purity below 95 % is not accepted by the
ASC5300G AirConServiceCenter. This refrigerant must be disposed of.

AirConServiceCenter did not recognise the analysis module.
Then proceed as follows:
1. Press STOP to switch to the standby menu.
2. Press the C button.

analysis module, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the plug from the analysis module.
2. Check the plug’s pin assignment.

2 Uso adecuado
El módulo de análisis sirve para analizar el refrigerante R-1234yf de
equipos de aire acondicionado de vehículos. El aparato está diseñado
para el uso comercial.
El módulo de análisis debe ser manejado únicamente por personal con
conocimientos técnicos acerca del mantenimiento de equipos de aire
acondicionado.
3 Descripción técnica
El módulo de análisis sirve para determinar el grado de pureza de
R-1234yf. Es adecuado para indicar la proporción de los siguientes
ingredientes del refrigerante:
R-1234yf
R-134a
R-22
HC (hidrocarburos, por ejemplo, isobutano o propano)
El módulo de análisis crea una sinopsis de las proporciones de cada uno
de los gases. Se añade una eventual parte de aire (por ejemplo, 100 %
de refrigerante R-1234yf puro + 10 % de aire). Se da salida a esta sinop-
sis en la impresora del AirConServiceCenter.
Para que el refrigerante sea puro, su proporción debe ser de al menos el
95 %. Por motivos técnicos, el módulo de análisis no puede indicar un
grado de pureza inferior al 75 %. Si, por ejemplo, el equipo de aire
acondicionado contiene R-134a puro, el módulo de análisis indica:
R-1234yf: 75 %
R-134a: 25 %
El AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G no acepta refrigerante con un grado
de pureza inferior al 95 %. Ese refrigerante debe desecharse.

2 Utilisation conforme
Le module d’analyse sert à analyser le fluide frigorigène de climatisations
de véhicules utilisant le réfrigérant R-1234yf. L'appareil est prévu pour
l'utilisation commerciale.
Seules des personnes possédant les connaissances techniques néces-
saires à l'entretien des climatisations sont habilitées à utiliser le module
d’analyse.
3 Description technique
Le module d’analyse sert à déterminer le degré de pureté du R-1234yf.
Cela permet d’afficher les teneurs de réfrigérants suivants :
R-1234yf
R-134a
R-22
HC (hydrocarbures, par exemple isobutane ou propane)
Le module d’analyse donne une vue d’ensemble des teneurs en pour-
centage des différents gaz. La quantité d’air éventuelle est décomptée
(par ex. 100 % de réfrigérant pur R-1234yf + 10 % d’air). Cette vue
d’ensemble est imprimée sur l’imprimante du AirConServiceCenter.
Pour que le réfrigérant soit pur, sa teneur doit être d’au moins 95 %. Pour
des raisons techniques, le module d’analyse ne peut pas afficher de
degré de pureté inférieur à 75 %. Si le climatiseur contient par exemple
du R-134a pur, le module d’analyse affiche :
R-1234yf : 75 %
R-134a 25 %
Les réfrigérants présentant un degré de pureté inférieur à 95 % ne sont
pas acceptés par l’AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G. Ce réfrigérant doit
être éliminé.

2 Использование по назначению
Аналитический модуль предназначен для анализа климатических
условий в автомобильных кондиционерах, работающих на хлада-
гентах R-1234yf. Прибор рассчитан на коммерческое использование.
К эксплуатации аналитического модуля допускаются только лица,
обладающие специальной подготовкой по обслуживанию кондицио-
неров.
3 Техническое описание
Аналитический модуль служит для определения степени чистоты
хладагента R-1234yf. Отображаются данные о следующих компо-
нентах хладагента:
R-1234yf
R-134a
R-22
HC (углеводородные компоненты, например изобутан или
пропан)
Аналитический модуль выводит информацию о процентном
соотношении разных компонентов газа. При расчетах учитывается
содержание воздуха (например, 100 % чистого хладагента R-1234yf
+ 10 % воздуха). Результаты выводятся на принтер
AirConServiceCenter.
Хладагент не содержит примесей, если его содержание составляет
не менее 95 %. Из-за технических особенностей аналитический
модуль не отображает степень чистоты менее 75 %. Например, если
вклиматической установке содержится хладагент R-134a, не имею-
щий примесей, на дисплее модуля отображается:
R-1234yf: 75 %
R-134a: 25 %
AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G не принимает хладагенты, чья сте-
пень чистоты ниже 95 %. Такие хладагенты подлежат утилизации.

Если система AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G не смогла обнару-
жить аналитический модуль, вменю отсутствует пункт «Refrigerant
Test»
Выполните следующее:
1. Нажмите STOP, чтобы вернуться вменю ожидания.
2. Нажмите кнопку C.
✓ При обнаружении аналитического модуля на дисплее отобража-
ется следующее сообщение.
Если системе AirConServiceCenter ASC5300G по-прежнему не
удается найти аналитический модуль, выполните следующее:
1. Вытащите вилку аналитического модуля.
2. Проверьте расположение контактов ввилке.
3. Вставьте вилку.
Убедитесь, что вилка защелкнулась вразъеме полностью.
4. Нажмите STOP, чтобы вернуться вменю ожидания.
