Mantenimiento -3- -4- -5- La Porte Relevable est une façade destinée à masquer l'enceinte micro-ondes et permet l'harmonisation esthétique avec la façade du four traditionnel utilisé conjointement. Fonctionnement Un système pneumatique permet l'ouverture aisée de la porte relevable et assure son maintien en position haute, pour une accessibilité totale à l'enceinte micro-ondes. Installation * La hauteur de la niche d'encastrement est de 390 mm et sa largeur de 560 mm mini. (fig. 1). * Le dispositif peut être installé dans une niche plus haute ; le vide restant au-dessus de la façade étant comblé à l'aide d'un bandeau de même esthétique que le meuble. * Si une porte doit être installée au dessus de la porte relevable, il faut tenir compte du dépassement de la porte relevable qui représente quelques mm par rapport au haut de la niche (fig. 2). INSTALLATION DE L'ENCEINTE MICRO-ONDES AU-DESSUS D'UN FOUR TRADITIONNEL * Le compartiment micro-ondes doit inclure un déflecteur (voir fig. 5 & 6) qui renvoie la chaleur vers l'extérieur à partir du four inférieur, et aide à la ventilation du compartiment micro-ondes. * L'étagère sur laquelle est posée le four micro-ondes doit avoir une épaisseur d'au moins 15 mm. * Le meuble doit être en bois massif ou avoir une surface mélaminée. * Il faut prévoir un espace de 110 mm entre le haut du meuble et le plafond de la cuisine. * Le micro-ondes peut être placé au dessus d'un réfrigérateur encastrable ; cependant il doit être ventilé comme sur fig. 5. -6- Pour installer : 1 - Placer le micro-ondes dans l'ouverture. 2 - Centrer le sytème porte relevable dans l'ouverture. 3 - Ouvrir la porte relevable. Important : Avant de visser le système assurez-vous que le châssis est totalement carré pour que la porte fonctionne normalement (voir figure 3). 4 - Pointer les quatre trous (voir figure 1A) et fixer l'ensemble avec les 4 vis à bois fournies (figure 1B). 5 - Ouvrir la porte du micro-ondes. Soulever et pousser le micro-ondes jusqu'à ce que les deux pieds de celui-ci se positionnent dans les trous correspondants (fig. 4). Entretien Nettoyer l'intérieur et la porte avec de l'eau chaude et un nettoyant ménager doux dilué dans l'eau. NOTA : NE JAMAIS UTILISER de produits abrasifs, de diluants pour peinture ou des produits contenant de l'acétone ou du thrycloréthylène. Service après-vente : Le fabricant n'est pas tenu responsable pour les accidents ou des pannes résultant d'une non-observation des instructions ci-jointes. -7- A microwave oven can be placed behind the lift-up door system creating a custom builtin appearance that coordinates with the built-in oven below. How it works The door hinges allow the door to glide open easily. These hinges also insure that the door will stay completely open when it is fully raised. Installation * The installation opening must be a minimum of 390 mm high and 560 mm wide (see figure 1). * The lift-up door system may be installed in a space with a higher opening, but the extra space above the lift-up door system must be covered with a trim that matches the existing cabinets. * When installing a door above the lift-up door system, leave a space of a few mm above the opening for the upper part of the lift-up door (fig. 2). WHEN INSTALLING ABOVE A TRADITIONAL OVEN * The microwave oven compartment must include a deflector (as shown in figures 5 & 6) which guides heat away from the lower oven and helps to ventilate the microwave oven compartment. * The shelf supporting the microwave oven must be at least 15 mm thick. * The cabinet must be a solid wood or have a melamine covering. * There must be 110 mm of free space between the top cabinet and the ceiling. * The microwave oven can be located above a built-in refrigerator, however it must be ventilated as shown in figure 5. -8- To install : 1 - Place the microwave oven inside the opening. 2 - Center the lift-up door system in the opening. 3 - Open the lift-up door. Important : Before screwing the lift-up door system in place make sure the chassis is completely square to allow for proper door operation. (see figure 3) 4 - Mark four (4) screw holes (see figure 1A) and screw the lift-up door system in place with the four (4) wood screws provided (figure 1B). 5 - Open the door of the microwave oven. Reach inside and lift the microwave oven while pulling it forward to position the front two feet of the microwave oven into the matching holes (figure 4). Care and Cleaning Clean the inside of the lift-up door system and the lift-up door with warm water and a mild house-hold cleaner diluted in water. NOTE : NEVER USE abrasive products, paint thinners or products with an acetone or trichloroethyline base. Servicing : The manufacturer is not responsible for accidents or product failure resulting from failure to follow these instructions. -9- La porta basculante è una soluzione originale particolarmente adatta per integrare un forno a microonde da accosto in una colonna cottura in stile classico. Funzionamento Un sistema pneumatico permette l'apertura della porta basculante verso l'alto e la mantiene sollevata per facilitare l'accessibilità alla cavità del microonde. Installazione * L'altezza del vano d'incasso è di 390 mm e la larghezza è di 560 mm come minimo (fig. 1). * Il dispositivo può essere installato in una cavità più alta; lo spazio vuoto restante al di sopra della facciata dovrà essere coperto mediante un profilo in linea con l'estetica del mobile. * Se si deve installare un'altra porta al di sopra della porta rustica, bisogna tenere conto dello spazio necessario al movimento della porta basculante (fig. 2). INSTALLAZIONE DEL FORNO A MICROONDE AL DI SOPRA DI UN FORNO TRADIZIONALE * Il compartimento microonde deve includere un deflettore (fig. 5 e 6) che convogli il calore proveniente dal forno inferiore verso l'esterno e che favorisca la ventilazione del vano microonde. * Il piano d'appoggio del forno a microonde deve avere uno spessore di almeno 15 mm. * Il mobile deve essere di legno massiccio o avere una superficie melamminata. * Si deve prevedere uno spazio di 110 mm tra la sommità del mobile e il soffitto della cucina. * Il forno a microonde può essere posizionato al di sopra di un frigorifero da incasso purchè sia assicurata la ventilazione come mostrato in figura 5. - 10 - Per l'installazione : 1 - Posizionare il forno a microonde nell'apertura. 2 - Centrare il l'insieme della porta rustica nell'apertura. 3 - Aprire la porta basculante. Importante : Prima di fissare il sistema al mobile, assicurarsi che il telaio sia perfettamente in squadra affinchè la porta funzioni correttamente (fig. 3). 4 - Fissare il tutto con le quattro viti da legno fornite (fig. 1A). 5 - Aprire la porta del microconde, sollevarlo leggermente e spingerlo posizionando i due piedini nei corrispondenti fori (fig. 4). Manutenzione Pulire l'interno e lo sportello con acqua calda e un prodotto per la pulizia non aggressivo diluito in acqua. ATTENZIONE : NON USARE MAI prodotti abrasivi, diluenti per pittura o prodotti contenenti acetone o tricloretilene. Servizio post-vendita : Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilità per i guasti e i danni provocati da un uso improprio del prodotto. - 11 - La Puerta Basculante está ideada para ocultar un microondas, proporcionando una armonización estética con el horno. Funcionamento Un determinado sistema, permite la apertura de la puerta hacia arriba, la cual se mantiene en dicha posición sin necesidad de sostenerla, permitiendo un fácil acceso al microondas. Montaje * La altura del agujero de encastre es de 390 mm y el ancho de 560 mm mini. (fig. 1). * La puerta se puede instalar en un agujero más alto. El hueco por debajo de la puerta, se puede rellenar con un panel con la misma estética del mueble. * Si se instala una puerta encima de la puerta basculante, se debe tener en cuenta que al abrir la puerta basculante, ésta queda por encima de la otra (fig. 2). MONTAJE DE LA PUERTA POR ENCIMA DE UN HORNO TRADICIONAL * El compartimento para el microondas, debe incluir un deflector (fig. 5 y 6) que envía el calor hacia el exterior a partir del horno inferior, y ayuda a la ventilación del mismo compartimento. * La superficie sobre la cual se pone el microondas, debe tener un grosor de almenos 15 mm. * El mueble debe ser robusto y tener una superficie melaminada. * Se debe dejar un espacio de 110 mm entre lo alto del mueble y el plafón de la cocina. * El microondas se puede situar encima de un frigorífico integrable ; en este caso, debe poder ventilar fig. 5. - 12 - Para el montaje : 1 - Situar el microondas en la apertura. 2 - Centrar la puerta basculanete en la apertura. 3 - Abrir la puerta basculante. Importante : Antes de fijar el sistema, asegurarse que el chasis está totalmente cuadrado para que la puerta funcione normalmente. (ver fig. 3). 4 - Puntear los 4 agujeros (fig. 1A) y fijar el ensamblaje con los 4 tornillos (fig. 1B). 5 - Abrir la puerta del microondas, y colocarlo hasta que los 2 pies del mismo se posicionen en los agujeros correspondientes (fig. 4). Mantenimiento Limpiar el interior y la puerta con agua caliente y un producto de limpieza díluido en el agua. NOTA : NO UTILIZAR JAMÁS productos abrasivos, disolventes para pintura o productos que contenga acetona o thrycloréthylène.
