Congure Dot
Activate the Bluetooth function of your smartphone and launch Wellness
Coach - Sleep. Log in to your account and follow instructions to congure
your Dot�

USEFUL INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the battery
Please open the back cover with the help of the included plectrum (see
reference picture), insert the battery with the positive pole facing up and
close the device� If the LED is blinking green the battery is installed correctly;
if the LED is blinking red, the battery is low and needs to be changed�

Magnetic Cover
Position Dot
Slide the magnetic cover off, clip your Dot to the
corner of your pillowcase and snap the magnet
back on� The Dot should preferably be placed
halfway up the lapel of the pillowcase�
Note: the thickness of your pillowcase should be
less than (0.08) inches.
Activate Dot
If you want to change settings of your Dot or download your sleep data you
need to activate your Dot (and activate the Bluetooth of your smartphone)�
To activate your Dot, please tap two to three times your Dot: the green LED
lights up and ashes.

Download your sleep data
The Dot will turn on (the green LED will ash) 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after
the end time of the analysis period to facilitate the download of your data� Check
that your smartphone’s Bluetooth is turned on then open Wellness Coach - Sleep:
when you are on the home screen, the dot image is surrounded by a green circle�
Slide the screen down to download your data: the green LED of your Dot freezes
to conrm the download.
Outside this period, it is necessary to manually activate the Dot to download its
data. In this case, tap your Dot two or three times: the green LED ashes. Then
repeat the steps above�
The Dot only can store data for latest 7 days.

Insérer la pile
Veuillez ouvrir le couvercle arrière avec le plectre inclus (voir schéma ci-
dessous), insérez la pile avec le pôle positif vers le haut et fermez l’appareil�
Si la LED clignote vert, la pile est installée correctement; si la LED clignote
rouge, la pile est déchargée�

Attachez votre Dot à l’angle de votre taie d’oreiller
grâce à son couvercle magnétique� Le Dot doit
être situé de préférence à mi-hauteur sur le revers
de la taie d’oreiller�
Remarque : l’épaisseur de vote taie d’oreiller doit
être inférieure à 2 millimètres.
Activer Dot
Si vous souhaitez modier les paramètres de votre Dot ou télécharger vos
données de sommeil vous devez activer votre Dot (et activer le Bluetooth de
votre smartphone)� Pour activer votre Dot, veuillez tapotez deux à trois fois
votre Dot : la LED verte s’allume et clignote�

Télécharger vos données de sommeil
Le Dot s’activera (la LED verte clignote) 30 minutes avant et 30 minutes après l’heure de
FIN de la période d’analyse pour faciliter le téléchargement de vos données. Vériez que
le Bluetooth de votre smartphone est allumé puis ouvrez Wellness Coach - Sleep : lorsque
vous êtes sur l’écran d’accueil, l’image du Dot est entourée par un cercle vert� Slidez
l’écran vers le bas pour télécharger vos données : la LED verte de votre Dot se ge pour
vous conrmer le téléchargement.
En dehors de cette période, il est nécessaire d’activer manuellement le Dot pour
télécharger ses données� Dans ce cas, tapotez deux à trois fois sur votre Dot : la LED verte
clignote� Répétez ensuite les étapes indiquées ci-dessus�

Plaatsing
Schuif het magnetische deksel van het apparaat,
klem de Sleep Dot op de hoek van uw kussensloop
en klik de magneet terug op het apparaat�
Opmerking: uw kussensloop mag maximaal 2 mm

Inschakelen, verbinding maken en meten
Tik op de voorkant van uw Sleep Dot of schud twee keer licht met het

Uw dagelijkse rapport bekijken
Log in via de applicatie, tik op de voorkant van de Sleep Dot of schud twee
keer licht met het apparaat� Wacht tot de groene LED knippert de app
synchroniseert uw gegevens en u kunt uw dagelijkse rapport bekijken�
De Sleep Dot kan alleen de gegevens van de laatste 7 dagen bewaren,

dispositivo. Si el LED parpadea en color verde, signica que la batería se ha
instalado correctamente. Si el LED parpadea en color rojo, signica que la
batería está a un nivel bajo y necesita ser cambiada�

Posición
Deslice la cubierta magnética hacia fuera,
enganche el Sleep Dot a la esquina de la funda
de la almohada y coloque nuevamente el imán�
Nota: el espesor de la funda de la almohada
debe ser menor a (0,08) pulgadas.
Encendido, conexión y monitorización
Toque la parte frontal o agite ligeramente dos veces el Sleep Dot para
activarlo� Una vez que el LED verde se encienda y empiece a parpadear,

UTILIZZO DEL PRODOTTO
Insérer la pile
Rimuovi il dischetto magnetico con l’aiuto del plettro fornito (vedi immagine),
inserisci la pila a bottone con il polo positivo rivolto verso l’alto, quindi
riposiziona il dischetto� Se la spia LED lampeggia in verde la pila è inserita
correttamente; se la spia LED lampeggia in rosso la batteria è scarica e deve
essere sostituita�

Dot su un angolo della federa, quindi riposiziona
il dischetto�

Picchietta o scuoti lievemente Sleep Dot due volte per attivarlo� Quando
la spia LED si illumina e inizia a lampeggiare in verde, associa il dispositivo
mediante Bluetooth e imposta l’intervallo di monitoraggio automatico

referência), insira a pilha com o polo positivo para cima e feche o dispositivo�
Se o LED piscar verde a pilha está instalada corretamente; se o LED piscar
vermelho, a pilha está fraca e precisa de ser trocada�

Deslize a tampa magnética para fora, prenda o
seu Sleep Dot ao canto da sua fronha e volte a
fechar o íman�
Nota: A espessura da sua fronha deve ser inferior

O Dot só pode armazenar os dados dos últimos 7 dias. Certique-se de
