Operating Instructions
1. Adjust the pulp control to the desired amount of pulp (1 to 5)
in your juice. (See Figure 7.)
NOTE: Wash fruit and zest before juicing.
2. Cut citrus fruit in half, through the equator.
3. Depending on the size of the fruit to be juiced, rest the
self-reversing cone(s) on top of the sieves. Center the cut
side of the fruit over the top of the self-reversing cone.
4. Apply rm to moderate pressure to press the fruit down.
(See Figure 8.) The cone(s) will rotate, and juicing action
will begin.
IMPORTANT: When pressure is released, the Citrus Juicer
will turn OFF.
5. Press down onto the fruit again, the cone(s) will rotate in the
reverse direction.
IMPORTANT! For best results, repeat steps 4 and 5
several times.
6. Remove and discard used peels.
7. To continue juicing, rinse sieves and change cones,
if needed. Repeat steps 4 and 5 several times.
8. When all juicing is completed, remove and discard
used peels. Unplug the power-supply cord from the
electrical outlet.
9. Lift the upper and lower sieves up and off the base stem.
Grasp the juice container handle in one hand, and the power
base in the other. Turn the juice container counter-clockwise
to unlock, then lift up and off the power base.
10. Pour juice easily from the juice container’s drip-free spout.
User Maintenance Instructions
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any servicing requiring
disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualied appliance repair technician.
Care & Cleaning Instructions
CAUTION: Never immerse the power base, plug or cord in water
or any other liquid.
1. Always unplug the Citrus Juicer before cleaning.
2. To Disassemble: Pull cone(s) up and off the juice container’s
center stem. Separate cones for washing.
3. Lift the handle cover up to remove the upper/lower sieves
from the juice container.
4. To unlock the sieves rmly press on the pulp button while
pulling the tab from the center to separate the lower sieve
from the upper sieve.(See Figure 9.)
5. Grasp the juice container handle in one hand, and the power
base in the other. Turn the juice container counter-clockwise
to unlock, then lift up and off the power base.
6. Always rinse juicing cones, upper and lower sieves,
and juice container in warm, soapy water after every use
for both sanitary reasons and to make cleanup easier.
7. Use a soft kitchen brush to clean pulp from the upper and
lower sieves.
8. The storage lid, both juicing cones, upper and lower sieves,
and juice container are top-rack dishwasher safe.
9. Wipe the power base and base stem with a damp cloth
or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE THE POWER BASE IN WATER.
