To remove, gently press the card into the socket to eject Open the battery cover and remove the paper labeled “UIM/SIM Card Slot Area” before inserting the SIM card. Battery Installation To install a battery, slide the battery cover lock to the open position. Remove the battery door and insert a new battery. Replace the battery door ensuring the battery door lock is in the closed position. Always ensure your PDA is switched off when changing batteries. Pulling out Stylus Pen Adhering Protection Film • Gently wipe the LCD with a soft cloth before adding the protective film • Start by adhering the film to one corner of the LCD and apply film across the LCD. Avoid trapping air between the LCD and the film. • The Stylus pen is stored and removed from the rear of your PDA Optimus PDA SP5700series Quick Start Guide Charging the PDA Insert the handset into the cradle as shown below. To avoid damage to the charging connector do not force the PDA into the cradle. A spare battery can be inserted in the rear slot of both cradles and charged simultaneously. 4-Slot Cradle 1-Slot Cradle X OK Before using the PDA for the first time or when the unit has not been used for a long period of time, charge the battery for at least 3 hours and then perform a Hardware reset (see Software/Hardware reset section) Charging Status The charging indicator on the top of the PDA shows the current charge status. The LED on the charger displays the spare battery charging status Status x Red – Now Charging x Green – Charging Completed Trigger Handle Vehicle Cradle Press Lock Key when removing the PDA The LED light on the Vehicle Cradle and Trigger Handle indicates power is on. The current charge status is indicated by the charging indicator on the PDA. Press Lock Key when removing the PDA Optimus PDA SP5700series Quick Start Guide Software/Hardware Reset Under certain circumstances a Software or Hardware reset may be needed to be performed on your PDA. The below tables explain how to perform a software or hardware reset. Software Reset Press Reset button on the rear of the PDA using the Stylus Pen Hardware Reset Reset Press Power button and Reset button simultaneously Reset Only use the Stylus Pen provided to press the Reset button. Using sharp objects may cause damage to the PDA. PC Synchronization Press the Sync Button on the 4 slot cradle to sync PDA with PC. To communicate with a host PC, connect the PDA to the PC and run ActiveSync. Connection can be made via the Vehicle Cradle, Trigger Handle or either of the charging cradles. ActiveSync software can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com for installation on your PC. Optimal Scanning Direction OK Laser Imager Barcode • For Optimal scanning, hold the base of the barcode just below the PDA scanning unit. • Press and hold either scan button until the scan is complete X Optimus PDA SP5700series Quick Start Guide Troubleshooting Problem PDA turns itself off Battery did not charge Fail to use WiFi Tapping the screen buttons or icons does not activate ActiveSync is not working No sound is audible A message appears stating that ‘Memory Full’ PDA does not accept scan input Cause Solution PDA is in Sleep Mode. PDA turns off after a period of inactivity. The period can be set in Settings-Power tab. By pressing the power button, The PDA will return to the status it was before going in to sleep mode. Battery failed/end of life Change the battery. If the PDA is still not active, perform a Hard Reset PDA wasn’t inserted into the Cradle properly Insert the PDA into the Cradle again to charge I/O Connector is not clean Clean dust or rust with dry cloth Incorrect IP input Check the static IP and set again IP Crashed More than 2 PDAs are using the same static IP. Ask your system manager for the correct IP settings Lack of battery power WiFi communication may fail when the battery is low Temporary system error occurred Execute Software Reset and recalibrate the Stylus in the Settings-Stylus tab LCD screen does not calibrate correctly Recalibrate Stylus pen In Settings-Stylus tab PDA is not inserted into Cradle correctly Insert the PDA into the Cradle again and run ActiveSync Cradle is not connected Check the cable connection status and authenticity of the cable ActiveSync installed incorrectly Reinstall Active sync in the PC Connected as a Guest not the name you set Remove the PDA from the Cradle and re-insert. Zum Herausnehmen drücken Sie die Karte zuerst vorsichtig in den Steckplatz, um sie zu lösen. Stylus-Stift herausnehmen Schutzfolie aufkleben • Wischen Sie das LC-Display mit einem weichen Tuch ab, bevor Sie die Schutzfolie aufkleben. • Starten Sie dabei in einer Ecke des Displays und kleben Sie die Folie über das gesamte Display. Dabei dürfen keine Luftblasen zwischen dem Display und der Folie entstehen. • Der Stylus-Stift wird hinten in den PDA eingesteckt. Optimus PDA SP5700 Serie – Kurzanleitung PDA aufladen Legen Sie den PDA in die Ladestation wie unten angezeigt. Drücken Sie das Gerät nie mit Gewalt in die Ladestation, da der Ladeanschluss beschädigt werden könnte. Im Rückteil beider Ladestationen lässt sich ein zusätzlicher Akku einlegen, der gleichzeitig geladen wird. Ladestation mit 4 Steckplätzen Ladestation mit 1 Steckplatz X OK Bevor Sie den PDA zum ersten Mal verwenden oder falls das Gerät längere Zeit nicht genutzt wurde, laden Sie den Akku mindestens 3 Stunden lang auf und führen Sie anschließend einen Hardware-Reset durch (siehe Abschnitt „Software-/Hardware-Reset“). Ladezustand Die Akkuladeanzeige oben auf dem PDA zeigt den derzeitigen Ladezustand an. Die LED auf der Ladestation zeigt den Ladezustand des zusätzlichen Akkus. Zustand Rot – wird geladen Grün – Ladevorgang abgeschlossen Auslösehalterung Fahrzeugstation Drücken Sie auf die Verriegelungstaste, wenn Sie den PDA herausnehmen. Drücken Sie auf die Verriegelungstaste, wenn Sie den PDA herausnehmen. Die LEDs auf der Fahrzeugstation und der Auslösehalterung zeigen an, ob diese eingeschaltet sind. Den aktuellen Ladezustand erkennen Sie an der Ladeanzeige auf dem PDA. Optimus PDA SP5700 Serie – Kurzanleitung Software-/Hardware-Reset Es kann vorkommen, dass ein Software- oder Hardware-Reset Ihres PDA erforderlich ist. In der folgenden Tabelle wird beschrieben, wie Sie diese Aktionen durchführen. SoftwareReset Drücken Sie die Reset-Taste auf der Rückseite des PDA mit dem Stylus-Stift. HardwareReset Reset Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die Ein/Austaste und die Reset-Taste. Reset Drücken Sie die Reset-Taste nur mit dem zu Ihrem Gerät gehörigen Stylus-Stift. Mit spitzen Gegenständen können Sie den PDA beschädigen. Synchronisieren mit dem PC Drücken Sie die Sync-Taste auf der Ladestation mit 4 Steckplätzen, um den PDA mit Ihrem PC zu synchronisieren. Wenn Sie mit einem Host-PC kommunizieren, verbinden Sie den PDA mit dem PC und führen ActiveSync aus. Der Anschluss erfolgt über die Fahrzeugstation, die Auslösehalterung oder eine der Ladestationen. Die Software ActiveSync können Sie unter der Adresse http://www.microsoft.com herunterladen und auf Ihrem PC installieren. Optimale Scanrichtung OK X Laser Imager Barcode • Beim optimalen Scannen befindet sich die Unterseite des Barcodes genau unterhalb der Scanvorrichtung des PDAs. • Halten Sie eine der Scantasten gedrückt, bis der Scanvorgang abgeschlossen ist. Fehlerbehebung Problem PDA schaltet sich selbst aus Akku lädt sich nicht auf Fehler beim Verwenden von WiFi Keine Aktivierung durch Bildschirmtasten oder Symbole ActiveSync funktioniert nicht Kein Ton verfügbar Meldung „Memory Full“ bedeutet Speicher ist voll PDA akzeptiert keine Scaneingaben Optimus PDA SP5700serie – Kurzanleitung Ursache Lösung Der PDA ist im Energiesparmodus. Der PDA schaltet sich aus, nachdem er eine gewisse Zeit lang nicht benutzt wurde. Diese Zeitspanne kann in der Registerkarte „SettingsPower“ (Einstellungen-Stromversorgung) festgelegt werden. Wenn Sie die Ein-/Austaste drücken, kehrt der PDA in den Zustand vor dem Energiesparmodus zurück. Akku kaputt/Akkulebensdauer überschritten Wechseln Sie den Akku. Ist der PDA immer noch nicht aktiv, führen Sie einen Hard-Reset durch. Der PDA wurde nicht korrekt in die Ladestation eingelegt. Legen Sie den PDA erneut in die Ladestation zum Laden. Der E-/A-Anschluss ist verschmutzt. Wischen Sie Staub oder Rost mit einem trockenem Tuch ab. Falsche IP-Eingabe Überprüfen Sie die statische IP und versuchen Sie es erneut. IP ist abgestürzt. Mehr als zwei PDAs verwenden dieselbe statische IP. Fragen Sie Ihren Systemmanager nach den korrekten IPEinstellungen. Mangelnder Akkuladezustand Die WiFi kann fehlschlagen, wenn der Akku zu schwach ist. Vorübergehender Systemfehler Führen Sie einen Software-Reset durch und ändern Sie die Einstellungen für den Stylus in der Registerkarte „SettingsStylus“ (Einstellungen-Stylus). Display stellt sich nicht korrekt ein Ändern Sie die Einstellungen für den Stylus in der Registerkarte „Settings-Stylus“ (Einstellungen-Stylus). Der PDA wurde nicht korrekt in die Ladestation eingelegt. Legen Sie den PDA erneut in die Ladestation und führen Sie ActiveSync aus. Die Ladestation ist nicht verbunden. Überprüfen Sie das Kabel und ob es korrekt ist. ActiveSync wurde fehlerhaft installiert. Installieren Sie ActiveSync erneut auf dem PC. Sie sind als „Guest“ und nicht mit dem festgelegten Namen verbunden. Nehmen Sie den PDA aus der Ladestation und legen Sie ihn erneut ein. Geben Sie den PDA-Namen erneut ein. Die Lautstärke ist zu leise eingestellt. Überprüfen Sie den Schieberegler für die Lautstärke unter „Settings“ (Einstellungen). Der Lautsprecher ist nicht sauber. Entfernen Sie den Staub im Lautsprecher. Auf dem PDA sind zu viele Dateien gespeichert. Übertragen Sie gespeicherte Daten auf den PC oder löschen Sie nicht benötigte Dateien. Die Speicherzuweisung ist zu gering. Passen Sie die Speicherzuweisung im Systemspeicher an. Das Scanfenster ist verschmutzt oder verdeckt. Reinigen Sie das Scanfenster vorsichtig mit einem weichen Tuch. Der zu scannende Barcode wurde während des Scanvorgangs bewegt. Scannen Sie den Barcode erneut, ohne ihn zu bewegen. Das Scanprogramm war nicht aktiv. Aktivieren Sie „Run Scanner“ (Scanner aktivieren) in der Registerkarte „Settings-Barcode“ (Einstellungen-Barcode). Der Barcode ist unlesbar. Vergewissern Sie sich über den Zustand des Barcodes. Die Entfernung zwischen Scanfenster und Barcode war nicht korrekt. Halten Sie einen korrekten Scanabstand ein (15 cm). Das Barcode-Programm erkennt diesen Barcode-Typ nicht. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Barcode-Programm den BarcodeTyp erkennt. Sie scannen im direkten Sonnenlicht. Neigen Sie den Barcode bis auf 45° oder scannen Sie ihn mit der Rückseite gegen das Sonnenlicht. Para quitarla, presione con cuidado la tarjeta hacia la dentro, y suéltela. Abra la tapa de la batería y quite el papel etiquetado “UIM/SIM Card Slot Area” antes de introducir la tarjeta SIM. Instalación de la Batería Para instalar la batería, abra el pestillo de la tapa de la batería. Retire la tapa de la batería e inserte una batería. Vuelva a poner la tapa de la batería y asegúrese que el pestillo de la tapa esta en posición ‘Close’. Siempre asegúrese que su PDA esta apagada cuando vaya a cambiar la batería. Sacando el Puntero Stylus Adhiriendo una protector de pantalla • Con cuidado limpie la pantalla LCD con un trapo suave antes de poner el protector. • Empiece pegando una punta en una esquina de la pantalla LCD y aplique el protector por toda la pantalla. Evite crear burbujas pasando un trapo sobre el protector al mismo tiempo que lo pone. • El Puntero Stylus se guarda en la parte trasera de su PDA. Optimus PDA SP5700series Guía de Inicio Cargando la PDA Introduzca el terminal en la cuna como se muestra abajo. Para evitar daños al conector de carga no fuerce la PDA al introducirla en la cuna. Una batería de sustitución puede ser introducida en el hueco posterior tanto en las cunas como en los cargadores, simultáneamente junto con un terminal. Cunas en línea para 4 terminales Cuna para un terminal X OK Antes de utilizar la PDA por primera vez o cuando la unidad no ha sido utilizada durante un largo periodo de tiempo, cargue la batería al menos durante 3 horas y después realice un Reseteo Hard (vea Reset Hardware en la pág. 4) Estado de la Carga El indicador de carga situado arriba de la PDA muestra el estado actual de la carga. El LED en el cargador muestra el estado de la batería de sustitución. Estados x Rojo – Cargando x Verde – Completamente cargado Mango Cuna de Automóvil Presione el botón pestillo para retirar la PDA El LED en la cuna de vehiculo y en el mango indica que está encendida la PDA. El estado de la carga es indicado por el LED de carga de la misma en la PDA. Presione el botón pestillo para retirar la PDA Optimus PDA SP5700series Guía de Inicio Reseteo Hardware y Software Bajo ciertas circunstancias puede que se necesite realizar a la PDA un reseto Hardware o Software. Las siguientes tablas muestran como realizar un reseteo Hardware y Software Reseto Software Presione con el puntero el botón de Reset que se encuentra en la parte trasera de la PDA. Reseteo Hardware Encienda el equipo, mientras pulsa al mismo tiempo el botón de Reset. Reset Reset Utilice solo el Puntero Stylus proporcionado con la PDA para pulsar el botón de Reset. Utilizar objetos afilados puede dañar la PDA. Un Reseteo Hard deja la PDA igual que cuando sale de fabrica. Borrará todos sus datos. Sincronización con un PC Presione el botón ‘Sync’ de una de las cunas en línea, para sincronizar con el PC Para comunicarse con un PC, conecte la PDA a un PC y ejecute el programa ActiveSync. La conexión puede realizarse también a través de la cuna para vehículos, el mango o incluso las cunas cargadoras. El software de sincronización puede descargarse de http://www.microsoft.com e instalarlo en su PC. Posición de Lectura Optima OK Lector Láser Lector de Imagen Código de Barras • Para la lectura optima, mantenga la base del código de barras justo debajo de la PDA. • Presione y mantenga pulsado el botón de escaneo hasta que se realice la lectura. X Optimus PDA SP5700series Guía de Inicio Resolución de problemas mas comunes Problema La PDA se apaga sola La batería no carga. No funciona el Wifi Pulso en la pantalla y no hace nada. ActiveSync no funciona. Causa Solución La PDA pasa a modo de ahorro de energía. La PDA se apaga sola después de un periodo de inactividad. Este periodo puede ser configurado en la opción Settingspestaña Power. Pulsando el botón de encendido, la PDA volverá al estado en que estaba antes de entrar en el modo ahorro. La batería esta agotada o estropeada Cambie la batería. Si la PDA aun no está aun funcional, realice un Reseto Hard. La PDA no está puesta en la cuna correctamente. Pruebe a insertar la PDA en la cuna de nuevo. El conector de E/S no esta limpio. Limpie el polvo o la suciedad con un trapo seco. Ha puesto una IP incorrecta. Compruebe la IP estática y pruebe de nuevo. Esa IP no funciona Mas de dos PDAs están usando la misma IP. Pregunte a su administrador de red sobre la configuración correcta. La batería tiene poca carga. La comunicación Wifi puede fallar cuando hay poca batería. Ha ocurrido un error y se ha bloqueado la PDA temporalmente. Hagala un Reseteo Soft y recalibre el puntero en Settings pestaña Stylus. La pantalla no está correctamente calibrada. Recalibre el puntero en Settings - pestaña Stylus. La PDA no esta correctamente metida en la cuna. Inserte la PDA en la cuna y ejecute ActiveSync de nuevo. La cuna no está conectada. Compruebe el estado del cable de conexión y la autenticidad del mismo. ActiveSync no esta bien instalado Reinstale ActiveSync y reinicie el PC. Está conectado como invitado y no es el nombre que usted puso. Quite la PDA de la cuna y vuelva a ponerla. Vuelva a poner el nombre de la PDA. La configuración del volumen esta bajo. Compruebe la barra del volumen. El altavoz está sucio. Quite el polvo del altavoz. Demasiada información almacenada en la PDA. Transfiera parte de los datos al PC o borre los que no usa. La ha asignado poca memoria. Ajuste la asignación de memoria en Settings - System – Memory. La venta del lector esta sucia u obstruida. Con cuidado, limpie la ventana del lector con un trapo suave. El código de barras se movió cuando lo intentó leer. Mantenga quieto el código durante su lectura. El programa del lecturas no está funcionado. Ejecute ‘Run Scanner’ en Settings- pestaña Barcode. Código en mal estado o ilegible. Asegúrese que el código no esta defectuoso. La distancia entre el lector y el código no es la correcta. Asegúrese que está trabajando dentro de la zona de lectura (15cm) El programa del lector no reconoce el tipo de código de barras. Asegúrese que el código que lee, está habilitado en el programa del lector. Lectura bajo luz directa del Sol. Incline el código 45º o lea el código de espaldas al Sol. Casi no se oye. Aparece un mensaje diciendo: “Memory Full” La PDA no escanea códigos de barras. Pour l’enlever, appuyer sur la carte Mini-SD puis la relacher Ouvrir le couvercle de la batterie et découper l’étiquette marquée “UIM/SIM Card Slot Area” avant d’insérer la carte SIM Installation de la batterie Pour installer la batterie, mettre sur la position Open. Enlever le couvercle de la batterie et insérer la batterie. Mettre sur la position Lock pour fermer le couvercle de la batterie. Il faut éteindre le PDA avant de changer la batterie. Utiliser le Stylet Installation du film de protection • Nettoyer l’écran avec un chiffon non abrasif avant de mettre le film de protection. • Commencer par mettre le film par un des quatres côtés de l’écran vers le côté opposé en prenant soin de ne pas laisser de bulles d’air. • Le Stylet est logé et s’enlève par le devant du PDA. Optimus PDA SP5700series Manuel de première utilisation Mise en charge de la batterie du PDA Insertion du PDA dans le puits suivant le schéma ci-dessous. Pour prévenir de la détérioration du connecteur de mise en charge, il ne faut pas insérer avec force le PDA dans le puits. Une batterie supplémentaire peut être insérée dans le logement prévu à cet effet. Les deux batteries se chargeront simultanément. Puits multiple 4 positions Puits simple position X OK Avant d’utiliser le PDA pour la première fois ou quand le PDA n’a pas été utilisé depuis longtemps, il faut mettre celuici en charge pendant au moins 3 heures et faire un Hard reset (voir le Hard reset à la page 5) Etat de charge de la batterie L’indicateur de charge se situe en haut du PDA par une LED dont l’état dépend de la couleur de celle-ci. Etat x Rouge – En charge x Vert – Charge Complète Poignée Fixation de véhicule Appuyer sur le bouton bleu pour enlever le PDA La LED sur la fixation de véhicule ou la poignée indique que le PDA est allumé. Appuyer sur le bouton bleu pour enlever le PDA Optimus PDA SP5700series Manuel de première utilisation Soft/Hard Reset Dans certaines conditions un reset Soft ou hard est nécessaire. Le schéma, ci-dessous, vous indique comment le réaliser. Soft Reset Appuyer sur le bouton Reset button à l’arrière du PDA à l’aide du stylet Appuyer simultanément sur la touche marche/arrêt et le bouton Reset Hard Reset Reset Reset Seule l’utilisation du stylet est permise pour appuyer sur le bouton Reset. L’utilisation d’un autre objet pouvant endommager le PDA. Synchronisation avec le PC Appuyer sur le bouton Sync du puits multiple 4 positions pour la synchronisation avec le PC. Pour communiquer avec le PC, il faut connecter le PDA au PC et utiliser ActiveSync. La connection avec le PC peut se faire via la fixation de véhicule, la poignée ou les puits (Simple & multiple). Le logiciel ActiveSync peut être téléchargé sur le site http://www.microsoft.com . Utilisation du lecteur 1D et 2D OK Laser (1D) Imager (2D) Barcode • Pour une lecture optimum, positionner le lecteur en face du code à barres. • Appuyer sur la gâchette du lecteur jusqu’à la lecture de ce code à barres. X Optimus PDA SP5700series Manuel de première utilisation Résolution des problèmes Problème Extinction intempestive du PDA La batterie ne se charge pas Le WIFI ne fonctionne pas Le double clic sur un icône ne lance pas l’application correspondante ActiveSync ne fonctionne plus Cause Solution Le PDA est en mode veille Le PDA s’éteint automatiquement après une période d’inactivité. Cette période peut être modifiée dans les paramètres d’alimentation. En appuyant sur la touche Marche, le PDA retourne dans sa phase précédente. Batterie défectueuse Changement de la batterie. Si le PDA semble inactif, il faut faire un hard reset Le PDA n’a pas été inséré dans son puits correctement. Mettre le PDA dans son puits correctement Le connecteur E/S est sale Nettoyer ce connecteur avec un chiffon non abrasif L’adresse IP est incorrecte Vérifier l’adresse IP Conflit de l’adresse IP Vérifiez que l’adresse IP utilisée ne corresponde pas à un l’adresse IP d’un autre PDA La batterie est faible La communication WIFI peut s’interrompre dans le cas ou la batterie n’est pas suffisamment chargée Intervention d’une erreur système Faire un Soft Reset et le cas échéant re-calibrer l’écran avec l’utilitaire correspondant L’écran n’est plus calibré correctement Re-calibrer l’écran avec l’utilitaire correspondant Le PDA n’a pas été inséré dans son puits correctement. Remettre le PDA dans son puits, vérifier que le nom de cette connexion a bien été sauvegardé par l’utilitaire de sauvegarde du partenariat. Per estrarre, premere leggermente la scheda nell’alloggiamento per farla uscire. Aprire la cover della batteria e rimuovere l’etichetta con scritto “UIM/SIM Card Slot Area” prima di inserire la carta SIM. Montaggio batteria Per installare la batteria, far scorrere il blocco della cover batteria nella posizione “open”. Dopo aver sostituito la batteria assicurarsi che il blocco della cover batteria sia nella posizione “lock”. Assicuratevi sempre che il vostro PDA sia spento quando cambiate la batteria. Estrazione del pennino Montaggio della pellicola protettiva • Strofinare leggermente con un panno morbido lo schermo LCD prima di mettere la pellicola protettiva. • Iniziare a far aderire la pellicola in un angolo dello schermo LCD e poi far aderire al resto. Evitare di far passare aria tra la pellicola e lo schermo LCD. • Il pennino è alloggiabile ed estraibile dal retro del vostro PDA Optimus PDA SP5700series Guida rapida Caricare il PDA Inserire il PDA nella culla come mostrato sotto. Per evitare danni ai connettori per la carica delle batterie non forzare l’inserimento del PDA nella culla. Una batteria aggiuntiva può essere inserita nel retro di entrambi i tipi di culla di ricarica e venire ricaricata contemporaneamente al PDA. Culla a 4-Posizioni Culla a 1-Posizione X OK Prima di usare il PDA per la prima volta o quando non è stato usato per un lungo periodo di tempo, caricare la batteria per almeno 3 ore e poi eseguire un reset Hardware (vedere la sezione reset Software/Hardware) Stato della carica L’indicatore di carica nella parte superiore del PDA mostra lo stato di carica corrente. Il LED sulla culla di ricarica mostra lo stato di carica della batteria aggiuntiva. Status x Rosso – In carica x Verde – Carica completata Impugnatura a pistola Culla veicolare Premere il tasto “Lock“ quando si rimuove il PDA Il LED illuminato sulla Culla veicolare e sull’Impugnatura a pistola indicano che il PDA è acceso. Lo stato corrente di carica è indicato dall’indicatore di carica posto sul PDA. Premere il tasto “Lock“ quando si rimuove il PDA Optimus PDA SP5700series Guida rapida Reset Software/Hardware In alcune circostanze può rendersi necessario effettuare un reset Software o Hardware sul vostro PDA. La tabella sotto spiega come effettuare un reset software o hardware. Reset Software Premere il tasto Reset sul retro del PDA usando il pennino. Reset Hardware Reset Premere il tasto accensione e il tasto Reset contemporaneamente Reset Usare solo il pennino in dotazione per premere il tasto Reset. Usare oggetti appuntiti può causare il danneggiamento del PDA. Sincronizzazione del PC Premere il tasto “Sync” sullo slot della culla a 4 posizioni per sincronizzare il PDA con il PC. Per comunicare con un PC host, collegare il PDA al PC e eseguire ActiveSync. Il collegamento può essere fatto con la culla veicolare, l’impugnatura a pistola oppure con le culle di ricarica. Il software per l’istallazione su PC ActiveSync può essere scaricato dal sito http://www.microsoft.com . Direzione di lettura ottimale OK Laser Imager Codice a barre • Per una lettura ottimale tenere la base del codice a barre appena al di sotto del PDA. • Premere e mantenere premuto uno dei due tasti di scansione finché la lettura è completa X Optimus PDA SP5700series Guida rapida Risoluzione problemi Problema Il PDA si spegne da solo La batteria non si carica Problemi con l’uso del WiFi Toccando i tasti a schermo o le icone non si attiva ActiveSync non funziona Non si sente alcun suono Appare un messaggio che indica memoria piena Il PDA non accetta il codice letto Causa Soluzione Il PDA è in sleep mode Il PDA si spegne dopo un periodo di inattività. La durata del periodo può essere impostata nella voce Settings-Power. Premendo il tasto accensione, il PDA ritornerà nello stato in cui era prima di andare in sleep mode. Problema alla batteria o fine della vita della batteria Cambiare la batteria. Se il PDA è ancora inattivo, fare un reset hardware. Il PDA non è inserito nella culla correttamente Inserire nuovamente il PDA nella culla Il connettore I/O non è pulito Pulire il connettore con un panno asciutto Incorretto IP input Controllare l’IP statico e riprovare IP Crashed Più di 2 PDA stanno usando lo stesso IP statico. Chiedere all’amministratore del sistema le corrette impostazioni IP Batteria scarica La comunicazione WiFi può cadere in caso di batteria scarica E’ avvenuto un errore temporaneo di sistema Fare un Reset Software e ricalibrare il pennino nelle impostazioni Settings-Stylus Lo schermo LCD non è calibrato correttamente Ricalibrare il pennino nelle impostazioni Settings-Stylus Il PDA non è correttamente inserito nella culla Inserire nuovamente il PDA nella culla e lanciare ActiveSync La culla non è collegata Controllare il collegamento del cavo e l’autenticità del cavo ActiveSync installato in modo non corretto Re-installare ActiveSync nel PC Collegamento come Guest e non con il nome impostato Rimuovere il PDA dalla culla e re-inserirlo. Impostare nuovamente il nome del PDA.
