Perl de ejercicio y programa de objetivos
La consola le permite seleccionar el programa de perl y el tipo de objetivo para sus sesiones de ejercicio (distancia, tiempo o calorías) y establecer
el valor de objetivo.
Nota: En algunos programas de perfiles, el objetivo no se puede ajustar (por ejemplo: el ejercicio 5K Pacer tiene un objetivo de distancia de
5K).
1. Sitúese en las plataformas de apoyo laterales para los pies.
2. Pulse el botón User (Usuario) para seleccionar el perl de usuario deseado.
3. Pulse los botones de programas para seleccionar una categoría de ejercicios.
4. Pulse los botones Aumentar () o Disminuir () para seleccionar un perfil de ejercicios y pulse OK.
Si el ejercicio seleccionado es Heart Rate Target, la consola solicitará los latidos por minuto (BPM/LPM) deseados para el ejercicio. Utilice los
botones Aumentar () o Disminuir () para ajustarlo y pulse OK.
Si el programa de ejercicios seleccionado permite la personalización del perl de inclinación o de velocidad, la consola mostrará en la pantalla
“EDIT INCLINE” (Editar inclinación). Pulse los botones Aumentar () o Disminuir () para cambiar el ajuste actual y pulse los botones Izquier-
da () o Derecha () para cambiar el segmento del perfil activo. Pulse OK para aceptar el perl de inclinación.
Nota: La pantalla “EDIT SPEED” (Editar velocidad) funciona de la misma forma.
5. Use los botones Aumentar () o Disminuir () para ajustar la velocidad mínima de la cinta y pulse OK. El programa de perfiles se ajustará
para que el valor de velocidad mínima sea la velocidad menor del programa de perfiles cuando se acepte.
