Mobile dispenser for Urea solutions (AdBlue®) drums with electric pump,
digital meter and cable reel.
The unit includes:
• Heavy-Duty trolley for drums (432 814).
• Electric pump (560 230)
• Cable reel (612 100).
• In-line meter with digital display (366 010).
• Automatic nozzle (569 005).
• Suction hose, delivery hose and drum connector.
Dispensador móvil para bidones de urea (AdBlue®), con bomba
eléctrica, medidor contador digital y enrollador eléctrico.
La configuración incluye:
• Carro porta bidones con rueda neumática (432 814).
• Bomba electrica (560 230).
• Enrollador electrico, (612 100).
• Contador de línea electrónico (366 010).
• Boquerel de suministro, succión de corte automático (569 005).

Monte el conjunto manillar (1) sobre la base del
carro (2) utilizando los tornillos (3) y arandelas
(4) como se muestran en la imagen 1.
ASSEMBLY PHASE 1
Fix handlebar (1) to the trolley base (2) by
using screws (3) and washers (4), see Figure 1.

Fije el soporte del enrollador (5) al conjunto
manillar con los tornillos (7), arandelas (8) y
tuercas (9).

Fix reel bracket (5) to the handlebar assembly,
with screws (7), washers (8) and nuts (9).

Befestigen Sie den Lenkrahmen (1) am
Fahrwagenboden (2) unter Verwendung der
Schrauben (3) und Unterlegscheiben (4), siehe
Abb. 1.

Befestigen Sie die Schlauchaufrollerkonsole (5) am
Lenkrahmen unter Verwendung der Schrauben
(7), Unterlegscheiben (8) und Muttern (9).

Fije el enrollador (10) en el soporte del
enrollador (5), usando los tornillos (7),
arandelas (8) y tuercas (9).

(7), washers (8) and nuts (9).

FASE DE MONTAJE 4
Realice el montaje eléctrico del enrollador (10)
con la bomba (11). Para ello desmonte la tapa
de la caja de conexiones (12) para desconectar
el cable de alimentacion de la bomba y en su
lugar coloque el cable de alimentación del
enrollador (13).
ASSEMBLY PHASE 4
Make the electrical connection between hose reel
(10) and pump (11). In order to do that, unscrew
the connection box lid (12) so that pump power
cord can be removed and connect instead the
power supply cable from hose reel (13).

Montieren Sie den Schlauchaufroller an der
Schlauchaufrollerkonsole (5) unter Verwendung
der Schrauben (7), Unterlegscheiben (8) und
Muttern (9).

MONTAGE PHASE 4
Um die Pumpe (11) und den Schlauchaufroller
(10) elektrisch zu verbinden, schrauben Sie die
Abdeckung des Anschlusskastens der Pumpe (12)
ab, ziehen Sie das Stromversorgungskabel und
stecken stattdessen das Stromversorgungskabel
des Schlauchaufrollers (13) an.
