Read these installation instructions and review the
diagrams thoroughly before installing the track
system. Save these instructions.
□ This track light is rated at 120 volts, 60Hz,
17.86W, 160mA.
□ For use with LIFORM’s “L” Series track
system only.
WARNING: Disconnect electrical power before
adding to or changing the configuration of the track.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire and electric
shock, do not attempt to connect power tools,
extension cords, appliances, and the like to the track.
Do not attempt to energize anything other than
lighting track luminaires on the track.
WARNING: Changes or modification to this unit not
expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user's authority to operate
the equipment.
WARNING: This equipment has been tested and
found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital
device pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable installation
protection. This equipment generates and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used
in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference to radio
or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one
or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving area.
Increase the separation between the equipment
and the receiver.
Connect the equipment into a different outlet and
circuit from the receiver outlet and circuit.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV

wet locations.
CAUTION: Do not install any part of this luminaire
less than 5 ft. above the floor.
CAUTION: Do not install any luminaire assembly
closer than 6 in. from any curtain, or similar
combustible material.
Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three
(3) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products
used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer's only obligation, and your
exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion, provided that the
product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect, or mishandling.
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any
way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of
the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other
failure not relating to faulty material workmanship. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability and shall not
be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including labor/expense costs involved in the
replacement or repair of said product.

Before you begin installation, check to ensure all parts listed in the Package Contents section are contained within
the packaging and that there is no damage to any of the parts.

□ Push the top portion of the LED track light (A) into
the slot on the track.
□ Pull down the locking tab on the adapter portion of
the LED track light (A).
□ Turn the two copper conductors (1) on the LED track
light (A) 90° toward the ground groove (2) on the
track (not included).
□ Rotate the adapter 90° to lock the LED track
light (A) into a section of the track.

de riel (A) 90° hacia la muesca de tierra (2) en el riel
(no incluido).
□ Gire el adaptador 90° para cerrar la lámpara LED de
riel (A) en una sección del riel.
