− Only transport the ladder when it is closed.
− To avoid excessive wear or loading at vehicle support
points: when transporting the ladder, make sure that it is
adequately secured on the roof rack or loading area.
− Do not climb the ladder in the event of strong wind or storms.
− Do not place any tools or other objects on the treads and
do not hang anything on the ladder. Only use the storage
tray as such.
− Avoid work resulting in a one-sided load such as drilling
through a material like concrete sideways.
− Only move light, manageable objects on the ladder. Use
the storage tray for tools or similar to keep your hands as
free as possible.
− When working, always firmly hold onto the ladder with
one hand or use additional safety features.
− Only climb the ladder with slip-resistant shoes.
− Only wear tightly fitting clothing when you climb the
ladder. If you are wearing a long scarf or similar, you could
catch yourself and fall off the ladder.
− Keep the ladder clean, free from grease, oil, mud, snow,
wet paint and other slippery material. Keep your shoes
clean; leather soles should not be used.
− Only use the ladder for tasks that are quickly completed.
Climb down the ladder immediately and step off it if you
feel tired.
− Do not extend the ladder in a makeshift manner and also
do not modify its shape and function in any manner.
− To protect children, do not leave ladder set up and
unattended.
− Make sure that children do not play with the plastic
wrapping, they may get caught in the wrapping and
could suffocate.
