Install the nut and screw to the
top hub (See Figure D-1) before
attaching to the tray. Attach the
top hub to the bottom of the
upper tray using (4) 8 x 5/8”
truss head screws in the
pre-drilled hole locations.
Note: Position the hub so the
rounded opening lines up with
the post mounting screw hole
(See Figure D-2).
STEP 4
Install the top pivot bracket,
detent stop and bottom pivot
bracket in the marked locations
from step 1 using (8) 8 x 5/8”
truss head screws
(See Figures B-1 and B-2).

Install the nut and screw to the
arrester hub (See Figure C-1)
before attaching to the tray.
Attach the arrester hub to the
bottom of the arrester tray as
shown using (4) 8 x 5/8” truss
head screws in the pre-drilled hole
locations.
Note: Position arrester hub with
post mounting screw hole to the
right side of the tray
(See Figure C-2).
Use the provided template to mark
the hole locations for the pivot
brackets in the top and bottom of
the cabinet
(See Figures A-1 and A-2).

Install the detent hub to the
bottom of the bottom tray as
shown using (4) 8 x 5/8” truss
head screws in the pre-drilled
hole locations.
Note: Position the notch in the
hub on the right side of the tray
(See Figure E).

Assemble these components to the
post assemby in this order: upper
tray assembly, arrester tray assembly,
chrome hub and bottom tray
assembly (See Figure F).
STEP 6
Push all assemblies toward the
bottom of the post assembly to insert
into the cabinet. (See Figure G).
STEP 7
Place in cabinet as shown, push the
post assembly into the cabinet to
clear the face frame and slide the
trays into the cabinet. Once inside,
push the assemblies back toward the
bottom of the post (See Figures H-1
and H-2).
STEP 8
Place the post on the bottom pivot
bracket, align the upper post and
insert into the top pivot bracket then
tighten the post screw (See Figures
I-1 and I-2).

Screw the chrome hub to the
bottom tray using (3) 8 x 5/8” at
head wood screws (See Figure M).
STEP 13
Slide the arrester tray assembly up
to the desired height and tighten
the screw securely to the post.
(See Figure K).
Slide the bottom tray assembly
and chrome hub up, insert the pin
into the post and press the bottom
tray down positioning the bottom
hub onto the pin. Press tray down
rmly until the pin snaps into the
bottom tray hub
(See Figure L-1 and L-2).
Slide the upper tray assembly up
to the desired height, insert the
1/4 x 20” square nut to left side of
hub, insert the 1/4 x 20” pan head
screw through the right side of hub
and tighten (See Figure J).
Note: Tighten second screw
(installed from step 4) securely
to post.

Insert the hooks into the slots of
the upper tray (See Figure N).

Instale el nodo superior en la parte
inferior de la bandeja superior como
se muestra utilizando 4 tornillos de
cabeza cilíndrica de 8 x 5/8” en los
agujeros pretaladrados.
Nota: Coloque el nodo de modo
que la apertura redonda se alinee
con el agujero del tornillo del
postensamblaje (véase la gura D).
Installez le moyeu supérieur au fond du
plateau supérieur tel qu’illustré à l’aide
de (4) vis à tête bombée de 8 x 5/8”
dans les trous prépercés.
Remarque : placez le moyeu de façon à
ce que l’ouverture arrondie soit alignée
vers le haut avec le trou de la vis de
montage du poteau (voir Figure D).

superior, el retén y la abrazadera
de pivote inferior en los lugares
marcados del paso 1, utilizando 8

Monte estos componentes en el
postensamblaje en este orden:
ensamblaje de la bandeja superior,
ensamblaje de la bandeja descargadora,
nodo cromado y ensamblaje de la
bandeja inferior (véase la gura F).
Assemblez ces composants sur le poteau
dans l’ordre suivant : plateau supérieur,
plateau d’arrêt, moyeu chromé et plateau
inférieur (voir gure F).
Empuje todos los ensamblajes hacia la
parte inferior del postensamblaje para
introducirlos en el armario. (Véase la gura
G)
Poussez tous les assemblages vers le bas des
poteaux pour les insérer dans l’armoire. (Voir
la gure G).
Coloque el armario como se muestra,

Atornille el nodo cromado a la bandeja
inferior utilizando 3 tornillos de
madera de cabeza plana de 8 x 5/8”
(véase la gura M).
Vissez le moyeu chromé au plateau

plate de 8 x 5/8” (voir gure M).
Deslice el ensamblaje de la bandeja
descargadora a la altura deseada y
apriete el tornillo rmemente al poste
(véase la gura K).
Faites glisser l’ensemble du plateau d’arrêt
jusqu’à la hauteur désirée et serrez la vis
fermement au poteau (voir gure K).
Deslice el ensamblaje de la bandeja
inferior y el nodo cromado hacia
arriba, introduzca el perno en el poste
y presione hacia abajo la bandeja
inferior, colocando el nodo inferior en el
perno. Presione rmemente la bandeja
hacia abajo hasta que el perno dé un
chasquido con el nodo de la bandeja
inferior (véanse las guras L-1 y L-2).
Glissez l’ensemble plateau inférieur et
le moyeu chromé vers le haut, insérez
la goupille dans le poteau et pressez
le plateau inférieur vers le bas en
positionnant le moyeu inférieur sur
la goupille. Appuyez fermement sur
le plateau jusqu’à ce que la goupille
s’enclenche dans le moyeu du plateau
inférieur (voir Figure L-1 et L-2).
Deslice el ensamblaje de la bandeja
superior a la altura deseada, introduzca
la tuerca cuadrada de 1/4 x 20” al lado
izquierdo del nodo, introduzca el tornillo
de cabeza troncocónica de 1/4 x 20”
a través del lado derecho del nodo y

Glissez le plateau supérieur jusqu’à la
hauteur désirée, insérez l’écrou carré
1/4 x 20” sur le côté gauche du moyeu,
insérez la vis à tête cylindrique 1/4 x 20”
à travers le côté droit du moyeu et serrez
(voir Figure J).
Nota: Ajustar rmemente el segundo
tornillo (instalado en el paso 4) al poste.
Remarque: Serrez fermement la
deuxième vis (installée à partir de l’étape
4) sur le poteau.
Introduzca los ganchos en las ranuras de

Insérez les crochets dans les fentes du
plateau supérieur (voir Figure N).
