Push pieces snugly into cracks and crevices around doors and windows, ductwork, and pipes in small open wall cavities. Insulate wall areas behind shower stalls to help improve thermal performance and reduce noise. ATTENTION: Do not install insulation adjacent to any areas where there is incomplete work that involves flame or heat producing sources. The same practice shall apply to electric heat coils or any similar heat producing device. Do not place insulation in air spaces surrounding metal chimneys, fireplaces, or flues.
