BATTERY
WARNING
To reduce the risk of re, personal in-
jury, and product damage due to a short
circuit, never immerse your tool, battery pack or
charger in uid or allow a uid to ow inside them.
Corrosive or conductive uids, such as seawater,
certain industrial chemicals, and bleach or bleach
containing products, etc., can cause a short circuit.
Maintenance and Storage
Do not expose your battery or cordless tools to water or
rain, or allow them to get wet. This could damage the tool
and battery. Do not use oil or solvents to clean or lubricate
your battery. The plastic casing will become brittle and
crack, causing a risk of injury.
Store batteries at room temperature away from mois-
ture. Do not store in damp locations where corrosion of
terminals may occur. As with other battery types, per-
manent capacity loss can result if the pack is stored for
long periods of time at high temperatures (over 120°F).
MILWAUKEE Li-Ion batteries maintain their charge during
storage longer than other battery types. After about a year
of storage, charge the battery as normal.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury or explosion,
never burn or incinerate a battery pack
even if it is damaged, dead or completely discharged.
When burned, toxic fumes and materials are created.
Disposing of MILWAUKEE Li-Ion Battery
MILWAUKEE Li-Ion batteries are more environmentally
friendly than some other types of power tool batteries.
Always dispose of your battery according to federal, state
and local regulations. Contact a recycling agency in your
area for recycling locations.
Even discharged batteries contain some energy. Before
disposing, use electrical tape to cover the terminals to
prevent the battery from shorting, which could cause a
re or explosion.
RBRC Battery Recycling Seals
The RBRC™ Battery Recycling Seals (see "Symbology")
on your batteries indicate that MILWAUKEE has arranged
for the recycling of that battery with the Rechargeable
Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC). At the end of your
battery's useful life, return the battery to a MILWAUKEE
Branch Oce/Service Center or the participating retailer
nearest you. For more information, visit the RBRC web
site at www.rbrc.org.
USB RECHARGEABLE
BOLT™ HEADLAMP
WARNING
Use and charge only REDLITHIUM™
USB batteries in this USB rechargeable
headlamp. Other types of batteries may cause per-
sonal injury and damage.
Inserting the Battery
1. Twist to open the battery cap.
2. Line up the battery arrow with light arrow, and fully
insert the battery.
3. Replace the battery cap and twist to close.
Charging the Battery
1. Plug your USB-C cable into a power source such as
an AC wall adaptor, computer or car port. Charge rates
may vary depending on the power source’s maximum
output.
2. Lift the rubber cover to expose the USB-C port.
Insert the USB-C plug into the USB-C port.
NOTE: Always close the USB cover when light is not
charging to maintain dust and moisture protection.
3. The power button will display the charging status:
Red Pulsing: Charging, 0-49% charged
Yellow Pulsing: Charging, 50-99% charged
Green Solid: 100% charged
If the power button ashes red and green, check that
the battery is fully seated into the bay. Remove the
battery and reinsert. If the light continues to ash red
and green, the battery may be extremely hot or cold,
or wet. Allow the battery to cool down, warm up, or dry
out and then reinsert. If the problem persists, contact
a MILWAUKEE service facility.
Assembly
CAUTION
To reduce the risk of injury, do not look
directly into the light when the light is on.
1. Slide the BOLT™ headlamp mounting bracket onto the
front of the hard hat/helmet until it clicks into place, as
shown in Fig. 1.
2. Open the cam locks on the rear BOLT™ battery pack,
as shown in Fig. 2.
3. Slide the rear BOLT™ battery pack bracket onto the
rear of the hard hat/helmet, as shown in Fig. 3.
4. Close the cam locks on the rear BOLT™ battery pack to
secure and ensure both brackets engage the retention
cleat of the hard hat/helmet.

1. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS - This manual con-
tains important safety and operating instructions
for the REDLITHIUM™ USB battery and USB re-
chargeable light.
2.
CAUTION
Use and charge only REDLITHIUM™
USB batteries in this USB rechargeable
light. Do not use counterfeit, aftermarket, or "knock-
o" batteries or chargers. Do not wire a battery pack
to a power supply plug or car cigarette lighter.
3. Before using the battery and light, read this opera-
tor’s manual and all labels on the battery and light.
4. Use only with listed/certied ITE power supply.
5. Avoid dangerous environments. Do not charge bat-
tery in rain, snow, damp or wet locations. Do not use
battery or charger in the presence of explosive atmos-
pheres (gaseous fumes, dust or ammable materials)
because sparks may be generated when inserting or
removing battery, possibly causing re.
6. Charge in a well-ventilated area. Do not block charger
vents. Keep them clear to allow proper ventilation. Do not
allow smoking or open ames near a charging battery.
Vented gases may explode.
7. Maintain charger cord. When unplugging charger, pull
plug rather than cord. Never carry charger by its cord.
Keep cord from heat, oil and sharp edges. Make sure
cord will not be stepped on, tripped over or subjected to
damage or stress. Do not use charger with damaged cord
or plug. Have a damaged charger replaced immediately.
8. Use only recommended attachments.
9. Always unplug charger before cleaning or main-
tenance.
10. Do not burn or incinerate batteries. Batteries may
explode. Toxic fumes and materials are created when
batteries are burned.
11. Do not crush, drop, or damage battery pack. Always
securely contain battery packs during transport. Do
not use a battery that has received a sharp blow,
been dropped, run over, or damaged in any way (e.g.,
pierced with a nail, hit with a hammer, stepped on, in
a vehicle accident).
12. Do not disassemble. If it is damaged, take it to a
MILWAUKEE service facility.
13. Battery chemicals cause serious burns. Never allow
contact with skin, eyes, or mouth. If a damaged battery
leaks battery chemicals, use rubber or neoprene gloves
to dispose of it. If skin is exposed to battery uids, wash
with soap and water and rinse with vinegar. If eyes
are exposed to battery chemicals, immediately ush
with water for 20 minutes and seek medical attention.
Remove and dispose of contaminated clothing.
14. Do not short circuit. A short-circuited battery pack
may cause re, personal injury, and product dam-
age. A battery pack will short circuit if a metal object
makes a connection between the positive and neg-
ative contacts on the battery pack. Do not place a
battery pack near anything that may cause a short
circuit, such as coins, keys or nails in your pocket.
15. Do not allow uids to ow into battery pack. Cor-
rosive or conductive uids, such as seawater, certain
industrial chemicals, and bleach or bleach containing
products, etc., can cause a short circuit.
16. Store your battery pack and charger in a cool, dry
place. Do not store battery where temperatures may
exceed 120°F (50°C) such as in direct sunlight, a ve-
hicle or metal building during the summer.
17. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is
necessary when an appliance is used near children.
18. Store idle light out of reach of children. Warm lights
can become hazardous in the hands of children.
19. Know your light. Read this manual carefully to learn
your light's applications and limitations as well as po-
tential hazards associated with this type of light.
20. Maintain labels and nameplates. These carry im-
portant information. If unreadable or missing, contact
a MILWAUKEE service facility for a free replacement.

Operation
Press the power button to turn the light on and o.
Press the mode button to cycle through the light intensities.
The power button will display the battery capacity:
Green Solid: 50-100% remaining
Yellow Solid: 11-49% remaining
Red Solid: 3-10% remaining
Red Flashing: 0-3% remaining
During use, when the battery charge reaches 3%, the
main LED will ash, indicating up to 5 minutes of runtime
remains. Prior to immediate shutdown, the main LED
will ash 3 times, then the tool will shutdown. Remaining
runtime may be less than 5 minutes if the light is turned
on when battery capacity is already 0-3%.
Overheating: If the ashlight starts to dim and the indicator
light ashes red and green, the battery may be too hot.
Normal function will resume when the battery has cooled.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, always
unplug the charger and remove the
battery from the charger before performing any main-
tenance. The charger and battery have no internal
serviceable parts. Never disassemble the battery or
charger.
Maintenance and Storage
Store your charger in a cool, dry place.
As a general practice, it is best to unplug battery char-
gers and remove batteries when not in use. No battery
damage will occur, however, if the charger and battery
are left plugged in.
WARNING

never immerse your battery or charger
in liquid or allow a liquid to ow inside them.
Cleaning
Clean out dust and debris from charger vents and elec-
trical contacts by blowing with compressed air. Use only
mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the battery and
charger, keeping away from all electrical contacts. Certain
cleaning agents and solvents are harmful to plastics and
other insulated parts. Some of these include gasoline,
turpentine, lacquer thinner, paint thinner, chlorinated
cleaning solvents, ammonia and household detergents
containing ammonia. Never use ammable or combustible
solvents around batteries, charger, or tools.

Every MILWAUKEE REDLITHIUM USB battery and charger* is warranted to the original
purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain
exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace repair a REDLITHIUM USB battery or
charger which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material
or workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase unless otherwise
noted. Return of the REDLITHIUM USB battery or charger to a MILWAUKEE factory Service
Center location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured,
is required. For the proper shipping procedure of battery packs, contact 1.800.SAWDUST
(1.800.729.3878), or go to www.milwaukeetool.com. A copy of the proof of purchase
should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that
MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than

1. GARDER CES INSTRUCTIONS - Ce manuel con-
tient des instructions importantes concernant la
sécurité et le fonctionnement de la lampe recharge-
able par USB et la batterie USB REDLITHIUM™.

ATTENTION
Utiliser et charger uniquement les
batteries USB REDLITHIUM™
avec cette lampe rechargeable USB. Ne pas utiliser
des batteries ou des chargeurs contrefaits, falsiés
ou « truqués ». Ne pas relier un bloc-piles à une
prise secteur ou à un allume-cigare.
3. Avant d’utiliser la batterie et la lampe, veiller à
lire ce manuel d’utilisation ainsi que toutes les
étiquettes sur la batterie et la lampe.
4. Utiliser uniquement avec une source d’alimentation
ITE listée/certifiée.
5. Éviter les environnements dangereux. Ne pas
charger la pile sous la pluie, la neige ou dans des en-
droits humides ou mouillés. Ne pas utiliser la pile ou le
chargeur dans un endroit propice aux explosifs (fumées
gazeuses, poussières ou matériaux inflammables), car
l’insertion ou le retrait de la pile pourrait donc créer des
étincelles, ce qui risque de causer un incendie.
6. Charger dans un espace bien ventilé. Ne pas
bloquer les évents d’aération du chargeur. S’assurer
que les évents ne sont pas obstrués afin de permettre
une ventilation correcte. Ne laisser ni de fumées ni de
flammes sans contrôle auprès d’une pile en cours de
chargement. Les gaz à évent pourront exploser.
7. Bien conserver le cordon du chargeur. Lorsque le
chargeur est débranché, tirer sur la che et pas sur le
cordon. Ne jamais prendre le chargeur par le cordon.
Garder le cordon à l’écart de la chaleur, de l’huile et
des objets tranchants. S’assurer que le cordon ne se
trouve pas dans un endroit où il risque d’être piétiné,
accroché, endommagé ou maltraité. Ne pas utiliser le
chargeur si le cordon ou la che sont endommagés.
Remplacer immédiatement tout chargeur endommagé.
8. Utiliser uniquement les accessoires recommandés.
9. Débranchez toujours le chargeur avant de le net-
toyer ou l’entretenir.
10. Ne pas brûler ou incinérer les batteries. Les batter-
ies pourront exploser. Des vapeurs et des matériaux
toxiques se produisent à partir de la brûlure des
batteries.
11. Ne pas écraser, laisser tomber ou endommager
le bloc-piles. Toujours mettre les blocs-piles dans un
conteneur sûr durant le transport. Ne pas utiliser une
batterie qui a subi un choc violent, a été écrasé ou
endommagé d’une manière quelconque (par exemple,
s’il a été percé par un clou, frappé par un marteau ou
piétiné durant un accident de voiture).
12. Ne pas désassembler le produit. Si jamais il
est endommagé, le confier à un centre de service
MILWAUKEE.
13. Les produits chimiques entraînent des brûlures
graves. Ne permettez pas qu’ils entrent en contact
avec la peau, les yeux ni la bouche. Si de la pile
endommagée des produits chimiques se coulent,
utilisez des gants en caoutchouc ou néoprène pour
se débarrasser d’elle. Si la peau est exposée à des
fluides de la pile, lavez-la avec du savon et de l’eau et
rincez-la avec du vinaigre. Si les yeux sont exposés
aux produits chimiques de la pile, lavez-les avec
pleine de l’eau pendant 20 minutes et consultez un
médecin. Retirez les vêtements contaminés et se
débarrassez d’eux.
14. Ne pas court-circuiter. Un bloc-piles court-circuité
pourra mener un incendie, des blessures physiques
et endommager le produit. Un bloc-piles court-cir-
cuitera si un objet métallique établit une connexion
entre les contacts positif et négatif du bloc-piles. Met-
tre le bloc-piles à l’écart de tout ce qui pourra causer
un court-circuit, tel que des pièces de monnaie, des
clés ou des clous dans votre poche.
15. Ne pas laisser les uides entrer dans le bloc-
piles. Les uides corrosifs et conducteurs, tels que
l’eau de mer, quelques produits chimiques industri-
els et solutions d’eau de Javel ou d’autres produits
ayant de l’hypochlorite, etc., pourront provoquer des
courts-circuits.
16. Entreposer votre bloc-piles et votre chargeur
dans un endroit frais et sec. Ne pas entreposer la
batterie dans des endroits où la température peut dé-
passer 50ºC (120ºF), par exemple, un endroit exposé
directement à la lumière du soleil, un véhicule ou une
construction en métal pendant l’été.
17. Afin de réduire le risque de blessures, supervision
étroite est requise quand un appareil est utilisé près
d’enfants.

BLOC-PILES
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour réduire le risque d’incend-
ie, de blessures corporelles et
de dommages causés par un court-circuit, ne jamais
immerger l’outil, le bloc-piles ou le chargeur dans un
liquide ou laisser couler un uide à l’intérieur de
celui-ci. Les uides corrosifs ou conducteurs, tels
que l’eau de mer, certains produits chimiques indus-
triels, les produits de blanchiment ou de blanchiment,
etc., peuvent provoquer un court-circuit.
Entretien et entreposage
Ne pas exposer votre bloc-piles ni vos outils sans l à l’eau
ou la pluie, ou les laisser prendre l'humidité. Cela pourrait
endommager l’outil et le bloc-piles. Ne pas utiliser d'huile
ou solvants pour nettoyer ou lubrier votre bloc-piles. Le
boîtier du bloc-piles risque de devenir cassant ou de se
fendiller, causant un risque de blessure.
Entreposer les blocs-piles à température ambiante à
l'abri de l’humidité. Ne pas les entreposer dans un endroit
humide où la corrosion des bornes peut survenir. Comme
pour d'autres types de batteries, une perte permanente
de capacité peut survenir si le bloc-piles est entreposé
pendant longtemps à haute température (50°C/120°F).
Les piles Li-ion MILWAUKEE maintiennent leur charge
pendant plus longtemps que les autres types de piles.
Après un an d'entreposage, rechargez le bloc-piles
comme d’habitude.
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour réduire le risque d'explo-
sion, ne jamais brûler un bloc-
piles, même s'il est endommagé ou complètement
déchargé. Lorsqu’il est brûlé, des matières et vapeurs
toxiques sont produites.
Mise au rebut du bloc-piles Li-ion MILWAUKEE
Les blocs-piles Li-ion MILWAUKEE sont plus écologiques
que d’autres types de piles pour outils portables. Mettre au
rebut votre bloc-piles conformément aux réglementations
locales, nationales et fédérales. Contacter une agence de
recyclage dans votre région pour les lieux de recyclage.
Même déchargés, les blocs-piles contiennent un peu d’éner-
gie. Avant la mise au rebut, utiliser du ruban isolant pour
recouvrir les contacts pour empêcher la mise en court-cir-
cuit, laquelle pourrait causer un incendie ou une explosion.
Sceaux de recyclage des blocs-piles RBRC
Les sceaux de recyclage des batteries RBRC™ (voir
« Symbologie ») sur vos blocs-piles indiquent que
MILWAUKEE a pris des dispositions pour le recyclage
de ce bloc-piles avec la Société de recyclage des piles
rechargeables (RBRC). À la n de la durée de vie utile du
bloc-piles, le retourner à une succursale ou un centre de
service MILWAUKEE ou au détaillant participant le plus
proche de chez vous. Pour plus d'informations, consulter

LAMPE FRONTALE
RECHARGEABLE PAR
USB BOLT™
AVERTISSEMENT
Utiliser et charger uniquement
les batteries USB
REDLITHIUM™ avec cette lampe frontale rechargea-
ble par USB. Les batteries d’autres types peuvent
causer des dommages et des blessures.
Pour insérer la pile
1. Tourner le couvercle de batterie pour l’ouvrir.
2. Aligner la èche de la batterie avec la èche de la
lampe et ensuite, insérer la batterie au fond.
3. Remplacer le couvercle de batterie et le tourner pour
le fermer.
Pour charger la pile
1. Brancher votre câble USB-C à une source d’alimenta-
tion telle qu’un adaptateur mural de CA, un ordinateur
ou bien un port de voiture. Les temps de chargement
seront diérents selon la puissance maximale de la
source d’alimentation.
2. Soulever le couvercle en caoutchouc pour exposer le
port USB-C. Brancher la che USB-C au port USB-C.
REMARQUE : Toujours fermer le couvercle USB si
l’outil d’éclairage n’est pas en cours de chargement,
ceci an de maintenir la protection contre la poussière
et l’humidité.
3. La touche d’alimentation achera l’autonomie :
Rouge clignotant : Chargement en cours, 0 à
49% chargé
Jaune clignotant : Chargement en cours, 50 à
99% chargé
Vert xe : 100% chargée
Si la touche d’alimentation clignote en rouge et en
vert, constater que la batterie est bien mise au fond du
compartiment. Retirez la pile et remettez-la. Si l’indica-
teur luminescent ache encore une lumière rouge et
verte, la pile pourra être extrêmement froide, chaude
ou mouillée. Laissez la pile se refroidir, se réchauer ou
se sécher ; après, remettez-la. Si le problème persiste
encore, contactez un centre de service MILWAUKEE.
Montage de l'outil
ATTENTION

1. Glisser le support de montage pour la lampe frontale
BOLT™ sur le front du casque / casque de protection
jusqu’à ce qu’il s’encliquette en place, comme illustré
à la gure 1.
2. Ouvrir les verrous de came dans la partie arrière du
bloc-piles BOLT™, comme illustré à la gure 2.
3. Glisser le support arrière du bloc-piles BOLT™ sur
l’arrière du casque / casque de protection, comme
illustré à la gure 3.
4. Fermer les verrous de came sur le bloc-piles arrière
BOLT pour les xer et s’assurer que les deux supports
s’engagent sur les barrettes de rétention du casque/
casque de protection.
Opération
Appuyer sur la touche d’alimentation pour allumer ou
éteindre la lampe.
Appuyer sur la touche de mode pour naviguer entre les
diérentes intensités de luminosité.
La touche d’alimentation affichera la capacité de la
batterie :
Le jauge d’essence achera la capacité de la pile :
Lumière verte xe : 50 - 100% restant
Lumière jaune xe : 11 - 49% restant
Lumière rouge xe : 3 - 10% restant
Lumière rouge intermittente : 0 - 3% restant
Durant l’utilisation, lorsque l’autonomie de la batterie
arrive à 3%, le voyant à DEL et le témoin de charge
clignoteront, ce qui indiquera qu’il ne reste que 5 min-
utes jusqu’à ce que l’autonomie soit faible. Avant l’arrêt
immédiat, la LED principale clignotera 3 fois, puis l’outil
s’arrêtera. L’autonomie restante peut être inférieure à 5
minutes si la lumière est allumée lorsque la capacité de
la batterie est déjà de 0-3%.
Surchaue : Si la lampe de poche commence à faiblir et
le voyant clignote en rouge et en vert, la batterie pourra
être trop chaude. Le fonctionnement normal reprendra
lorsque la batterie aura refroidi.
AVERTISSEMENT

blessure, débranchez toujours
le chargeur et retirez la pile du chargeur avant de
réaliser des travaux d’entretien. Le chargeur et la pile
n’ont pas aucune partie interne susceptible d’être
entretenue par le client. Ne désassemblez jamais la
pile ni le chargeur.
Entretien et rongement
Rongez son chargeur dans un endroit sec et frais.
D’une manière générale, la meilleure option c’est
débrancher les chargeurs et retirer les piles lorsqu’ils ne
sont pas utilisés. Pourtant, aucun dommage parviendra à
la pile si le chargeur et la pile restent toujours branchés.

mergez ni ne chargez jamais la pile ou le chargeur
dans des liquides ni ne laissez jamais qu’un liquide
y entre.
Nettoyage
Nettoyez la poudre et les débris des bouches du chargeur
ainsi que les prises électriques en souant d’air com-
primé. N’utilisez que de savon doux et un chion humide
pour nettoyer la pile et le chargeur, en les tenant loin de
toutes les prises électriques. Quelques agents et solvants
de nettoyage sont nocifs pour des plastiques et d’autres
parties isolées, tels que de l’essence, térébenthine,
diluant à peinture-laque, diluant à peinture, solvants de
nettoyage chlorés, ammoniaque et détergents à usage
domestique ayant d’ammoniaque. N’utilisez jamais de
solvants inammables ni combustibles près de piles,
chargeur ni outils.

1. GUARDE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES: Este manual
incluye instrucciones importantes de seguridad y
funcionamiento de la lámpara recargable USB y la
batería USB REDLITHIUM™.

ATENCIÓN
Utilice y cargue únicamente las
baterías USB REDLITHIUM™ con
esta lámpara recargable por USB. No utilice baterías
o cargadores falsicados, falsos o “de imitación”.
No conecte una batería a un conector de una fuente
de energía ni a un encendedor.
3. Antes de utilizar la batería y la lámpara, lea este
manual del operador, así como todas las etiquetas
que están en la batería y la lámpara.
4. Utilice únicamente con una fuente de energía ITE
certificada/aprobada.
5. Evite los entornos peligrosos. No cargue la batería en
la lluvia, nieve o lugares húmedos o mojados. No use
la batería ni el cargador en la presencia de atmósferas
explosivas (gases, polvo o materiales inflamables)
puesto que pueden generar chispas al insertar o quitar
la batería, y posiblemente provocar un incendio.
6. Cargue en un área con buena ventilación. No
obstruya las ventilas del cargador. Manténgalas sin
obstrucciones para permitir una ventilación adecuada.
No permita que haya humo o llamas vivas cerca de la
batería que se esté cargando. Los gases ventilados
pueden explotar.
7. Dé mantenimiento al cable del cargador. Cuando se
desconecte el cargador, jale el enchufe y no el cable.
Nunca transporte el cargador sujetándolo del cable.
Proteja el cable del calor, el aceite y los bordes losos.
Asegúrese de no pisar, tropezar o someter el cable a
daños o torceduras. No use el cargador con el cable
o enchufe dañado. Pida que se reemplace inmediata-
mente un cargador dañado.

8. Utilice únicamente los accesorios recomendados.
9. Siempre desconecte el cargador antes de limpiarlo
o dar mantenimiento.
10. No queme ni incinere las baterías. Las baterías
podrían explotar. Al quemar las baterías, se generan
vapores y materiales tóxicos.
11. No aplaste, tire o dañe la batería. Siempre ponga las
baterías en un contenedor seguro durante la trans-
portación. No utilice una batería que haya recibido un
golpe seco, se haya caído, se haya aplastado o dañado
de algún modo (por ejemplo, perforado con un clavo,
golpeado con un martillo, se haya pisado durante un
accidente vehicular).
12. No desarme el aparato. En caso de daño, llévelo a
un centro de servicio MILWAUKEE.
13. Los químicos de la batería causan quemaduras
graves. Nunca permita el contacto con la piel, ojos o
boca. Si una batería dañada derrama químicos, use
guantes de goma o neopreno para desecharla. Si la
piel es expuesta a los fluidos de la batería, lave con
agua y jabón, y enjuague con vinagre. Si los ojos son
expuestos a los químicos de la batería, enjuague inme-
diatamente con agua durante 20 minutos y busque at-
ención médica. Retire y deseche la ropa contaminada.
14. No provoque un corto circuito. Una batería con corto
circuito podrá provocar un incendio, lesiones físicas y
daños en el producto. Una batería sufrirá un corto cir-
cuito si un objeto metálico crea una conexión entre los
contactos positivo y negativo en la batería. No coloque
una batería cerca de algo que pueda provocar un corto-
circuito, como monedas, llaves o clavos en su bolsillo.
15. No permite que entre uidos en la batería. Los u-
idos corrosivos o conductivos, como es el caso del
agua de mar, ciertos químicos de nivel industrial, el
cloro o productos con peróxido de hidrógeno, etc., po-
drán provocar un corto circuito.
16. Guarde su batería y cargador en un lugar fresco
y seco. No guarde la batería donde la temperatura
pudiera ser mayor que 50ºC (120º F) tal como directa-
mente bajo la luz del sol, un vehículo o edificio de metal
durante el verano.
17. Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones, se necesita una vig-
ilancia de cerca al usar un aparato cerca de los niños.
18. Guarde la lámpara cuando no se esté usando fuera
del alcance de los niños. Las lámparas calientes
pueden ser peligrosas en manos de menores de edad.
19. Conozca su lámpara. Lea este manual detenidamente
para obtener información acerca de las aplicaciones
y limitaciones de su lámpara, así como los posibles
riesgos relacionados con este tipo de lámpara.
20. Conserve las etiquetas y placas. Incluyen infor-
mación importante. Si son ilegibles o no están pre-
sentes, comuníquese con una instalación de servicio
MILWAUKEE para solicitar un reemplazo gratuito.

Para reducir el riesgo de incendio,
lesiones personales y daños al
producto debido a un cortocircuito, no sumerja nun-
ca la herramienta, el paquete de baterías o el cargador
en líquido ni permita que uya un uido dentro de
ellos. Los uidos corrosivos o conductivos, como el
agua de mar, ciertos productos químicos industriales
y blanqueadores o lejías que contienen, etc., pueden
causar un cortocircuito.
Mantenimiento y almacenamiento
No exponga su batería o herramientas inalámbricas al
agua o lluvia, ni permita que se mojen. Esto podría dañar
la herramienta y la batería. No use aceite o solventes para
limpiar o lubricar su batería. La carcasa de plástico se
volverá frágil y se romperá, provocando un riesgo de lesión.
Almacene las baterías a temperatura ambiente, alejadas de
la humedad. No almacene en lugares húmedos donde puede
haber una corrosión de las terminales. Al igual que con los
otros tipos de batería, puede haber una pérdida permanente
de capacidad si la batería se almacena por periodos largos a
temperaturas altas (más de 50°C/120°F). Las baterías de li-
tio-ion de MILWAUKEE mantienen su carga durante almace-
namientos mayores que otros tipos de batería. Después de
un año de almacenamiento, cargue la batería como siempre.
ADVERTENCIA
Para reducir el riesgo de lesión o
explosión, nunca queme ni inci-
nere una batería incluso si está dañada, inservible o
completamente descargada. Cuando se quema, se
forman vapores y materiales tóxicos.
Desecho de baterías de litio-ion de MILWAUKEE
Las baterías de litio-ion de MILWAUKEE son más amiga-
bles con el medio ambiente que algunos otros tipos de
baterías para herramientas eléctricas. Siempre deseche
su batería de conformidad con las regulaciones federales,
estatales y locales. Contacte a una agencia de reciclaje
en su área para conocer los lugares de reciclaje.
Incluso las baterías descargadas contienen algo de en-
ergía. Antes de desechar, use cinta eléctrica para cubrir
las terminales y evitar que la batería cree un corto, que
podría provocar un incendio o explosión.
Sellos de reciclaje de batería RBRC
Los Sellos de reciclaje de batería RBRC™ (consulte
“Simbología”) en sus baterías indican que MILWAUKEE
organizó el reciclado de la batería con la Corporación
de Reciclaje de Baterías Reciclables (RBRC). Al nal de
la vida útil de su batería, devuélvala a la Ocina de la
sucursal/Centro de servicio MILWAUKEE o al minorista
más cercano. Para mayor información, visite el sitio web

LÁMPARA PARA CABEZA
RECARGABLE POR
USB BOLT™
ADVERTENCIA
Utilice y cargue únicamente las
baterías USB REDLITHIUM™ en
esta lámpara para cabeza recargable por USB. Otros
tipos de baterías pueden causar lesiones personales
o daños.
Insertar la batería
1. Gire la tapa de batería para abrirla.
2. Alinee la echa de batería con la echa de lámpara
y meta la batería hasta el fondo.
3. Cambie la tapa de la batería y gírela para cerrarla.
Cargar la batería
1. Conecte su cable USB-C a una fuente de energía como
un adaptador de pared de CA, computadora o puerto
de automóvil. El índice de carga puede variar según
la potencia máxima de la fuente de energía.
2. Levante la cubierta de hule para mostrar el puerto
USB-C. Conecte la entrada USB-C al puerto USB-C.
NOTA: Mantenga cerrada la tapa USB en todo
momento mientras la lámpara no esté cargándose,
esto para preservar la protección contra polvo y
humedad.
3. El botón de encendido mostrará el estado de carga:
Rojo parpadeante: Cargando, 0 a 49% de carga
Amarillo parpadeante: Cargando, 50 a 99%
de carga
Verde jo: 100% de carga
Si el botón de encendido parpadea en rojo y verde,
verique que la batería esté bien puesta en el com-
partimento. Retire la batería y vuélvala a insertar. Si
la luz continúa parpadeando rojo y verde, la batería
puede estar extremadamente caliente o fría, o moja-
da. Permita que la batería se enfríe, caliente o seque
antes de volver a insertarla. Si el problema continúa,
comuníquese con una instalación de servicio MILWAU-
KEE.
Ensamblaje
ATENCIÓN
Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones, no
mire jamente la fuente de luz opera-
tiva.
1. Deslice el soporte de montaje de la lámpara para
cabeza BOLT™ en la parte trasera del casco / casco
de seguridad hasta que entre a presión y se je en su
lugar, tal como se muestra en la gura 1.
2. Abra las levas de jación en la batería trasera BOLT™,
tal como se muestra en la gura 2.
3. Deslice el soporte de batería trasera BOLT™ en la
parte trasera del casco / casco de seguridad, tal como
se muestra en la gura 3.
4. Cierre las levas de jación en la batería trasera BOLT
para jarla y asegúrese de que ambos soportes en-
tren en la abrazadera de retención del casco/casco
de seguridad.
Operación
Oprima el botón de encendido para encender y apagar
la lámpara.
Oprima el botón de modo para pasar entre las distintas
intensidades de brillo.
El botón de encendido mostrará la capacidad de la
batería:
El indicador de combustible mostrará la capacidad de
la batería:
Verde sin parpadear: 50-100% restante
Amarillo sin parpadear: 11-49% restante
Rojo sin parpadear: 3-10% restante
Rojo parpadeando: 0-3% restante
Durante el uso, cuando la batería llegue a 3%, la luz LED
principal y el indicador de carga parpadearán, lo que indi-
cará que sólo restan 5 minutos de funcionamiento. Antes
del apagado inmediato, el LED principal parpadeará 3
veces, luego la herramienta se apagará. El tiempo de
ejecución restante puede ser inferior a 5 minutos si la
luz se enciende cuando la capacidad de la batería ya
es del 0-3%.
Sobrecalentamiento: Si la lámpara comienza a atenuarse
y la luz del indicador parpadea en rojo y verde, la batería
podrá estar demasiado caliente. Se reanudará el fun-
cionamiento normal cuando la batería se haya enfriado.
ADVERTENCIA
Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones,
siempre desconecte el cargador
y retire la batería y el cargador antes de realizar cual-
quier mantenimiento. El cargador y la batería no
tienen partes internas que requieran mantenimiento.
Nunca desarme la batería o el cargador.
Mantenimiento y almacenamiento
Almacene su batería y cargador en un lugar fresco y seco.
Como práctica general, se recomienda desconectar los
cargadores y retirar las baterías cuando no se estén us-
ando. Sin embargo, no se dañará la batería si el cargador
y la batería se dejan conectados.
ADVERTENCIA
Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones
o daños, nunca sumerja su bat-
ería ni cargador en líquido, ni permita que un líquido
uya hacia su interior.
Limpieza
Limpie el polvo y basura de las ventilas del cargador y
los contactos eléctricos sopleteando con aire comprimido.
Use solo jabón suave y un paño húmedo para limpiar la
batería y el cargador, evitando tocar todos los contac-
tos eléctricos. Ciertos agentes y solventes de limpieza
pueden dañar el plástico y otras partes aisladas. Algunos
de estos incluyen la gasolina, trementina, adelgazador
de barniz, adelgazador de pintura, solventes de limpieza
con cloro, amoniaco y detergentes caseros que contienen
amoniaco. Nunca use solventes inamables ni combus-
tibles alrededor de la batería, cargador o herramientas.
