3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants this lighting xture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of three (3) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to
products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation,
and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided
that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modications, alterations, neglect or
mishandling.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any
way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure
of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other
failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the nish on any portion of
the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does
not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, of tness for a particular purpose,
other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specically disclaims any liability and shall not be
liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor / expense costs
involved in the replacement or repair of said product.

Planning installation
WARNING: Turn off electrical power at the fuse or circuit
breaker box before starting installation of the light xture.
Do not remove insulation from the xture.
NOTE: Your product may not look exactly as shown
in gures.
□ To reduce risk of electrical shock, create a
watertight seal between the xture and the
mounting surface using silicone caulking.

Installing the mounting plate
IMPORTANT: This product must be installed in
accordance with the applicable installation code by a
person familiar with the construction and operation of the
product and hazards involved.
□
Pull the wires through the mounting plate (AA)
before attaching the mounting plate (AA) to
your junction box with two 3/4 in. screws (CC).
The side of the mounting plate (AA) mark
ed
“GND” must face out.

Installing the fixture body
□ With the power turned off, hold the xture
firmly, and connect the ground wire from the
fixture to the bare copper or green ground wire
from your junction box, using a wire nut (DD).
NOTE: If your house wiring does not include a ground
wire, consult your local electrical code for approved
grounding methods.
□ Use wire nuts (DD) to connect the black fixture
wire to the black power supply wire and the
white xture wire to the white power supply
wire.
□ Tuck wires into the junction box.
□ Position the xture body (A) over the junction
box and secure with mounting screws (BB).
□ Turn on the electricity, and verify a successful
installation by turning on the light.

Care and Cleaning
□ Allow the light xture to completely cool before touching.
□ To clean the xture, rst disconnect power to the xture by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing
the fuse at the fuse box.
□ Use a clean cloth, dry or slightly dampened with water (never use a solvent) to wipe the entire xture.
□ Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry, soft cloth to dust or
wipe carefully.

□ There are crossed wires, or the power wire is

Planificación de la instalación
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de comenzar a instalar
esta lámpara, corta la electricidad en las cajas del
cortacircuitos o de fusibles. No quites el aislante de la
lámpara.
NOTA: El producto puede no ser exactamente igual al
mostrado en las imágenes.
□ Para reducir el riesgo de descargas eléctricas,
haz un sello impermeable con pasta selladora
de silicona entre la lámpara y la superfici de
montaje.

Instalación de la placa de montaje
□ Hala el cable a través de la placa de montaje
(AA) antes de fija a la caja eléctrica con los
dos tornillos de 3/4 pulg. (CC). El lado de la
placa de montaje marcado con las letras
“GND” debe quedar hacia fuera.
IMPORTANTE: Éste producto debe ser instalado de
acuerdo al código de instalación correspondiente y por
una persona que está familiarizada con la operación y
construcción del mismo y con los riesgos que involucra.

Instalación del cuerpo del artefacto
□ Con la electricidad apagada, sostén la lámpara
fi memente y, con una tuerca de cable, conecta
el cable a tierra de la misma al cable pelado o
al de color verde de la caja eléctrica (DD)
NOTA: Si el circuito doméstico no incluye un cable a
tierra, consulta los códigos locales de electricidad para
averiguar los métodos autorizados de conexión a tierra.
□ Usa tuercas para cable (DD) para conectar
los cables de la lámpara y los del circuito de
entrada: negro con negro y blanco con blanco.
□ Mete los cables dentro de la caja eléctrica.
□ Coloca el cuerpo de la lámpara (A) sobre la
caja eléctrica y fij con los tornillos de montaje
(BB).
□ Enciende la electricidad en la caja de fusibles
o el cortacircuitos y revisa la instalación.

Mantenimiento del Producto
□ Permite que la lámpara enfríe por completo antes de tocarla.
□ Para limpiar la lámpara, desconecta primero la electricidad apagando el cortacircuitos o quitando el
fusible correspondiente en la caja de fusibles.
□ Usa un paño limpio, seco o levemente húmedo con agua (nunca usar solvente) para limpiar toda la
lámpara.
□ No uses limpiadores con químicos, solventes ni productos abrasivos. Usa sólo un paño suave y seco para
desempolvar o limpiar con cuidado.
