Preparing the countertop
□
Template (B) is centered on the counter so that it is parallel
to the counter edge and that the installation hole will not
interfere with the structure of the cabinet
□
Tape the template (B) to the countertop to keep it in place
and trace the cutout line on the template (B) with a pencil
Place the sink (A) into the installation hole to verify the fit. Adjust the cutout if necessary
Place the sink (A) upside down and align the bottom edge with waterproofing strip.
Installing the strainer(s) assembly (B), to be easier to install strainer, we suggest you to install it before the sink installed in cabinet.
1) Apply a small amount of plumber’s putty (not included) in
2) the notch around the drain hole of the sink (A).
3) Place the strainer ring (E) on top of the drain hole in the sink (A).
4) Insert the screener (C) into the bowl (D) and place this assembly into the drain hole in the sink (A).
5) From underneath the sink (A), place the rubber washer (F), paper washer (G), locknut (H), plastic joint (I), and connecting nut (J) over the
drain hole in the sink (A).
6) Tighten the locknut (H) and connecting nut (J) to hold the strainer assembly securely in place.

Installing the sink.
Apply silicone sealant (not included) around the underside and lip of the sink (A).
Carefully lower the sink (A) into the counter.
Attaching the mounting clips (AA).
Tighten the screws on the top mount clips (AA) evenly until the sink (A) is flush with the counter. Do not over-tighten.
Wipe excess sealant with a rag.

Install the faucet principal part (H). To be easier to install these items, we suggest you to install it before the sink installed in cabinet.

Retract the hose (1) up through the faucet body, until the hose fitting is flush with the bottom of the shank (2). Do not pull the
hose fitting past the hose fitting past the shank.
Insert the faucet body through the hole in the escutcheon (F).
Place the escutcheon (F) and the gasket (G) on the bottom of the new faucet assembly (A).
Install the washer (B) and the nut (C) onto the threaded mounting shank.
Lock the nut (C) into position by tightening the screws (D). Do not overtighten.

Installing the faucet
□ After inserting the hose through the hole in the sink surface, reattach the
quick connector (H) by screwing it onto the threaded end of the hose (1)
in a clockwise motion. Hand tighten only.

marking “weights here”.
NOTE: The hot side inlet tube is indicated by a label.
If the label is not present, the hot supply tube is the longer
of the two inlet tubes.
□ Use 1/2 in. I.P.S. faucet connections (2), or use
supply line coupling nuts (3) (not included) with
a 3/8 in. O.D. ball-nose riser (1).

NOTE: Before tightening the faucet connector to the water
This will prevent the supply tube from moving or twisting
when tightening the faucet connector. Do not overtighten.

(1), squeeze the tabs (2) on the quick connector
and then pull down to disconnect.

Coloque el lavabo (A) en el agujero de instalación para comprobar que se ajusta. Ajuste el corte si es necesario.
Coloque el lavabo (A) boca abajo y alinee el borde del fondo con la tira de impermeabilización.
Al instalar el conjunto del o los coladores (B), para que sea más fácil instalar el colador, le sugerimos instalarlo antes de instalar el lavabo en el gabinete.
1) Aplique una pequeña cantidad de masilla de fontanero (no incluida) en la ranura alrededor del agujero del desagüe del lavabo (A).
2) Coloque el anillo del colador (E) en la parte superior del agujero del desagüe en el lavabo (A).
3) Inserte el tamizador (C) en el tazón (D) y coloque este ensamblaje en el agujero del desagüe en el lavabo (A).
4) Desde abajo del lavabo (A), coloque la arandela de goma (F), la arandela de papel (G), la tuerca de seguridad (H), la junta plástica (I), y la tuerca de
conexión (J) sobre el agujero del desagüe en el lavabo (A). Apriete la tuerca de seguridad (H) y la tuerca de conexión (J) para sostener el ensamblaje del
colador con seguridad en su lugar.

Perfore un agujero piloto y corte la abertura del mostrador.
Use la herramienta de corte apropiada para la superficie
que está cortando.
La plantilla (B) está centrada sobre el mostrador de modo
que esté paralela al borde del mostrador y que el agujero
de instalación no interfiera con la estructura del gabinete.
Pegue con cinta la plantilla (B) en el mostrador para mantenerla
en su lugar y trace la línea de corte en la plantilla (B) con un lápiz.

Aplique sellador de silicona (no incluido) alrededor de la parte inferior y del reborde del lavabo (A).
Baje con cuidado el lavabo (A) en el mostrador.
Coloque los ganchos de montaje (AA).
Apriete los tornillos en los ganchos de montaje superiores (AA) uniformemente hasta que el lavabo (A) esté alineado con el mostrador.
No apriete demasiado.
Limpie el exceso de sellador con un trapo.

Instale la parte principal del grifo (H). Para que sea más fácil instalar estos elementos, le sugerimos instalarlos antes de instalar el
lavabo en el gabinete.

Antes de la instalación, quite la brida (E).
Empuja la manguera (1) hacia adentro del cuerpo del grifo hasta que el acoplamiento de la misma quede a
ras con la parte inferior del vástago (2). No empujes el acoplamiento de la manguera más allá del vástago.
Coloca el cuerpo del grifo en el orificio de la placa protectora (F).
Coloca la placa protectora (F) y la junta (G) en
la parte inferior del ensamblaje del grifo nuevo
(A).
Instala la arandela (B) y la tuerca (C) en el vástago de montaje roscado.
Fija la tuerca (C) en posición, apretando los tornillos (D). No aprietes demasiado.

Presiona firmemente el conector rápido (H) hacia arriba y fíjalo en el bloque
receptor (1). Hala hacia abajo ligeramente para asegurar que la conexión es segura.
Después de conectar la manguera, coloque el contrapeso (I) en el punto de la
manguera marcado “weights here” ("instalar contrapeso aquí").
Después de insertar la manguera por el orificio de la superficie del fregadero,
vuelve aconectar el conector rápido (H) enroscándolo en dirección de las
manillas del reloj en el extremo roscado de la manguera (1). Ajústalo sólo
manualmente.

suministro del agua caliente es el más largo de los dos
tubos de entrada.
□ Usa conexiones de grifos de 1/2" (1,27 cm) IPS (2)
o tuercas de acoplamiento de líneas de suministro
(3) (no incluidas) con un tubo montante de bola de
diámetro exterior de 3/8" (0,95 cm) (1).
NOTA: Antes de apretar el conector del grifo al suministro
colocando una segunda llave . Esto evitará que la tubería de
suministro se mueva o gire cuando aprietes el conector del
grifo. No aprietes demasiado.
□ Si es necesario, retira el conector rápido (1),
aprieta las pestañas (2) de la manguera y hala
hacia abajo para desconectar.
