Operation

• Fix the accessories properly to the tool.

• Connect device as shown in Fig. 01 to a clean and dry air supply.

• To start the machine, pull the trigger (A). Machine speed increases by increasing pressure on the

trigger. Release the trigger to stop.

• To switch rotation, push the switch (B) as shown in Fig. 03.

• Use the reverse switch (B) only when the drive spindle comes to a complete stop. Changing the

speed before the drive spindle stops may damage the machine.

Lubrication

Motor Clutch

• Use an air line lubricator with air tool oil, adjusted to two drops per minute. If an air line lubricator

cannot be used, add air motor oil to the inlet once a day.

Maintenance instruction:

• Dry the filter and the air inlet of the tool.

• Lubricate the quick connect coupling to prevent blocking.

• Air tools require lubrication throughout the life of the tool. The air motor and bearing uses

compressed air to start the tool. The moisture in compressed air will rust the air motor; you must

lubricate the motor daily.

• Avoid storing the tool in a location subject to high humidity. If the tool is left as it is used, the residual

moisture inside the tool can cause rust.

• Before storage, lubricate tool and run it for a few seconds.

Disposal

• All damaged, badly worn or improperly functioning devices MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF

OPERATION.

• Repair only by technical maintenance staff.

Operación

• Coloque los accesorios correctamente en la herramienta.

• Conecte el dispositivo como se muestra en la Fig. 01 a un suministro de aire limpio y seco.

• Para arrancar la máquina, oprima el gatillo (A). La velocidad de la máquina aumenta cuando se aplica más

presión al gatillo. Suelte el gatillo para parar

• Para cambiar la rotación, presione el interruptor (B) como se muestra en la Fig. 03.

• Use el interruptor de reversa (B) únicamente cuando el husillo de accionamiento se detenga por completo.

Cambiar la velocidad antes de que el husillo de accionamiento se detenga puede dañar la máquina.

Lubricación

Embrague del motor

• Utilice un lubricador en línea de aire con aceite para herramientas neumáticas, ajustado a dos gotas por

minuto. Si no se puede usar un lubricador en línea de aire, añada aceite de motor neumático a la entrada

una vez al día.

Instrucciones de mantenimiento

• Seque el filtro y la entrada de aire de la herramienta.

• Lubrique el acoplador de conexión rápida para evitar obstrucciones.

• Las herramientas neumáticas requieren lubricación durante toda la vida útil de la herramienta. El motor

neumático y el rodamiento utilizan aire comprimido para arrancar la herramienta. La humedad del aire

comprimido oxida el motor neumático; debe lubricarse el motor diariamente.

• Evite almacenar la herramienta en un lugar sujeto a un alto grado de humedad. Si la herramienta se deja

como está y se usa, la humedad residual en el interior de la herramienta puede causar oxidación.

• Antes de guardar la herramienta, lubrique la y hágala funcionar unos cuantos segundos.

Disposición

• Todos los dispositivos dañados, muy desgastados o con mal funcionamiento DEBEN DEJAR DE USARSE.

• La reparación debe ser llevada a cabo únicamente por personal técnico de mantenimiento.

GARANTÍA

BERKLING TOOLS INC. (“BERKLING”) garantiza que este equipo estará libre de defectos en material y

mano de obra por un periodo de un (1) año a partir de la fecha de compra, bajo condiciones normales de uso.*

La única obligación de BERKLING conforme a esta garantía se limita a sustituir o reparar, sin costo alguno,

cualquier equipo que se haya comprobado que esta defectuoso bajo condiciones y uso normales según las

recomendaciones hechas por BERKLING. Con el fin de reparar o sustituir dicho equipo, el equipo deberá ser

enviado a un Centro de Servicio y Garantía BERKLING autorizado durante la vigencia de la garantía, con el

costo de los fletes prepagados y acompañado del comprobante de compra con la fecha de adquisición.

En caso de una reparación o sustitución, el periodo de garantía no deberá extenderse más allá del periodo
