LUMBER HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Grasp the sides of the lumbar adjustment with both hands, slide the support up or down to adjust. ARM ANCHO DE AJUSTE Sujete el brazo de electrodos, deslice hacia dentro o hacia fuera para ajustarla anchura. AJUSTE DE LA ALTURA LUMBAR Sujete los lados del ajuste lumbar con ambas manos, deslice el soporte hacia arriba o hacia abajo para ajustar. Saisir le protege-bras, faites glisser vers l'interieur ou l'exterieur pour ajuster la largeur. SEAT HEIGHT Lift this lever to adjust the seat height. Release the lever to lock the seat height. ARM HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Lift the tabs on the chair arms to allow the arms to move up or down freely, then release the tabs once the desired height is reached. ALTURA DE ASIENTO Levante la palanca para ajustar la altura del asiento. Suelte la palanca para trabar la altura del asiento.
