Digital Lithium Scale Báscula Digital con Pila de Litio USER INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: BEFORE USING THE SCALE, REMOVE THE RED TAB TO ACTIVATE BATTERY OR THE SCALE WILL NOT OPERATE. Choose pounds (LB) or kilograms (KG) using the selector switch located on the back of the scale. 2. Place the scale on a flat surface. A hard surface is best for maximum accuracy. Placing the scale on a soft, deep pile rug may affect the weighing accuracy. 3. Before each weighing, tap on the lower corner of the scale. The scale will calibrate and display "- - -", then "0.0 " and either "LB" or "KG". 4. Step on the scale and position your feet in a manner that will distribute your weight evenly over the entire scale platform. The LCD display will flash "- - -" several times for a few seconds before displaying your weight. Stand still while reading the display. 5. If you remain standing on the scale after your weight has displayed, your weight will continue to display for a few seconds and then turn off automatically. 6. If you step off of the scale immediately after your weight has displayed, your weight will continue to display for a few seconds and then turn off automatically. 1. Battery This scale includes two CR2032 long-life 3-volt Lithium battery. When "Lo " appears on the digital display, replace the battery. Battery Replacement a) Locate the battery cover on the back of the scale. b) Open the compartment by pushing the locking tab and pulling the cover up. c) Use a flat screwdriver to loosen the batteries and discard them d) Insert a new battery, pressing it firmly into the slot (check orientation). e) Replace the battery cover. CARE: Periodically wipe scale surface down with a DRY cloth to remove dust. CAUTION: Weight exceeding the capacity (350LB/159KG) may damage your scale.
