Commercial use, or use other than for personal or household purposes is not covered by the limited warranty. In addition,

damage caused by: use of force, incorrect handling, inappropriate use, abuse, neglect, accidents, impact from foreign

objects, vandalism, pollutants, set-up on an un-level foundation, alteration, painting, fading, assembly not in accordance

with the User's Manual, or damage caused as a result of storage above the capacity limits of the Product, are not covered

by this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from 'acts of nature' such as, but

Keter shall not be liable for inconvenience, labor, loss of time, maintenance, removal or reinstallation of the Product or

other incidental, special or consequential damages arising in relation to the purchase or use of the Product. Keter shall

also not be liable for damage caused for any reason whatsoever to goods stored inside the Product. While every attempt

is made to embody the highest degree of safety in all equipment, freedom from injury cannot be guaranteed. The user

assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this Product.

All failures of Product covered by this limited warranty will be repaired, replaced, or restored by Keter in accordance with

the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to make substitutions for warranty

claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete.



ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL REQUIRE A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE. Keter will, at its discretion, ship repaired or

replacement part(s) free of charge, including shipping costs, under this limited warranty. After a claim has been settled the

guarantee period will continue to be counted from the original date of purchase.

If the Product is determined to need full replacement, Keter may refund the lower of a pro-rata portion of the purchase

price as determined below or the advertised selling price of comparable Product at the time of adjustment. Pro-rata

basis of the price is determined by the following calculation: 0-2 years of ownership, 100% refund of original purchase

price. Over 2 years to 4 years of ownership, 80% refund of original purchase price. Over 4 years to 6 years of ownership,

60% refund of the original purchase price. Over 6 years to 8 years of ownership, 40% refund of the original purchase

price. Over 8 years of ownership to completion of the warranty, 20% of original purchase price. Taxes, shipping costs,

inconvenience, loss of use, installation fees, incidental or consequential damages will not be covered in the adjustment.

Keter reserves the right to discontinue or change any of its Products, including colors, without giving notice.

Should a Product covered by this limited warranty be unavailable, Keter reserves the right to substitute a product that is of

equal value according to Keter’s sole discretion, or to refund a portion of the original price of the defective part reective

of its original contribution to the cost of the Product. Taxes, shipping costs, inconvenience, loss of use, installation fees,

incidental or consequential damages will not be covered in the adjustment.

constructieonderdelen zijn gebruikt die niet geleverd zijn door Keter.

Keter zal niet aansprakelijk zijn voor ongemak, arbeid, tijdverlies, onderhoud, verwijdering of herinstallatie van het

Product of voor andere incidentele, bijzondere of gevolgschade met betrekking op de aankoop of het gebruik van het

Product. Keter zal ook niet aansprakelijk zijn voor schade die om wat voor reden dan ook toegebracht is aan goederen

die opgeslagen zijn in het Product. Hoewel een zo hoog mogelijke veiligheidsgraad wordt nagestreefd in alle producten,

kan het risico op verwonding niet geheel uitgesloten worden. De gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor alle risico op

verwonding die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van dit Product.

Alle gebreken van dit product die gedekt worden bij deze beperkte garantie zullen gerepareerd, vervangen of vernieuwd

worden door Keter volgens de voorwaarden en condities van deze beperkte garantie. De fabrikant behoudt zich het

recht voor garantieclaims te vervangen als onderdelen niet beschikbaar of verouderd zijn.

Voor het indienen van een garantieclaim kunt u contact opnemen met het klantenservicekantoor voor uw land volgens

de lijst in de gebruiksaanwijzing.

verzendingskosten, onder deze beperkte garantie. Nadat een claim afgehandeld is, blijft de resterende garantieperiode

geldig vanaf de oorspronkelijke datum van aankoop.

Als het Product in zijn geheel vervangen moet worden, kan Keter een pro rata deel van de aankoopprijs restitueren

zoals hieronder bepaald, of van de geadverteerde verkoopprijs van vergelijkbare Producten ten tijde van de aanpassing.

incidentele schade of gevolgschade worden niet gedekt door de aanpassing.

Merkt u a.u.b. op dat de producten vervaardigd zijn van de beste ruwe materialen, die niet giftig en geheel herbruikbaar zijn.

Bovendien wordt schade veroorzaakt door: forcering, onjuist gebruik, oneigenlijk gebruik, misbruik, verwaarlozing, ongelukken, contact met andere voorwerpen, vandalisme, vervuiling, oprichting op een ongelijke fundering, aanpassing, verven, verbleken, niet opvolgen van de gebruiksaanwijzing bij montage, of schade veroorzaakt door overschrijding van de capaciteitslimieten van het Product, niet gedekt door deze beperkte garantie. Deze beperkte garantie is niet van toepassing op schade die veroozaakt is door natuurlijke omstandigheden zoals, maar niet beperkt tot: hagel, storm, tornado's, orkanen, sneeuwstormen, overstromingen, brand. Deze garantie vervalt indien constructieonderdelen zijn gebruikt die niet geleverd zijn door Keter. L’utilizzo per fini commerciali, ovvero qualsiasi altro utilizzo per fini non personali o domestici non è coperto dalla garanzia limitata. Inoltre eventuali danni causati da: uso della forza, uso non corretto, uso inopportuno, cattivo uso, incuria, incidenti, urto di oggetti estranei, atti di vandalismo, agenti inquinanti, installazione su fondamenta non livellate, modifica, verniciatura, scolorimento, assemblaggio non conforme alle istruzioni del Manuale Utente, o danno causato dal deposito di materiali oltre i limiti di capacità del Prodotto, non sono coperti dalla presente garanzia limitata. La presente garanzia limitata non si applica a danni derivanti da “fenomeni naturali” come a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: grandine, temporali, tornado, uragani, tormente di neve, inondazioni, fuoco. La garanzia è nulla in caso di utilizzo di parti strutturali e componenti non forniti da Keter. Keter zal niet aansprakelijk zijn voor ongemak, arbeid, tijdverlies, onderhoud, verwijdering of herinstallatie van het Product of voor andere incidentele, bijzondere of gevolgschade met betrekking op de aankoop of het gebruik van het Product. De pro rata basis van de prijs wordt bepaald door de volgende berekening: 0-2 jaar in bezit, 100% restitutie van de originele aankoopprijs. Meer dan 2 jaar tot 4 jaar in bezit, 80% restitutie van de originele aankoopprijs. Meer dan 4 jaar tot 6 jaar in bezit, 60% restitutie van de originele aankoopprijs. Meer dan 6 jaar tot 8 jaar in bezit, 40% restitutie van de originele aankoopprijs. Meer dan 8 jaar in bezit tot het einde van de garantie, 20% restitutie van de originele aankoopprijs. Belasting, verzendingskosten, ongemak, gebruiksverlies, installatiekosten, incidentele schade of gevolgschade worden niet gedekt door de aanpassing. Qualora venisse riscontrata la necessità di provvedere alla sostituzione totale del Prodotto, Keter potrà rimborsare l'importo minimo di una quota pro rata sul prezzo di acquisto, come stabilito qui di seguito, ovvero di rimborsare il prezzo di vendita reclamizzato di un Prodotto similare al momento del risarcimento. La quota pro rata del prezzo si determina mediante il seguente calcolo: 0-2 anni di possesso, rimborso del 100% del prezzo originario di acquisto. Da oltre 2 anni fino a 4 anni di possesso, rimborso dell’80% del prezzo originario di acquisto. Da oltre 4 anni fino a 6 anni di possesso, rimborso del 60% del prezzo originario di acquisto. Da oltre 6 anni fino a 8 anni di possesso, rimborso del 40% del prezzo originario di acquisto. Oltre 8 anni di acquisto fino al termine della garanzia, 20% del prezzo originario di acquisto. Il risarcimento non copre eventuali tasse, costi di spedizione, disagi, perdite d’uso, tariffe di installazione, danni incidentali o consequenziali. Keter si riserva il diritto di interrompere la fabbricazione o di modificare ognuno dei propri Prodotti, colori compresi, senza alcun preavviso. Qualora un Prodotto coperto dalla presente garanzia limitata dovesse non essere disponibile, Keter si riserva il diritto di sostituire tale prodotto con un altro prodotto di pari valore a sola discrezione di Keter, ovvero di rimborsare una quota del prezzo originario della parte difettosa, rappresentativa del valore di tale parte nella composizione del costo del Prodotto. Il risarcimento non copre eventuali tasse, costi di spedizione, disagi, perdita d’uso, tariffe di installazione, danni incidentali o consequenziali. Si noti che i prodotti sono realizzati utilizzando materie prime della miglior qualità, atossiche e completamente riciclabili. LA PRESENTE GARANZIA LIMITATA È FORNITA IN LUOGO DI OGNI ALTRA GARANZIA, RESPONSABILITÀ O OBBLIGO DI KETER, ESPLICITO O IMPLICITO, FATTO SALVO CHE LA DURATA DI OGNI IMPLICITA GARANZIA DI VENDIBILITÀ E IDONEITÀ PER UN DETERMINATO SCOPO È LIMITATA NEL TEMPO ALLA DURATA DELLA PRESENTE GARANZIA LIMITATA. IN NESSUN CASO KETER SARÀ RITENUTA RESPONSABILE DI EVENTUALI DANNI CONSEQUENZIALI, INCIDENTALI O SPECIALI DI QUALSIASI TIPO DERIVANTI DALLA VIOLAZIONE DI QUALSIASI GARANZIA ESPLICITA, SCRITTA O ORALE, O IMPLICITA SUI PRODOTTI.
