1. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
¾ Lea atentamente las instrucciones de seguridad.
¾ Guarde este manual para futuras consultas.
¾ Asegúrese de que el voltaje de la red es el mismo que el del aparato. De lo contrario el
aparato puede resultar dañado. Desenchufe el equipo durante las tormentas eléctricas y
cuando no se vaya a usar durante un largo período de tiempo.
¾ Use siempre cables ya preparados para evitar riesgos de descargas eléctricas o fuego. En
caso de tener dudas, consulte con un instalador cualificado.
¾ No quite ningún panel, dentro del equipo existen zonas con un alto voltaje. Los paneles sólo
pueden ser desmontados por personal cualificado.
¾ Para evitar riesgo de fuego y cualquier otro daño en el equipo, use sólo fusibles equivalentes
al original. No cortocircuite el soporte del fusible. Desconecte la alimentación antes de
cambiarlo.
¾ Antes de encender el aparato, asegúrese de que la toma de tierra está conectada.
¾ No use el aparato en lugares húmedos o cerca de líquidos. No instale el aparato cerca de
fuentes de calor. No bloquee los orificios de ventilación.
¾ Cuando sea necesario, retire el polvo con un paño seco. No use disolventes como el alcohol.
Mantenga el aparato limpio y sin polvo.
¾ Se requiere personal cualificado para realizar todas las operaciones de mantenimiento.

3. PANEL FRONTAL
(1) MIC IN: Entrada no balanceada de micrófono dinámico de tipo Jack de 6,3 mm.
(2) MIC Volumen: Control de volumen de la entrada MIC.
(3) Pantalla:
ASIGNACIÓN DE CANAL: La asignación del canal se indica mediante los dígitos de la parte
superior de la pantalla. El número indica la entrada asignada a la salida correspondiente. (El
número 0 indica que no hay ninguna entrada seleccionada)
INDICADOR DE NIVEL DE SALIDA: En la parte inferior de la pantalla pueden verse los
indicadores de nivel de salida. Debajo de cada indicador de nivel, hay un indicador luminoso
constante que indica si el canal está conectado.
(4) Tecla UP: Pulse esta tecla para aumentar en una unidad el número de canal seleccionado.
(5) Tecla DOWN: Pulse esta tecla para disminuir en una unidad el número de canal
seleccionado.
(6) Tecla LEFT: Pulse esta tecla para que el cursor se desplace hacia la izquierda.
(7) Tecla RIGHT: Pulse esta tecla para que el cursor se desplace hacia la derecha.
(8) Tecla ENTER: Pulse esta tecla para validar las modificaciones hechas previamente con las
teclas de movimiento. Automáticamente el número seleccionado dejará de parpadear.
(9) Interruptor POWER: Utilice este interruptor para encender y apagar el aparato.
(10) Indicador POWER: Indica que el equipo está encendido y correctamente alimentado.

(11) Entrada de alimentación: Conecte el aparato a la red mediante un cable de alimentación.
(12) Portafusibles: En el interior contiene el fusible de alimentación. El fusible se usa para
proteger el aparato. Si el fusible se funde, sustitúyalo por otro con las mismas
características. Si se funde de nuevo inmediatamente después de cambiarlo, deje de usar el
aparato hasta que haya sido reparado. Por favor contacte con un técnico o reparador
cualificado.
Atención: Para prevenir riesgo de fuego, no sustituya el fusible por un cable.
(13) Toma a tierra: Se usa cuando el enchufe de alimentación no tiene toma de tierra. Este
conector une la toma de tierra al chasis del aparato evitando posibles descargas eléctricas.
Por favor contacte con un técnico cualificado para realizar la conexión con total seguridad.
(14) Salidas CH1~CH8: Salidas de señal de audio. Transmitirán la señal de audio procedente del
canal de entrada asignado o de la entrada de alarma.
(15) ALARM IN: Entrada de audio para la señal de alarma. Esta señal puede ser enviada a las
distintas salidas, cerrando los contactos correspondientes del conector ALARM IN.
(16) ALARM IN: Conector SUB-D 25 para entrada de contactos de alarma. Los pines 1~8
asignan la entrada de alarma a las salidas 1~8 respectivamente. Los pines 14~23 están
conectados a masa. El cierre del contacto es configurable por positivo (5~24 Vcc) o por
negativo (0 Vcc) (corriente de entrada inferior a 3 mA). Cuando se cierre un contacto, la
entrada de alarma será asignada automáticamente a la salida correspondiente.
(17) Entradas IN1~IN8: Entradas de audio general.
(18) ACTIVE LEVEL: Conmutador de configuración para activación de contactos de alarma.
Seleccione HIGH para activación de contactos por positivo (5~24 V), seleccione LOW para
activación por negativo (0 V).
(19) Salida MIC: Salida preamplificada de la entrada MIC IN (nivel de auxiliar).

5. INSTALACIÓN Y CONEXIÓN
5.1 Conexión de alimentación
Asegúrese de que el voltaje de alimentación corresponda al requerido por el aparato. Se
recomienda usar un conector con toma de tierra.
5.2 Conexión de las entradas de señal
Conecte la entrada de audio externa en una de las entradas IN (1 ~ 8) mediante un cable RCA
apantallado.
5.3 Conexión de las salidas de señal
Conecte la salida de audio de una de las salidas (CH1 ~ CH8) a un amplificador mediante un
cable apantallado.
5.4 Conexión de la entrada de control remoto
Conecte el cable SUB-D de 25 pines hacia el controlador externo.

- PIN 14-23: Masa

Si detecta algún problema en el equipo, intente solucionarlo consultando la siguiente tabla. Si el
problema persiste, contacte con un técnico cualificado para su reparación. No intente abrir el
equipo para repararlo usted mismo.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
¾ Read all safety instructions carefully.
¾ Keep this owner’s manual for future reference.
¾ Ensure that the mains source voltage (AC outlet) matches the voltage rating of the product.
Failure to do so could result in damage to the product. Unplug the product during electrical
storms and when unused for long periods of time.
¾ Always use proper ready-made insulated cabling. Failure to do so could result in shock/death
or fire. If in doubt, seek advice, from a registered electrician.
¾ Do not remove any covers. There are areas inside the equipment where high voltages may be
present. Covers should be removed by qualified service personal only.
¾ To prevent fire and damage to the product, use only the recommended fuse type as indicated
in this manual. Do not short-circuit the fuse holder. Before replacing the fuse, make sure that
the product is OFF and disconnected from the AC outlet.
¾ Before turning-on the product, make sure that it is connected to ground.
¾ Do not use this product when in close proximity to water. Do not install this product near any
direct heat source. Do not block areas of ventilation.
¾ When cleaning is required, blows off dust from the product or use a dry cloth. Do not use any
solvents as alcohol. Keep the product clean and free from dust.
¾ Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel only.

3. FRONTAL PANEL
(1) MIC IN: Unbalanced 6,3 mm microphone input jack for dynamic microphone.
(2) MIC Volume Knob: Volume control to adjust the microphone input level.
(3) Screen display:
CHANNEL STATUS DISPLAY: A line of the numbers on the top of the display is for channel
indication. A single number indicates that the relevant output channel has been connected
with the current displaying input channel. (Number 0 indicates that no selected input
channel).
OUTPUT LEVEL INDICATOR: Under the channel indicator on the screen, there is a relevant
output level indicator individually. Under each level indicator there is a constant light indicator,
which means the channel connecting status.
(4) UP key: Press this key to increase the channel number progressively.
(5) DOWN key: Press this key to decrease the channel number progressively.
(6) LEFT key: Press this key to move left the cursor.
(7) RIGHT key: Press this key to move right the cursor.
(8) ENTER key: Press this key to store the setting before modified with cursor keys.
(9) POWER switch: Use this switch to turn-on / off the apparatus.
(10) POWER indicator: It indicates that the equipment is turned-on and supplied correctly.

4. REAR PANEL
(11) AC Inlet: Connect the apparatus to the AC mains by AC power cord.
(12) AC Fuse holder: There is an internal fuse in AC inlet. The fuse is used to protect the
equipment. If the fuse blows, please change it by other with same specifications. If the fuse
continues to blow after replacing, please discontinue use this apparatus before it has been
repaired. Please contact a qualified technician or electrician to repair.
Warning: To avoid the risk of fire, do not replace the fuse with other wire.
(13) GND Screw: Use GND screw if grounding is not available on power plug. This screw offers
the grounding connection to the apparatus shell. Such can avoid the electrical shock. Please
contact a qualified technician or electrician to complete the work for safety.
(14) CH1~CH8 Outputs: Audio outputs will broadcast the audio of assigned input or the audio of
the alarm input
(15) ALARM IN: Alarm audio input. This audio signal can be broadcasted to different outputs by
closing the correspondent contacts in ALARM IN connector.
(16) ALARM IN: SUB-D 25 ALARM contact input connector. The pins 1 ~ 8 assign alarm signal to
the corresponding outputs respectively. From pin 14 to 23 are grounding. The alarm signal is
5-24 V high level or 0 V low level (input current is less than 3mA). If a contact is closed, the
corresponding output will switch to emergency input channel automatically.
(17) IN1~IN8 Inputs: IN1 - IN8 are common input sockets. Input the signal that is non-emergency.
(18) ACTIVE LEVEL: Select HIGH if the alarm contact input is activated by high level. Select
LOW if the alarm contact input is activated by low level
(19) MIC Output: Output socket used to send the amplified signal from MIC IN socket on front
panel.

5. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
5.1 Power connection
Please make sure that the voltage of the AC mains matches up specified voltage of this apparatus.
It is recommended that using a socket with grounding protection when connecting to AC mains.
5.2 Audio signal input connection
Connect the external input audio to IN (1 ~ 8) inputs with RCA plug shielded cable.
5.3 Audio signal output connection
Connect the audio outputs CH (1 ~ 8) to an amplifier with a shielded cable.
5.4 Remote control input connection
Connect the 25-pin SUB-D cable to the remote control system.

6. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
If you detect any problem, please, first of all, try to solve it by referring to following table. If the
problems still remain, please deliver the apparatus to a qualified technician for repairing. Do not
attempt to open the apparatus to repair by yourself.
