ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: 6065/445
1. Place the base on a level surface
2. Insert the bulbs into the bulb sockets (A)
3. Screw the threaded rod (B) into the base.
4. Adjust the Knurl Nut (C) on the threaded rod (B).
This can be used to raise the shade
a little if necessary.
5. Place the shade (D) over the end of the
threaded rod (B) and tighten with the finial (E) securing the
shade (D) in place.
Uses (2) Maximum 60WATT Type “A” Bulb
Or (2) maximum 13Watt CFL bulb
(Bulbs not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

1. Ponga la base en una superficie plana.
2. Inserte bulbos en el zócalo del bulbo (A).
3. Atornille el tubo roscado (B) en la base.
4. Ajuste la tuerca rodanda (C) en el tubo roscado (B).
Esto puede ser usado para aumentar la pantalla
un poco, si es necesario.
5. Colocar la pantalla (D) sobre el extremo del
tubo roscado (B) y apriete con la tuerca finial (E) que aseguran la
pantalla (D) en su lugar.
Usar maximo (2) 60 vatios tipo “A” Bulbo
O maximo (2) bulbo de CFL de 13 vatios
(Bulbos no incluidos)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
