It is HDCP 1.4 Compliant and Supports 4K UltraHD resolutions up to 3840x2160 at 30hz with 4:4:4 chroma sub-sampling, handling total HDMI data rates up to 10.2gbps. This matrix switcher is ideal for light commercial applications utilizing the HDMI 1.4 standard for 1080p or 4K30 content. This product offers control flexibility via manual push buttons located conveniently on the front of the product, or by remote control over IR. The Green LED will illuminate to indicate the current input that is selected . 2 4X2 HDMI MATRIX SWITCH 4K30 QUICK START GUIDE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS US DEVICE INSTALLATION • Source device(s) with an HDMI® output • Note: For optimal performance, use high-quality high-speed HDMI cables. • Receivers or Displays with an available HDMI input • Step 1: Prior to installation, ensure that all devices are powered off. • One HDMI cable for each source device • Step 2: Connect HDMI sources to the HDMI IN ports • One HDMI cable for each output of the HDMI Matrix Switch to the inputs on the receiver(s) or display(s) • Step 3: Connect HDMI displays to the HDMI OUT ports • Step 4: Connect the power adapter to the power input on the HDMI Matrix Switch and then to an available AC outlet. • Step 5: Finally, turn on the source devices and the receivers or displays. CONNECTION DIAGRAM DEVICE OPERATION CONTROLLING THE HDMI MATRIX SWITCH WITH THE IR REMOTE CONTROL • Step 1: Press the red POWER button to turn on the HDMI Matrix Switch. • Step 2: Select a connected receiver or display, by using the buttons on A (HDMI 1) or B (HDMI 2). Select an input source device by pressing the corresponding input button, numbered 1-4 on the remote control. • For example, if your Blu-ray DVD player is connected to Input HDMI 1 and your display is connected to Output HDMI 1 on the HDMI Matrix Switch, then press #1 in the A box on the remote control to view/hear the Blu-ray DVD’s content. • Step 3: The two OFF buttons on the remote control can control the Outputs of A (HDMI 1) and B (HDMI 2) separately.
