(10 Year Limited Warranty if installed in a commercial application)
WARRANTY: Price Pfister warrants that for as long as the original purĆ
chaser owns the home in which the Price Pfister product (the Product") is
originally installed, the Product will be free of all defects in material and
workmanship that would impair the intended and proper use of the Product.
If the Product is installed in a commercial application, the warranty shall be
limited for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase and will not
cover finish.
THE WARRANTY STATED HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, AND PRICE
PFISTER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITĆ
NESS, PERFORMANCE OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Exclusive Remedy: In the event of any defect in the Product that breaches the
foregoing warranty, Price Pfister, at its option, will repair or replace the defective
part of the Product. Repair or replacement of the Product is the exclusive remedy.
Price Pfister will not be liable for any other damages or losses, including, but not
limited to, incidental and/or consequential damages, regardless of the legal
theory asserted, including any claim of breach of warranty hereunder or any other
cause, and whether arising in contract or in tort (including negligence and strict
liability).
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper mainteĆ
nance, cleaning or installation, misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents or
Acts of God.
For any remedy under this warranty, Price Pfister is to be notified describing the
problem. In order to notify Price Pfister and receive assistance or service under
this warranty, the original purchaser may: (1) simply call 1Ć800ĆPFAUCET
(1Ć800Ć732Ć8238) for a consumer service representative who can assist you, or
(2) write consumer service department c/o Price Pfister Inc., 13500 Paxton
Street, P.O. Box 4518, Pacoima, California 91333Ć4518 and include a description
of the problem, model number, your name, address, phone number and approxiĆ
mate date of purchase, or (3) notify the location or distributor from which the ProdĆ
uct was purchased. IN any case, you may be required to return the Product to
Price Pfister for inspection.
Price Pfister has the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damĆ
ages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.

domicile dans lequel le produit Price Pfister ( « le produit » ) a été installé, nous
lui garantissons un article libre de tout dé faut de matériau ou vice de fabrication
pouvant entraver l'utilisation correcte et prévue dudit produit. Si le produit est
d'utilisation commerciale, la garantie est restreinte à une période de dix (10) ans
et ne s'applique pas à la finition.

AUTRE GARANTIE, EXPRESSE, TACITE OU LÉGALE; PRICE PFISTER

Recours exclusif : En cas de défaut du produit relevant de la garantie, Price
Pfister pourra, à son choix, réparer ou remplacer la partie défectueuse. Cette
mesure constitue un recours exclusif. Price Pfister ne sera pas responsable des
autres dommages ou pertes, y compris les dommages indirects,
indépendamment de toute théorie juridique, y compris toute réclamation selon
laquelle il y aurait eu rupture de garantie, que ce soit par rapport à un contrat ou
par voie de négligence.
Exclusions : La garantie ne s'applique pas aux dommages résultant d'un
entretien, nettoyage ou installation fautivement effectués, ou encore d'usages
fautifs, d'abus, de modifications, d'accidents ou de catastrophes naturelles.

que afecte el uso correcto y deseado del Producto. Si el Producto se instala en
una aplicación comercial, la garantía estará limitada a un período de diez (10)
años, a partir de la fecha de compra y no cubrirá el acabado.

Remedio exclusivo: En caso de un defecto en el Producto que altere la garantía
que precede, Price Pfister, a su opción, reparará o reemplazará la pieza
defectuosa del Producto. La reparación o substitución del Producto es el remedio
exclusivo. Price Pfister no se hará responsable de ningún otro daño o pérdida,
incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, daños incidentales y/o consecuentes, no importa
la teoría legal que se reivindique, incluyendo todo reclamo por alteración de la

FOR 089, J89 & R89 SERIES - TRIM KITS - Conversion Kits Must Be Ordered With New Style Valves and Trim Kits. Can Be Retrofitted
To Upgrade Existing 09 Series Mixing Valves or 08 Series Pressure Balancing Valves.
Installation Instructions
1. Remove old handle first.
2. With Valve in Closed" position and Handle Hub secured in desired position with Screw (9), hand tighten Decorative Lever Handle
Trim (4 through 8) and OĆRing into Handle Hub. Attach Button (10). Caution: Do Not Over Tighten Decorative Trim Parts!
Use Caution - Removal and Replacement of mounting hardware Must Be Done With Care. Do not over tighten Handle Screw. Do not
drop Porcelain or Crystal Trim Parts.
Note: For all Handles and decorative finishes, use only a soft damp cloth to clean and shine. Use of polish, detergents, abrasive cleanĆ
ers, organic solvents or acid may cause damage. Use of other than a soft damp cloth will nullify our warranty!
Special Trim: Trim products which contain Porcelain, Crystal or other similar substances are not acceptable for public areas or ComĆ
mercial use. Installation of Said Trim is at Users Risk!
Français:ĄKITS DE CONVERSION POUR POIGNÉE DÉCORATIVE
POUR LES SÉRIES 089, J89 et R89 - LES KITS DE GARNITURE - Les kits de conversion doivent être commandés avec les nouveaux
modèles de robinets et kits de garniture. Ils peuvent être réinsérer dans les séries améliorées existantes 09 des robinets mélangeurs ou les
séries 08 des robinets équilibreurs de pression.
Instructions pour l'installation
1. Enlevez en premier l'ancienne poignée.
2. Avec le robinet dans la position fermé" et le pivot de la poignée fixé dans la position désirée avec la vis (9), serrez à la main la
garniture de la poignée levier décorative (4 à 8) et le joint torique dans le pivot de la poignée. Attachez les bouton (10). Attention: Ne
serrez pas à fond les pièces de la garniture décorative!
Précaution d'utilisation - Le démontage et le remplacement des pièces montées doit être fait avec précaution. Ne serrez pas la vis
à fond. Ne faites pas les pièces de garniture en porcelaine ou en cristal.
Remarque: Pour toute les poignées et les décorations finies, utilisez seulement un chiffon doux humide pour nettoyer et faire briller.
L'utilisation de polis, de détergents, de produits de nettoyage abrasifs, de solvants organiques ou d'acide peut causer des dommages.
L'utilisation d'autre chose qu'un chiffon doux humide annulera notre garantie!!
Garniture spéciale: Les produits de garniture qui contiennent de la porcelaine, du cristal ou autres substances similaires ne sont pas
acceptables dans les domaines publiques ou pour une utilisation commerciale. L'installation de la dite garniture est au risque des utiliĆ
sateurs.

Para la serie 089, J89 y R89 - Estuches de Adorno - Los Estuches de Conversión deben ser Ordenados con Válvulas de Nuevo Estilo
y Estuches de Adorno. Puede ser Retroencajado para Mejorar la Serie Existente 09 de Válvulas de Mezcla las Válvulas de Balance
de Presión de la Serie 08.
Instrucciones de InstalaciónĄ
1. Remueva la manija vieja primero.
2. Con la válvula en la posición cerrada" y el Cubo del Mango ajustado en la posición deseada con el Tornillo (9), apriete la TerĆ
minación Decorativa del Mango de Palanca (4 a 8) y el aro tórico dentro del Cubo del Mango. Una los Botones (10). Advertencia: No
apriete demasiado las partes de la Terminación Decorativa!
Tenga Cautela - el traslado y reemplazo de la forja de montaje Debe ser Hecha con Cuidado. No apriete demasiado el Tornillo de
la Manija. No deje caer las partes de adorno de Porcelana o Cristal.
Nota: Para todas las Manijas y terminados decorativos, use solamente un paño suave y humedecido para limpiar y brillar. El uso de
lustradores, detergentes, limpiadores abrasivos, solventes orgánicos o ácidos pueden deteriorarlos. El uso de cualquier otra cosa
que no sea un paño suave y húmedo nulificará la garantía!.
Adorno Especial: Productos adornados los cuales contienen Porcelana, Cristal o cualquier otra sustancia similar no son aceptables
en áreas públicas o para uso Comercial. Los riesgos de Instalación de dichos adornos son responsabilidad del consumidor.
