KOHLER® Intelligent Toilet and C3® Cleansing Seat Three-Year Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its toilets with integrated cleansing functionality ("Intelligent Toilets") and electric cleansing seats to
be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for three (3) years from date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to KOHLER products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the
Caribbean and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas").
Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any
such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.* Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler
Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or
consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the product.
If this product is used commercially or used outside of the Americas, Kohler Co. warrants the product to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty
applying except duration.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Kohler Co., either through your Dealer, Plumbing Contractor,
Home Center or E-tailer, or by writing Kohler Co., An.: Customer Care Center, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044,
USA. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the
problem, the product, model number, color, nish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was

limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and
exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specic legal rights. You may also have other rights

Kohler Co. garantit ses toilettes dotées de la fonctionnalité de nettoyage intégrée (« Toilettes intelligentes ») et les sièges
nettoyants électriques contre tout défaut de matériau et de fabrication lors d'une utilisation domestique normale, sur une
période de trois (3) ans à partir de la date d'achat du produit. La présente garantie s'applique uniquement aux produits
KOHLER achetés et installés en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique Centrale, aux Caraïbes et en Amérique du Sud, sauf le
Brésil (« Amériques »).
Si des défauts sont découverts au cours d'une utilisation normale, Kohler Co. choisira, à sa discrétion, la réparation, le
remplacement ou la rectification appropriée après inspection desdits défauts par Kohler Co. Aucun dommage causé par
un accident, une mauvaise utilisation ou un usage abusif n'est couvert par la présente garantie.
Un entretien et un nettoyage inadéquats annulent la garantie.* Une preuve d'achat (ticket de caisse original) doit être

Kohler Co. garantiza sus inodoros con funcionalidad integrada de lavado ("inodoros inteligentes") y sus asientos de
limpieza contra defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante el uso normal residencial, durante tres (3) años a partir
de la fecha de adquisición. Esta garantía solo aplica a productos KOHLER adquiridos e instalados en América del
Norte, América Central, el Caribe y América del Sur, pero excluye a Brasil (continente americano).
Kohler Co., a su criterio, reparará, reemplazará o realizará los ajustes pertinentes en los casos en que la inspección
realizada por Kohler Co. determine que dichos defectos hayan ocurrido durante el uso normal residencial. Esta
garantía no cubre daños causados por accidente, abuso o uso indebido. El cuidado y la limpieza indebidos anulan la
garantía.* Al presentar las reclamaciones de garantía a Kohler Co. es necesario incluir el comprobante de compra
(recibo de venta original). Kohler Co. no se hace responsable de costos de desinstalación, instalación, mano de obra u
